Coordinating and integrating operational processes to ful...Interoperability plays an important role in the joint command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance(C4 ISR) operations. Coordinating and integrating operational processes to fulfill a common mission are challenged by the ever-changing battlefield and hence requires a cross-organizational process management that produces an autonomous, flexible and adaptable architecture for collaborative process evolution. The traditional business process collaboration pattern is based on the predefined "public-view" perspective and cannot meet the requirement of the joint task operations. This paper proposes a flexible visibility control mechanism and a dynamic collaboration framework for modeling and generating collaborative processes. The mechanism allows collaborators to define a set of visibility rules to generate different views of the private processes for different collaborations, which gives a great flexibility for the collaboration initiator to decide on an appropriate collaboration pattern. The framework supports collaborators to dynamically and recursively add a new process or even a new organization to an existing collaboration. Moreover, a formal representation of the processes and a set of generation algorithms are provided to consolidate the proposed theory.展开更多

And business globalisation is leading to widespread re-structuring of international manufacturing systems in TNCs. However, still very little sys tematic research in manufacturing engineering or production/operations managemen t (P/O M) has focused on these new types of globalised manufacturing systems, an d little communication is organised between different academic disciplines such as manufacturing, management/ business studies, economics, geography, internatio nal development studies and so on. Many critical issues are still poorly unders tood and are not covered by current research agendas, for example: · properties of international manufacturing network systems in terms of structu ral architecture, dynamic mechanisms, strategic capabilities, strategy processes , new technology, and alliance relationships · knowledge management and organisational learning mechanisms in international manufacturing context, especially in globally coordinated networks at both intra - and inter- organisational levels · global economic trends, regional collaboration, national culture/identity, an d their impacts on industrial sector development, and company’s manufacturin g system design/re-structuring In industry, lack of global vision and appropriate strategies during internation alisation have become major barrier to the effective management of international operations. In academia, limited multi-discipline exchanges have inhibited de velopments not only in each area but also knowledge contribution to industry whi ch could arise from discipline integration. This paper, based on recent years case observations and action research work on manufacturing internationalisation, especially globalisation, introduces an evol utionary process of manufacturing systems. It seeks to explore the external and internal driving forces of the transformation and the responses of manufacturin g systems in terms of static architectures, dynamic mechanisms, and strategic ca pabilities in the evolutionary process. The paper Reviews recent researches on manufacturing internationalisation in dif ferent disciplines to gain a comprehensive picture about international manufactu ring system from different perspectives. Based on the empirical observations of industrial issues and difficulties, a further research framework is proposed to tackle wider issues in international manufacturing covering manufacturing value creation process, internationalisation process, and strategic alliance formatio n process. The paper argues that, besides deep research on three dimensions of international manufacturing system, development of strategy process to synthesis e these three processes is more important in the future research work. In the open and changeable environment on the Internet, it is of great significance to research a system flexible and capable in dynamic evolution that can find a collaboration method for agents which can be used in dynamic evolution process. With such a method, agents accomplish tasks for an overall target and at the same time, the collaborative relationship of agents can be adjusted with the change of environment. A method of task decomposition and collaboration of agents by improved contract net protocol is introduced. [Objective]Under the combined impact of climate change and urbanization,urban rainstorm flood disasters occur frequently,seriously restricting urban safety and sustainable development.Relying on traditional grey infra...[Objective]Under the combined impact of climate change and urbanization,urban rainstorm flood disasters occur frequently,seriously restricting urban safety and sustainable development.Relying on traditional grey infrastructure such as pipe networks for urban stormwater management is not enough to deal with urban rainstorm flood disasters under extreme rainfall events.The integration of green,grey and blue systems(GGB-integrated system)is gradually gaining recognition in the field of global flood prevention.It is necessary to further clarify the connotation,technical and engineering implementation strategies of the GGB-integrated system,to provide support for the resilient city construction.[Methods]Through literature retrieval and analysis,the relevant research and progress related to the layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization of the GGBintegrated system were systematically reviewed.In response to existing limitations and future engineering application requirements,key supporting technologies including the utilization of overground emergency storage spaces,safety protection of underground important infrastructure and multi-departmental collaboration,were proposed.A layout optimization framework and a joint scheduling framework for the GGB-integrated system were also developed.[Results]Current research on layout optimization predominantly focuses on the integration of green system and grey system,with relatively fewer studies incorporating blue system infrastructure into the optimization process.Moreover,these studies tend to be on a smaller scale with simpler scenarios,which do not fully capture the complexity of real-world systems.Additionally,optimization objective tend to prioritize environmental and economic goals,while social and ecological factors are less frequently considered.Current research on joint scheduling optimization is often limited to small-scale plots,with insufficient attention paid to the entire system.There is a deficiency in method for real-time,automated determination of optimal control strategies for combinations of multiple system facilities based on actual rainfall-runoff processes.Additionally,the application of emergency facilities during extreme conditions is not sufficiently addressed.Furthermore,both layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization lack consideration of the mute feed effect of flood and waterlogging in urban,watershed and regional scales.[Conclusion]Future research needs to improve the theoretical framework for layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization of GGB-integrated system.Through the comprehensive application of the Internet of things,artificial intelligence,coupling model development,multi-scale analysis,multi-scenario simulation,and the establishment of multi-departmental collaboration mechanisms,it can enhance the flood resilience of urban areas in response to rainfall events of varying intensities,particularly extreme rainfall events.展开更多

Most studies have analyzed the aerodynamic characteristics and wind-train(vehicle)-bridge coupled vibration response of trains or vehicles on bridges of a certain structural system,while few comparative studies have b...Most studies have analyzed the aerodynamic characteristics and wind-train(vehicle)-bridge coupled vibration response of trains or vehicles on bridges of a certain structural system,while few comparative studies have been carried out on the wind-train-bridge coupled vibration response on bridges of three different structural systems.This paper takes the main span 1120 m dual-purpose highway-railway bridge as the engineering background,and studies the three bridge types of(122+1120+90+92)m suspension bridge,(130+432+1120+432+130)m cable-stayed bridge and(92+210+1120+210+92)m cable-stayed-suspension collaborative system bridge.The trend of the maximum value of the train dynamic response to the wind-train-bridge coupling of the three structural system bridges as well as the speed thresholds are compared and analyzed,and conclusions are drawn:1)Under the same speed,the maximum value of train safety indexes in three types of bridges increases with the increase of wind speed.2)Under the same wind speed,the safety and smoothness indicators of trains in three types of bridges without wind barriers rank in the order of cable-stayed suspension collaborative system bridge>cable-stayed bridge>suspension bridge.3)At low wind speeds(≤15 m/s),a 3.0 m wind barrier has negligible effect on speed thresholds.The safety ranking of structural systems remains unchanged:cable-stayed-suspension collaborative system bridge>cable-stayed bridge>suspension bridge.4)At high wind speeds(≥20 m/s),the 3.0 m wind barrier can increase the train speed threshold for bridges within the same structural system.The safety ranking of the three bridge types(3.0 m 30%wind barrier)remains unchanged:cable-stayed suspension collaborative system bridge>cable-stayed bridge>suspension bridge.This study represents the first systematic comparative analysis of wind speed critical values and performance ratings across three distinct bridge structural systems.展开更多

MRC-PSO al...To solve the problem of multi-platform collaborative use in anti-ship missile (ASM) path planning, this paper pro-posed multi-operator real-time constraints particle swarm opti-mization (MRC-PSO) algorithm. MRC-PSO algorithm utilizes a semi-rasterization environment modeling technique and inte-grates the geometric gradient law of ASMs which distinguishes itself from other collaborative path planning algorithms by fully considering the coupling between collaborative paths. Then, MRC-PSO algorithm conducts chunked stepwise recursive evo-lution of particles while incorporating circumvent, coordination, and smoothing operators which facilitates local selection opti-mization of paths, gradually reducing algorithmic space, accele-rating convergence, and enhances path cooperativity. Simula-tion experiments comparing the MRC-PSO algorithm with the PSO algorithm, genetic algorithm and operational area cluster real-time restriction (OACRR)-PSO algorithm, which demon-strate that the MRC-PSO algorithm has a faster convergence speed, and the average number of iterations is reduced by approximately 75%. It also proves that it is equally effective in resolving complex scenarios involving multiple obstacles. More-over it effectively addresses the problem of path crossing and can better satisfy the requirements of multi-platform collabora-tive path planning. The experiments are conducted in three col-laborative operation modes, namely, three-to-two, three-to-three, and four-to-two, and the outcomes demonstrate that the algorithm possesses strong universality.展开更多

Vehicles not only provide delivery services to customers but also function as mobile ware-houses and launch/recovery platforms for UAVs. This paper addresses the vehicle routing problem with UAVs considering time window and UAV multi-delivery (VRPU-TW&MD). A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model is developed to mini-mize delivery costs while incorporating constraints related to UAV energy consumption. Subsequently, a micro-evolution aug-mented large neighborhood search (MEALNS) algorithm incor-porating adaptive large neighborhood search (ALNS) and micro-evolution mechanism is proposed. Numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of both the model and algorithm in solving the VRPU-TW&MD. Autonomous cooperation of unmanned swarms is the research focus on“new combat forces”and“disruptive technologies”in military fields.The mechanism design is the fundamental way to realize autonomous cooperation.Fac...Autonomous cooperation of unmanned swarms is the research focus on“new combat forces”and“disruptive technologies”in military fields.The mechanism design is the fundamental way to realize autonomous cooperation.Facing the realistic requirements of a swarm network dynamic adjustment under the background of high dynamics and strong confrontation and aiming at the optimization of the coordination level,an adaptive dynamic reconfiguration mechanism of unmanned swarm topology based on an evolutionary game is designed.This paper analyzes military requirements and proposes the basic framework of autonomous cooperation of unmanned swarms,including the emergence of swarm intelligence,information network construction and collaborative mechanism design.Then,based on the framework,the adaptive dynamic reconfiguration mechanism is discussed in detail from two aspects:topology dynamics and strategy dynamics.Next,the unmanned swarms’community network is designed,and the network characteristics are analyzed.Moreover,the mechanism characteristics are analyzed by numerical simulation,focusing on the impact of key parameters,such as cost,benefit coefficient and adjustment rate on the level of swarm cooperation.Finally,the conclusion is made,which is expected to provide a theoretical reference and decision support for cooperative mode design and combat effectiveness generation of unmanned swarm operations.展开更多

文摘This paper analyzes a problem processing mechanism in a new collaboration system between the main manufacturer and the supplier in the"main manufacturer-supplier"mode,which has been widely applied in the collaborative development management of the complex product.This paper adopts the collaboration theory,the evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation to analyze the decision-making mechanism where one upstream supplier and one downstream manufacturer must process an unpredicted problem without any advance contract in common.Results show that both players'decision-makings are in some correlation with the initial state,income impact coefficients,and dealing cost.It is worth noting that only the initial state influences the final decision,while income impact coefficients and dealing cost just influence the decision process.This paper shows reasonable and practical suggestions for the manufacturer and supplier in a new collaboration system for the first time and is dedicated to the managerial implications on reducing risks of processing problems.
文摘The proliferation of carrier aircraft and the integration of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)on aircraft carriers present new challenges to the automation of launch and recovery operations.This paper investigates a collaborative scheduling problem inherent to the operational processes of carrier aircraft,where launch and recovery tasks are conducted concurrently on the flight deck.The objective is to minimize the cumulative weighted waiting time in the air for recovering aircraft and the cumulative weighted delay time for launching aircraft.To tackle this challenge,a multiple population self-adaptive differential evolution(MPSADE)algorithm is proposed.This method features a self-adaptive parameter updating mechanism that is contingent upon population diversity,an asynchronous updating scheme,an individual migration operator,and a global crossover mechanism.Additionally,comprehensive experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.Ultimately,a comparative analysis with existing operation modes confirms the enhanced efficiency of the collaborative operation mode.
文摘[Objective]Under the combined impact of climate change and urbanization,urban rainstorm flood disasters occur frequently,seriously restricting urban safety and sustainable development.Relying on traditional grey infrastructure such as pipe networks for urban stormwater management is not enough to deal with urban rainstorm flood disasters under extreme rainfall events.The integration of green,grey and blue systems(GGB-integrated system)is gradually gaining recognition in the field of global flood prevention.It is necessary to further clarify the connotation,technical and engineering implementation strategies of the GGB-integrated system,to provide support for the resilient city construction.[Methods]Through literature retrieval and analysis,the relevant research and progress related to the layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization of the GGBintegrated system were systematically reviewed.In response to existing limitations and future engineering application requirements,key supporting technologies including the utilization of overground emergency storage spaces,safety protection of underground important infrastructure and multi-departmental collaboration,were proposed.A layout optimization framework and a joint scheduling framework for the GGB-integrated system were also developed.[Results]Current research on layout optimization predominantly focuses on the integration of green system and grey system,with relatively fewer studies incorporating blue system infrastructure into the optimization process.Moreover,these studies tend to be on a smaller scale with simpler scenarios,which do not fully capture the complexity of real-world systems.Additionally,optimization objective tend to prioritize environmental and economic goals,while social and ecological factors are less frequently considered.Current research on joint scheduling optimization is often limited to small-scale plots,with insufficient attention paid to the entire system.There is a deficiency in method for real-time,automated determination of optimal control strategies for combinations of multiple system facilities based on actual rainfall-runoff processes.Additionally,the application of emergency facilities during extreme conditions is not sufficiently addressed.Furthermore,both layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization lack consideration of the mute feed effect of flood and waterlogging in urban,watershed and regional scales.[Conclusion]Future research needs to improve the theoretical framework for layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization of GGB-integrated system.Through the comprehensive application of the Internet of things,artificial intelligence,coupling model development,multi-scale analysis,multi-scenario simulation,and the establishment of multi-departmental collaboration mechanisms,it can enhance the flood resilience of urban areas in response to rainfall events of varying intensities,particularly extreme rainfall events.

文摘Traditional source search algorithms are prone to local optimization,and source search methods combining crowdsourcing and human-AI collaboration suffer from low cost-efficiency due to human intervention.In this study,we proposed a lightweight human-AI collaboration framework that utilized multi-modal large language models(MLLMs)to achieve visual-language conversion,combined chain-of-thought(CoT)reasoning to optimize decision-making,and constructed a heuristic strategy that incorporated probability distribution filtering and a balance between exploitation and exploration.The effectiveness of the framework was verified by experiments.The human-AI alignment heuristic strategy with large language model adaptation design provides a new idea to reduce manual dependency for source search task in complex scenes.

文摘The rapid evolution of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology and autonomous capabilities has positioned UAV as promising last-mile delivery means.Vehicle and onboard UAV collaborative delivery is introduced as a novel delivery mode.Spatiotemporal collaboration,along with energy consumption with payload and wind conditions play important roles in delivery route planning.This paper introduces the traveling salesman problem with time window and onboard UAV(TSPTWOUAV)and emphasizes the consideration of real-world scenarios,focusing on time collaboration and energy consumption with wind and payload.To address this,a mixed integer linear programming(MILP)model is formulated to minimize the energy consumption costs of vehicle and UAV.Furthermore,an adaptive large neighborhood search(ALNS)algorithm is applied to identify high-quality solutions efficiently.The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is validated through numerical tests on real geographic instances and sensitivity analysis of key parameters is conducted.
文摘This article started with an overview of the current technological status and engineering developments in the field of swarm munitions.It first introduced swarm behaviors and related swarm algorithms,and then provided a comprehensive summary of the research progress in the field of swarm munitions from four aspects:Collaborative perception and detection,collaborative positioning and navigation,task allocation for swarms,and path planning for swarms.In summary,future developments in collaborative perception,planning,positioning,navigation,and decision-making for swarm munitions will trend towards intelligence,adaptability,and collaboration.It can enable swarm munitions to be better adapted to complex and dynamic battlefields,improving operational effectiveness and mission capabilities.

文摘Most studies have analyzed the aerodynamic characteristics and wind-train(vehicle)-bridge coupled vibration response of trains or vehicles on bridges of a certain structural system,while few comparative studies have been carried out on the wind-train-bridge coupled vibration response on bridges of three different structural systems.This paper takes the main span 1120 m dual-purpose highway-railway bridge as the engineering background,and studies the three bridge types of(122+1120+90+92)m suspension bridge,(130+432+1120+432+130)m cable-stayed bridge and(92+210+1120+210+92)m cable-stayed-suspension collaborative system bridge.The trend of the maximum value of the train dynamic response to the wind-train-bridge coupling of the three structural system bridges as well as the speed thresholds are compared and analyzed,and conclusions are drawn:1)Under the same speed,the maximum value of train safety indexes in three types of bridges increases with the increase of wind speed.2)Under the same wind speed,the safety and smoothness indicators of trains in three types of bridges without wind barriers rank in the order of cable-stayed suspension collaborative system bridge>cable-stayed bridge>suspension bridge.3)At low wind speeds(≤15 m/s),a 3.0 m wind barrier has negligible effect on speed thresholds.The safety ranking of structural systems remains unchanged:cable-stayed-suspension collaborative system bridge>cable-stayed bridge>suspension bridge.4)At high wind speeds(≥20 m/s),the 3.0 m wind barrier can increase the train speed threshold for bridges within the same structural system.The safety ranking of the three bridge types(3.0 m 30%wind barrier)remains unchanged:cable-stayed suspension collaborative system bridge>cable-stayed bridge>suspension bridge.This study represents the first systematic comparative analysis of wind speed critical values and performance ratings across three distinct bridge structural systems.

文摘To solve the problem of multi-platform collaborative use in anti-ship missile (ASM) path planning, this paper pro-posed multi-operator real-time constraints particle swarm opti-mization (MRC-PSO) algorithm. MRC-PSO algorithm utilizes a semi-rasterization environment modeling technique and inte-grates the geometric gradient law of ASMs which distinguishes itself from other collaborative path planning algorithms by fully considering the coupling between collaborative paths. Then, MRC-PSO algorithm conducts chunked stepwise recursive evo-lution of particles while incorporating circumvent, coordination, and smoothing operators which facilitates local selection opti-mization of paths, gradually reducing algorithmic space, accele-rating convergence, and enhances path cooperativity. Simula-tion experiments comparing the MRC-PSO algorithm with the PSO algorithm, genetic algorithm and operational area cluster real-time restriction (OACRR)-PSO algorithm, which demon-strate that the MRC-PSO algorithm has a faster convergence speed, and the average number of iterations is reduced by approximately 75%. It also proves that it is equally effective in resolving complex scenarios involving multiple obstacles. More-over it effectively addresses the problem of path crossing and can better satisfy the requirements of multi-platform collabora-tive path planning. The experiments are conducted in three col-laborative operation modes, namely, three-to-two, three-to-three, and four-to-two, and the outcomes demonstrate that the algorithm possesses strong universality.

文摘With the rapid development of low-altitude economy and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) deployment technology, aerial-ground collaborative delivery (AGCD) is emerging as a novel mode of last-mile delivery, where the vehicle and its onboard UAVs are utilized efficiently. Vehicles not only provide delivery services to customers but also function as mobile ware-houses and launch/recovery platforms for UAVs. This paper addresses the vehicle routing problem with UAVs considering time window and UAV multi-delivery (VRPU-TW&MD). A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model is developed to mini-mize delivery costs while incorporating constraints related to UAV energy consumption. Subsequently, a micro-evolution aug-mented large neighborhood search (MEALNS) algorithm incor-porating adaptive large neighborhood search (ALNS) and micro-evolution mechanism is proposed. Numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of both the model and algorithm in solving the VRPU-TW&MD. The impact of key parameters on delivery performance is explored by sensitivity analysis.

文摘The health monitoring for large-scale structures need to resolve a large number of difficulties,such as the data transmission and distributing information handling.To solve these problems,the technology of multi-agent is a good candidate to be used in the field of structural health monitoring.A structural health monitoring system architecture based on multi-agent technology is proposed.The measurement system for aircraft airfoil is designed with FBG,strain gage,and corresponding signal processing circuit.The experiment to determine the location of the concentrate loading on the structure is carried on with the system combined with technologies of pattern recognition and multi-agent.The results show that the system can locate the concentrate loading of the aircraft airfoil at the accuracy of 91.2%.

文摘Autonomous cooperation of unmanned swarms is the research focus on“new combat forces”and“disruptive technologies”in military fields.The mechanism design is the fundamental way to realize autonomous cooperation.Facing the realistic requirements of a swarm network dynamic adjustment under the background of high dynamics and strong confrontation and aiming at the optimization of the coordination level,an adaptive dynamic reconfiguration mechanism of unmanned swarm topology based on an evolutionary game is designed.This paper analyzes military requirements and proposes the basic framework of autonomous cooperation of unmanned swarms,including the emergence of swarm intelligence,information network construction and collaborative mechanism design.Then,based on the framework,the adaptive dynamic reconfiguration mechanism is discussed in detail from two aspects:topology dynamics and strategy dynamics.Next,the unmanned swarms’community network is designed,and the network characteristics are analyzed.Moreover,the mechanism characteristics are analyzed by numerical simulation,focusing on the impact of key parameters,such as cost,benefit coefficient and adjustment rate on the level of swarm cooperation.Finally,the conclusion is made,which is expected to provide a theoretical reference and decision support for cooperative mode design and combat effectiveness generation of unmanned swarm operations.
