The algorithm adopts a prorated algorithm relate to the incertitude evaluation to convert the probability evaluation into the precognition probability in an identity frame, and ensures the adaptability of different data from different source to the mixed system. To guarantee real time fusion, a combination of time domain fusion and space domain fusion is established, this not only assure the fusion of data chain in different time of the same sensor, but also the data fusion from different sensors distributed in different platforms and the data fusion among different modes. The feasibility and practicability are approved through computer simulation.展开更多
The taxi drivers' cruising pattern was learned using GPS trajectory data collected in Shenzhen,China.By employing zero-inflated Poisson model,the impacts of land use and previous pick-up experience on cruising dec...The taxi drivers' cruising pattern was learned using GPS trajectory data collected in Shenzhen,China.By employing zero-inflated Poisson model,the impacts of land use and previous pick-up experience on cruising decision were measured.The cruising strategies of different types of drivers as well as the top one driver were examined.The results indicate that both land use and previous pick-up experience affect travel behavior with the former's influence(7.07×10-4 measured by one of the coefficients in zero-inflated Poisson model) being greater than the latter's(4.58×10-5) in general,but the comparison also varies across the types of drivers.Besides,taxi drivers' day-to-day learning feature is also proved by the results.According to comparison of the cruising behavior of the most efficient and inefficient driver,an efficient cruising strategy was proposed,that is,obeying the distribution of land use in choice of cruising area,while learning from pick-up experience in selection of detailed cruising location.By learning taxi drivers' cruising pattern,the development of measures of regulating travel behaviors is facilitated,important factor for traffic organization and planning is identified,and an efficient cruising strategy for taxi drivers is provided.展开更多

In order to know the status of indoor environmental quality of underground shopping malls,five large underground shopping malls in f...Good indoor environmental quality enhances occupant health,comfort and productivity. In order to know the status of indoor environmental quality of underground shopping malls,five large underground shopping malls in five central districts of Chongqing,China,were surveyed. 2 411 questionnaires were distributed,and 98.5% of them were returned. From the results of questionnaire survey,the following conclusions were obtained:(1) in the five underground shopping malls surveyed,only shopping mall D in Nan'an district accords with the ASHRAE standard for good indoor air quality; (2) odors and sick building syndrome (SBS) symptoms are widespread in the underground shopping malls. The SBS occurrence rates for women and salespersons are higher than those of men and customers,respectively; (3) in the evaluation of the indoor environment,the indoor air quality dissatisfaction rate is the highest,followed by the thermal environment; and (4) women and salespersons generally have higher rates of dissatisfaction with the indoor environmental quality of underground shopping malls than men and customers,respectively.展开更多
With decades of hard work,socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era.The transformation of the principal contradiction in the new era has imposed new and higher requirements on the...With decades of hard work,socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era.The transformation of the principal contradiction in the new era has imposed new and higher requirements on the rural elderly care service system.However,the current service system based on welfare-multiplex and urban community environment is often difficult to operate in the rural areas of central and western China.And the urban home care service for the aged is inappropriate to the rural reality;community service for the aged faces difficulties in practice;institution care for the aged develops slowly;the synergy among different elderly care service models is poor.Through observing the rural areas of central and western China in the field for a long time,this paper proposes to build the rural elderly care service system based on family supporting,supported by community mutual assistance care,supplemented by institution care for the aged,combined with medical care,and localized with diversified forms for targeted groups according to different realities.And the system should follow the fundamental guidance of development-oriented family policy,adhere to the governance mode of multiple subjects with one core and respect rural reality,which could provide a feasible way for the reform and reconstruction of the rural elderly care service system.展开更多
