The disturbed equations of motion and their first approximation for the system were established. The criterion of stability of motion for the system was set up by using Liapunov's first approximation theory. Based on the theory of Noether symmetry, the Liapunov's function was constructed, and the criterion of stability of motion for the system was also set up by using Liapunov's direct method. Two examples were given to illustrate the application of the results.展开更多

The results showed that the wear rate increased slowly from 1.7×10^(-7) to 9.8× 10^(-7) mm^3/mm under the load lower than 300 N, and then increased dramatically to the climax of 216×10^(-7) mm^3/mm under the load over 300 N, which indicated the transition of wear mechanism with the increase of applied load. The wear mechanism mainly was plastic deformation and abrasive wear under the load less than 300 N. As the applied load was more than 300 N, the wear mechanism of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy primarily was delamination wear. Besides, the transition can also be confirmed from the different morphologies of worn surface, subsurface and wear debris. It is distinctly indicated that the appearance of flaky debris at the applied load over 300 N may be a critical point for the change of wear mechanism.展开更多

The natural shortage of these elements in the Earth’s crust and trade restrictions recently imposed by China, motivated the Brazilian Government to encourage new projects by inserting the exploitation of rare earths in the National Mining Plan, which deals with industry strategic issues in the country, helping to reduce current importation. The mineralogical studies were carried out using XRD, XRF, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and microprobe analysis. These studies indicated that ilmenite and magnetite are main valuable minerals in the studied ores. Pyroxene, olivine and plagioclase are the main gangue minerals in Qara-aghaj ore while chlorite and plagioclase are the major gangue minerals in Skandian ore. Plagioclase, clinopyroxene, amphibole, feldspate and some quartz are the important gangue minerals in kahnooj deposit. In all three ores ilmenite is mainly in the form of ilmenite grains but some lamellae of ilmenite with thickness between 0.1 to 20 μm have been occurred as exsolution textures inside magnetite grains, where the magnetite here can be referred to as ilmenomagnetite. In the hard rock ores some fine ilmenites have been disseminated in silicate minerals. The liberation degree of granular ilmenite was determined 150, 140 and 200 μm for Qara-aghaj, Skandian and Kahnooj, respectively. So, only the granular form of ilmenite is recoverable by physical methods. Some sphene and rutile as titanium containing minerals were observed mainly inside ilmenite phase in kahnooj ore. Some fine rutile was also found inside Skandian ilmenite while there were not any other titanium minerals inside Qara-aghaj ilmenite. Apatite is another valuable mineral which was found only in Qara-aghaj ore. Using SEM and microprobe analysis it was found that there are different amounts of exsolved fine lamellae of hematite inside ilmenite in Qara-aghaj and Kahnooj ores while it was not observed in Sckandian one. The average contents of TiO2 in the lattice of Qara-aghaj, Skandian and Kahnooj ilmenite were determined 51.13, 50.9% and 52.02%, respectively. FeO content of ilmenite lattice for all three samples is clearly lower than the theoretical content. This is due to the substitution of Mg and Mn for some Fe2+ ions in the ilmenite lattice. V2O3 content of magnetite lattice is up to 1%. So, magnetite can be a suitable source for production of vanadium as a by-product in all three deposits.展开更多

And great advancement in theory and applications in production of the technology have been achieved. Ultrasonic vibration honing system developed in North China Institute of Technology and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics of cast iron cylinder (47×97) and thin cylinder of 20# (86×95) has been successfully applied to productive experiment and the technological effect obtained is ideal. In comparison with ordinary honing, ultrasonic vibration honing possesses apparent characteristics: Firstly, it has high processing precision (precision in size ranks IT6, roughness Ra0.05, circularty and cylindericity in size ranks IT6); Secondly, it has small cutting force and low temperature so that no deformation occurs; Thirdly, it has high efficiency. In this paper, the application of a new technique to honing is introduced, and the ultrasonic honing systems of thin cylinder and cast cylinder which have been successfully manufactured and their applying effect are illustrated. This paper analyzes the cutting principle of ultrasonic honing in terms of cutting motion, grain performance and cutting quantity. The study of this technique starts a new approach to which is efficient higher quality and lower consumption to hole’s precise and superprecise machining. At last, the paper introduce the conclution: Ultrasonic honing sharpens grain, which is favorable for raising cutting efficiency; Ultrasonic vibration honing may increase honing depth and raise cutting efficiency. It may also decrease honing power and system deformation; Undergoing practice we can find that the ultrasonic honing system as above discribed can be extended and applied to production. The system not only can be applied to conventional honing machine, its technology effect as good as high precision machine tool, but also can be applied to develop and study ultrasonic vibrating numbrical controlling honing machine tool which will provide a new type, efficient, high quality low consumption, equipment for working precision hole; Appling the same parament as W40 oilstone bar, under the same condition, is very valuable for product and application. Rough machining and finish machining once time finished, which not only improve location accuracy, but also have a high effiency. The honing system not only can be suitable for honing cast cylinder, but also can be applied for honing engineer ceramics as well as hard, crisp material; The dimension and technology paraments of 47 mm honing system as above discribed, can be suitable for honing the cast cylinder of motorcycle or minicar. And the cylinder diameter can be randomly selected from 45 to 65. The dimension and technology paramagnets of 86 honing system as above discribed, can be applied for honing all kinds of cylinder of light or heavy passenger-cargo vehicle, and the cylinder diameter can be randomly selected from 65 to 100; It is easy to achieve new technology of flat roof honing by applying ultrasonic honing. After the flat roof honing, fuel consumption of engine is 1g/Hp, while conventional engine is 3g/Hp.Life expectancy of engine is prolonged greatly after the cylinder by flat roof honing.展开更多
