A functional interlayer based on two-dimensional(2D)porous modified vermiculite nanosheets(PVS)was obtained by acid-etching vermiculite nanosheets.The as-obtained 2D porous nanosheets exhibited a high specific surface area of 427 m^(2)·g^(-1)and rich surface active sites,which help restrain polysulfides(LiPSs)through good physi-cal and chemical adsorption,while simultaneously accelerating the nucleation and dissolution kinetics of Li_(2)S,effec-tively suppressing the shuttle effect.The assembled lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)employing the PVS-based inter-layer delivered a high initial discharge capacity of 1386 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1C(167.5 mAh·g^(-1)),long-term cycling stabil-ity,and good rate property. 展开更多

The longitudinal dispersion of the projectile in shooting tests of two-dimensional trajectory corrections fused with fixed canards is extremely large that it sometimes exceeds the correction ability of the correction fuse actuator.The impact point easily deviates from the target,and thus the correction result cannot be readily evaluated.However,the cost of shooting tests is considerably high to conduct many tests for data collection.To address this issue,this study proposes an aiming method for shooting tests based on small sample size.The proposed method uses the Bootstrap method to expand the test data;repeatedly iterates and corrects the position of the simulated theoretical impact points through an improved compatibility test method;and dynamically adjusts the weight of the prior distribution of simulation results based on Kullback-Leibler divergence,which to some extent avoids the real data being"submerged"by the simulation data and achieves the fusion Bayesian estimation of the dispersion center.The experimental results show that when the simulation accuracy is sufficiently high,the proposed method yields a smaller mean-square deviation in estimating the dispersion center and higher shooting accuracy than those of the three comparison methods,which is more conducive to reflecting the effect of the control algorithm and facilitating test personnel to iterate their proposed structures and algorithms.;in addition,this study provides a knowledge base for further comprehensive studies in the future. 展开更多

Automatic modulation recognition(AMR)of radiation source signals is a research focus in the field of cognitive radio.However,the AMR of radiation source signals at low SNRs still faces a great challenge.Therefore,the AMR method of radiation source signals based on two-dimensional data matrix and improved residual neural network is proposed in this paper.First,the time series of the radiation source signals are reconstructed into two-dimensional data matrix,which greatly simplifies the signal preprocessing process.Second,the depthwise convolution and large-size convolutional kernels based residual neural network(DLRNet)is proposed to improve the feature extraction capability of the AMR model.Finally,the model performs feature extraction and classification on the two-dimensional data matrix to obtain the recognition vector that represents the signal modulation type.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the AMR method based on two-dimensional data matrix and improved residual network can significantly improve the accuracy of the AMR method.The recognition accuracy of the proposed method maintains a high level greater than 90% even at -14 dB SNR. 展开更多

Infrared spectroscopic analysis of O-H bond dynamics in one-dimensional confined water and bulk water

In sub nanometer carbon nanotubes,water exhibits unique dynamic characteristics,and in the high-frequency region of the infrared spectrum,where the stretching vibrations of the internal oxygen-hydrogen(O-H)bonds are closely related to the hydrogen bonds(H-bonds)network between water molecules.Therefore,it is crucial to analyze the relationship between these two aspects.In this paper,the infrared spectrum and motion characteristics of the stretching vibrations of the O-H bonds in one-dimensional confined water(1DCW)and bulk water(BW)in(6,6)single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNT)are studied by molecular dynamics simulations.The results show that the stretching vibrations of the two O-H bonds in 1DCW exhibit different frequencies in the infrared spectrum,while the O-H bonds in BW display two identical main frequency peaks.Further analysis using the spring oscillator model reveals that the difference in the stretching amplitude of the O-H bonds is the main factor causing the change in vibration frequency,where an increase in stretching amplitude leads to a decrease in spring stiffness and,consequently,a lower vibration frequency.A more in-depth study found that the interaction of H-bonds between water molecules is the fundamental cause of the increased stretching amplitude and decreased vibration frequency of the O-H bonds.Finally,by analyzing the motion trajectory of the H atoms,the dynamic differences between 1DCW and BW are clearly revealed.These findings provide a new perspective for understanding the behavior of water molecules at the nanoscale and are of significant importance in advancing the development of infrared spectroscopy detection technology. 展开更多

Although there are numerous optical spectroscopy techniques and methods that have been used to extract the fundamental bandgap of a semiconductor,most of them belong to one of these three approaches:(1)the excitonic absorption,(2)modulation spectroscopy,and(3)the most widely used Tauc-plot.The excitonic absorption is based on a many-particle theory,which is physically the most correct approach,but requires more stringent crystalline quality and appropriate sample preparation and experimental implementation.The Tauc-plot is based on a single-particle theo⁃ry that neglects the many-electron effects.Modulation spectroscopy analyzes the spectroscopy features in the derivative spectrum,typically,of the reflectance and transmission under an external perturbation.Empirically,the bandgap ener⁃gy derived from the three approaches follow the order of E_(ex)>E_(MS)>E_(TP),where three transition energies are from exci⁃tonic absorption,modulation spectroscopy,and Tauc-plot,respectively.In principle,defining E_(g) as the single-elec⁃tron bandgap,we expect E_(g)>E_(ex),thus,E_(g)>E_(TP).In the literature,E_(TP) is often interpreted as E_(g),which is conceptual⁃ly problematic.However,in many cases,because the excitonic peaks are not readily identifiable,the inconsistency be⁃tween E_(g) and E_(TP) becomes invisible.In this brief review,real world examples are used(1)to illustrate how excitonic absorption features depend sensitively on the sample and measurement conditions;(2)to demonstrate the differences between E_(ex),E_(MS),and E_(TP) when they can be extracted simultaneously for one sample;and(3)to show how the popular⁃ly adopted Tauc-plot could lead to misleading results.Finally,it is pointed out that if the excitonic absorption is not ob⁃servable,the modulation spectroscopy can often yield a more useful and reasonable bandgap than Tauc-plot. 展开更多

3-Nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one(NTO)is a typical high-energy,low-sensitivity explosive,and accurate concentration monitoring is critical for crystallization process control.In this study,a high-precision quantitative anal... 3-Nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one(NTO)is a typical high-energy,low-sensitivity explosive,and accurate concentration monitoring is critical for crystallization process control.In this study,a high-precision quantitative analytical model for NTO concentration in ethanol solutions was developed by integrating real-time ATR-FTIR spectroscopy with chemometric and machine learning techniques.Dynamic spectral data were obtained by designing multi-concentration gradient heating-cooling cycle experiments,abnormal samples were eliminated using the isolation forest algorithm,and the effects of various preprocessing methods on model performance were systematically evaluated.The results show that partial least squares regression(PLSR)exhibits superior generalization ability compared to other models.Vibrational bands corresponding to C=O and–NO_(2)were identified as key predictors for concentration estimation.This work provides an efficient and reliable solution for real-time concentration monitoring during NTO crystallization and holds significant potential for process analytical applications in energetic material manufacturing. 展开更多

To study the energy storage and dissipation characteristics of deep rock under two-dimensional compression with constant confining pressure,the single cyclic loading-unloading two-dimensional compression tests were performed on granite specimens with two height-to-width(H/W)ratios under five confining pressures.Three energy density parameters(input energy density,elastic energy density and dissipated energy density)in the axial and lateral directions of granite specimens under different confining pressures were calculated using the area integral method.The experimental results show that,for the specimens with a specific H/W ratio,these three energy density parameters in the axial and lateral directions increase nonlinearly with the confining pressure as quadratic polynomial functions.Under constant confining pressure compression,the linear energy storage law of granite specimens in the axial and lateral directions was founded.Using the linear energy storage law in different directions,the elastic energy density in various directions(axial elastic energy density,lateral elastic energy density and total elastic energy density)of granite under any specific confining pressures can be calculated.When the H/W ratio varies from 1:1 to 2:1,the lateral compression energy storage coefficient increases and the corresponding axial compression energy storage coefficient decreases,while the total compression energy storage coefficient is almost independent of the H/W ratio. 展开更多

Instead of the capillary plasma generator(CPG),a discharge rod plasma generator(DRPG)is used in the30 mm electrothermal-chemical(ETC)gun to improve the ignition uniformity of the solid propellant.An axisymmetric two-dimensional interior ballistics model of the solid propellant ETC gun(2D-IB-SPETCG)is presented to describe the process of the ETC launch.Both calculated pressure and projectile muzzle velocity accord well with the experimental results.The feasibility of the 2D-IB-SPETCG model is proved.Depending on the experimental data and initial parameters,detailed distribution of the ballistics parameters can be simulated.With the distribution of pressure and temperature of the gas phase and the propellant,the influence of plasma during the ignition process can be analyzed.Because of the radial flowing plasma,the propellant in the area of the DRPG is ignited within 0.01 ms,while all propellant in the chamber is ignited within 0.09 ms.The radial ignition delay time is much less than the axial delay time.During the ignition process,the radial pressure difference is less than 5 MPa at the place 0.025 m away from the breech.The radial ignition uniformity is proved.The temperature of the gas increases from several thousand K(conventional ignition)to several ten thousand K(plasma ignition).Compare the distribution of the density and temperature of the gas,we know that low density and high temperature gas appears near the exits of the DRPG,while high density and low temperature gas appears at the wall near the breech.The simulation of the 2D-IB-SPETCG model is an effective way to investigate the interior ballistics process of the ETC launch.The 2D-IB-SPETC model can be used for prediction and improvement of experiments. 展开更多

The backward-facing step is a critical problem existing in many engineering and industrial applications.In this study,a semi-porous baffle(the root of the baffle is a porous medium and the tip is solid) is placed behind the step.The effects of the length of the porous part,and the baffle location on the energy transfer and pressure drop are studied in different Reynolds numbers(Re=100,200,300,400,500).The effect of the Darcy number of the porous medium on the aforementioned parameters is also investigated.Both the local maximum and average relative Nusselt numbers(divided by the Nusselt of the base case with no baffle at the same Reynolds) and relative pressure drop(calculated as the relative Nusselt number) are reported.The results show that by adoption of the proper length of the porous medium,the average relative and maximum local Nusselt numbers could be enhanced by 20% and 90%,respectively.Low permeable porous media give better energy transfer.For example,porous media with Da=10^(-5) give 30% better maximum local Nusselt number and about 7% higher average Nusselt number with respect to the same case with Da=10^(-2). 展开更多

To solve the problem of poor anti-noise performance of the traditional fuzzy C-means (FCM) algorithm in image segmentation, a novel two-dimensional FCM clustering algorithm for image segmentation was proposed. In this method, the image segmentation was converted into an optimization problem. The fitness function containing neighbor information was set up based on the gray information and the neighbor relations between the pixels described by the improved two-dimensional histogram. By making use of the global searching ability of the predator-prey particle swarm optimization, the optimal cluster center could be obtained by iterative optimization, and the image segmentation could be accomplished. The simulation results show that the segmentation accuracy ratio of the proposed method is above 99%. The proposed algorithm has strong anti-noise capability, high clustering accuracy and good segment effect, indicating that it is an effective algorithm for image segmentation. 展开更多

The overwintering survival ratio of the cultivar Dongnongdongmai 1 with strong cold-resistance in paramos of Heilongjiang Province in China are over 85%. The tillering nodes are the most important organs for overwintering survival of winter wheat, because there are more substances associated with cold resistance in tillering nodes than those in leaves and roots. Proteins in the tillering nodes of the cold-resistant cultivar Dongnongdongmai 1 grown under field conditions with or without any lowtemperature stress were analyzed by 2-dimensional electrophoresis and identified by mass spectrometry. In the range of pH 4-7, the expression of 37 proteins showed obvious difference (±more than two fold) in the proteomic maps of cold-stressed and non-stressed tillering nodes, including a new protein spot. All proteins exhibiting the difference in expression were identified using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry, followed by a database search for protein identification and function prediction. Five groups of proteins were confirmed, namely stress-related proteins (22%), metabolism-associated proteins (35%), and signaling molecules (24%), cell wall-binding proteins (5%), unclear proteins (14%). This indicated that tillering node cells supported the energy requirements of plant growth and stress resistance by signal transduction adapting to metabolism and structure. 展开更多

Based on the explicit finite element(FE) method and platform of ABAQUS,considering both the inhomogeneity of soils and concave-convex fluctuation of topography,a large-scale refined two-dimensional(2D) FE nonlinear analytical model for Fuzhou Basin was established.The peak ground motion acceleration(PGA) and focusing effect with depth were analyzed.Meanwhile,the results by wave propagation of one-dimensional(1D) layered medium equivalent linearization method were added for contrast.The results show that:1) PGA at different depths are obviously amplified compared to the input ground motion,amplification effect of both funnel-shaped depression and upheaval areas(based on the shape of bedrock surface) present especially remarkable.The 2D results indicate that the PGA displays a non-monotonic decreasing with depth and a greater focusing effect of some particular layers,while the 1D results turn out that the PGA decreases with depth,except that PGA at few particular depth increases abruptly; 2) To the funnel-shaped depression areas,PGA amplification effect above 8 m depth shows relatively larger,to the upheaval areas,PGA amplification effect from 15 m to 25 m depth seems more significant.However,the regularities of the PGA amplification effect could hardly be found in the rest areas; 3) It appears a higher regression rate of PGA amplification coefficient with depth when under a smaller input motion; 4) The frequency spectral characteristic of input motion has noticeable effects on PGA amplification tendency. 展开更多

A new model for two-dimensional linear consecutive-k-out-of-n: F system is proposed, in which the components and systems can be at any of the three states: full working, derating working, and failure. Furthermore, two engineer- ing concrete instances of the new system are given. By using the finite Markov chain imbedding approach, the system reliability is presented in a unified formula with the product of matrices for the case of independent and identically distributed component states which can be extended to the independent but non-identical case easily. 当今混合气体检测的研究中,针对多组分气体数据进行分类预测的数学算法百花齐放,如何快速且准确的检测出气体的成分和浓度逐渐成为当今研究的热门。然而在一些研究中,气体数据特征难以捕捉和判断,泛化能力不足,对气体数据进行分类预测... 当今混合气体检测的研究中,针对多组分气体数据进行分类预测的数学算法百花齐放,如何快速且准确的检测出气体的成分和浓度逐渐成为当今研究的热门。然而在一些研究中,气体数据特征难以捕捉和判断,泛化能力不足,对气体数据进行分类预测的精度和效率表现较差。为此,针对一些数据偏差和泛化误差无界的问题,提出了一种K最近邻-支持向量机(KNN-SVM)算法,对一些难以作出分类的模糊气体数据进行二次分类,采用KNN和SVM两种算法共同抉择,更加全面的捕捉数据特征,根据实验确定各自算法的权重比从而提高判别气体类别的准确率,两种算法的集成也能提高算法的效率,对于不同种类的气体也能有良好的适应性的稳定性。该实验气体组分由12 mg·L^(-1)的C_(2)H_(2)、NO_(2)、SF_(6),10 mg·L^(-1)的NO_(2)、SF_(6)和5 mg·L^(-1)的C_(2)H_(2)(背景气体皆为N_(2))以及两瓶纯N_(2)的气瓶组成;通过互相混合和与N_(2)配比制备出实验设定的气体浓度。实验过程通过单一气体的检测可分别对三种气体获得60组训练集,并通过这60组数据可进行线性拟合得到每种气体的拟合线,得到气体浓度与气体吸收峰值的关系,通过实验检测得到的三种气体拟合线,其中C_(2)H_(2)拟合线的调整后R^(2)为0.991,NO_(2)拟合线的调整后R^(2)为0.981,SF_(6)拟合线的调整后R^(2)为0.987,可得气体检测的准确性。再通过互相混合进行检测可分别获得40组训练集,采用KNN-SVM算法对混合气体进行分类和预测,后通过拟合线即可反演出混合气体中每种气体的浓度。将该算法与传统SVM算法进行各种分类指标对比均可显示出该算法的有效性和优越性。实验结果表明,KNN-SVM算法在气体分类预测方面表现出卓越的性能,准确率高达99.167%,AUC(area under curve)值达99.375%。这一算法不仅提高了气体检测的准确性,还增强了泛化能力可适应多样化的气体组分,为实时气体检测系统提供了有力支持。 展开更多

作为高经济价值且昂贵的非常规植物油,紫苏油易被低价食用油掺假。由于食用油的匀质性及其组成的复杂性,传统鉴别方法难以快速准确地鉴别紫苏油的真伪。该文探索了紫外可见光谱结合化学模式识别对紫苏油真伪鉴别的可行性。首先购买了40... 作为高经济价值且昂贵的非常规植物油,紫苏油易被低价食用油掺假。由于食用油的匀质性及其组成的复杂性,传统鉴别方法难以快速准确地鉴别紫苏油的真伪。该文探索了紫外可见光谱结合化学模式识别对紫苏油真伪鉴别的可行性。首先购买了40个纯紫苏油样品,并将大豆油、棕榈油分别按一定的比例加入到纯紫苏油中配制了51个二元掺伪和63个三元掺伪紫苏油样品。根据鉴别目的,从154个总样品中获得两个数据集,一个是由40个纯紫苏油和114个掺伪紫苏油构成的真伪紫苏油二分类数据集;另一个是由40个纯紫苏油、51个二元掺伪和63个三元掺伪紫苏油构成的真伪紫苏油三分类数据集。然后采用主成分分析(PCA)、簇类独立软模式(SIMCA)、偏最小二乘-判别分析(PLS-DA)和极限学习机(ELM)4种方法,依次对以上两个数据集进行分类。使用混淆矩阵可视化分类结果,并用准确率、精确率、召回率、F1分数对模型性能进行评价。结果表明,对于真伪紫苏油二分类和三分类数据集,PLS-DA均为最佳模型,预测准确率分别为98.04%和100%。因此,紫外可见光谱结合化学模式识别可以实现真伪紫苏油的快速准确鉴别。 展开更多
