An uncertain multi-objective programming problem is a special type of mathematical multi-objective programming involving uncertain variables. This type of problem is important because there are several uncertain variables in real-world problems.Therefore, research on the uncertain multi-objective programming problem is highly relevant, particularly those problems whose objective functions are correlated. In this paper, an approach that solves an uncertain multi-objective programming problem under the expected-variance value criterion is proposed. First, we define the basic framework of the approach and review concepts such as a Pareto efficient solution and expected-variance value criterion using an order relation between various uncertain variables.Second, the uncertain multi-objective problem is converted into an uncertain single-objective programming problem via a linear weighted method or ideal point method. Then the problem is transformed into a deterministic single objective programming problem under the expected-variance value criterion. Third, four lemmas and two theorems are proved to illustrate that the optimal solution of the deterministic single-objective programming problem is an efficient solution to the original uncertainty problem. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

An orthogonal genetic algorithm is developed for solving the binary linear implicit programming problem based on the orthogonal design. The orthogonal design with the factor analysis, an experimental design method is applied to the genetic algorithm to make the algorithm more robust, statistical y sound and quickly convergent. A crossover operator formed by the orthogonal array and the factor analysis is presented. First, this crossover operator can generate a smal but representative sample of points as offspring. After al of the better genes of these offspring are selected, a best combination among these offspring is then generated. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

One is that the follower's functions are separable with respect to the follower's variables, and the other is that the follower's functions are convex if the follower's variables are not restricted to integers. A genetic algorithm based on an exponential distribution is proposed for the aforementioned problems. First, for each fixed leader's variable x, it is proved that the optimal solution y of the follower's mixed-integer programming can be obtained by solving associated relaxed problems, and according to the convexity of the functions involved, a simplified branch and bound approach is given to solve the follower's programming for the second class of problems. Furthermore, based on an exponential distribution with a parameter λ, a new crossover operator is designed in which the best individuals are used to generate better offspring of crossover. The simulation results illustrate that the proposed algorithm is efficient and robust. 展开更多

However, in these existed models, the follower’s cooperation level does not depend on the leader’s decision. A new model is proposed to solve this deficiency. It is proved the feasibility of the new model when the reaction set of the lower level is lower semicontinuous. And the numerical results show that the new model has optimal solutions when the reaction set of the lower level is discrete, lower semi-continuous and non-lower semi-continuous. 展开更多

A quadratic bilevel programming problem is transformed into a single level complementarity slackness problem by applying Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT) conditions.To cope with the complementarity constraints,a binary encoding scheme is adopted for KKT multipliers,and then the complementarity slackness problem is simplified to successive quadratic programming problems,which can be solved by many algorithms available.Based on 0-1 binary encoding,an orthogonal genetic algorithm,in which the orthogonal experimental design with both two-level orthogonal array and factor analysis is used as crossover operator,is proposed.Numerical experiments on 10 benchmark examples show that the orthogonal genetic algorithm can find global optimal solutions of quadratic bilevel programming problems with high accuracy in a small number of iterations. 展开更多

Thus, the modi- fied convex simplex method is used to solve the infinite linear fractional programming to obtain the global convergent solution of the original bilevel linear fractional-linear programming. Partial cooperation formulation is a more viable option than optimistic's and pessimistic's to solve an ill-posed bilevel programming problem.Aboussoror's partial cooperation model uses a constant as a cooperation index to describe the degree of follower's cooperation.The constant only indicates the leader's expectation coefficient for the follower's action,not the follower's own willingness.To solve this situation,a new model is proposed by using the follower's satisfactory degree as the cooperation degree.Then,because this new cooperation degree is a function which is dependent on the leader's choice and decided by the follower's satisfactory degree,this paper proves such proposed model not only leads an optimal value between the optimistic value and pessimistic's,but also leads a more satisfactory solution than Aboussoror's.Finally,a numerical experiment is given to demonstrate the feasibility of this new model. 展开更多

A discrete differential evolution algorithm combined with the branch and bound method is developed to solve the integer linear bilevel programming problems, in which both upper level and lower level variables are forced to be integer. An integer coding for upper level variables is adopted, and then a discrete differential evolution algorithm with an improved feasibility-based comparison is developed to directly explore the integer solution at the upper level. For a given upper level integer variable, the lower level integer programming problem is solved by the existing branch and bound algorithm to obtain the optimal integer solution at the lower level. In the same framework of the algorithm, two other constraint handling methods, i.e. the penalty function method and the feasibility-based comparison method are also tested. The experimental results demonstrate that the discrete differential evolution algorithm with different constraint handling methods is effective in finding the global optimal integer solutions, but the improved constraint handling method performs better than two compared constraint handling methods. 展开更多

This research develops a comprehensive method to solve a combinatorial problem consisting of distribution system reconfiguration, capacitor allocation, and renewable energy resources sizing and siting simultaneously and to improve power system's accountability and system performance parameters. Due to finding solution which is closer to realistic characteristics, load forecasting, market price errors and the uncertainties related to the variable output power of wind based DG units are put in consideration. This work employs NSGA-II accompanied by the fuzzy set theory to solve the aforementioned multi-objective problem. The proposed scheme finally leads to a solution with a minimum voltage deviation, a maximum voltage stability, lower amount of pollutant and lower cost. The cost includes the installation costs of new equipment, reconfiguration costs, power loss cost, reliability cost, cost of energy purchased from power market, upgrade costs of lines and operation and maintenance costs of DGs. Therefore, the proposed methodology improves power quality, reliability and security in lower costs besides its preserve, with the operational indices of power distribution networks in acceptable level. To validate the proposed methodology's usefulness, it was applied on the IEEE 33-bus distribution system then the outcomes were compared with initial configuration. 展开更多

为科学有效地设置城市道路智能网联汽车专用车道,减少智能网联汽车与人工驾驶汽车的路权冲突,提高安全和效率,本文建立城市道路智能网联汽车专用车道双层规划模型。上层模型以总出行时间最少和交通事故率最低为优化目标,将是否设置智能... 为科学有效地设置城市道路智能网联汽车专用车道,减少智能网联汽车与人工驾驶汽车的路权冲突,提高安全和效率,本文建立城市道路智能网联汽车专用车道双层规划模型。上层模型以总出行时间最少和交通事故率最低为优化目标,将是否设置智能网联汽车专用车道作为决策变量,采用具有增强精英保留算子的遗传算法(Strengthen Elitist Genetic Algorithm,SEGA)进行求解。下层模型基于用户均衡原则进行交通流分配,采用嵌入黄金分割法的Frank-Wolfe算法求解。使用Nguyen-Dupuis网络作为案例研究,验证模型及SEGA算法的有效性,并分析不同渗透率、通行能力和OD总量对总出行时间和交通事故率的影响。算例表明:渗透率为10%和80%时,设置城市道路智能网联汽车(Connected and Automated Vehicles,CAV)专用车道均会导致总出行时间升高;渗透率为40%时,可以实现总出行时间降低2.68%。渗透率低于20%时,事故率会不同程度增加;渗透率为40%时,事故率降低14.30%;渗透率为80%时,事故率降低5.77%。随着OD总量的增加,总出行时间降低幅度在0~6%之间,变化趋势不明显。低交通需求(14400 veh·h^(-1))时,事故率降低13.45%;中交通需求(21600 veh·h^(-1))时,事故率降低3.16%;高交通需求(31200 veh·h^(-1))时,事故率升高10.35%。设置城市道路CAV专用车道的最优条件为中低交通需求水平下,渗透率为40%时。研究成果可为制定城市道路CAV专用车道设置方案提供理论依据。 展开更多

货运价格直接影响托运人对运输方式的选择,科学合理的定价能有效提高公铁联运在与公路运输竞争时的优势。在双碳背景下,以碳税形式考虑碳排放成本内部化对定价的影响,基于公铁联运经营人和托运人的双重视角,依据利润分析和广义费用建立... 货运价格直接影响托运人对运输方式的选择,科学合理的定价能有效提高公铁联运在与公路运输竞争时的优势。在双碳背景下,以碳税形式考虑碳排放成本内部化对定价的影响,基于公铁联运经营人和托运人的双重视角,依据利润分析和广义费用建立双层规划定价模型。通过比较考虑碳排放成本前后,公路运输和公铁联运2种方式的货运分担率变化,分析碳税政策的有效性,进而研究不同的碳税税率对于货运相关利益方的影响。结果表明:碳税政策能够减少货运行业碳排放量;仅考虑公路运输和公铁联运2种方式时,随着碳税税率的提高,公铁联运定价上涨,分担率总体呈上升趋势。本研究为多式联运经营者优化定价策略、实现利润增长提供决策支持,并为政府制定和征收碳税提供参考。 展开更多

And then an uncertain solution for the UBKP is proposed by defining PE Nash equilibrium and PE Stackelberg Nash equilibrium. In order to improve the computational efficiency of the uncertain solution, several operators (binary coding distance, inversion operator, explosion operator and binary back learning operator) are applied to the basic fireworks algorithm to design the binary backward fireworks algorithm (BBFWA), which has a good performance in solving the BKP. 依托于聚光型太阳能发电技术的光热电站(concentrating solar power,CSP)可充分应对新能源发电的不确定性,为“双碳”愿景下新型电力系统的转型与建设提供有力保障。然而,CSP电站如何摆脱高昂建设成本的制约,为自身赢得更多可持续发展... 依托于聚光型太阳能发电技术的光热电站(concentrating solar power,CSP)可充分应对新能源发电的不确定性,为“双碳”愿景下新型电力系统的转型与建设提供有力保障。然而,CSP电站如何摆脱高昂建设成本的制约,为自身赢得更多可持续发展的机会是亟需解决的关键难题。因此,该文提出了一种考虑电力市场机制的CSP电站子系统容量优化规划方法。首先,围绕借助CSP电站灵活调控特性在运行时间尺度下提升CSP电站自身经济收益这一问题,提出CSP电站以价格制定者这一角色参与电力市场的竞价策略。然后,构建以经济效益最大为目标的CSP电站聚光、储热、发电容量配比双层随机规划模型,并采用离散线性化转换方法将规划模型转化为混合整数线性模型,解决模型重构后非线性模型带来的求解难问题。最后,基于我国西北某地区实际历史数据的算例仿真验证所提优化配比方法的有效性,并分析说明与价格接受者相比电力市场中的议价权能使CSP电站获得更好的市场经济效益。 展开更多

危险品运输事故具有低概率、高后果的特征,降低事故风险是危险品运输研究的重点。危险品运输产生风险的同时伴随着风险在空间上的分布不均衡,此前研究关注总风险最小和风险公平的权衡,但较少考虑不确定需求下的运输网络。运输需求波动... 危险品运输事故具有低概率、高后果的特征,降低事故风险是危险品运输研究的重点。危险品运输产生风险的同时伴随着风险在空间上的分布不均衡,此前研究关注总风险最小和风险公平的权衡,但较少考虑不确定需求下的运输网络。运输需求波动可能引起风险增加,为了解决不确定需求下考虑风险公平的危险品网络设计问题,构建了危险品多起点-终点(OD)对运输网络设计的双层混合整数规划模型,上层和下层问题分别为监管者选择关闭路段以及承运人选择最优路径,并通过自适应遗传算法和局部搜索算法进行求解。通过实例分析发现,不同需求情景特别是部分OD对中断时产生不同的最优网络设计方案,采用的遗传算法相比局部搜索算法运行时间稍长情况下获得的解更优。 展开更多

【目的】为适应“双碳”目标下电动汽车充电站拓展规划需求,研究充电站选址定容对分布式电源消纳作用的影响。【方法】建立了综合考虑风光出力不确定性和相关性的多目标双层配置优化模型,并分析了分时电价激励下电动汽车用户充电行为变... 【目的】为适应“双碳”目标下电动汽车充电站拓展规划需求,研究充电站选址定容对分布式电源消纳作用的影响。【方法】建立了综合考虑风光出力不确定性和相关性的多目标双层配置优化模型,并分析了分时电价激励下电动汽车用户充电行为变化对充电桩选址定容方案的影响。上层综合考虑经营者投资建设、运行维护、网损成本和用户充电、排队等效成本最小两个目标函数,采用改进多目标粒子群算法生成帕累托最优规划方案。下层模型以弃风弃光率最小为目标,对上层模型生成的帕累托解集进行校验。【结果】通过IEEE33节点路网图对所提模型进行验证,得到在风光不确定场景下的充电桩最优选址方案。 展开更多

鉴于延迟策略的研究较少关注到产品族架构设计与整条供应链延迟决策之间存在的内在交互影响,提出对产品族架构设计与供应链延迟决策的一种主从交互优化方法。通过构建在其之间的主从交互决策机制,建立了一个以产品族架构设计为主、供应... 鉴于延迟策略的研究较少关注到产品族架构设计与整条供应链延迟决策之间存在的内在交互影响,提出对产品族架构设计与供应链延迟决策的一种主从交互优化方法。通过构建在其之间的主从交互决策机制,建立了一个以产品族架构设计为主、供应链延迟决策为从的非线性双层规划模型。模型上层是开发商设计产品族架构和决策其中的延迟产品模块类型,从而最大化单位成本的顾客效用;下层的决策主体包括多个供应商、多个制造商、多个延迟承包商及多个分销商,它们分别通过优化产品族的延迟制造过程来最小化各自的运营成本。针对模型求解的复杂性,设计了一种嵌套遗传算法进行求解。以智能冰箱产品族延迟生产案例验证所提优化模型和求解算法的可行性,并通过对多项式分对数选择规则中的参数θ进行灵敏度分析实验得出了一些管理启示。 展开更多

“双碳”目标下构建以新能源发电为主体的新型电力系统需要大量灵活性资源保障其可靠运行。大规模的网侧储能为电力系统提供调峰、调频、惯量支撑等多元服务,具有重要调节作用。然而,网侧储能仅靠峰谷电价差获取电量收益难以回收其投建... “双碳”目标下构建以新能源发电为主体的新型电力系统需要大量灵活性资源保障其可靠运行。大规模的网侧储能为电力系统提供调峰、调频、惯量支撑等多元服务,具有重要调节作用。然而,网侧储能仅靠峰谷电价差获取电量收益难以回收其投建成本,已成为制约大规模网侧储能发展的主要原因。为此,基于外部性理论对网侧储能成本疏导机制展开研究。在分析市场环境下网侧储能对源-网-荷多主体外部性价值特点的基础上,建立包含储能外部性价值量化及储能成本疏导的网侧储能双层规划决策模型,即上层给出储能的规划容量,下层模拟网侧储能参与现货市场运营对市场电价的影响,并量化其对不同市场主体的外部性价值,同时反馈到上层决策模型引导储能投资;进而设计网侧储能的成本分摊方法及基于市场清算的成本疏导机制。算例结果表明,所提方法能够指导网侧储能的投建规模,所设计的成本疏导机制满足多市场主体激励相容,可以缩短储能项目的成本回收年限,并与现有电力市场交易规则兼容性好。 展开更多
