为解决数字图像如左心室MRI图像存在着弱边缘、与周围组织之间的低对比度区域的特点,传统的Snake模型算法分割数字图像,出现变形曲线泄漏现象这一问题,提出一种改进的Balloons Snake模型—Water Balloons Snake图像分割算法。该算法利... 为解决数字图像如左心室MRI图像存在着弱边缘、与周围组织之间的低对比度区域的特点,传统的Snake模型算法分割数字图像,出现变形曲线泄漏现象这一问题,提出一种改进的Balloons Snake模型—Water Balloons Snake图像分割算法。该算法利用数学形态学理论自动获取左心室数字MRI图像的重心以及边界形状变化允许空间,采用分水岭变换算法获取图像轮廓内壁分水岭线,并以此作为Snake数字模型的初始样条曲线进行进一步轮廓捕获。以小香猪左室加标记MRI数字医学图像作为应用研究对象,对比了几种模型的不同处理结果。实验表明WaterBalloons Snake模型算法比经典Snake模型或Balloons Snake模型算法能够更有效地处理变形曲线泄漏问题,并且具有较快的收敛速度。 展开更多

身份识别作为普适计算和人机交互领域的重要研究内容,受到研究者的广泛关注。基于WiFi信号的传统身份识别方法虽然取得了较大的进展,但仍然面临分类能力弱、模型存储代价高、训练时间长等问题。对此,提出了基于多层神经网络的轻量级步... 身份识别作为普适计算和人机交互领域的重要研究内容,受到研究者的广泛关注。基于WiFi信号的传统身份识别方法虽然取得了较大的进展,但仍然面临分类能力弱、模型存储代价高、训练时间长等问题。对此,提出了基于多层神经网络的轻量级步态识别模型(Light Weight Identification,LWID)。该方法首先通过将原始时序数据进行图片化重构,最大限度地保留了不同载波间的特征信息;然后通过设计一种仿生的Balloon机制,实现了对网络层中神经元数量的裁剪,并通过联合使用不同尺寸的卷积核,实现了对数据中特征的提取与特征图中通道信息的整合,从而在提高模型分类能力的前提下实现了模型规模的轻量化。实验结果表明,所提模型在50人的数据集中取得了98.8%的识别率。与传统的基于WiFi信号的身份识别模型相比,所提模型具有更强的分类能力与鲁棒性,同时该模型可以压缩至现有同等精度图片识别模型大小的6.14%。 展开更多

Objectives: This study is to introduce of the clinical experience of percutaneous mitral balloon valvuloplasty 350 cases in Chinese and the long term follow up. Method: The modfied Inoue method was performed. Results: Effective PBMV was performed in 344 cases, the success rate was 98.3%:mitral area assessed by 2 dimenrional echocardiography (1.11±0.29 to 2.19 ±0.40cm 2, P <0.01 ). One hundrad and five patients were followed at a mean (46.7± 26.3 ) months (range 9 months to 8.5 years). after procedure restenosis was 11.4%(12/15), death 2.9 %(3/105, cerebral embolism in 2, congestive heart failure in 1; mitral valve replacement in 3.8%(4/105). Conclusions: percutaneous mitral commissurotomy provided excellent immediate and lale clinical results. 展开更多

Efficacy of IABP in patients awaiting cardiac transplantation

Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)support is used in severalclinical situations.To determine its efficacy in patients with severe heartfailure awaiting cardiac transplantation,the experience at the Universityof Pittsburgh from May 1986 to October 1989 was reviewed.Of 392 patientson the waiting list,(16.3%) required IABP.All had previously been oninotropic support for varying periods of time.The ability to stabilize andto sustain the patient to cardiac transplantation was 75%.Twenty patients(31.3% of group) required and were provided more extensive mechanicalzsupport with either total artificial heart (n=ll) or left ventrieular assistdevice (n =9).Twenty-nine patients (45% of entire gronp) were able tohave the IABP removed prior to transplantation.Seventeen patients(26.6%)parameters demonstrated improvement with IABP.These data support IABPas a bridge to transplantation in patients with severe heart failure who havenot been stabilized on inotropie agents alone.These data also demonstratethat IABP support may only be required temporarily in a subgroup of pa-tients awaiting cardiac transplantation. 展开更多
