The results show that with ... Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3 system glass is a kind of lead-free low melting sealing glasses. The structure of Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3 system low-melting sealing glass was investigated by DSC, FT-IR, XRD and SEM. The results show that with the increase of B2O3 content, the transition temperature Tg and softening temperature Tf of Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3 system low-melting sealing glasses increase, which leads to the liquid phase precipitation temperature increasing and promotes the structure stability in the glass. With increasing the heat treatment temperature, a large number of liquid phases appear in samples and the sinter efficiency of the samples increases. The FT-IR spectra of the glasses show the presence of some bands that are assigned to vibrations of Bi--O bond from [BO3] pyramidal and [BiO6] octahedral units and B--O from [BO3] and [BO4] units. With the decrease of B203 content, the crystallization tendency of the glass increases. In glass samples Bl and B〉 crystallization starts at 460 ℃ and 540 ℃, respectively. Composition, damage behavior and mechanical strength of Paleocene Artashi F... Maintaining caprock integrity is prerequisite for hydrocarbon accumulation. And gypsolyte caprock integrity is mainly affected by fracturing. Composition, damage behavior and mechanical strength of Paleocene Artashi Formation gypsolyte rock that seals significant petroleum in the Kashi Sag of Tarim Basin had been revealed via X-ray diffraction and triaxial compression test. The results indicate the Artashi Formation can be lithologically divided into the lower and upper lithologic members. The lower member comprises gypsum as the dominant mineral, and the cohesion and friction coefficient are 8 MPa and 0.315, respectively. Similarly, the upper lithologic member consists mainly of anhydrite at the cohesion and coefficient of internal friction values of 18 MPa and 0.296. Given that the failure criterion and brittle-ductile transition factors during burial, the sealing integrity of Artashi Formation can be quantized for seven different stages. The reservoirs at the bottom of Artashi Formation caprock buried from 2285 m to 3301 m are expected to be the most favorable exploration target in the Kashi Sag. 展开更多

Caprocks play an important role in the trapping of coalbed methane(CBM)reservoirs.To study the sealing capacities of caprocks,five samples with different lithologies of Neogene clayrock,Paleogene redbeds,Permian sandstone,Permian mudstone and Permian siltstone were collected and tested using experimental methods of microstructure observation,pore structure measurement and diffusion properties determination.Results indicate that with denser structures,lower porosities,much more developed micropores/transition pores and higher pore/throat ratios,mudstone and siltstone have the more ideal sealing capacities for CBM preservation when comparing to other kinds of caprocks;the methane diffusion coefficients of mudstone/siltstone are about 6 times higher than sandstone and almost 90 times higher than clayrock/redbeds.To further estimate the CBM escape through caprocks,a one-dimensional CBM diffusion model is derived.Modeling calculation result demonstrates that under the same thickness,the CBM sealing abilities of mudstone/siltstone are almost 100 times higher than those of clayrock/redbeds,and nearly 17 times higher than sandstone,which indicates that the coal seam below caprocks like clayrock,redbeds or sandstone may suffer stronger CBM diffusion effect than that below mudstone or siltstone.Such conclusion is verified by the case study from III3 District,Xutuan Colliery,where the coal seam capped by Paleogene redbeds has a much lower CBM content than that capped by the Permian strata like mudstone,siltstone and sandstone. 展开更多

Anodic oxide films of titanium alloy Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al were sealed in calcium acetate solution. The morphology and composition of the sealed films were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the sealing process makes the anodic oxide films more uniform. Elemental calcium is presented through the whole depth of the anodic oxide films. The roughness of the anodic oxide films is reduced after the sealing process. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization were used to study the corrosion behavior of the anodic oxide films. It is revealed that the sealing process improves the corrosion resistance of the anodic oxide film of titanium alloy Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al. 展开更多

Glasses based on ZnO-Bi_2O_3-B_2O_3 system are expected to be a new kind of sealing glasses because of their low melting temperature and other properties.In order to reveal the effect of B_2O_3 on the rheological behavior of ZnO-Bi_2O_3-B_2O_3 system glass melt,the properties of viscosity,thermal expansion,fluxion property and wetting process between cylinder samples and stainless steel were investigated with the rotating crucible viscometer,dilato meter and high-temperature microscope.The structure of sintered glass samples was investigated with scanning electron microscope.The results show that the B_2O_3 content increasing in B_1-B_3 at the given temperature between 400 ℃ and 500 ℃ leads to the increasing of the sample viscosity.When the amount of B_2O_3 increases from 5.24%to 9.24%(mass fraction),the coefficients of thermal expansion of glass samples decrease smoothly from 10.94×10^(-6) to10.71×10^(-6) and 10.38×10^(-6) ℃^(-1) respectively.In the case of sealing temperature,its value increases from 453 ℃ to 494 ℃.ZnO-Bi_2O_3-B_2O_3 system low-melting glass powder sintering was with viscous liquid to participate,which could make the densification of glass sample more effective and more efficient.With the content of B_2O_3 increasing,the wetting angle between the glasses samples and stainless steel could also increase,and the resulting appropriate sealing temperature range is 460-490 ℃. 展开更多

A series of glass are synthesized via a melt quenching technique based on the Li_(2)O-Ni O-P_(2)O_(5) system.The concentration of nickel oxide varies from 5%to 15%in molar fraction.XRD pattern verifies the amorphous nature of prepared glass samples with 5%,and 10%nickel oxide in molar fraction.While Li_(3)P and Ni_(2)P_(4)O_(12)phases are precipitated with a high nickel content up to 15%in molar fraction.As nickel is substituted for lithium,a systematic increase in glass transition temperature(T_(g))and glass softening temperatures(T_(s))is observed.This is greatly related to the increased structure,coherence in the glass network.Structural investigation showed that Ni_(2+) spectra are present in both octahedral and tetrahedral sites.Physical properties such as glass density((2.38±0.1)-(2.46±0.1)g/cm^(3)),and molar volume((42.28±0.1)-(39.15±0.1)cm^(3)/mol)are examined.The NiO/Li_(2)O replacements led to a decrease in the dissolution rate of the resultant amorphous materials from 1.53×10^(-5)to 3.20×10^(-6)g/(cm^(2)·min).Thermal expansion coefficients CTE of the glasses are diverse from 157×10^(-7) to 96×10^(-7)℃^(-1) over the temperature range of 25-250℃.The prepared glasses are expected to be useful as a low-temperature sealing material. 展开更多

Accuracy, smoothness an... Rubber sealing strips with steel bones are used in car manufacturing that produced in large quantities. Cutting processes, such as milling and punching, are needed when the strips are produced. Accuracy, smoothness and flatness of the machined surface have to be guaranteed in the cutting process; moreover, deformation of the steel bone and peeling-off of the rubber must be avoided. Therefore cutting action of rubber/steel strips differs from that of rubber or metal workpiece separately. In this paper, milling and punching of rubber/steel strips were studied with the aim to increase the part quality of a production line for sealing strips of cars. Suitable cutting tools and fixtures are both necessary for cutting of the strips. The teeth of the milling saw should be made knife-edged and the cutting edge of the punching tool be inclined. Fixtures should be used to sustain the workpiece and resist deformation. By using of suitable tools and fixtures, high quality of rubber/steel sealing strips is achieved in the production line. 展开更多

A new evaluation method of gel's dynamic sealing characteristic in porous media

Water shutoff through injection wells is one of the most important techniques used for water injection profile control and modification in severely heterogeneous reservoirs,aiming at stabilizing oil production.It has been widely reported that the effectiveness and efficiency of water shutoff using gel is mostly dependent on the gel dynamic sealing properties in the porous media.Firstly the gelation strength and gelation time of polymer gel were evaluated.Then,core flowing experiments were conducted before and after gelation in a 32 m long sand pack.In addition,water flooding core experiments were also carried out in a long core of 80 cm before and after injecting gel system to check the reliability of this evaluation method.The experimental results show that moderate-strength gel can be formed at 65 °C.According to the integrated evaluation of the plugging coefficient,plugging strength and water breakthrough time,the gel particles are capable of migrating to a distance of 7.47 m from the injection point of the 32 m long sand pack during the water injection process after gelation.Based on sands gelation status and effluent analyses,the effective migration distance of the gel particles is 4-14 m.Through the core flooding experiments using the 80 cm heterogeneous core,it is evidenced that the gel can be formed in the deep reservoir(40.63% of total length) with the plugging strength as high as 6.33 MPa/m,which leads to extra oil recovery of 10.55% of original oil in place(OOIP) by water flooding after gel treatment. 展开更多

目的比较3种根管充填材料在一次法根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法将362例牙髓炎患者(425颗患牙)随机分为3组:A组(120例/121颗患牙)以氧化锌丁香油为封闭剂,B组(121例/151颗患牙)以Cortisomol为封闭剂,C组(121例/153颗患牙)以2Seal easymiX... 目的比较3种根管充填材料在一次法根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法将362例牙髓炎患者(425颗患牙)随机分为3组:A组(120例/121颗患牙)以氧化锌丁香油为封闭剂,B组(121例/151颗患牙)以Cortisomol为封闭剂,C组(121例/153颗患牙)以2Seal easymiX为封闭剂,分别加牙胶尖进行冷侧压充填。观察并比较3组根管充填后疼痛发生率及1年的治疗成功率。结果 A、B、C组患牙术后疼痛发生率分别为15.7%(19/121)、5.3%(8/151)、6.5%(10/153),A组患牙术后疼痛发生率高于B组和C组(P<0.05或0.01),B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义;术后1年复查,A、B、C组治疗成功率分别为94.0%(110/117)、96.5%(137/142)、97.9%(142/145),差异无统计学意义。结论在一次法根管治疗中,3种根管充填材料术后1年疗效均较好,其中Cortisomol和2Seal easymiX可以减少术后疼痛,是理想的根管充填材料。 展开更多

In order to synthesize ZnO nanoparticles economically, industrial-grade zinc sulfate and urea were utilized to synthesize ZnO precursors in a stirred-tank reactor or a Teflon-lined autoclave at 100-180 ℃ under complete sealing condition. The ZnO precursors were calcined at 450 ℃ for 3 h to, synthesize ZnO nanoparticles. The composition of the precursors and the formation mechanism of ZnO were studied by thermogravimetric analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy of the ZnO powders demonstrate that high-purity zincite ZnO nanoparticles are synthesized. Orthogonal experiments were performed to find out the optimal conditions for the maximum yield and the minimum size. The ettect of temperature on the size ofZnO nanoparticles was investigated. The results show that a higher temperature is propitious to obtain smaller nanoparticles. 展开更多

Twin-rotor cylinder-embedded piston engine is proposed for dealing with the sealing problems of rotors in twin-rotor piston engine where the existent mature sealing technologies for traditional reciprocating engine can be applied.The quantity and forms of its sealing surfaces are reduced and simplified,and what's more,the advantages of twin-rotor piston engine are inherited,such as high power density and no valve mechanism.Given the motion law of two rotors,its kinematic model is established,and the general expression for some parameters related to engine performance,such as the trajectory,displacement,velocity and acceleration of the piston and centroid trajectory,angular displacement,velocity and acceleration of the rod are presented.By selecting different variation patterns of relative angle of two rotors,the relevant variables are compared.It can be concluded that by designing the relative angle function of two rotors,the volume variation of working chamber can be changed.However,a comprehensive consideration for friction and vibration is necessary because velocity and acceleration are quite different in the different functions,the swing magnitude of rod is proportional to link ratio λ,and the position of rod swing center is controlled by eccentricity e.In order to reduce the lateral force,a smaller value of λ should be selected in the case of the structure,and the value of e should be near 0.95.There is no relationship between the piston stroke and the variation process of relative angle of two rotors,the former is only proportional to the amplitude of relative angle of two rotors. 展开更多

Effects of Zn/P ratio on the structures and properties of glasses with the general composition of (80-x)ZnO-20Fe2O3-xP2O5 (x=40, 45, 50, 55, 60) (molar fraction, %) were investigated. Glass structure was measured by infrared absorption spectrum. Glass density (/9) was measured by the Archimedes method. Coefficients of thermal expansion (a) and characterization temperature were obtained by a dilatometer. Water durability of each glass was estimated from the dissolution rate (DR)in water at 90 ℃ for 24 h. With increasing Zn/P ratio, water durability of zinc-iron phosphate glasses increases dramatically without large increase in the characterization temperature. (80-x)ZnO-20Fe2O3-xP2O5 glasses with 0.3≤Zn/P≤0.5 are suit for low-to-mid temperature sealing application for substrates with a〈8.0× 10^-6℃^-1. 展开更多
