Surface engineering plays a crucial role in improving the performance of high energy materials,and polydopamine(PDA)is widely used in the field of energetic materials for surface modification and functionalization.In order to obtain high-quality HMX@PDA-based PBX explosives with high sphericity and a narrow particle size distribution,composite microspheres were prepared using co-axial droplet microfluidic technology.The formation mechanism,thermal behavior,mechanical sensitivity,electrostatic spark sensitivity,compressive strength,and combustion performance of the microspheres were investigated.The results show that PDA can effectively enhance the interfacial interaction between the explosive particles and the binder under the synergistic effect of chemical bonds and the physical"mechanical interlocking"structure.Interface reinforcement causes the thermal decomposition temperature of the sample microspheres to move to a higher temperature,with the sensitivity to impact,friction,and electrostatic sparks(for S-1)increasing by 12.5%,31.3%,and 81.5%respectively,and the compressive strength also increased by 30.7%,effectively enhancing the safety performance of the microspheres.Therefore,this study provides an effective and universal strategy for preparing high-quality functional explosives,and also provides some reference for the safe use of energetic materials in practical applications. 展开更多

Taoren and Xingren are commonly used herbs in East Asian medicine with different medication functions but huge economic differences,and there are cases of adulterated sales in market transactions.An effective adulteration recognition based on hyperspectral technology and machine learning was designed as a non-destructive testing method in this paper.A hyperspectral dataset comprising 500 Taoren and 500 Xingren samples was established;six feature selection methods were considered in the modeling of radial basis function-support vector machine(RBF-SVM),whose interaction between the two optimization methods was further researched.Two mixed metaheuristics modeling methods,Mixed-PSO and Mixed-SA,were designed,which fused both band selection and hyperparameter optimization from two-stage into one with detailed process analysis.The metrics of this mixed model were improved by comparing with traditional two-stage method.The accuracy of Mixed-PSO was 89.2%in five-floods crossvalidation that increased 4.818%than vanilla RBF-SVM;the accuracy of Mixed-SA was 88.7%which could reach the same as the traditional two-stage method,but it only relied on 48 crux bands in full 100 bands in RBF-SVM model fitting. 展开更多

Dominant technology formation is the key for the hightech industry to“cross the chasm”and gain an established foothold in the market(and hence disrupt the regime).Therefore,a stimulus-response model is proposed to investigate the dominant technology by exploring its formation process and mechanism.Specifically,based on complex adaptive system theory and the basic stimulus-response model,we use a combination of agent-based modeling and system dynamics modeling to capture the interactions between dominant technology and the socio-technical landscape.The results indicate the following:(i)The dynamic interaction is“stimulus-reaction-selection”,which promotes the dominant technology’s formation.(ii)The dominant technology’s formation can be described as a dynamic process in which the adaptation intensity of technology standards increases continuously until it becomes the leading technology under the dual action of internal and external mechanisms.(iii)The dominant technology’s formation in the high-tech industry is influenced by learning ability,the number of adopting users and adaptability.Therein,a“critical scale”of learning ability exists to promote the formation of leading technology:a large number of adopting users can promote the dominant technology’s formation by influencing the adaptive response of technology standards to the socio-technical landscape and the choice of technology standards by the socio-technical landscape.There is a minimum threshold and a maximum threshold for the role of adaptability in the dominant technology’s formation.(iv)The socio-technical landscape can promote the leading technology’s shaping in the high-tech industry,and different elements have different effects.This study promotes research on the formation mechanism of dominant technology in the high-tech industry,presents new perspectives and methods for researchers,and provides essential enlightenment for managers to formulate technology strategies. 展开更多

A tensile wearable SHF antenna with efficient communication in defense beacon technology

The study projects a flexible and compact wearable pear-shaped Super High Frequency(SHF)antenna that can provide detailed location recognition and tracking applicable to defense beacon technology.This mini aperture with electrical dimensions of 0.12λ_(0)×0.22λ_(0)×0.01λ_(0)attains a vast bandwidth over 3.1-34.5 GHz Super High Frequency(SHF)frequency band at S_(11)≤-10 dB,peak gain of 7.14 dBi and proportionately homogeneous radiation pattern.The fractional bandwidth(%BW)acquired is 168%that envelopes diversified frequency spectrum inclusive of X band specifically targeted to all kinds of defense and military operations.The proposed antenna can be worn on a soldier's uniform and hence the Specific Absorption Rate simulation is accomplished.The Peak SAR Value over 1 g of tissue is 1.48 W/kg and for 10 g of tissue is 0.27 W/kg well under the safety standards.The flexibility is proven by analyzing the full electromagnetic simulations for various bending conditions.Time response analysis is attained with its Fidelity Factor and Group Delay.Communication excellence is determined using Link Budget Analysis and it is seen that margin at 100 Mbps is 62 m and at 200 Mbps is 59 m.Prototype is fabricated along with experimental validation.All the results show harmony in shaping the antenna to provide critical situational awareness and data sharing capabilities required in defense beacon technology for location identification. 展开更多

目的:建立带Tip-Edge托槽的上颌前牙段牙齿(33)及牙周组织的三维有限元模型,为Tip-Edge矫治技术的生物力学分析奠定基础。方法:通过多层螺旋CT扫描上颌骨,采用Mimics10.01重建上颌骨与33牙齿;采用Geomagic stu-dio10软件去除坏点,并对... 目的:建立带Tip-Edge托槽的上颌前牙段牙齿(33)及牙周组织的三维有限元模型,为Tip-Edge矫治技术的生物力学分析奠定基础。方法:通过多层螺旋CT扫描上颌骨,采用Mimics10.01重建上颌骨与33牙齿;采用Geomagic stu-dio10软件去除坏点,并对上颌骨及牙齿进行面网格划分;在牙根表面向外均匀偏移0.25mm,生成牙周膜前体;利用UG5.0软件建立Tip-Edge托槽及尺寸为0.55mm×0.71mm的矩形弓丝的实体模型;利用ANSYS10.0软件进行布尔运算生成牙周膜并组装弓丝、Tip-Edge托槽、上颌骨、33牙齿及相应牙周膜,进行网格划分。结果:建立了带托槽的上颌骨、33牙齿及牙周组织的Tip-Edge矫治系统三维有限元模型。建模过程中托槽模型的轴倾角、转矩角等数据与托槽的实际数据是相一致的。对模型施加一定的约束与载荷之后即可进行相应的有限元力学分析。结论:结合运用Mimics、Geomagic studio、UG、ANSYS等软件建立的Tip-Edge矫治系统的三维有限元实体模型真实有效,建模方法实用,可根据需要进行不同的力学分析。 展开更多

目的 观察Tip_Edge差动直丝弓矫治技术治疗成人安氏Ⅱ类 1分类错的效果。方法 对 13例平均年龄为 2 4 3岁的成年安氏Ⅱ类 1分类患者采用Tip_Edge技术进行治疗。通过对患者治疗前后的头影测量主要数据的统计学分析 ,评价其治疗效果 ... 目的 观察Tip_Edge差动直丝弓矫治技术治疗成人安氏Ⅱ类 1分类错的效果。方法 对 13例平均年龄为 2 4 3岁的成年安氏Ⅱ类 1分类患者采用Tip_Edge技术进行治疗。通过对患者治疗前后的头影测量主要数据的统计学分析 ,评价其治疗效果 ,并探讨Tip_Edge差动直丝弓技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类 1分类错的机制。结果  13例患者经平均疗程为 16 2个月的治疗后 ,均获良好的覆、覆盖及中性磨牙关系 ,侧面形也得到明显的改善。X线头影测量显示 ,患者治疗后的上下中切牙切缘距AP线的距离分别缩短 3 72mm、1 0 3mm ,覆盖减少 3 73mm ,与治疗前比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ;除下中切牙明显压低外 ,下磨牙还出现了一定量的伸长 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 Tip_Edge技术可通过差动机制作用于成人安氏Ⅱ类 1分类错患者的牙及牙槽骨 ,使之在维护牙周健康的同时快速而有效地达到治疗效果。 展开更多

目的:比较Damon自锁托槽与Tip-Edge plus差动直丝弓托槽在拔牙病例中对前牙转矩的控制情况。方法:选取2012~2014年在南京大学附属口腔医院正畸科治疗的拔除4颗前磨牙的患者,分别采用Tip-Edge plus差动直丝弓矫治技术(TP组)和Damon自锁托... 目的:比较Damon自锁托槽与Tip-Edge plus差动直丝弓托槽在拔牙病例中对前牙转矩的控制情况。方法:选取2012~2014年在南京大学附属口腔医院正畸科治疗的拔除4颗前磨牙的患者,分别采用Tip-Edge plus差动直丝弓矫治技术(TP组)和Damon自锁托槽(DM组)矫治技术完成治疗,各20例;拍摄数字化头颅侧位片,测量分析患者治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗前,上颌切牙倾斜度(U1-SN°)两组没有明显差异[TP组(112.45±6.39)°,DM组(111.87±6.33)°];正畸治疗后前牙明显内收,两组上前牙转矩无统计学差异[TP组和DM组分别为(99.32±7.33)°和(99.57±4.74)°];治疗后上下唇突度显著减小,侧貌明显改善,Z角两组之间没有显著差异[TP组和DM组分别为(66.74±10.3)°和(68.11±9.54)°]。结论:Damon自锁托槽与Tip-Edge plus托槽在拔牙病例中都能有效的控制前牙转矩,两组间无明显差异。 展开更多

目的:应用Tip-Edge I期矫治技术对治疗非拔牙安氏Ⅱ类1分类错进行矫治,并对矫治机理进行探讨。方法:临床筛选病例12例。矫治前后拍摄头颅侧位定位片,并对相关指标进行模型测量。治疗前后相关头影测量项目测量值输入计算机,用SAS软件... 目的:应用Tip-Edge I期矫治技术对治疗非拔牙安氏Ⅱ类1分类错进行矫治,并对矫治机理进行探讨。方法:临床筛选病例12例。矫治前后拍摄头颅侧位定位片,并对相关指标进行模型测量。治疗前后相关头影测量项目测量值输入计算机,用SAS软件包对各测量值进行配对t检验。结果:Tip-Edge I期矫治结束后,上颌切牙倾斜(U1-SN,U1-Apog)明显减小,而下颌切牙的倾斜明显增加(P<0.01)覆牙合超显著减小。上颌第一磨牙远中移动1.5 mm,远中直立3.5°,有显著性差别。模型测量分析表明上颌尖牙间宽度和磨牙宽度显著增加。下颌尖牙间的宽度无显著变化。下颌磨牙宽度显著增加。结论:利用Tip-Edge I期技术能够非拔牙矫治处于生长发育期的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错。对处于生长发育期具有良好生长型(水平生长型)和生长潜力的患者较易取得良好的效果。 展开更多

研究了热加工工艺对钛-钢复合板界面力学性能和显微组织的影响。测试了在A,B,C,D4种温度下热轧复合板界面的力学性能,用金相显微镜及扫描电镜观察了界面显微组织并分析了界面的成分。结果表明,在A,B2种温度下轧制的钛-钢复合板界... 研究了热加工工艺对钛-钢复合板界面力学性能和显微组织的影响。测试了在A,B,C,D4种温度下热轧复合板界面的力学性能,用金相显微镜及扫描电镜观察了界面显微组织并分析了界面的成分。结果表明,在A,B2种温度下轧制的钛-钢复合板界面机械性能良好,延伸率高,其剪切强度不但可保持坯料原有的水平,甚至还略有增加。在C,D2种温度下轧制的钛-钢复合板界面机械性能相对较低,延伸率较高,但剪切强度要比爆炸复合坯料低,尤其是D加热温度,轧制后界面剪切强度急剧下降。热轧的终轧温度也是影响钛-钢复合板界面结合性能的重要因素。在低于相转变温度的合适温区热轧,且终轧温度合适,获得的钛-钢复合板结合界面无爆炸波纹,没有污染,生产的脆性化合物极细小,组织类同于钛材完全退火的等轴组织。 展开更多

Real-time ultrasound has been, and will continue to be, one of the most important tools in enhancing genetic improvement in the U.S. Recent advancements in the technology have allowed ultrasound to be used in evaluating intramuscular fat in live animals. Together with other genetic improvement tools, ultrasound technology will offer seedstock producers the opportunity to select for improved IMF in potential breeding stock replacements and hence speed genetic progress for the improvement of this trait. After three generations of selection for IMF using real-time ultrasound in an Iowa State University study, the average EBV for select line pigs is 0.83% greater than for control line pigs. Selection for IMF has, however, resulted in slightly more backfat and less loin muscle area, and a trend toward more days to 114 kg in the select line compared to the control line. Carcass evaluation of a sample of pigs from each litter indicated a similar increase in IMF, increase in backfat, and reduction in loin muscle area for select line pigs. No differences were found for Hunter L* color, Minolta reflectance, and ultimate pH. 展开更多

At the same time, China is the biggest PGMs consumption country in the world, the mineral resource of PGMs is critical shortage, it shows the importance of recycling the secondary resource of PGMs. Sino-Platinum Metals Resource (Yimen) Co., Ltd. is the leader in recycling of PGMs from secondary resource, and has made outstanding contributions to China PGMs secondary resources recycling. 目的:观察Tip—Edge Plus矫治技术治疗双颌前突畸形的临床效果,并对其机制进行探讨。方法:对20例双颌前突畸形患者采用Tip—Edge Plus矫治技术治疗,所有病例均拔除4个第一双尖牙。通过对患者治疗前后相关的头影测量项目进行统计分... 目的:观察Tip—Edge Plus矫治技术治疗双颌前突畸形的临床效果,并对其机制进行探讨。方法:对20例双颌前突畸形患者采用Tip—Edge Plus矫治技术治疗,所有病例均拔除4个第一双尖牙。通过对患者治疗前后相关的头影测量项目进行统计分析,评价其治疗效果。结果:20例患者平均疗程为18个月,治疗后其覆牙合、覆盖及磨牙关系均在正常范围。相关的头影测量项目分析显示患者治疗后侧貌得到了明显改善,硬组织相关头影测量结果中SNA、SNB、U1~L1角等变化均有显著差异(P〈0.01);而软组织相关头影测量结果中鼻唇角平均增加了12°,Z角平均增加了7.26°,其他各项软组织指标也均有改变(P〈0.01)。结论:Tip—Edge技术能快速、高效地矫正双颌前突畸形。 展开更多
