Five cadmium naphthalene-diphosphonates,formulated as[Cd_(1.5)(1,4-ndpaH_(2))2(4,4'-bpyH)(4,4'-bpy)0.5(H_(2)O)_(2)]2(1),[Cd(1,4-ndpaH_(2))(1,4-bib)0.5(H_(2)O)](2),[Cd(1,4-ndpaH3)2(1,2-dpe)(H_(2)O)]·(1,2-dpe)·7H_(2)O(3),(1,2-bixH)[Cd3(1,4-ndpaH)(1,4-ndpaH_(2))2(H_(2)O)_(2)](4),and[Cd(1,4-ndpaH_(2))(H_(2)O)]·H_(2)O(5),have been synthesized from the selfassembly reactions of 1,4-naphthalenediphosphonic acid(1,4-ndpaH4)with Cd(NO3)2·4H_(2)O by introducing auxiliary ligands with variation of rigidity,such as 4,4'-bipyridine(4,4'-bpy),1,4-bis(1-imidazolyl)benzene(1,4-bib),1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene(1,2-dpe),1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane(1,3-dpp),and bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene(1,2-bix),respectively.Structure resolution by single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that compound 1 possesses a layered framework,in which the{Cd3(PO2)2}trimers made up of corner-sharing two{CdO4N2}and one{CdO6}octahedra are connected by phosphonate groups,forming a ribbon,which are cross-linked by 4,4'-bipy ligands,forming a 2D layer.Compound 2 shows a 3D open-framework structure,where chains of corner-sharing{CdO4N}trigonal bipyramids and{PO3C}tetrahedra are cross-linked by 1,4-bib and/or phosphonate groups.A 1D ladder-like chain structure is found in compound 3,where the ladder-like chains made up of corner-sharing{CdO5N}octahedra and{PO3C}tetra hedra are connected by 1,4-ndpaH_(2)^(2-).Both compounds 4 and 5 obtained by the introduction of flexible ligands during the synthesis show a 2D layered structure,which is formed by ligand crosslinking double metal chains.Interestingly,In 4,flexible 1,2-bix was singly protonated,as guest molecules,filled between layer and layer,while flexible ligand 1,3-dpp is absent in 5.Photophysical measurements indicate that compounds 1-5 show ligand-centered emissions. 展开更多

A hull structure is prone to local deformation and damage due to the pressure load on the surface.How to simulate surface pressure is an important issue in ship structure test.The loading mode of hydraulic actuator combined with high-pressure flexible bladder was proposed,and the numerical model of the loading device based on flexible bladder was established.The design and analysis method of high-pressure flexible bladder based on aramid-fiber reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane was proposed to break through the surface pressure loading technology of ship structures.The surface pressure loading system based on flexible bladder was developed.The ultimate strength verification test of the box girder under the combined action of bending moment and pressure was carried out to systematically verify the feasibility and applicability of the loading system.The results show that the surface pressure loading technology can be used well for applying uniform pressure to ship structures.Compared with the traditional surface loading methods,the improved device can be applied with horizontal constant pressure load,with rapid response and safe process,and the pressure load is always stable with the increase of the bending moment load during the test.The requirement for uniform loading in the comprehensive strength test of large structural models is satisfied and the accuracy of the test results is improved by this system. 展开更多

Pile-slab structure roadbed is a new form of ballastless track for high speed railway. Due to lack of corresponding design code, based on the analysis of its structure characteristics and application requirements, it is proposed to carry out load effect combination according to ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state, and the most unfavorable combination of each state is chosen to carry through design calculation for pile-slab structure. Space model of pile-slab structure can be simplified as a plane flame model, by using the orthogonal test method, and the design parameter of pile-slab structure is optimized. Moreover, based on the engineering background of Suining-Chongqing high-speed railway, the dynamic deformation characteristics of pile-slab structure roadbed are further researched by carrying on the indoor dynamic model test. The test results show that the settlement after construction of subgrade satisfies the requirement of settlement control to build ballastless track on soil subgrade for high-speed railway. Slab structure plays the role of arch shell as load is transmitted from slab to pile, and the vertical dynamic stress of subgrade soil is approximately of "K" form distribution with the depth. The distribution of pile stress is closely related to soil characteristics, which has an upset triangle shape where the large dynamic stress is at the top. Pile compared with soil shares most dynamic stress. Pile structure expands the depth of the dynamic response of subgrade has limited effect on dynamic response. These results can provide subgrade. and improves the stress of subgrade soil, and the speed of train scientific basis for pile-slab structure roadbed used on soil 展开更多

Aiming at the independent development of tracked vehicles,it is urgent to improve its mobility,passability and ride comfort,a new type of flexible road wheel with a“wheel-hinge-hub”combined structure is proposed in this study.The vibration model characteristics of the flexible road wheel were studied by the combination of numerical simulation and experiments.The superelasticity of rubber is obtained through uniaxial tensile experiment of the material and a detail three-dimensional nolinear finite element model of the flexible road wheel is established through finite element software ABAQUS.The free vibration equation of the flexible road wheel is solved by Lanczos vector direct superposition method,and its predicted modes and natural frequencies are compared with experimental results,which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the established finite element model.On this basis,the effects of various key structural or material factors on the natural frequencies of the flexible road wheel are studied using orthogonal experimental design method.Besides,the vibration modal characteristics of the flexible road wheel are also compared with those of the rigid road wheel.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the vibration and noise reduction of flexible road wheel. 展开更多

Bridges crossing active faults are more likely to suffer serious damage or even collapse due to the wreck capabilities of near-fault pulses and surface ruptures under earthquakes.Taking a high-speed railway simply-supported girder bridge with eight spans crossing an active strike-slip fault as the research object,a refined coupling dynamic model of the high-speed train-CRTS III slab ballastless track-bridge system was established based on ABAQUS.The rationality of the established model was thoroughly discussed.The horizontal ground motions in a fault rupture zone were simulated and transient dynamic analyses of the high-speed train-track-bridge coupling system under 3-dimensional seismic excitations were subsequently performed.The safe running speed limits of a high-speed train under different earthquake levels(frequent occurrence,design and rare occurrence)were assessed based on wheel-rail dynamic(lateral wheel-rail force,derailment coefficient and wheel-load reduction rate)and rail deformation(rail dislocation,parallel turning angle and turning angle)indicators.Parameter optimization was then investigated in terms of the rail fastener stiffness and isolation layer friction coefficient.Results of the wheel-rail dynamic indicators demonstrate the safe running speed limits for the high-speed train to be approximately 200 km/h and 80 km/h under frequent and design earthquakes,while the train is unable to run safely under rare earthquakes.In addition,the rail deformations under frequent,design and rare earthquakes meet the safe running requirements of the high-speed train for the speeds of 250,100 and 50 km/h,respectively.The speed limits determined for the wheel-rail dynamic indicators are lower due to the complex coupling effect of the train-track-bridge system under track irregularity.The running safety of the train was improved by increasing the fastener stiffness and isolation layer friction coefficient.At the rail fastener lateral stiffness of 60 kN/mm and isolation layer friction coefficients of 0.9 and 0.8,respectively,the safe running speed limits of the high-speed train increased to 250 km/h and 100 km/h under frequent and design earthquakes,respectively. 展开更多

Excessive vibration and noise radiation of the track structure can be caused by the operation of high speed trains.Though the track structure is characterized by obvious periodic properties and band gaps,the bandwidth is narrow and the elastic wave attenuation capability within the band gap is weak.In order to effectively control the vibration and noise of track structure,the local resonance mechanism is introduced to broaden the band gap and realize wave propagation control.The locally resonant units are attached periodically on the rail,forming a new locally resonant phononic crystal structure.Then the tuning of the elastic wave band gaps of track structure is discussed,and the formation mechanism of the band gap is explicated.The research results show that a new wide and adjustable locally resonant band gap is formed after the resonant units are introduced.The phenomenon of coupling and transition can be observed between the new locally resonant band gap and the original band gap of the periodic track structure with the band gap width reaching the maximum at the coupling position.The broader band gap can be applied for vibration and noise reduction in high speed railway track structure. 展开更多

Two minimal symmetric model-subsets are designed and investigated by moment matching method, which include hypersphere-symmetric model-subset and axis-symmetric model-subset, if system mode is a random variable and obeys certain probability distribution. They can be used as the fun- damental model-subset for multiple models estimation with fixed structure, variable structure and moving bank. The model-groups constructed by above designed subsets are given, which give the practical guidance for use of model-set in multiple models ap- proach with a variable structure. Simulation results show that the performances of two minimal model-set significantly outperform the corresponding model-sets with fixed spacing. 展开更多

Abstract:Sparse coding(SC)based visual tracking(l1-tracker)is gaining increasing attention,and many related algorithms are developed.In these algorithms,each candidate region is sparsely represented as a set of target templates.However,the structure connecting these candidate regions is usually ignored.Lu proposed an NLSSC-tracker with non-local self-similarity sparse coding to address this issue,which has a high computational cost.In this study,we propose an Euclidean local-structure constraint based sparse coding tracker with a smoothed Euclidean local structure.With this tracker,the optimization procedure is transformed to a small-scale l1-optimization problem,significantly reducing the computational cost.Extensive experimental results on visual tracking demonstrate the eectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

针对高速铁路隧道内纵连双块式无砟轨道道床板病害多发问题,通过对既有隧道内双块式无砟轨道的病害特征进行深入调研和现场检测分析,建立隧道内双块式无砟轨道精细化整体有限元模型,分析不同地基刚度、温度变化、基础变形等因素下道床... 针对高速铁路隧道内纵连双块式无砟轨道道床板病害多发问题,通过对既有隧道内双块式无砟轨道的病害特征进行深入调研和现场检测分析,建立隧道内双块式无砟轨道精细化整体有限元模型,分析不同地基刚度、温度变化、基础变形等因素下道床板受力特征,最后基于分析结果对隧道内双块式无砟轨道结构进行优化设计。研究结果表明:(1)根据现场检测,隧道内纵连式道床板贯通裂纹多位于隧道仰拱施工缝处,该类裂纹系仰拱填充层导致的反射裂纹;(2)在混凝土收缩作用下,隧道基础纵向刚度系数越大,施工缝处道床板拉应力越大;(3)隧道洞口考虑负温梯度45℃/m,道床板最大应力为2.02 MPa,洞内受基础变形影响较大,15 mm基础变形下最大应力为1.88 MPa;(4)在混凝土收缩和基础沉降变形荷载作用下,并考虑回填层裂纹发展,最大应力可达2.61 MPa,道床板易开裂;(5)为解决纵连道床板裂纹多发问题,提出隧道内双块式无砟轨道单元化设计,建议隧道洞口道床板长度6 m、洞内道床板长度12 m,采用道床板和隧道基底植筋连接的限位设计方案。 展开更多

【目的】针对核桃采收效率和果实采净率低等问题,设计一种柔性摇臂振动式核桃采收机,采用树干振动采收方式,研究不同振动参数对采收机振动性能的影响,通过响应面曲线获得两两交互作用下的振动加速度响应情况,优化设计结构和作业参数。... 【目的】针对核桃采收效率和果实采净率低等问题,设计一种柔性摇臂振动式核桃采收机,采用树干振动采收方式,研究不同振动参数对采收机振动性能的影响,通过响应面曲线获得两两交互作用下的振动加速度响应情况,优化设计结构和作业参数。【方法】对采收机关键零部件进行结构设计和应力分析,确定最佳参数;对核桃树夹持处和树干处的加速度响应效果进行仿真分析和振动作业试验,应用Design-Expert 13.0软件,以振动频率、树干直径和振动时间为主要因素,以振动加速度为评价指标,通过响应曲面探究3个参数对振动加速度的影响程度。【结果】通过ADAMS动力学分析软件得出柔性摇臂最佳直径为15 cm、最佳夹持力为2800 N,对比仿真结果与田间采收试验结果,核桃树夹持处、树干处不同频率时的振动加速度误差在5%之内;振动频率、树干直径和振动时间对振动加速度的贡献率分别为2.3178、1.6492和1.4894,当振动频率为14 Hz、树干直径为15 cm时,振动加速度达到最大值63.417 m·s^(−2),三因素对振动加速度的影响程度由大到小依次为振动频率、树干直径、振动时间。【结论】设计柔性摇臂振动式核桃采收机,剖析该装备结构特征和作业参数对能量传递的影响,可为大规模标准果园的高效核桃采收提供作业参数依据,有效提高核桃采收效率和果实采净率。 展开更多

针对现有移动机器人在复杂狭窄环境下通过性和灵活性不足的问题,受变形虫重组变形机理的启发,提出了一种模块化可重构履带机器人。模拟变形虫胞质颗粒的刚柔转换特性,融合俯仰关节与偏航关节,设计了基于闩锁结构的可锁定履带模块。将多... 针对现有移动机器人在复杂狭窄环境下通过性和灵活性不足的问题,受变形虫重组变形机理的启发,提出了一种模块化可重构履带机器人。模拟变形虫胞质颗粒的刚柔转换特性,融合俯仰关节与偏航关节,设计了基于闩锁结构的可锁定履带模块。将多个履带模块串联组成闭环单链以构成机器人的外部结构,在内部柔性机体的驱动下,履带链能够实现连续滚动。通过机体头部逐个调整前端履带模块的偏航关节角并锁定,同时机体尾部对后端履带模块依次解锁,机器人可在前进过程中主动改变自身几何形态。随后,基于关节角描述的相邻履带模块之间的位置关系,获得机器人的形态矩阵,并通过对关节角序列的迭代分析建立了机器人的运动学模型。最后,通过仿真分析了机器人的形态变化范围,以准确评估其运动灵活性,并通过制作机器人样机和开展一系列测试实验来验证其运动性能。实验结果表明,机器人的最小转弯半径为17.7cm,可通过连续改变偏航方向来实现在狭小约束空间中的灵活避障;配合俯仰关节的被动适应,机器人可穿越各类崎岖地形,由此验证了机器人的灵活性和通过性。研究结果可为移动机器人的仿生结构设计提供新思路。 展开更多

旋转共轴驱动永磁球型关节设计及扰动抑制

针对当前永磁球型关节普遍存在电磁驱动结构复杂,耦合磁场建模困难,磁矩奇异性,抵抗外界扰动能力不足等问题,依据永磁体转子轴线始终趋于磁场旋转轴线的旋转定轴效应,研制了一种以内置全悬浮永磁体转子的万向随动机构为主体的永磁柔性... 针对当前永磁球型关节普遍存在电磁驱动结构复杂,耦合磁场建模困难,磁矩奇异性,抵抗外界扰动能力不足等问题,依据永磁体转子轴线始终趋于磁场旋转轴线的旋转定轴效应,研制了一种以内置全悬浮永磁体转子的万向随动机构为主体的永磁柔性直驱球型关节。球型关节的定子由两组鞍形线圈和一组亥姆线圈三轴正交嵌套而成。为解决磁矩控制变量冗余问题,采用磁场旋转轴线侧摆、俯仰角为独立控制变量的三相电流公式叠加空间万向旋转磁场,实现磁场内同步旋转永磁体转子侧摆、俯仰磁矩解耦和在空间万向磁场旋转轴线导引下的永磁球型关节侧摆、俯仰两自由度运动。进而,用Lyapunov函数证明系统稳定性,采用基于模糊算法优化的非奇异快速终端滑模控制方法抑制抖振和降低输出端轨迹误差。模拟结果验证了模糊优化滑模控制器的有效性。相比未模糊优化滑模控制方法,存在外界扰动时,优化模糊控制器通过切换增益进行自适应调整,能有效抑制系统控制输入产生的抖振,并提高轨迹跟踪速度,降低跟踪误差。仿真和试验表明,球型关节电磁结构简单,磁场解析建模便利,电流输入变量与磁矩输出变量一一对应,抗干扰能力和抖振抑制效果良好,实现了球型关节期望轨迹的快速跟踪,动态跟踪性能良好,改善了复杂环境的适应性。 展开更多

【目的】探究制丝分组加工烟丝结构分布变化对卷制适用性的影响。【方法】针对分组加工A模块采用薄板烘丝,B模块采用气流烘丝,利用柔性断丝技术分组M_(0)(A、B模块均不断丝)、M_(1)(A断丝、B不断丝)、M_(2)(A不断丝、B断丝)、M_(3)(A、... 【目的】探究制丝分组加工烟丝结构分布变化对卷制适用性的影响。【方法】针对分组加工A模块采用薄板烘丝,B模块采用气流烘丝,利用柔性断丝技术分组M_(0)(A、B模块均不断丝)、M_(1)(A断丝、B不断丝)、M_(2)(A不断丝、B断丝)、M_(3)(A、B均断丝)优化烟丝结构,分析烟丝结构变化对烟支物理指标、卷制过程的影响。【结果】4种试验模式下,制丝各工序综合稳定性系数控制在97%以上,批次间稳定性好。(1)贮丝柜出口、集丝箱和跑条工序M_(2)组烟丝结构均匀性系数高于其他3组,烟丝尺寸分布较集中,集丝箱至跑条,M_(2)组长丝转化为中短丝的转化率最高,转化为碎丝率最低,烟丝造碎最小;(2)卷制过程中M_(2)组烟支密度分布一致性系数h值较小,密度一致性较好;端部落丝量、缺嘴、过轻和过重的剔废率均改善明显;(3)柔性断丝M_(3)组卷制烟支重量标偏、吸阻标偏、密度一致性系数均较小,即3项指标稳定性优于不断丝的M0组卷制烟支样品。【结论】单独对B模块柔性断丝最有利于改善烟丝结构分布,提升卷制质量。 展开更多

大跨度斜拉桥在运营过程中受众多因素影响,桥面易产生较大挠曲变形,影响桥上无砟轨道的服役性能,大跨度桥梁无砟轨道结构适应性亟待研究。以某设计速度350 km/h、主跨420 m的大跨度斜拉桥无砟轨道为研究对象,基于有限元法以及车辆-轨道... 大跨度斜拉桥在运营过程中受众多因素影响,桥面易产生较大挠曲变形,影响桥上无砟轨道的服役性能,大跨度桥梁无砟轨道结构适应性亟待研究。以某设计速度350 km/h、主跨420 m的大跨度斜拉桥无砟轨道为研究对象,基于有限元法以及车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,建立大跨斜拉桥-无砟轨道精细化模型与车辆-轨道刚柔耦合模型,对桥梁受环境荷载变形时的桥上无砟轨道结构应力、道床跟随性进行分析。同时,结合频域分析对桥梁变形引起轨道不平顺以及行车时的轨道板振动特性展开研究。结果表明:各工况下轨道板等效应力最值均出现于梁端轨道板限位凸台处,最大值为5.04 MPa;在考虑轨道板自身重力产生的层间预压缩量后,桥梁变形时的轨道结构层间脱空量最大值为0.03 mm;桥梁变形产生的轨道不平顺功率谱密度曲线在120~200 m波长频段内略高于中国无砟轨道谱;行车状态下,桥梁变形引起的轨道板加速度最大值为1.63 m/s^(2);各工况下轨道板振动响应主频为11.73 Hz,并且在多处相同频率区段出现峰值。研究发现:桥上轨道结构除梁端轨道板限位凸台之外,应力均小于C40混凝土设计值,道床结构跟随性良好。桥梁变形引发的轨道高低不平顺能量主要集中于120 m以上波长,相较于随机不平顺,环境荷载引起的桥上轨道长波不平顺对行车状态下的轨道板动力响应影响较小。 展开更多
