The closed loop control model was built up for compensating the springback and enhancing the work piece precision.A coupled closed loop algorithm and a finite element method were developed to simulate and correct the springback of incremental sheet forming.A three-dimensional finite element model was established for simulation of springback in incremental sheet forming process.The closed loop algorithm of trajectory profile for the incremental sheet forming based on the wavelet transform combined with fast Fourier transform was constructed.The profile of processing tool path of shallow dishing with spherical surface was designed on the basis of the profile correction algorithm.The result shows that the algorithm can predict an ideal profile of processing track,and the springback error of incremental sheet forming is eliminated effectively.It has good convergence efficiency,and can improve the workpiece dimensional accuracy greatly. 展开更多

Experiment investigation on visualization and operating characteristics of closed loop plate oscillating heat pipe with parallel channels 被引量:1

Using ethanol or acetone as the working fluid, visualization of oscillations in steady state was observed visually by high-speed cameras, and temperature oscillating and heat transfer characteristics of closed-loop plate oscillating heat pipe with parallel channels(POHP-PC) were experimentally investigated by varying liquid filled ratios(50%, 70%, 85%), section scales(1 mm×1 mm and 1 mm×1.5 mm), inclination angles, working fluids and heating inputs. It was found that during operating there was mixed flow consisting of plug flow and annular flow in channels of oscillating heat pipe at steady-state. There was an equilibrium position for working fluid of condenser during oscillating, and periodic oscillations occurred up and down in the vicinity of equilibrium position. With heat input increasing, equilibrium position rose slowly as a result of vapor pressure of evaporation.Evaporation temperature oscillating amplitude possessed a trend of small-large-small and frequency trend was of small-large during steady-state. It may be generally concluded that temperature, whether evaporator or condenser, fluctuated sharply or rose continuously when oscillating heat pipe coming to dry burning state. Simultaneously, it was found that temperature difference of cooling water possibly dropped with heat input rising during dry burning state. Thermal resistance of No. 2 with acetone was lower than that of No. 1 during experiments, but No. 2 achieving heat transfer limit was earlier than No. 1. However, with ethanol, thermal resistance of No. 1 and No. 2 were similar with the heating input less than 110-120 W and filling ratios of 50% and 70%. And with filling ratio of 85%, heating transfer performance of No. 2 was better compared to No. 1 during all the experiments. 展开更多

The noise of closed loop micro-electromechanical systems(MEMS) capacitive accelerometer is treated as one of the significant performance specifications.Traditional optimization of noise performance often focuses on designing large capacitive sensitivity accelerometer and applying closed loop structure to shape total noise,but different noise sources in closed loop and their behaviors at low frequencies are seldom carefully studied,especially their behaviors with different electronic parameters.In this work,a thorough noise analysis is established focusing on the four noise sources transfer functions near 0 Hz with simplified electronic parameters in closed loop,and it is found that the total electronic noise equivalent acceleration varies differently at different frequency points,such that the noise spectrum shape at low frequencies can be altered from 1/f noise-like shape to flat spectrum shape.The bias instability changes as a consequence.With appropriate parameters settings,the 670 Hz resonant frequency accelerometer can reach resolution of 2.6 μg/(Hz)1/2 at 2 Hz and 6 μg bias instability,and 1300 Hz accelerometer can achieve 5μg/(Hz)1/2 at 2 Hz and 31 μg bias instability.Both accelerometers have flat spectrum profile from 2 Hz to 15 Hz. 展开更多

The existing theories for closed loop identification with the linear feedback controller are very mature.To apply the existed theories directly in the control field,we propose a new idea about replacing the original unknown and nonlinear feedback controller with one approximated linear controller,while guaranteeing the equivalent property for the obtained closed loop system.Based on some statistical correlation functions,one condition is derived to show the equivalent property between the approximated linear controller and the original nonlinear controller.The detailed explicit form,corresponding to the approximated linear controller,is also constructed.Furthermore,to give a complete analysis for closed loop identification,the cost function is rewritten as one extended expression,being convenient to understand.Then spectral estimation is introduced to identify the unknown plant in the closed loop system.Finally,the proposed theories are verified by one simulation example. 展开更多

Nonlinear instability suppression of closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator based on anti-windup compensation

To solve the flight safety problem caused by nonlinear instabilities(category II pilot induced oscillations, PIOs) of the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with rate-limiting actuator, the antiwindup(AW) compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is investigated. Firstly, the AW compensation method originally used for controlling input magnitude limited system is introduced, then this method is extended for controlling input rate-limiting system through a circle criterion theorem. Secondly, the establishment of the AW compensator is transformed into the solving of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an AW compensator establishment algorithm for the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system with the rate-limiting actuator is obtained. The effectiveness of the AW compensation method to avoid category II PIOs is validated by time-domain simulations,and compared with rate-limited feedback(RLF) command rate compensation method. The results show that the AW compensation method can effectively suppress category II PIOs and maintain the nominal performance when the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system is normal. Unlike the command rate compensator which works upon system uninterruptedly, the AW compensation method affects the closed-loop pilot-vehicle system only when the rate-limiting of actuator is activated, so it is a novel PIO avoidance method. 展开更多

With a focus on an industrial multivariable system, two subsystems including the flow and the level outputs are analysed and controlled, which have applicability in both real and academic environments. In such a case, at first, each subsystem is distinctively represented by its model, since the outcomes point out that the chosen models have the same behavior as corresponding ones. Then, the industrial multivariable system and its presentation are achieved in line with the integration of these subsystems, since the interaction between them can not actually be ignored. To analyze the interaction presented, the Gershgorin bands need to be acquired, where the results are used to modify the system parameters to appropriate values. Subsequently, in the view of modeling results, the control concept in two different techniques including sequential loop closing control(SLCC) scheme and diagonal dominance control(DDC) schemes is proposed to implement on the system through the Profibus network, as long as the OPC(OLE for process control) server is utilized to communicate between the control schemes presented and the multivariable system. The real test scenarios are carried out and the corresponding outcomes in their present forms are acquired. In the same way, the proposed control schemes results are compared with each other, where the real consequences verify the validity of them in the field of the presented industrial multivariable system control. 展开更多

When a new user accesses the CDMA system, the load will change drastically, and therefore, the advanced outer loop power control (OLPC) technology has to be adopted to enrich the target signal interference ratio (Silt) and improve the system performance. The existing problems about DS-CDMA outer loop power control for multi-service are introduced and the power control theoretical model is analyzed. System simulation is adopted on how to obtain the theoretical performance and parameter optimization of the power control algorithm. The OLPC algorithm is improved and the performance comparisons between the old algorithm and the improved algorithm are given. The results show good performance of the improved OLPC algorithm and prove the validity of the improved method for multi-service. 展开更多

The risk of failure of the control loop can occur when a high-speed maglev train runs on viaduct.Meanwhile,the failure of the levitation magnets which balances the gravity of the maglev train could cause the train collision with track.To study the dynamic response of the train and the viaduct when the levitation magnet control loop failure occurs,a high-speed maglev train-viaduct coupling model,which includes a maglev controller fitted by measured force-gap data and considers the actual structure of train and viaduct,is established.Then the accuracy and effectiveness of the established approach are validated by comparing the computed dynamic responses and frequencies with the measurement results.After that,the dynamic responses of maglev train and viaduct are discussed under normal operation and control loop failures,and the most disadvantageous combination of control loop failures is obtained.The results show that when a single control loop fails,it only has a great influence on the failed electromagnet,and the maglev response of adjacent electromagnets has no obvious change and no collision occurs.But there is a risk of rail collisions when the dual control loop fails. 展开更多

为解决弹道修正引信在修正过程中弹体受力变化较大引起的模型非线性问题,为保证滚转角控制算法的有效控制范围可有效覆盖整个修正控制过程,采用了基于动压变化的位置-速度双闭环比例-积分-微分(proportional-integral-differential,PID... 为解决弹道修正引信在修正过程中弹体受力变化较大引起的模型非线性问题,为保证滚转角控制算法的有效控制范围可有效覆盖整个修正控制过程,采用了基于动压变化的位置-速度双闭环比例-积分-微分(proportional-integral-differential,PID)切换控制算法.在传统PID控制算法基础上引入切换控制,将PID控制系统设计成子系统,依靠引信动力学模型与动压之间的关联,以动压为切换信号制定切换规则将多个PID控制系统串联,拓宽了滚转角控制系统的有效控制范围.结合理论分析与仿真验证,结果表明:在整个弹道修正控制过程中定位精度在0.25°以内,响应时间小于0.3 s,验证了基于动压变化的PID切换控制算法对非线性的引信滚转角控制模型、持续滚转角控制的可行性. 展开更多

甘蔗切种机多刀闭环协同控制系统设计与试验

针对课题组研发的预切种式智能甘蔗切种机(下称甘蔗切种机)切种效率不高的问题,设计开发了智能甘蔗切种机多刀闭环协同控制系统。为初步验证系统的有效性,搭建了调刀模拟平台进行试验,结果显示闭环控制平均调刀时间比开环控制少0.21 s... 针对课题组研发的预切种式智能甘蔗切种机(下称甘蔗切种机)切种效率不高的问题,设计开发了智能甘蔗切种机多刀闭环协同控制系统。为初步验证系统的有效性,搭建了调刀模拟平台进行试验,结果显示闭环控制平均调刀时间比开环控制少0.21 s。样机试验结果表明:(1)电机脉冲频率f=6 kHz时,调刀电机达到最佳速度120 mm/s,调刀绝对位移误差小于5 mm,相对位移误差<1%;当f>6 kHz时,调刀相对位移误差大于5%;当f≥8 kHz时,步进电机出现严重堵步,影响正常工作。(2)调刀速度为120 mm/s时,闭环控制切刀调刀时间为0.95 s/根,调刀效率提高了74.32%。(3)甘蔗传送速度达到0.15 m/s,提高了50%;甘蔗传送间距提升了80%;综合传送效率提升了86.6%。(4)切种合格率达98.02%,伤芽率小于1%,与原系统相比切种机总体切种效率提高83.20%,工作稳定,实现了连续、高效自动切种,满足实际生产要求。 展开更多

目的:探讨基于知识库方法的医院危急值闭环管理实践,以摆脱现有的危急值被动监管模式。方法:基于对危急值管理模式中存在问题的分析,提出构建以知识库方法为核心的危急值闭环管理体系;收集2022年7月至2022年9月和2023年7月至2023年9月... 目的:探讨基于知识库方法的医院危急值闭环管理实践,以摆脱现有的危急值被动监管模式。方法:基于对危急值管理模式中存在问题的分析,提出构建以知识库方法为核心的危急值闭环管理体系;收集2022年7月至2022年9月和2023年7月至2023年9月期间共6个月的危急值上报数据,应用统计学方法进行分析,评估知识库方法应用效果。结果:知识库方法的构建显著改善了危急值管理的质量指标。具体而言,临床医护响应时间平均缩短14.44分钟,临床处置率提高了16.78%,危急值患者死亡人数及比例显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于知识库方法构建的医院危急值智能管理体系,不仅显著提升了危急值的管理质量,还为患者提供了更安全高效的医疗保障,对于推动医院高质量发展具有重要意义。 展开更多

木星系探测器通常采用金星-地球-地球等借力序列实现地木转移,由于大范围的器日距离变化引起太阳光照强度大尺度变化,进而导致探测器舱外热控部组件温度交变范围宽,不仅要适应金星附近达2938 W/m2以上的高太阳热流,还需适应木星附近50 W... 木星系探测器通常采用金星-地球-地球等借力序列实现地木转移,由于大范围的器日距离变化引起太阳光照强度大尺度变化,进而导致探测器舱外热控部组件温度交变范围宽,不仅要适应金星附近达2938 W/m2以上的高太阳热流,还需适应木星附近50 W/m2直至阴影区为0 W/m2的超低太阳热流,对热控设计的极端高低温适应性带来挑战。目前传统方式主要采用流体回路、百叶窗及多层组件等热控措施进行控温,增加了热控系统的复杂度和设计难度,本文提出一种新型热控设计方法,使用三维隔热太阳翼实现对阳光的遮挡,并采用闭环解耦控制算法来调节太阳翼与星体的位置关系,从而减小太阳对探测器外表面单机设备的热辐射并维持固定的散热面,同时减少探测器的温度波动,通过仿真分析太阳翼离星体1.5 m情况下,星体遮挡处的散热能力可以达到170 W/m2,用于金星处高太阳热流的遮挡;当太阳翼离星体0.5 m情况时,散热能力减少到50 W/m2,能起到在木星处保温作用,减少散热面的漏热。具有简化热控设计和适应性强的优点,为后续深空探测器热控设计提供一种新思路。 展开更多

目的:评价基于精益六西格玛的全链条闭环护理管理在老年慢性病患者中的应用效果,为临床优化服务流程、改善就医体验提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取青岛市某三级甲等综合医院2023年3月至6月住院的273例老年患者为对照组,2023年... 目的:评价基于精益六西格玛的全链条闭环护理管理在老年慢性病患者中的应用效果,为临床优化服务流程、改善就医体验提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,选取青岛市某三级甲等综合医院2023年3月至6月住院的273例老年患者为对照组,2023年7月至10月住院的273例老年患者为观察组。对照组采用常规护理流程,观察组采用基于精益六西格玛的全链条闭环护理管理的就诊流程。比较两组患者在办理出入院手续所需时间、护理服务体验评价以及护士人文关怀品质方面的差异。结果:观察组患者办理入院、出院手续所需时间分别为(5.51±1.76)、(2.36±0.55)min,短于对照组的(59.03±4.23)、(59.69±3.56)min,且护理服务体验评价、护士人文关怀品质方面均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:将基于精益六西格玛的全链条闭环护理管理应用于老年慢性病患者可有效缩短患者办理出入院手续所需时间,改善患者护理服务体验及护士人文关怀品质,为进一步在临床推广应用提供参考依据。 展开更多

为满足对海岸带区域高分辨率、高信噪比、低杂光、大动态范围与高重访特性的观测需求,新一代海洋水色卫星创新性设计了兼具高空间分辨率、高信噪比和宽幅成像能力的海岸带成像仪,成像仪基于离轴三反主光学系统,采用成像镜头加高精度指... 为满足对海岸带区域高分辨率、高信噪比、低杂光、大动态范围与高重访特性的观测需求,新一代海洋水色卫星创新性设计了兼具高空间分辨率、高信噪比和宽幅成像能力的海岸带成像仪,成像仪基于离轴三反主光学系统,采用成像镜头加高精度指向镜侧摆、多谱段集成TDICCD线阵探测器推扫的成像体制,实现了9个谱段在水体低辐亮度条件下的高信噪比和大动态范围成像。文章围绕成像仪的系统设计、关键技术突破及性能验证展开研究,在关键技术方面,详细论述了大口径高精度指向镜机构设计、高稳定性光机结构设计以及杂散光抑制设计等。通过实验室性能测试、外场性能测试和在轨性能测试验证了成像仪的成像品质和功能性能,结果表明:成像仪运行稳定,各工作模式功能正常,全色谱段和多光谱谱段的分辨率、图像信噪比、动态传函等各项性能指标均达到设计要求。研究成果为提升海岸带遥感观测能力、服务海洋资源开发和环境保护等提供了可靠数据支撑。 展开更多

针对传统经验模式下起重机结构设计不合理导致承载性能与实际服役场景不匹配的问题,以数字化设计模式为理念,提出基于数字孪生的起重机结构闭环优化设计方法。首先,利用“运行状态-承载性能-形状特点”一体化的思想,从虚实行性映射、数... 针对传统经验模式下起重机结构设计不合理导致承载性能与实际服役场景不匹配的问题,以数字化设计模式为理念,提出基于数字孪生的起重机结构闭环优化设计方法。首先,利用“运行状态-承载性能-形状特点”一体化的思想,从虚实行性映射、数据融合与交互、服务及可视化呈现3个层面,搭建用于起重机结构闭环优化设计的数字孪生系统。其次,在应力预测方面,以不同工况下的结构应力点云样本为基础,采用K最近邻算法(KNN)、球树算法(Ball-Tree)算法和径向神经网络(RBF),构建粗细网格节点匹配模型和应力预测模型,实现随机载荷作用下结构应力快速预测。而后,在结构优化方面,利用应力预测结果,构建静强度和疲劳强度约束条件,结合结构主控尺寸参数,以及由质量和寿命匹配组成的多目标函数,采用非定向算子(NDX)改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法,完成起重机结构闭环优化设计。最后,以YDC20/30轻小型移动式起重机为例,验证了所提方法及系统的可行性和有效性。 展开更多

集成式线控制动系统的复杂非线性特性和动态摩擦特性等导致精确的液压力控制仍面临一定的挑战。为解决上述问题,提出了一种集成式线控制动系统主动制动液压力精确控制策略。首先,分析了集成式线控制动系统的结构方案和控制框架,建立了... 集成式线控制动系统的复杂非线性特性和动态摩擦特性等导致精确的液压力控制仍面临一定的挑战。为解决上述问题,提出了一种集成式线控制动系统主动制动液压力精确控制策略。首先,分析了集成式线控制动系统的结构方案和控制框架,建立了面向控制器设计的各组件等效简化模型。其次,提出了一种集成式线控制动系统主动制动三层闭环级联压力控制方法。具体而言,基于自抗扰控制方法设计压力控制层以削弱液压系统迟滞非线性因素的影响,位置控制层采用鲁棒滑模变结构控制方法并考虑了传动机构的动静态摩擦问题,此外,通过线性矩阵不等式方法设计电流控制层以提高制动电机的动态跟随性能。AMESim-Simulink联合仿真测试结果表明,集成式线控制动系统在多种工况下具有良好的液压力控制性能,稳态压力跟随误差控制在0.1 MPa以内,相比传统基于比例-积分(proportion-integration, PI)控制方法,采用本文方法瞬态压力跟随误差均值下降了0.14 MPa,稳态压力跟随误差均值减少了0.8 MPa,响应迟滞时间降低了0.04 s,验证了所提出的控制策略的有效性。 展开更多
