Given the rapid development of advanced information systems,microgrids(MGs)suffer from more potential attacks that affect their operational performance.Conventional distributed secondary control with a small,fixed sam...Given the rapid development of advanced information systems,microgrids(MGs)suffer from more potential attacks that affect their operational performance.Conventional distributed secondary control with a small,fixed sampling time period inevitably causes the wasteful use of communication resources.This paper proposes a self-triggered secondary control scheme under perturbations from false data injection(FDI)attacks.We designed a linear clock for each DG to trigger its controller at aperiodic and intermittent instants.Sub-sequently,a hash-based defense mechanism(HDM)is designed for detecting and eliminating malicious data infiltrated in the MGs.With the aid of HDM,a self-triggered control scheme achieves the secondary control objectives even in the presence of FDI attacks.Rigorous theoretical analyses and simulation results indicate that the introduced secondary control scheme significantly reduces communication costs and enhances the resilience of MGs under FDI attacks.展开更多

With resource exploitation and engineering construction gradually going deeper,the surrounding rock dynamic disaster becomes frequent and violent.The anchorage support is a common control method of surrounding rock in...With resource exploitation and engineering construction gradually going deeper,the surrounding rock dynamic disaster becomes frequent and violent.The anchorage support is a common control method of surrounding rock in underground engineering.To study the dynamic damage characteristics of anchored rock and the energy absorption control mechanism of dynamic disasters,a new type of constant resistance and energy absorption(CREA)material with high strength,high elongation and high energy absorption characteristics is developed.A contrast test of rockbursts in anchored rock with different support materials is conducted.The test results show that the surface damage rates and energy release degree of anchored rock with common bolt(CB)and CREA are lower than those of unanchored rock,respectively.The total energy,average energy and maximum energy released by CREA anchored rock are 30.9%,94.3%and 84.4%lower than those of CB anchored rock.Compared with unanchored rock,the rockburst peak stress in the CREA anchored rock is increased by 39.9%,and the rockburst time is delayed by 53.2%.Based on the rockburst energy calculation model,the evolution law of rockburst peak stress and energy release is investigated.The control mechanism of CREA support units on rock dynamic failure is clarified.展开更多
With the advancement of more electric aircraft(MEA)technology,the application of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHAs)in aircraft actuation systems has become increasingly prevalent.This paper focuses on the modeling an...With the advancement of more electric aircraft(MEA)technology,the application of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHAs)in aircraft actuation systems has become increasingly prevalent.This paper focuses on the modeling and mode switching analysis of EHA used in the primary flight control actuation systems of large aircraft,addressing the challenges associated with mode switching.First,we analyze the functional architecture and operational characteristics of multi-mode EHA,and sumarize the operating modes and implementation methods.Based on the EHA system architecture,we then develop a theoretical mathematical model and a simulation model.Using the simulation model,we analyze the performance of the EHA during normal operation.Finally,the performance of the EHA during mode switching under various functional switching scenarios is investigated.The results indicate that the EHA meets the performance requirements in terms of accuracy,bandwidth,and load capacity.Additionally,the hydraulic cylinder operates smoothly during the EHA mode switching,and the response time for switching between different modes is less than the specified threshold.These findings validate the system performance of multi-mode EHA,which helps to improve the reliability of EHA and the safety of aircraft flight control systems.展开更多
Background:Evidence regarding the effectiveness of prenatal nutritional supplements has mainly considered anthropometric pregnancy outcomes.The effect on markers of health and disease,such as offspring telomere length...Background:Evidence regarding the effectiveness of prenatal nutritional supplements has mainly considered anthropometric pregnancy outcomes.The effect on markers of health and disease,such as offspring telomere length(TL)and mitochondrial DNA content(mtDNAc)is unknown.Objectives:We assessed the efficacy of maternal multiple micronutrient(MMN)-fortified balanced-energy protein(BEP)and iron-folic acid(IFA)supplementation on newborn TL as a secondary outcome and mtDNAc as a non-declared outcome.Design:We conducted a randomized controlled trial in rural Burkina Faso,among pregnant females(15-40 years old)enrolled at<21 weeks of gestation.Mothers received either MMN-fortified BEP and IFA(intervention)or IFA only(control)throughout pregnancy.Whole arterial blood samples were collected from the umbilical cord of 104 control and 90 intervention group infants,respectively.Average relative TL and mtDNAc were measured using quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Linear regression models were fitted to assess TL and mtDNAc differences across trial arms.Results:We found that a combined daily MMN-fortified BEP supplement and IFA tablet did not affect newborn TL[β=-0.010(95%CI:-0.057,0.036);P=0.662]or mtDNAc[β=0.065(95%CI:-0.203,0.073);P=0.354],as compared to an IFA tablet alone.These findings were confirmed(P>0.05)by adjusting the regression models for potential prognostic factors of study outcomes at enrollment.Exploratory analyses indicated higher,but non-significantly different mtDNAc among children born either small-for-gestational age,low birthweight,or preterm.Conclusion:Newborns from mothers who received daily nutritional supplements across gestation did not have different relative TL or mtDNAc.展开更多

The maneuverability and stealth of aerial-aquatic vehicles(AAVs)is of significant importance for future integrated air-sea combat missions.To improve the maneuverability and stealth of AAVs near the water surface,this...The maneuverability and stealth of aerial-aquatic vehicles(AAVs)is of significant importance for future integrated air-sea combat missions.To improve the maneuverability and stealth of AAVs near the water surface,this paper proposed a high-maneuverability skipping motion strategy for the tandem twin-rotor AAV,inspired by the motion behavior of the flying fish to avoid aquatic and aerial predators near the water surface.The novel tandem twin-rotor AAV was employed as the research subject and a strategybased ADRC control method for validation,comparing it with a strategy-based PID control method.The results indicate that both control methods enable the designed AAV to achieve high stealth and maneuverability near the water surface with robust control stability.The strategy-based ADRC control method exhibits a certain advantage in controlling height,pitch angle,and reducing impact force.This motion strategy will offer an inspiring approach for the practical application of AAVs to some extent.展开更多
The phenomenon of shock/shock interaction(SSI)is widely observed in high-speed flow,and the double wedge SSI represents one of the typical problems encountered.The control effect of single-pulse plasma synthetic jet(P...The phenomenon of shock/shock interaction(SSI)is widely observed in high-speed flow,and the double wedge SSI represents one of the typical problems encountered.The control effect of single-pulse plasma synthetic jet(PSJ)on double wedge type-Ⅵand type-ⅤSSI was investigated experimentally and numerically,and the influence of discharge energy was also explored.The findings indicate that the interaction between PSJ and the high-speed freestream results in the formation of a plasma layer and a jet shock,which collectively governs the control of SSI.The control mechanism of single-pulse PSJ on SSI lies in its capacity to attenuate both shock and SSI.For type-ⅥSSI,the original second-wedge oblique shock is eliminated under the control of PSJ,resulting in a new type-ⅥSSI formed by the jet shock and the first-wedge oblique shock.For type-ⅤSSI,the presence of PSJ effectively mitigates the intensity of Mach stem,supersonic jet,and reflected shocks,thereby facilitating its transition into type-ⅥSSI.The numerical results indicate that the peak pressure can be reduced by approximately 32.26%at maximum.Furthermore,the development of PSJ also extends in the Z direction.The pressure decreases in the area affected by both PSJ and jet shock due to the attenuation of the SSI zone.With increasing discharge energy,the control effect of PSJ on SSI is gradually enhanced.展开更多

Two concentrations (2.632x10^6 PIB ? ml^(-1) and 2.632x10^7 PIB ?ml^(-1)) of Lymantria dispar L. NPV were sprayed on the 2rd-instar-larvae of L. dispar and 70% and77.8% control effect were obtained respectively. BtMP0-342 was applied to the 3rd- and 4th-instarlarvae and the control effect was around 80%. The sex-attractant provided by Canada Pacific ForestryResearch Center also showed a good result in trapping L. dispar adults. The self-produced botanicalinsecticide, which was extracted from a kind of poisonous plant distributed in Daxing'an Mountains,China, exhibited a good control result in controlling the larvae of L. dispar, and 82% mortalitywas observed when spraying primary liquid of the botanical insecticide on the 3rd-5th-instar-larvaein lab.展开更多
Background:The German Military Medical Service contributed to the medical screening of unaccompanied minor refugees(UMRs)coming to Germany in 2014 and 2015.In this study,a broad range of diagnostic procedures was appl...Background:The German Military Medical Service contributed to the medical screening of unaccompanied minor refugees(UMRs)coming to Germany in 2014 and 2015.In this study,a broad range of diagnostic procedures was applied to identify microorganisms with clinical or public health significance.Previously,those tests had only been used to screen soldiers returning from tropical deployments.This instance is the first time the approach has been studied in a humanitarian context.Methods:The offered screenings included blood cell counts,hepatitis B serology and microscopy of the stool to look for protozoa and worm eggs as well as PCR from stool samples targeting pathogenic bacteria,protozoa and helminths.If individuals refused certain assessments,their decision to do so was accepted.A total of 219 apparently healthy male UMRs coming from Afghanistan,Egypt,Somalia,Eritrea,Syria,Ghana,Guinea,Iran,Algeria,Iraq,Benin,Gambia,Libya,Morocco,Pakistan,and Palestine were assessed.All UMRs who were examined at the study department were included in the assessment.Results:We detected decreasing frequencies of pathogens that included diarrhoea-associated bacteria[Campylobacter(C.)jejuni,enteropathogenic Escherichia(E.)coli(EPEC),enterotoxic E.coli(ETEC),enteroaggregative E.coli(EAEC),enteroinvasive E.coli(EIEC)/Shigella spp.),Giardia(G.)duodenalis,helminths(comprising Schistosoma spp.,Hymenolepis(H.)nana,Strongyloides(S.)stercoralis]as well as hepatitis B virus.Pathogenic microorganisms dominated the samples by far.While G.duodenalis was detected in 11.4%of the assessed UMRs,the incidence of newly identified cases in the German population was 4.5 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.Conclusion:We conclude that the applied in-house PCR screening systems,which have proven to be useful for screening military returnees from tropical deployments,can also be used for health assessment of immigrants from the respective sites.Apparently healthy UMRs may be enterically colonized with a broad variety of pathogenic and apathogenic microorganisms.Increased colonization rates,as shown for G.duodenalis,can pose a hygiene problem in centralized homes for asylum seekers.展开更多

The effect of these factors reflects basically the situation and cause of death of insects at different stages of entire process of growth and development, so that they may be cmployed as the basic records of the quantitative dynamic of the population, and are of important value to the study of population quantitative dynamics of pests. Since Morris and Miller (1954) applied the life table technique to study natural population of insects, the insect lif e table technique has becoming an important means for the study of quantitative dynamics of pest populations. In foreign countries, the study of the life table of forest pest began in 50 year’s already. Moreovcr. the rcsults of invcstigation were applicd to the productive practice, such as thc sprucc budworm (Choristoneura fumiferana Clemens),winter moth (Opperophtera brumala Linnaeus), while in our country, the quantitative dynamics of many forest pests were not investigated. Since backlash nonlinearity is inevitably existing in actuators for bidirectional stabilization system of allelectric tank,it behaves more drastically in high maneuvering environments.In this work,the accurate trackin...Since backlash nonlinearity is inevitably existing in actuators for bidirectional stabilization system of allelectric tank,it behaves more drastically in high maneuvering environments.In this work,the accurate tracking control for bidirectional stabilization system of moving all-electric tank with actuator backlash and unmodeled disturbance is solved.By utilizing the smooth adaptive backlash inverse model,a nonlinear robust adaptive feedback control scheme is presented.The unknown parameters and unmodelled disturbance are addressed separately through the derived parametric adaptive function and the continuous nonlinear robust term.Because the unknown backlash parameters are updated via adaptive function and the backlash effect can be suppressed successfully by inverse operation,which ensures the system stability.Meanwhile,the system disturbance in the high maneuverable environment can be estimated with the constructed adaptive law online improving the engineering practicality.Finally,Lyapunov-based analysis proves that the developed controller can ensure the tracking error asymptotically converges to zero even with unmodeled disturbance and unknown actuator backlash.Contrast co-simulations and experiments illustrate the advantages of the proposed approach.展开更多
To improve the hit probability of tank at high speed,a prediction method of projectile-target intersection based on adaptive robust constraint-following control and interval uncertainty analysis is proposed.The method...To improve the hit probability of tank at high speed,a prediction method of projectile-target intersection based on adaptive robust constraint-following control and interval uncertainty analysis is proposed.The method proposed provides a novel way to predict the impact point of projectile for moving tank.First,bidirectional stability constraints and stability constraint-following error are constructed using the Udwadia-Kalaba theory,and an adaptive robust constraint-following controller is designed considering uncertainties.Second,the exterior ballistic ordinary differential equation with uncertainties is integrated into the controller,and the pointing control of stability system is extended to the impact-point control of projectile.Third,based on the interval uncertainty analysis method combining Chebyshev polynomial expansion and affine arithmetic,a prediction method of projectile-target intersection is proposed.Finally,the co-simulation experiment is performed by establishing the multi-body system dynamic model of tank and mathematical model of control system.The results demonstrate that the prediction method of projectile-target intersection based on uncertainty analysis can effectively decrease the uncertainties of system,improve the prediction accuracy,and increase the hit probability.The adaptive robust constraint-following control can effectively restrain the uncertainties caused by road excitation and model error.展开更多
To address the two critical issues of evaluating the necessity of implementing cooling techniques and achieving real-time temperature control of drilling fluids underground in the current drilling fluid cooling techno...To address the two critical issues of evaluating the necessity of implementing cooling techniques and achieving real-time temperature control of drilling fluids underground in the current drilling fluid cooling technology,we first established a temperature and pressure coupled downhole heat transfer model,which can be used in both water-based and oil-based drilling fluid.Then,fourteen factors,which could affect wellbore temperature,were analyzed.Based on the standard deviation of the downhole temperature corresponding to each influencing factor,the influence of each factor was quantified.The influencing factors that can be used to guide the drilling fluid's cooling technology were drilling fluid thermal conductivity,drilling fluid heat capacity,drilling fluid density,drill strings rotation speed,pump rate,viscosity,ROP,and injection temperature.The nondominated sorting genetic algorithm was used to optimize these six parameters,but the optimization process took 182 min.Combining these eight parameters'influence rules with the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm can reduce the optimization time to 108 s.Theoretically,the downhole temperature has been demonstrated to increase with the inlet temperature increasing linearly under quasi-steady states.Combining this law and PID,the downhole temperature can be controlled,which can reduce the energy for cooling the surface drilling fluid and can ensure the downhole temperature reaches the set value as soon as possible.展开更多

Starch digestion rate and location in the gastrointestinal tract(GIT)are critical for human health.This review aims to present a comprehensive summary on our current understanding of physiological,biochemical,anatomic...Starch digestion rate and location in the gastrointestinal tract(GIT)are critical for human health.This review aims to present a comprehensive summary on our current understanding of physiological,biochemical,anatomical and geometrical factors of human digestive system that are related to in vivo starch digestibility.It is shown that all digestive compartments including mouth,stomach,small intestine,and large intestine play critical roles in regulating the overall starch digestion process.A proper investigation of starch digestion pattern should thus be based on the consideration of all these compartments.Main biological factors are summarized as oral mastication and salivation,gastric emptying and motility,small intestinal enzymes and motility,large intestinal resistant starch(RS)-microbiota interactions and gut-brain feedback control,as well as glucose adsorption and hormonal feedback control.However,connections among these biological factors in determining starch digestive behaviors remain elusive.This is due to the inherent complexity of human GIT anatomy,motility and biochemical conditions,as well as ethical,financial and technical issues in conducting clinical studies.Much technological and scientific efforts from both clinical studies and in vitro simulation models are required for a better understanding of in vivo starch digestion behaviors.展开更多

文摘Given the rapid development of advanced information systems,microgrids(MGs)suffer from more potential attacks that affect their operational performance.Conventional distributed secondary control with a small,fixed sampling time period inevitably causes the wasteful use of communication resources.This paper proposes a self-triggered secondary control scheme under perturbations from false data injection(FDI)attacks.We designed a linear clock for each DG to trigger its controller at aperiodic and intermittent instants.Sub-sequently,a hash-based defense mechanism(HDM)is designed for detecting and eliminating malicious data infiltrated in the MGs.With the aid of HDM,a self-triggered control scheme achieves the secondary control objectives even in the presence of FDI attacks.Rigorous theoretical analyses and simulation results indicate that the introduced secondary control scheme significantly reduces communication costs and enhances the resilience of MGs under FDI attacks.

文摘This paper study the finite time internal synchronization and the external synchronization(hybrid synchronization)for duplex heterogeneous complex networks by time-varying intermittent control.There few study hybrid synchronization of heterogeneous duplex complex networks.Therefore,we study the finite time hybrid synchronization of heterogeneous duplex networks,which employs the time-varying intermittent control to drive the duplex heterogeneous complex networks to achieve hybrid synchronization in finite time.To be specific,the switch frequency of the controllers can be changed with time by devise Lyapunov function and boundary function,the internal synchronization and external synchronization are achieved simultaneously in finite time.Finally,numerical examples are presented to illustrate the validness of theoretical results.

文摘This paper concerns the exponential attitude-orbit coordinated control problems for gravitational-wave detection formation spacecraft systems.Notably,the large-scale communication delays resulting from oversized inter-satellite distance of space-based laser interferometers are first modeled.Subject to the delayed communication behaviors,a new delay-dependent attitude-orbit coordinated controller is designed.Moreover,by reconstructing the less conservative Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and free-weight matrices,sufficient criteria are derived to ensure the exponential stability of the closed-loop relative translation and attitude error system.Finally,a simulation example is employed to illustrate the numerical validity of the proposed controller for in-orbit detection missions.

文摘With resource exploitation and engineering construction gradually going deeper,the surrounding rock dynamic disaster becomes frequent and violent.The anchorage support is a common control method of surrounding rock in underground engineering.To study the dynamic damage characteristics of anchored rock and the energy absorption control mechanism of dynamic disasters,a new type of constant resistance and energy absorption(CREA)material with high strength,high elongation and high energy absorption characteristics is developed.A contrast test of rockbursts in anchored rock with different support materials is conducted.The test results show that the surface damage rates and energy release degree of anchored rock with common bolt(CB)and CREA are lower than those of unanchored rock,respectively.The total energy,average energy and maximum energy released by CREA anchored rock are 30.9%,94.3%and 84.4%lower than those of CB anchored rock.Compared with unanchored rock,the rockburst peak stress in the CREA anchored rock is increased by 39.9%,and the rockburst time is delayed by 53.2%.Based on the rockburst energy calculation model,the evolution law of rockburst peak stress and energy release is investigated.The control mechanism of CREA support units on rock dynamic failure is clarified.

文摘With the advancement of more electric aircraft(MEA)technology,the application of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHAs)in aircraft actuation systems has become increasingly prevalent.This paper focuses on the modeling and mode switching analysis of EHA used in the primary flight control actuation systems of large aircraft,addressing the challenges associated with mode switching.First,we analyze the functional architecture and operational characteristics of multi-mode EHA,and sumarize the operating modes and implementation methods.Based on the EHA system architecture,we then develop a theoretical mathematical model and a simulation model.Using the simulation model,we analyze the performance of the EHA during normal operation.Finally,the performance of the EHA during mode switching under various functional switching scenarios is investigated.The results indicate that the EHA meets the performance requirements in terms of accuracy,bandwidth,and load capacity.Additionally,the hydraulic cylinder operates smoothly during the EHA mode switching,and the response time for switching between different modes is less than the specified threshold.These findings validate the system performance of multi-mode EHA,which helps to improve the reliability of EHA and the safety of aircraft flight control systems.

文摘Background:Evidence regarding the effectiveness of prenatal nutritional supplements has mainly considered anthropometric pregnancy outcomes.The effect on markers of health and disease,such as offspring telomere length(TL)and mitochondrial DNA content(mtDNAc)is unknown.Objectives:We assessed the efficacy of maternal multiple micronutrient(MMN)-fortified balanced-energy protein(BEP)and iron-folic acid(IFA)supplementation on newborn TL as a secondary outcome and mtDNAc as a non-declared outcome.Design:We conducted a randomized controlled trial in rural Burkina Faso,among pregnant females(15-40 years old)enrolled at<21 weeks of gestation.Mothers received either MMN-fortified BEP and IFA(intervention)or IFA only(control)throughout pregnancy.Whole arterial blood samples were collected from the umbilical cord of 104 control and 90 intervention group infants,respectively.Average relative TL and mtDNAc were measured using quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Linear regression models were fitted to assess TL and mtDNAc differences across trial arms.Results:We found that a combined daily MMN-fortified BEP supplement and IFA tablet did not affect newborn TL[β=-0.010(95%CI:-0.057,0.036);P=0.662]or mtDNAc[β=0.065(95%CI:-0.203,0.073);P=0.354],as compared to an IFA tablet alone.These findings were confirmed(P>0.05)by adjusting the regression models for potential prognostic factors of study outcomes at enrollment.Exploratory analyses indicated higher,but non-significantly different mtDNAc among children born either small-for-gestational age,low birthweight,or preterm.Conclusion:Newborns from mothers who received daily nutritional supplements across gestation did not have different relative TL or mtDNAc.
文摘This article studies the existence and uniqueness of the mild solution of a family of control systems with a delay that are governed by the nonlinear fractional evolution differential equations in Banach spaces.Moreover,we establish the controllability of the considered system.To do so,first,we investigate the approximate controllability of the corresponding linear system.Subsequently,we prove the nonlinear system is approximately controllable if the corresponding linear system is approximately controllable.To reach the conclusions,the theory of resolvent operators,the Banach contraction mapping principle,and fixed point theorems are used.While concluding,some examples are given to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed results.

文摘The maneuverability and stealth of aerial-aquatic vehicles(AAVs)is of significant importance for future integrated air-sea combat missions.To improve the maneuverability and stealth of AAVs near the water surface,this paper proposed a high-maneuverability skipping motion strategy for the tandem twin-rotor AAV,inspired by the motion behavior of the flying fish to avoid aquatic and aerial predators near the water surface.The novel tandem twin-rotor AAV was employed as the research subject and a strategybased ADRC control method for validation,comparing it with a strategy-based PID control method.The results indicate that both control methods enable the designed AAV to achieve high stealth and maneuverability near the water surface with robust control stability.The strategy-based ADRC control method exhibits a certain advantage in controlling height,pitch angle,and reducing impact force.This motion strategy will offer an inspiring approach for the practical application of AAVs to some extent.

文摘The phenomenon of shock/shock interaction(SSI)is widely observed in high-speed flow,and the double wedge SSI represents one of the typical problems encountered.The control effect of single-pulse plasma synthetic jet(PSJ)on double wedge type-Ⅵand type-ⅤSSI was investigated experimentally and numerically,and the influence of discharge energy was also explored.The findings indicate that the interaction between PSJ and the high-speed freestream results in the formation of a plasma layer and a jet shock,which collectively governs the control of SSI.The control mechanism of single-pulse PSJ on SSI lies in its capacity to attenuate both shock and SSI.For type-ⅥSSI,the original second-wedge oblique shock is eliminated under the control of PSJ,resulting in a new type-ⅥSSI formed by the jet shock and the first-wedge oblique shock.For type-ⅤSSI,the presence of PSJ effectively mitigates the intensity of Mach stem,supersonic jet,and reflected shocks,thereby facilitating its transition into type-ⅥSSI.The numerical results indicate that the peak pressure can be reduced by approximately 32.26%at maximum.Furthermore,the development of PSJ also extends in the Z direction.The pressure decreases in the area affected by both PSJ and jet shock due to the attenuation of the SSI zone.With increasing discharge energy,the control effect of PSJ on SSI is gradually enhanced.

文摘The experiment on control of Lymantria dispar L by using different kinds ofbiological measures, including nuclear polyhedrosis virus (NPV) of Lymantria dispar L., BtMP-342,sex-attractant as well as botanical insecticide, was carried out in the forest regions of InnerMongolia in 2003. Two concentrations (2.632x10^6 PIB ? ml^(-1) and 2.632x10^7 PIB ?ml^(-1)) of Lymantria dispar L. NPV were sprayed on the 2rd-instar-larvae of L. dispar and 70% and77.8% control effect were obtained respectively. BtMP0-342 was applied to the 3rd- and 4th-instarlarvae and the control effect was around 80%. The sex-attractant provided by Canada Pacific ForestryResearch Center also showed a good result in trapping L. dispar adults. The self-produced botanicalinsecticide, which was extracted from a kind of poisonous plant distributed in Daxing'an Mountains,China, exhibited a good control result in controlling the larvae of L. dispar, and 82% mortalitywas observed when spraying primary liquid of the botanical insecticide on the 3rd-5th-instar-larvaein lab.
文摘Background:The German Military Medical Service contributed to the medical screening of unaccompanied minor refugees(UMRs)coming to Germany in 2014 and 2015.In this study,a broad range of diagnostic procedures was applied to identify microorganisms with clinical or public health significance.Previously,those tests had only been used to screen soldiers returning from tropical deployments.This instance is the first time the approach has been studied in a humanitarian context.Methods:The offered screenings included blood cell counts,hepatitis B serology and microscopy of the stool to look for protozoa and worm eggs as well as PCR from stool samples targeting pathogenic bacteria,protozoa and helminths.If individuals refused certain assessments,their decision to do so was accepted.A total of 219 apparently healthy male UMRs coming from Afghanistan,Egypt,Somalia,Eritrea,Syria,Ghana,Guinea,Iran,Algeria,Iraq,Benin,Gambia,Libya,Morocco,Pakistan,and Palestine were assessed.All UMRs who were examined at the study department were included in the assessment.Results:We detected decreasing frequencies of pathogens that included diarrhoea-associated bacteria[Campylobacter(C.)jejuni,enteropathogenic Escherichia(E.)coli(EPEC),enterotoxic E.coli(ETEC),enteroaggregative E.coli(EAEC),enteroinvasive E.coli(EIEC)/Shigella spp.),Giardia(G.)duodenalis,helminths(comprising Schistosoma spp.,Hymenolepis(H.)nana,Strongyloides(S.)stercoralis]as well as hepatitis B virus.Pathogenic microorganisms dominated the samples by far.While G.duodenalis was detected in 11.4%of the assessed UMRs,the incidence of newly identified cases in the German population was 4.5 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.Conclusion:We conclude that the applied in-house PCR screening systems,which have proven to be useful for screening military returnees from tropical deployments,can also be used for health assessment of immigrants from the respective sites.Apparently healthy UMRs may be enterically colonized with a broad variety of pathogenic and apathogenic microorganisms.Increased colonization rates,as shown for G.duodenalis,can pose a hygiene problem in centralized homes for asylum seekers.

A number of environmental factors, such as extreme climatic conditions,infection of natural enemies, may cause the death of pest insects directly. The effect of these factors reflects basically the situation and cause of death of insects at different stages of entire process of growth and development, so that they may be cmployed as the basic records of the quantitative dynamic of the population, and are of important value to the study of population quantitative dynamics of pests. Since Morris and Miller (1954) applied the life table technique to study natural population of insects, the insect lif e table technique has becoming an important means for the study of quantitative dynamics of pest populations. In foreign countries, the study of the life table of forest pest began in 50 year’s already. Moreovcr. the rcsults of invcstigation were applicd to the productive practice, such as thc sprucc budworm (Choristoneura fumiferana Clemens),winter moth (Opperophtera brumala Linnaeus), while in our country, the quantitative dynamics of many forest pests were not investigated. The larch caterpillar is one of the great pest of larch plantation in China. Every ycar, the outbrcak of this pcst occur in some places, causing large economic loss. Many studies wcre performcd on the biological and chenlical controls, but the investigation on quantitative dynamics of the natural population of larch caterpi1Iar was lacking.Since 1980, we studicd the quantitative dynamics of the natural population of larch caterpillar in Shangzhi County, Heilongiiang Province and worked out lif e tables of two generations.

文摘Since backlash nonlinearity is inevitably existing in actuators for bidirectional stabilization system of allelectric tank,it behaves more drastically in high maneuvering environments.In this work,the accurate tracking control for bidirectional stabilization system of moving all-electric tank with actuator backlash and unmodeled disturbance is solved.By utilizing the smooth adaptive backlash inverse model,a nonlinear robust adaptive feedback control scheme is presented.The unknown parameters and unmodelled disturbance are addressed separately through the derived parametric adaptive function and the continuous nonlinear robust term.Because the unknown backlash parameters are updated via adaptive function and the backlash effect can be suppressed successfully by inverse operation,which ensures the system stability.Meanwhile,the system disturbance in the high maneuverable environment can be estimated with the constructed adaptive law online improving the engineering practicality.Finally,Lyapunov-based analysis proves that the developed controller can ensure the tracking error asymptotically converges to zero even with unmodeled disturbance and unknown actuator backlash.Contrast co-simulations and experiments illustrate the advantages of the proposed approach.

文摘To improve the hit probability of tank at high speed,a prediction method of projectile-target intersection based on adaptive robust constraint-following control and interval uncertainty analysis is proposed.The method proposed provides a novel way to predict the impact point of projectile for moving tank.First,bidirectional stability constraints and stability constraint-following error are constructed using the Udwadia-Kalaba theory,and an adaptive robust constraint-following controller is designed considering uncertainties.Second,the exterior ballistic ordinary differential equation with uncertainties is integrated into the controller,and the pointing control of stability system is extended to the impact-point control of projectile.Third,based on the interval uncertainty analysis method combining Chebyshev polynomial expansion and affine arithmetic,a prediction method of projectile-target intersection is proposed.Finally,the co-simulation experiment is performed by establishing the multi-body system dynamic model of tank and mathematical model of control system.The results demonstrate that the prediction method of projectile-target intersection based on uncertainty analysis can effectively decrease the uncertainties of system,improve the prediction accuracy,and increase the hit probability.The adaptive robust constraint-following control can effectively restrain the uncertainties caused by road excitation and model error.

文摘To address the two critical issues of evaluating the necessity of implementing cooling techniques and achieving real-time temperature control of drilling fluids underground in the current drilling fluid cooling technology,we first established a temperature and pressure coupled downhole heat transfer model,which can be used in both water-based and oil-based drilling fluid.Then,fourteen factors,which could affect wellbore temperature,were analyzed.Based on the standard deviation of the downhole temperature corresponding to each influencing factor,the influence of each factor was quantified.The influencing factors that can be used to guide the drilling fluid's cooling technology were drilling fluid thermal conductivity,drilling fluid heat capacity,drilling fluid density,drill strings rotation speed,pump rate,viscosity,ROP,and injection temperature.The nondominated sorting genetic algorithm was used to optimize these six parameters,but the optimization process took 182 min.Combining these eight parameters'influence rules with the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm can reduce the optimization time to 108 s.Theoretically,the downhole temperature has been demonstrated to increase with the inlet temperature increasing linearly under quasi-steady states.Combining this law and PID,the downhole temperature can be controlled,which can reduce the energy for cooling the surface drilling fluid and can ensure the downhole temperature reaches the set value as soon as possible.

文摘In this paper we study a bilinear optimal control problem for a diffusive Lotka-Volterra competition model with chemo-repulsion in a bounded domain of ℝ^(ℕ),N=2,3.This model describes the competition of two species in which one of them avoid encounters with rivals through a chemo-repulsion mechanism.We prove the existence and uniqueness of weak-strong solutions,and then we analyze the existence of a global optimal solution for a related bilinear optimal control problem,where the control is acting on the chemical signal.Posteriorly,we derive first-order optimality conditions for local optimal solutions using the Lagrange multipliers theory.Finally,we propose a discrete approximation scheme of the optimality system based on the gradient method,which is validated with some computational experiments.

文摘A tracking stability control problem for the vertical electric stabilization system of moving tank based on adaptive robust servo control is addressed.This paper mainly focuses on two types of possibly fast timevarying but bounded uncertainty within the vertical electric stabilization system:model parameter uncertainty and uncertain nonlinearity.First,the vertical electric stabilization system is constructed as an uncertain nonlinear dynamic system that can reflect the practical mechanics transfer process of the system.Second,the dynamical equation in the form of state space is established by designing the angular tracking error.Third,the comprehensive parameter of system uncertainty is designed to estimate the most conservative effects of uncertainty.Finally,an adaptive robust servo control which can effectively handle the combined effects of complex nonlinearity and uncertainty is proposed.The feasibility of the proposed control strategy under the practical physical condition is validated through the tests on the experimental platform.This paper pioneers the introduction of the internal nonlinearity and uncertainty of the vertical electric stabilization system into the settlement of the tracking stability control problem,and validates the advanced servo control strategy through experiment for the first time.

文摘Starch digestion rate and location in the gastrointestinal tract(GIT)are critical for human health.This review aims to present a comprehensive summary on our current understanding of physiological,biochemical,anatomical and geometrical factors of human digestive system that are related to in vivo starch digestibility.It is shown that all digestive compartments including mouth,stomach,small intestine,and large intestine play critical roles in regulating the overall starch digestion process.A proper investigation of starch digestion pattern should thus be based on the consideration of all these compartments.Main biological factors are summarized as oral mastication and salivation,gastric emptying and motility,small intestinal enzymes and motility,large intestinal resistant starch(RS)-microbiota interactions and gut-brain feedback control,as well as glucose adsorption and hormonal feedback control.However,connections among these biological factors in determining starch digestive behaviors remain elusive.This is due to the inherent complexity of human GIT anatomy,motility and biochemical conditions,as well as ethical,financial and technical issues in conducting clinical studies.Much technological and scientific efforts from both clinical studies and in vitro simulation models are required for a better understanding of in vivo starch digestion behaviors.
