In order to explore the mechanism of improving the surface wettability of low-energy polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)by new extended surfactants,five kinds of extended anionic surfactants with different numbers of oxypropylene(PO)and oxyethylene(EO),octadecyl-(PO)_(m)-(EO)_(n)-sodium carboxylate(C_(18)PO_(m)EO_(n)C,m=5,10,15,n=5,10,15),were studied.The surface tension and contact angle of C_(18)PO_(m)EO_(n)C solution with different concentrations were measured,and the adhesion tension,PTFE-water interfacial tension,and adhesion work were calculated.It was found that the extended surfactant molecules adsorb on the surface of the solution and the PTFE-liquid interface simultaneously when the concentration is lower than the critical micelle concentration(cmc),and there was a linear relationship between surface tension and adhesion tension.The adsorption amount of C_(18)PO_(m)EO_(n)C at the PTFE-water interface was significantly lower than that on the surface of the solution.As the concentration increases above cmc,semi-micelle aggregates on the surface of PTFE are formed by C_(18)PO_(m)EO_(n)C molecules through hydrophobic interaction,and the hydrophilic group faces the solution to modify the surface of PTFE with high efficiency. 展开更多

The viscoelastic micelle systems formed by novel anionic-nonionic dimeric surfactant and conventional cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium(1631) were studied.The viscoelasticity,thixotropy,flow curves and constitutive equation for the novel viscoelastic micelle systems were investigated.The results show that the micelle systems possess viscoelasticity,thixotropy,and shear thinning property.Some micelle systems possess hysteresis loops showing both viscoelasticity and thixotropy.It is proved that the flow curves are characterized by the co-rotational Jeffreys constitutive equation correctly. 展开更多

The wettability,surfactivity and the correlation between wettability and surfactivity of sodium diethylhexylphosphate,sodium diethylhexyl polyoxyethylene phosphate and their complex in NaOH solutions were studied.A complex alkali resistant phosphate surfactant with good permeability was prepared.The wettability of surfactants was investigated by measuring the immersion time,sinking time and capillary effects of nature cotton grey fabric in NaOH solutions.The surfactivity of the surfactants was characterized by measuring the surface tension.The effect of the complex on the surface appearance of cotton grey fabric was also investigated with a scanning electron microscope(SEM) .The results show that all the surfactants exhibit good wettability for cotton grey fabric in 0.5-5.0 mol/L of NaOH solutions,the complex system exhibits better wettability in 5.0-7.0 mol/L of NaOH solutions,in comparison with either corresponding single surfactant component employed,and wettability is well correlative with the surfactivities of the surfactant.SEM images indicate that the cotton grey fabric is well wetted by the alkaline surfactant solution and the quality of fabric is improved. 展开更多

The electrodeposition of nickel-silicon carbide coatings on a copper electrode was done by mixing SiC particles in the nickel electrodeposition solution.The influence of surfactants and silicon carbide particle size on uniformity and quantity of silicon carbide particles in nickel-silicon carbide composite coatings was investigated.It was found that particle size affects the nucleation overpotential,with 40 nm silicon carbide nanoparticles more effective in promoting nickel nucleation than 500 nm particles due to an increase in active nucleation sites.In terms of surfactants,anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)produced better dispersion of 40 nm silicon carbide particles than cationic surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),but little difference was found between the two when 500 nm silicon carbide particles were used.Thus,although the suspension of silicon carbide particles can be improved and their co-deposition can be promoted with a cationic surfactant CTAB,it is less effective than an anionic surfactant SDS in terms of surface finish. 展开更多

To reveal the potential effect of surfactant on improving surface wettability of copper ore,the droplet spreading behavior of sulfuric acid solution contained surfactant was visualized using high-speed camera and an image processing method,and the solid-liquid interaction was discussed in this study.The results show that liquid surface tension and ore surface roughness are the main factors affecting surface wettability.The effect of sulfuric acid solution concentration and surfactants on the surface wettability of ore is revealed via quantitative spreading area,spreading coefficient,and contact angle.The results of droplet spreading experiment show that the higher concentration of surfactant and sulfuric acid solution result in improving the wettability of ore,spreading coefficient,and decreasing contact angle.The“leaching reaction coefficient”and“surface activity coefficient”are introduced to modify the mathematical expression of the equilibrium contact angle. 展开更多

In this study,the effects of surfactants on the hydrodynamic characteristics of bubbles in shear-thinning fluids at low Reynolds number(Re<50)are investigated.The bubble terminal velocity and drag coefficient of bubble in clean and contaminated carboxymethylcellulose(CMC)solutions are obtained using a high-speed camera for examining differences.The results show that the existence of surfactant could reduce the terminal velocity of bubble at small volume(0.25wt%CMC:<100 mm3;0.50wt%CMC:<110 mm3),attributed to stiffening the bubble interface.However,this negative effect decreases and finally disappears with increasing bubble volume.The drag coefficient curves of the bubble in contaminated CMC solution exhibit behavior similar to that exhibited by a solid sphere at Re<10,indicating that internal circulation flow is absent at the bubble interface as compared to that in clean CMC solution.However,for 10<Re<40,a transition of drag curve from 24/Re to 16/Re in contaminated CMC solution is observed,which is easy at low SDS concentrations and high CMC concentrations. 展开更多

To shorten the bioleaching cycle of arsenic-containing gold concentrate, surfactants were used to promote the interaction between bacteria and ore to increase the arsenic leaching rate. Three different kinds of surfactants were used to evaluate the effects of surfactants on the growth of bacteria and arsenic leaching rate of arsenic-containing gold concentrate. The mechanism underlying surfactant enhancement was also studied. Results show that when relatively low-concentration surfactants are added to the medium, no significant difference is observed in the growth and Fe2+ oxidation ability of the bacteria compared with no surfactant in the medium. However, only the anionic surfactant calcium lignosulfonate and the nonionic surfactant Tween 80 are found to improve the arsenic leaching rates. Their optimum mass concentrations are 30 and 80 mg/L, respectively. At such optimum mass concentrations, the arsenic leaching rates are approximately 13.7% and 9.1% higher than those without the addition of surfactant, respectively. Mechanism research reveals that adding the anionic surfactant calcium lignosulfonate improves the percentage of bacterial adhesion on the mineral surface and decreases the surface tension in the leaching solution. 展开更多

The aim of this work was to investigate the effect of different surfactants on the removal efficiency of heavy metals in sewage sludge treated by a method combining bio-acidification with Fenton oxidation. Four surfactants were adopted such as anionic surfactant(sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, SDBS), nonionic surfactants(tween-20 and tween-60) and cationic surfactant(hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, HTAC), respectively. The indigenous sulfur-oxidizing bacteria in bio-acidification phase were enriched and cultured from fresh activated sludge obtained from a wastewater treatment plant. It is shown that different surfactants exhibited distinct effect on the removal efficiency of heavy metals from sewage sludge. The nonionic surfactants,especially tween-60, promotes the solubilization of heavy metals, while the anionic and cationic surfactants hinder the removal of heavy metals. Copper is efficiently leached. The removal efficiency of cadium is relatively lower than that of Cu due to the demand for rigorous p H value. Lead is leached with a low efficiency as the formation of low soluble Pb SO4 precipitates. 展开更多

During the surface modification, this kind of surfactant molecules attach on the inner and outer surface of clay minerals, the hydrophilic surface of raw clay minerals may changed into hydrophobic surface. Some polarity terms of two groups of nitrogen-containing surfactants (six alkanolamides and nine polyoxyethylenated long chain amines) are measured through gas chromatography. The apparent methanol carbon number (CMeOH) and polarity index (IP) values are determined on the investigated surfactants as stationary phases in packed columns. Similarly, CMeOH and IP values are determined on simulated hydrophobic tail (SHT) models. The obtained results reveal that the introduction of SHT approach permits the distinction between the polarities of different surfactants and their head groups. The measured polarity terms are discussed as related to hydrophile-lipophile balance (HLB) number and the hydrophobic group carbon number (RCN). Some equations relating the measured polarity values and these variable have been developed. 展开更多

以芥酸酰胺丙基二甲胺和H_(2)O_(2)为原料制备了长碳链氧化胺表面活性剂(EDAAO),并以EDAAO为主剂构建压裂液体系,向体系中引入纳米SiO_(2)颗粒,制得纳米SiO_(2)增强型清洁压裂液,通过室内实验考察了该压裂液的流变性能、携砂性能及破胶... 以芥酸酰胺丙基二甲胺和H_(2)O_(2)为原料制备了长碳链氧化胺表面活性剂(EDAAO),并以EDAAO为主剂构建压裂液体系,向体系中引入纳米SiO_(2)颗粒,制得纳米SiO_(2)增强型清洁压裂液,通过室内实验考察了该压裂液的流变性能、携砂性能及破胶性能等关键指标。实验结果表明,纳米SiO_(2)增强型清洁压裂液的最优配方为:2.5%(w)EDAAO+0.8%(w)水杨酸钠+3.0%(w)KCl+0.1%(w)纳米SiO_(2),SiO_(2)粒径为10 nm;该压裂液的耐温温度最高可达120℃,相较于普通压裂液提升了20%;在90℃、剪切速率170 s^(-1)的条件下持续剪切1.5 h,纳米SiO_(2)增强型清洁压裂液的黏度能够稳定维持在85 mPa·s以上,较不含纳米颗粒的压裂液黏度高2.43倍;采用煤油作为破胶剂,当煤油用量超过2.0%(w)时,纳米SiO_(2)增强型清洁压裂液可在60 min内实现破胶,黏度降至5 mPa·s以下;该压裂液的破胶液具有低伤害特性,与地层水具有良好的配伍性,满足清洁压裂液的应用要求。 展开更多

针对常规滑溜水压裂液难以进入页岩储层的微-纳孔喉,携砂能力、补能效果和渗吸效率较差的问题,通过研发季铵型两性聚丙烯酰胺共聚物减阻剂(RW)和阴-非离子复配表面活性剂(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和α-烯烃磺酸盐的混合物)纳米乳液(DO-2),利用... 针对常规滑溜水压裂液难以进入页岩储层的微-纳孔喉,携砂能力、补能效果和渗吸效率较差的问题,通过研发季铵型两性聚丙烯酰胺共聚物减阻剂(RW)和阴-非离子复配表面活性剂(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和α-烯烃磺酸盐的混合物)纳米乳液(DO-2),利用疏水缔合作用实现聚合物与纳米乳液分子间的自组装,得到适用于页岩油体积压裂的超分子压裂液体系。其中,滑溜水配方为0.1%DO-2+0.1%RW,携砂液配方为0.1%DO-2+0.3%RW。通过静态吸附量、接触角、减阻率、残渣量和岩心渗透率等参数的测定,评价了纳米乳液和超分子压裂液的性能。结果表明,纳米乳液粒径小(约10 nm),在岩心表面的吸附损耗(约1 mg/g)较低,润湿反转能力较好,可将油湿岩心表面的接触角由126°增至154°,因而能顺利进入致密储层深部的纳米孔喉,具备良好的渗吸置换驱油潜力。通过调整减阻剂RW的浓度实现在线变黏,简化作业流程。超分子压裂液具有低摩阻(减阻率>70%)、润湿改性能力强(油滴接触角增幅超30°)、残渣含量低(携砂液残渣含量低至25 mg/L)、储层基质伤害小(携砂液破胶液岩心伤害率仅为15.2%)等特点。2021—2023年,该超分子压裂液在庆城页岩油规模应用208口井,单井初期产量由12.6 t/d提高至14.0 t/d,平均见油返排率由10.5%降至7.1%,提产增效效果显著。该技术可为其他同类非常规页岩油藏高效开发提供示范和借鉴。 展开更多

为研究新型高效复合型湿式除尘装备除尘性能,本文以无烟煤粉为研究对象,设计并搭建了复配型表面活性剂协同无机盐增效弦栅水膜除尘实验系统,通过对表面活性剂和无机盐进行优选复配来确定配比方案,选取了0.4%SDBS/0.5%SDS/0.07%MgCl_(2)... 为研究新型高效复合型湿式除尘装备除尘性能,本文以无烟煤粉为研究对象,设计并搭建了复配型表面活性剂协同无机盐增效弦栅水膜除尘实验系统,通过对表面活性剂和无机盐进行优选复配来确定配比方案,选取了0.4%SDBS/0.5%SDS/0.07%MgCl_(2)、0.5%SDS/0.3%AEO-9/0.05%MgCl_(2)、0.4%SDBS/0.3%AEO-9/0.07%MgCl_(2)三种复合溶液来进行弦栅水膜除尘实验,研究风速、喷雾压力、喷嘴与弦栅间距、粉尘浓度及复合溶液种类对除尘性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,在不同风速条件下的湿式弦栅的除尘效率相较于单一弦栅过滤除尘显著提升;在一定范围内增加风速可有效提高除尘效率,当风速超过0.8m/s时,除尘阻力明显增大,弦栅造膜效应降低导致除尘效率降低;增大喷雾压力,耗水量及除尘效率随之增加,需综合考虑;随着喷嘴与弦栅间距、入口粉尘浓度的增加,除尘效率先增后减,当喷嘴与弦栅间距为100mm、粉尘浓度为500mg/m^(3)时,除尘效率最高达95.54%;三种复合溶液中0.4%SDBS/0.5%SDS/0.07%MgCl_(2)对粉尘的润湿性能最佳,且除尘效果最优。 展开更多

表面活性剂被广泛应用于水基降尘技术,其润湿煤尘的主控因子为亲水基团(HG)。为明确表面活性剂中HG对煤尘润湿性的影响,通过宏观润湿性能测试、量子化学计算(DFT),并结合分子模拟,探究了十二烷基型表面活性剂(C_(12)H_(25)-[HG])常见亲... 表面活性剂被广泛应用于水基降尘技术,其润湿煤尘的主控因子为亲水基团(HG)。为明确表面活性剂中HG对煤尘润湿性的影响,通过宏观润湿性能测试、量子化学计算(DFT),并结合分子模拟,探究了十二烷基型表面活性剂(C_(12)H_(25)-[HG])常见亲水基团(SO_(4)^(-)、PO_(4)H、OH、COO^(-))在无烟煤表面润湿差异及固-液界面调控机制。结果表明:亲水基团对无烟煤的润湿效果排序为:SO_(4)^(-) > COO-> PO4H > OH;HG吸附至无烟煤表面,相对增加了疏水位点C—O质量分数,易形成氢键,有助于改善无烟煤润湿性;无烟煤中大部分正负电势区域都小于水分子之间的正负电势极值是无烟煤润湿性差的内在原因,HG与水分子的极值差(ΔESP)与接触角呈线性负相关,可作为评价表面活性剂润湿性能的参考指标;表面活性剂溶液-煤微观润湿界面中,根据径向分布函数(RDF)判断含不同HG的表面活性剂在无烟煤界面的吸附能力依次为:SO_(4)^(-) > COO^(-)> OH >PO_(4)H;相比于其他亲水基团,HG(SO_(4)^(-)),煤与水的相互作用能最大,氢键数目最多,水分子扩散系数提高了46.3%,吸附量增加了27.43%;HG一方面与水分子具有较强的相互作用,易形成强氢键,另一方面其吸附于煤-水界面,增强了水分子向煤表面的扩散系数,导致水分子吸附量增大,进而强化了煤尘润湿性;筛选或设计降尘剂时,可考虑引入强极性HG(SO_(4)^(-))以提高无烟煤润湿效率。研究结果为矿井粉尘治理中表面活性剂的应用提供理论依据和参考。 展开更多

泡沫排液采气是低压低产气井稳产最经济有效的措施,然而井底积液常伴随凝析油污染,导致常规泡排剂排液效果变差。考察了8种表面活性剂的泡沫性能,探讨了含油量、温度对泡沫性能的影响,优选出抗油性能较好的月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB)作为... 泡沫排液采气是低压低产气井稳产最经济有效的措施,然而井底积液常伴随凝析油污染,导致常规泡排剂排液效果变差。考察了8种表面活性剂的泡沫性能,探讨了含油量、温度对泡沫性能的影响,优选出抗油性能较好的月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB)作为主剂,进一步复配氟碳表面活性剂和稳泡剂研制了新型抗凝析油泡排剂SCU-7。考察了SCU-7的流动性、不同含油量的泡沫性能、模拟井底高温高压下的泡沫性能,探讨了抗油机理。结果表明,在常压60℃且含油量为10%时,0.3%的SCU-7在4×10^(4)mg/L模拟盐水中的起泡高度达到167 mm,3 min泡沫高度达到135 mm,15 min携液量达到206 mL,综合性能优异。含油量增加至30%时,泡沫综合性能有一定程度的下降。在高压6 MPa及80,100,120℃下,SCU-7都可在模拟盐水中产生致密的泡沫。机理分析认为,CAB在模拟盐水中具有优异的降低表面张力的性能,复配氟碳表面活性剂后,表面张力进一步降低,而稳泡剂可以增强泡沫液膜的强度,提升泡沫性能。因此,SCU-7具有较优异的抗油性能。 展开更多

表面活性剂与防裂剂掺量对水工混凝土抗冻性能影响研究

采用不同掺量的表面活性剂与防裂剂,就其对水工混凝土抗冻性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明:掺入适量的表面活性剂可对混凝土基体进行约束,适量添加防裂剂能有效提升混凝土试件抵抗表面水泥砂浆脱落的能力,进而延缓试件因冻融循环而产生... 采用不同掺量的表面活性剂与防裂剂,就其对水工混凝土抗冻性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明:掺入适量的表面活性剂可对混凝土基体进行约束,适量添加防裂剂能有效提升混凝土试件抵抗表面水泥砂浆脱落的能力,进而延缓试件因冻融循环而产生的损伤破坏。此举能够显著减轻混凝土因冻胀作用导致的破坏程度,确保试件的结构稳定性和耐久性。通过防裂剂的合理应用,可实现对混凝土冻融损伤的有效控制。在105次冻融后,当表面活性剂以5%、10%、15%的体积比例掺入时,向其中添加3%的防裂剂会导致混凝土的质量损失达到最低水平,分别为3.441 1%、3.251 1%、4.073 9%;在防裂剂掺量一定条件下,SGH1组、SGH4组质量损失率分别为3.441 1%、3.251 1%,比SGH0组的3.711 1%均要小。掺入适量表面活性剂和防裂剂,在经历冻融循环的过程中,采取措施能减缓裂缝应力集中区域向混凝土基质其他部分的扩展速度,进而实现对混凝土开裂的有效控制,并显著降低由冻胀力所诱发的裂缝数量。最佳混掺组合为10%的表面活性剂+3%的防裂剂,可将混凝土质量损失和相对动弹性模量损失减小,将其抗冻性能提高。在表面活性剂掺量分别为5%、10%、15%时,当混凝土中掺入3%的防裂剂时,其相对动弹性模量损失率分别为96.437%、96.962%及96.320%,表明3%为该防裂剂的最佳掺量;在防裂剂添加比例恒定的前提下,调整表面活性剂至最佳掺量10%,可显著促使混凝土相对动弹性模量呈现下降趋势。混凝土的抗压强度及抗折强度随着冻融循环次数的增加表现为逐渐减小的趋势。适量混掺表面活性剂与防裂剂,可对冻融后混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度的降低速率进行有效控制。 展开更多

为了实现塔河油田超稠油高效乳化降黏,本文对8种表面活性剂(阴离子、阳离子、非离子、两性离子)进行筛选复配,构建了一种高效降黏的超稠油降黏体系。通过旋转流变仪在宏观尺度对超稠油进行物性分析,对单一、复配表面活性剂进行降黏效果... 为了实现塔河油田超稠油高效乳化降黏,本文对8种表面活性剂(阴离子、阳离子、非离子、两性离子)进行筛选复配,构建了一种高效降黏的超稠油降黏体系。通过旋转流变仪在宏观尺度对超稠油进行物性分析,对单一、复配表面活性剂进行降黏效果评价;通过偏光显微镜、扫描冷冻电子显微镜(SEM)在微观尺度对表面活性剂微观形貌、粒径尺寸及交联结构进行了表征,获得了宏观和微观尺度下复配体系乳化性能与稠油降黏性能的关系。实验结果表明:十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)的复配体系,在质量比1∶1、复配浓度1.0%、油水比3∶7、掺稀比0.5∶1条件下降黏效果最佳,降黏率最高达到98.81%;表面活性剂微观交联网状结构、微观OP-10聚氧乙基长链和SDS硫酸根基团可与超稠油分子充分结合,促进油水界面膜形成,最终乳化超稠油降黏,本文构建的超稠油降黏体系为塔河油田的高效降黏提供了技术支持。 展开更多
