分析海南岛万泉河口2种虾虎鱼仔鱼的分布特征及其对环境因子的响应,为制定热带河口鱼类资源保护与栖息地管理策略提供科学基础。2021—2022年在万泉河口7个站位采集须鳗虾虎鱼(Taenioidescirratus)和真吻虾虎鱼(Rhinogobius similis)仔... 分析海南岛万泉河口2种虾虎鱼仔鱼的分布特征及其对环境因子的响应,为制定热带河口鱼类资源保护与栖息地管理策略提供科学基础。2021—2022年在万泉河口7个站位采集须鳗虾虎鱼(Taenioidescirratus)和真吻虾虎鱼(Rhinogobius similis)仔鱼样品并收集环境因子,利用两阶段广义加性模型(two-stage GAM)研究2种仔鱼的时空分布特征,并分析与环境因子的响应关系。结果显示,2种仔鱼均呈现出明显的季节差异和空间异质性。须鳗虾虎鱼仔鱼丰度在雨季(5—10月)显著高于旱季,其中8月达到最高值,主要分布在潟湖内部的红树林边缘区域;真吻虾虎鱼仔鱼丰度在旱季(12—翌年4月)明显高于雨季,其中2月达到最高值,主要分布在河口近岸的砂质底质区域。GAM模型结果表明,须鳗虾虎鱼的出现概率主要受溶解氧、总氮和pH影响(累计解释率68.3%),丰度则受温度、盐度和叶绿素a调控(累计解释率68.7%);真吻虾虎鱼的出现概率主要受温度和溶解氧影响(累计解释率57.5%),其丰度则受溶解氧、总氮、叶绿素a和pH影响(累计解释率75.4%)。研究表明两阶段广义加性模型可有效解决数据中的零膨胀与非线性问题,为仔鱼分布格局与环境响应机制提供更高精度的量化手段。 展开更多

目的:探讨"Any Two"试验在卒中后误吸筛查中的应用价值。方法:81例急性脑卒中患者接受"Any Two"试验和纤维鼻咽喉镜吞咽功能检查(FEES)。以FEES检查为金标准,计算"Any Two"试验对于急性卒中患者误吸诊断... 目的:探讨"Any Two"试验在卒中后误吸筛查中的应用价值。方法:81例急性脑卒中患者接受"Any Two"试验和纤维鼻咽喉镜吞咽功能检查(FEES)。以FEES检查为金标准,计算"Any Two"试验对于急性卒中患者误吸诊断的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。对比"Any Two"试验阳性患者和阴性患者的肺炎发生率。结果:"Any Two"试验对卒中后误吸诊断的灵敏度为92.5%,特异度为31.7%,阳性预测值为56.9%,阴性预测值为81.3%。18例无症状性误吸患者中有17例"Any Two"试验为阳性。"Any Two"试验阳性的患者肺炎发生率为15.4%,试验阴性的患者均未发生肺炎,但两组间肺炎发生率的差异在统计学上未见显著性意义(P=0.094)。结论:"Any Two"试验在卒中后误吸的评估中是一个有价值的筛查工具。 展开更多

Instead of the capillary plasma generator(CPG),a discharge rod plasma generator(DRPG)is used in the30 mm electrothermal-chemical(ETC)gun to improve the ignition uniformity of the solid propellant.An axisymmetric two-dimensional interior ballistics model of the solid propellant ETC gun(2D-IB-SPETCG)is presented to describe the process of the ETC launch.Both calculated pressure and projectile muzzle velocity accord well with the experimental results.The feasibility of the 2D-IB-SPETCG model is proved.Depending on the experimental data and initial parameters,detailed distribution of the ballistics parameters can be simulated.With the distribution of pressure and temperature of the gas phase and the propellant,the influence of plasma during the ignition process can be analyzed.Because of the radial flowing plasma,the propellant in the area of the DRPG is ignited within 0.01 ms,while all propellant in the chamber is ignited within 0.09 ms.The radial ignition delay time is much less than the axial delay time.During the ignition process,the radial pressure difference is less than 5 MPa at the place 0.025 m away from the breech.The radial ignition uniformity is proved.The temperature of the gas increases from several thousand K(conventional ignition)to several ten thousand K(plasma ignition).Compare the distribution of the density and temperature of the gas,we know that low density and high temperature gas appears near the exits of the DRPG,while high density and low temperature gas appears at the wall near the breech.The simulation of the 2D-IB-SPETCG model is an effective way to investigate the interior ballistics process of the ETC launch.The 2D-IB-SPETC model can be used for prediction and improvement of experiments. 展开更多

Classical network reliability problems assume both net- works and components have only binary states, fully working or fully failed states. But many actual networks are multi-state, such as communication networks and transportation networks. The nodes and arcs in the networks may be in intermediate states which are not fully working either fully failed. A simulation ap- proach for computing the two-terminal reliability of a multi-state network is described. Two-terminal reliability is defined as the probability that d units of demand can be supplied from the source to sink nodes under the time threshold T. The capacities of arcs may be in a stochastic state following any discrete or continuous distribution. The transmission time of each arc is also not a fixed number but stochastic according to its current capacity and de- mand. To solve this problem, a capacitated stochastic coloured Petri net is proposed for modelling the system behaviour. Places and transitions respectively stand for the nodes and arcs of a net- work. Capacitated transition and self-modified token colour with route information are defined to describe the multi-state network. By the simulation, the two-terminal reliability and node importance can be estimated and the optimal route whose reliability is highest can also be given. At the same time, an automatic .adjustment measure of signal phase is proposed because of phase discontinuity of waveform in this method. 为快速准确计数大豆籽粒,提高大豆考种速度和育种水平,本研究提出了一种基于密度估计和VGG-Two(VGG-T)的大豆籽粒计数方法。首先针对大豆籽粒计数领域可用图像数据集缺乏的问题,提出了基于数字图像处理技术的预标注和人工修正标注相结... 为快速准确计数大豆籽粒,提高大豆考种速度和育种水平,本研究提出了一种基于密度估计和VGG-Two(VGG-T)的大豆籽粒计数方法。首先针对大豆籽粒计数领域可用图像数据集缺乏的问题,提出了基于数字图像处理技术的预标注和人工修正标注相结合的快速目标点标注方法,加快建立带标注的公开可用大豆籽粒图像数据集。其次构建了适用于籽粒图像数据集的VGG-T网络计数模型,该模型基于VGG16,结合密度估计方法,实现从单一视角大豆籽粒图像中准确计数籽粒。最后采用自制的大豆籽粒数据集对VGG-T模型进行测试,分别对有无数据增强的计数准确性、不同网络的计数性能以及不同测试集的计数准确性进行了对比试验。试验结果表明,快速目标点标注方法标注37,563个大豆籽粒只需花费197 min,比普通人工标注节约了1592 min,减少约96%的人工工作量,大幅降低时间成本和人工成本;采用VGG-T模型计数,其评估指标在原图和补丁(patch)情况下的平均绝对误差分别为0.6和0.2,均方误差为0.6和0.3,准确性高于传统图像形态学操作以及ResNet18、ResNet18-T和VGG16网络。在包含不同密度大豆籽粒的测试集中,误差波动较小,仍具有优良的计数性能,同时与人工计数和数粒仪相比,计数11,350个大豆籽粒分别节省大约2.493 h和0.203 h,实现大豆籽粒的快速计数任务。 展开更多

Streamline simulation is developed to simulate waterflooding in fractured reservoirs. Conventional reservoir simulation methods for fluid flow simulation in large and complex reservoirs are very costly and time consuming. In streamline method, transport equations are solved on one-dimensional streamlines to reduce the computation time with less memory for simulation. First, pressure equation is solved on an Eulerian grid and streamlines are traced. Defining the "time of flight", saturation equations are mapped and solved on streamlines. Finally, the results are mapped back on Eulerian grid and the process is repeated until the simulation end time. The waterflooding process is considered in a fractured reservoir using the dual porosity model. Afterwards, a computational code is developed to solve the same problem by the IMPES method and the results of streamline simulation are compared to those of the IMPES and a commercial software. Finally, the accuracy and efficiency of streamline simulator for simulation of two-phase flow in fractured reservoirs has been proved. 展开更多

The principal structure of this framework includes twice sculling compensation procedure using incremental outputs from the inertial system sensors during the velocity updating interval. Then, the moderate algorithm is designed to update the velocity parameter. The analysis is conducted in the condition of sculling motion which indicates that the new mathematical framework error which is smaller than the conventional ones by at least two orders is far superior. In this paper, the evolution of the detonation wave and the distribution of its physical parameters were analyzed. The numerical results show that the change of axial velocity of gas is the same as that of detonation pressure. Plate shaped sandstones containing two fabricated circular holes that were filled with gypsum and high-strength concrete respectively were prepared for studying the effects of ligament length L ligament incline angle α, as well as filling modes on their strength properties and failure modes. The results show that the initial cracks can be categorized as wing crack, axial tensile crack and curved tensile crack. The failure modes of ligaments can be categorized as mode of single inclined crack, mode of single axial crack and mode of two parallel cracks. The final failure modes of all specimens can be categorized as the tension-shear mixed failure and shear failure. The strength of inclusions shows little influence on the final failure modes of specimens, while the failure modes vary with L and α. When α is a fixed value, the peak strength σc and elastic modulus Ec of tested specimens increase firstly with increasing L and reaches to the maximum value at L of 16 mm, then declines. When L is a fixed value, σc declines firstly and then turns to increase as α increases to 75° from 45°, while Ec increases linearly. The axial stress σp performs the similar variation trends with those of σc versus increasing L and α when ligaments fail. 展开更多

A novel algorithm is proposed to estimate the directions of two steady targets with two pulses. The algorithm has a closedform expression and its variance is derived at high signal-to-noise ratios(SNRs). Furthermore, the pulse pair selection criterion and the estimation method with multiple pulses are given. The overwintering survival ratio of the cultivar Dongnongdongmai 1 with strong cold-resistance in paramos of Heilongjiang Province in China are over 85%. The tillering nodes are the most important organs for overwintering survival of winter wheat, because there are more substances associated with cold resistance in tillering nodes than those in leaves and roots. Proteins in the tillering nodes of the cold-resistant cultivar Dongnongdongmai 1 grown under field conditions with or without any lowtemperature stress were analyzed by 2-dimensional electrophoresis and identified by mass spectrometry. In the range of pH 4-7, the expression of 37 proteins showed obvious difference (±more than two fold) in the proteomic maps of cold-stressed and non-stressed tillering nodes, including a new protein spot. All proteins exhibiting the difference in expression were identified using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry, followed by a database search for protein identification and function prediction. Five groups of proteins were confirmed, namely stress-related proteins (22%), metabolism-associated proteins (35%), and signaling molecules (24%), cell wall-binding proteins (5%), unclear proteins (14%). This indicated that tillering node cells supported the energy requirements of plant growth and stress resistance by signal transduction adapting to metabolism and structure. 展开更多

Previous studies have indicated that piping erosion greatly threatens the safe operation of various hydraulic structures. However, few mathematical models are available to perfectly describe the erosion process due to the complexity of piping. The focus of the present work is to propose a new fluid solid coupling model to eliminate the shortcomings of existing work. A 'pseudo-liquid' assumption is suggested to simulate the particle movement in the erosion process. Then, based on the mass and momentum conservations of the moving particles and flowing water, a new two-flow model is established by using the continuity equations and motion equations. In the model, the erosion rate of soil is determined with a particle erosion law derived from tests results of STERPI. And ERGUN's empirical equation is used to determine the interaction forces between the liquid and the solid. A numerical approach is proposed to solve the model with the finite volume method and SIMPLE algorithm. The new model is validated with the tests results of STERPI. And the soil erosion principles in piping are also explored. 展开更多

A joint power control and relay selection scheme is considered for a cooperative and cognitive radio system where a secondary network shares spectrum with the primary network. In the secondary network, two secondary users (SUs) communicate with each other via an assist relay. The main point is to provide the best system performance to SUs while maintaining the interference power at primary user (PU) under a certain level. Using convex optimization, a closed-form solution is obtained when optimizing the power allocation among the two nodes and relay. Based on this result, a joint power control and relay selection scheme with fewer variable dimensions is proposed to maximize the achievable rate of the secondary system. Simulation results demonstrate that the sum rate of the cognitive two-way relay network increases compared with a random relay selection and fixed power allocation. 展开更多
