The resaerch examined the effect of the two oceanic materials as coating materials on the soybean growth.The results showed chitosan and sodium alginate seed coating can enhance the growth of seedling root,increase the nodule mumber,root activity and the growth of underground.The suggested coating ratios were 0.5~1.0g/kgseed,the same as chitosan.The two materials could increase the contents of CAT and NR in soybean leaves,decrease the contents of POD in soybean leaves. 展开更多

Recently,an emerging category green of energetic material ammonium dinitramide(ADN)has exhibited promising application in propellants due to its outstanding merits in energy release and environmental friendliness.It can be considered to substitute traditional oxidizer of ammonium perchlorate(AP)in military systems and aerospace.In this paper,a novel spherical energetic composite ADN/copper alginate(CA)with a microporous structure was designed and prepared by the W/O gel emulsion method,and a desirable porous microsphere structure was obtained.Multiple characterization techniques were used to investigate the structure and properties of ADN/CA composites.The results showed that ADN crystals were homogeneously encapsulated in an alginate-gel matrix.Thermal decomposition temperature was reduced to 151.7℃compared to ADN,while the activation energy of them was reduced from 129.73 k J/mol(ADN)to 107.50 k J/mol(ADN/CA-4).In addition,as-prepared samples had lower impact and frictional sensitivity than ADN.The mechanism of sensitivity reduction and decomposition are also discussed.Constant-volume combustion tests show that peak pressure of the ADN/CA-4 achieves 253.4 k Pa and pressurization rate of 2750.4 k Pa/s.Hence,this has a promising application in improving the combustion performance and safety performance of solid propellants. 展开更多

以海藻酸钠(ALG)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)共混液为活性层铸膜液,聚砜(PSF)超滤膜为基膜,环氧氯丙烷(ECH)的乙醇溶液为交联剂,采用涂敷和交联的方法制得一种新型复合纳滤膜,利用红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和接触角测量仪等... 以海藻酸钠(ALG)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)共混液为活性层铸膜液,聚砜(PSF)超滤膜为基膜,环氧氯丙烷(ECH)的乙醇溶液为交联剂,采用涂敷和交联的方法制得一种新型复合纳滤膜,利用红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和接触角测量仪等检测手段对复合膜进行了结构和性能的表征。结果表明,在1.0 MPa压力和30 L?h-1料液流量操作条件下,该复合纳滤膜对1000 mg?L-1 Na2SO4溶液的截留率为97.1%,通量17.3 L?m-2?h-1。以ALG和CMC共混液制备的复合纳滤膜比单一材料膜有更致密的膜面结构,截留率更高。该纳滤膜对不同无机盐的截留性能不同,表现出荷负电膜截留性能,这主要决定于荷电膜与电解质离子之间的静电作用力。 展开更多

控制胶珠或胶囊的尺寸是生物微胶囊在人工器官和细胞固定化应用方面的要求。建立了一种通过气流作用于针头出口处的液滴,来制备比较均一的、可控尺寸微胶囊的方法。通过对针尖出口处液滴的受力分析,建立了描述液滴尺寸和气体出口处流速... 控制胶珠或胶囊的尺寸是生物微胶囊在人工器官和细胞固定化应用方面的要求。建立了一种通过气流作用于针头出口处的液滴,来制备比较均一的、可控尺寸微胶囊的方法。通过对针尖出口处液滴的受力分析,建立了描述液滴尺寸和气体出口处流速之间关系的方程。通过该方程可以根据对胶珠(或胶囊)尺寸的需要,计算得到应该实际控制的气流速度。最后通过Alginate/Ca凝胶珠和NaCS/PDMDAAC微胶囊两种体系,在不同气流速度下获得的胶珠和胶囊尺寸,对建立的方程进行了实验验证,并同时对制得的胶珠和胶囊的尺寸分布进行了表征。实验结果表明,通过气流法可在1.0mm^2.6mm范围内获得尺寸较均一的胶囊和胶珠。 展开更多
