The performance of the model algorithm control method is partially based on the accuracy of the system's model. It is difficult to obtain a good model of a nonlinear system, especially when the nonlinearity is high. Neural networks have the ability to "learn"the characteristics of a system through nonlinear mapping to represent nonlinear functions as well as their inverse functions. This paper presents a model algorithm control method using neural networks for nonlinear time delay systems. Two neural networks are used in the control scheme. One neural network is trained as the model of the nonlinear time delay system, and the other one produces the control inputs. The neural networks are combined with the model algorithm control method to control the nonlinear time delay systems. Three examples are used to illustrate the proposed control method. The simulation results show that the proposed control method has a good control performance for nonlinear time delay systems. 展开更多

A novel control algorithm with fixed pulse thrust, based on true proportional navigation(TPN), is proposed for exoatmospheric intercept.According to the TPN guidance law and pulse thrust characteristics, the principle of control command is presented, the control stability and precision are analyzed.With the help of the TPN guidance law, the algorithm can automatically modulate the turn-on time and duration of the thrust, which could effectively limit the impact of measure noise of the line-of-sight(LOS) angle and rate on the interception miss-distance.At last, the number-theoretic method(NTM) is introduced to acquire the relation between control algorithm and miss-distance, even as it simulates the intercept process with initial state noise.And the reliability of the algorithm is demonstrated with the simulation result. 展开更多

The conventional linear quadratic regulator(LQR) control algorithm is one of the most popular active control algorithms.One important issue for LQR control algorithm is the reduction of structure's degrees of freedom(DOF). In this work, an LQR control algorithm with superelement model is intended to solve this issue leading to the fact that LQR control algorithm can be used in large finite element(FE) model for structure. In proposed model, the Craig-Bampton(C-B) method, which is one of the component mode syntheses(CMS), is used to establish superelement modeling to reduce structure's DOF and applied to LQR control algorithm to calculate Kalman gain matrix and obtain control forces. And then, the control forces are applied to original structure to simulate the responses of structure by vibration control. And some examples are given. The results show the computational efficiency of proposed model using synthesized models is higher than that of the classical method of LQR control when the DOF of structure is large. And the accuracy of proposed model is well. Meanwhile, the results show that the proposed control has more effects of vibration absorption on the ground structures than underground structures. 展开更多

In order to enhance the search capability of the cuckoo search algorithm, the adaptive detection probability and amplification factor are designed. Finally, the control allocation method based on the proposed improved cuckoo search algorithm is applied to the tracking control problem of the innovative control effector aircraft. The control design, based on self-adaptive PID with genetic algorithms(GA) tuning on-line was investigated, for the temperature control of industrial microwave drying rotary device with the multi-layer(IMDRDWM) and with multivariable nonlinear interaction of microwave and materials. The conventional PID control strategy incorporated with optimization GA was put forward to maintain the optimum drying temperature in order to keep the moisture content below 1%, whose adaptation ability included the cost function of optimization GA according to the output change. Simulations on five different industrial process models and practical temperature process control system for selenium-enriched slag drying intensively by using IMDRDWM were carried out systematically, indicating the reliability and effectiveness of control design. The parameters of proposed control design are all on-line implemented without iterative predictive calculations, and the closed-loop system stability is guaranteed, which makes the developed scheme simpler in its synthesis and application, providing the practical guidelines for the control implementation and the parameter design. 展开更多

An adaptive ant colony algorithm is proposed based on dynamically adjusting the strategy of updating trail information. The algorithm can keep good balance between accelerating convergence and averting precocity and stagnation. The results of function optimization show that the algorithm has good searching ability and high convergence speed. The algorithm is employed to design a neuro-fuzzy controller for real-time control of an inverted pendulum. In order to avoid the combinatorial explosion of fuzzy rules due tσ multivariable inputs, a state variable synthesis scheme is employed to reduce the number of fuzzy rules greatly. The simulation results show that the designed controller can control the inverted pendulum successfully. 展开更多

The estimation error is treated as inexactness of the gradient and the inexact descent direction is analyzed. Based on the optimization theory, a sufficient condition for convergence of this algorithm with bounded price estimation error is obtained. Furthermore, even when this sufficient condition doesn't hold, this algorithm can also converge, provided a modified step size, and an attraction region is obtained. Based on Lasalle's invariance principle applied to a suitable Lyapunov function, the dynamic system described by this algorithm is proved to be global stability if the error is zero. And the Newton-Like algorithm with bounded price estimation error is also globally stable if the error satisfies the sufficient condition for convergence. All trajectories ultimately converge to the equilibrium point. 展开更多

零工工作者在算法控制下可能被迫做出更多的短期抉择,是其在看似自由的工作面前更为实际的当下生存抉择。然而,过往研究却未能将其明确纳入研究框架。本研究基于生命史理论,创新性提出算法控制下的时间困境本质,并进一步探讨了“在时间... 零工工作者在算法控制下可能被迫做出更多的短期抉择,是其在看似自由的工作面前更为实际的当下生存抉择。然而,过往研究却未能将其明确纳入研究框架。本研究基于生命史理论,创新性提出算法控制下的时间困境本质,并进一步探讨了“在时间困境中,算法控制是如何迫使零工工作者做出短期抉择以及该如何破局”的问题。具体而言,通过两阶段时间滞后田野调查和实验室实验,考察了算法控制影响零工工作者主动服务行为的作用机制及主观时间边界。研究发现:作为解开时间困境的钥匙,职业未来时间观缓解了零工工作者感知算法控制与角色宽度之间的负向关系,及其通过角色宽度对主动服务行为的负向间接影响,而不同零工行业类型影响了职业未来时间观的发挥。结论有助于推动对算法控制下的时间困境的思考,并为零工工作者如何跳脱困境提供启示。 展开更多

How to effectively control intelligent vehicle (IV) lateral motions is a challenging task. Controller design can be regarded as a process of searching optimal structure from controller structure space and searching optimal parameters from parameter space. Based on this view, an intelligent vehicle lateral motions controller was designed. The controller structure was constructed by T-S fuzzy-neural network (FNN). Its parameters were searched and selected with genetic algorithm (GA). The simulation results indicate that the controller designed has strong robustness, high precision and good ride quality, and it can effectively resolve IV lateral motion non-linearity and time-variant parameters problem. 展开更多

针对水肥控制难度大,传统灌溉施肥方法智能化程度较低的问题,设计一种基于BAS—Smith—Fuzzy PID的物联网水肥一体化控制系统。以控制混合肥液的EC(电导率)值为目标,在传统模糊PID控制算法的基础上引入BAS(天牛须搜索)算法和Smith预估... 针对水肥控制难度大,传统灌溉施肥方法智能化程度较低的问题,设计一种基于BAS—Smith—Fuzzy PID的物联网水肥一体化控制系统。以控制混合肥液的EC(电导率)值为目标,在传统模糊PID控制算法的基础上引入BAS(天牛须搜索)算法和Smith预估器。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件仿真,验证其寻优和优化能力,对比常规PID、BAS—PID模型,结果表明,BAS—Smith—Fuzzy PID控制器拥有优异控制性能。基于STM32主控平台搭建单通道混肥装置,配置MCGS触摸屏上位机并基于Android平台开发客户端进行人机交互,试验结果表明,BAS—Smith—Fuzzy PID的调节时间对比常规PID、BAS—PID缩短17.1%、63%、超调量降低82.1%、87.2%。 展开更多

铝电解生产环境恶劣,受电场、磁场、流场、温度场等多物理场耦合影响,导致铝电解生产过程故障频发。铝电解温度是影响铝电解槽寿命和运行状态的重要参数,但由于槽内温度很高且具有强烈腐蚀性,至今尚未找到有效的电解温度在线检测与预测... 铝电解生产环境恶劣,受电场、磁场、流场、温度场等多物理场耦合影响,导致铝电解生产过程故障频发。铝电解温度是影响铝电解槽寿命和运行状态的重要参数,但由于槽内温度很高且具有强烈腐蚀性,至今尚未找到有效的电解温度在线检测与预测方法。为了解决这一技术难题,通过理论分析结合现场实验验证,揭示了铝电解槽电解温度与其工艺参数间的密切相关性,并据此提出一种基于深度学习的铝电解槽电解温度预测模型。考虑到铝电解槽工艺参数的复杂性、非线性、高维度、时序性等特征,采用卷积神经网络(CNN)用于提取数据的高维特征,长短期记忆网络用于建模(LSTM),处理铝电解生产过程中的时序数据,引入了注意力机制(Attention),学习输入参数不同部分之间的关联性,同时根据输入数据的重要程度进行加权处理,并采用PID搜索优化算法(PSA)对CNN-LSTM-Attention模型的参数进行寻优,减少训练时间并提高模型的性能。最后经铝电解实际生产数据进行现场实验验证,结果表明:提出的温度预测模型相关指数(R~2)为0.963 7,均方根误差(RMSE)和平均绝对误差(MAE)分别为5.417 6和3.382 5,与单一模型算法、其他预测算法和不同优化算法对比验证表明,该模型的性能更佳,能够准确预测铝电解槽电解温度,实现了铝电解槽电解温度的在线检测。 展开更多
