The response of the train–bridge system has an obvious random behavior.A high traffic density and a long maintenance period of a track will result in a substantial increase in the number of trains running on a bridge...The response of the train–bridge system has an obvious random behavior.A high traffic density and a long maintenance period of a track will result in a substantial increase in the number of trains running on a bridge,and there is small likelihood that the maximum responses of the train and bridge happen in the total maintenance period of the track.Firstly,the coupling model of train–bridge systems is reviewed.Then,an ensemble method is presented,which can estimate the small probabilities of a dynamic system with stochastic excitations.The main idea of the ensemble method is to use the NARX(nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous input)model to replace the physical model and apply subset simulation with splitting to obtain the extreme distribution.Finally,the efficiency of the suggested method is compared with the direct Monte Carlo simulation method,and the probability exceedance of train responses under the vertical track irregularity is discussed.The results show that when the small probability of train responses under vertical track irregularity is estimated,the ensemble method can reduce both the calculation time of a single sample and the required number of samples.展开更多

The results indicated that host immunosuppression became more severe in two weeks af-ter operation and then, gradually relurned to the level before opcration—"postoperativeimmunosuppressive period". Recovery time of postoperative immunosuppressive period andimmunc function condition of host after operation were closcly correlated with HCC recurrence rate.After operation, intensive immunologic examination can provide a valuable reference for finding highrisk population with turnor rccurrence and perfonning an effective postoperative immunotherapyagainst tumor rocurrence at (?)stage.展开更多

Glioma-infiltrating lymphocytes(GIL)were isolated from 9 surgical biopsy specimens of pri-mary brain gliomas using mechanical and enzymatic digestion and discontinuous density gradientcentfifugation.Durng culture in t...Glioma-infiltrating lymphocytes(GIL)were isolated from 9 surgical biopsy specimens of pri-mary brain gliomas using mechanical and enzymatic digestion and discontinuous density gradientcentfifugation.Durng culture in the presence of interleukin-2(IL-2)for a period of four weeks,GIL were expanded by 48.4-fold on the avea-age,even up to 118-fold.GIL activated by IL-2 hadspcific cytolytic activity against autologous glioma cells.Analysis of cell surface phenotypes offreshly isolated GIL showed that CD3^+ cells were 71.0±11.9%,CD4^+ cells 34.2±6.1% and CD8^+cells 37.0±7.6%.Ability of IL-2-activated GIL to secrete γ-interferon(γ-IFN)was significantlyhigher than that of freshly isolated GIL and autologous peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL).Theresults suggest that GIL have many advantages as an adoptive immunotherapy for patients withgliomas and as a new type of antitumor immune effector.展开更多
