Cultural self-confidence is an important cultural strategy put forward by the party and the country in the vision of contemporary society,and an important deployment to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper first gives a brief overview of the advantages of cultural self-confidence in external communication,and then analyzes the opportunities and challenges that cultural self-confidence faces in external communication in the newera. Finally,it focuses on exploration on the external communication ways of cultural self-confidence in the "Belt and Road"Initiative. The evolution of cracks in shale directly affects the efficient production of shale gas.However,there is a lack of research on the characteristics of crack initiation in deep dense shale under different stress conditions.In this work,considering the different combinations of confining pressure and bedding plane inclination angle(α),biaxial mechanical loading experiments were conducted on shale containing circular holes.The research results indicate that the confining pressure and inclination angle of the bedding planes significantly influence the failure patterns of shale containing circular holes.The instability of shale containing circular holes can be classified into five types:tensile failure along the bedding planes,tensile failure through the bedding planes,shear slip along the bedding planes,shear failure through the bedding planes,and block instability failure.Furthermore,the evolution of strain and stress fields around the circular holes was found to be the fundamental cause of variations in the initiation characteristics and locations of shale cracks.The crack initiation criterion for shale containing circular hole was established,providing a new method for evaluating the trajectory of shale hole wall fractures.This study holds significant importance for evaluating the evolution and stability of fracture networks within shale reservoirs. 展开更多

The integration method of exploding foil initiator system(EFIs) used to be researched to broaden its application range in military and aerospace in the last few decades.In order to lower the firing voltage below 1 kV,an integrated EFIs with enhanced energy efficiency was designed.Corresponding exploding foil initiator chips were fabricated in batch via micro electromechanical systems technology by integrating a unified foil,a flyer layer and a barrel on a glass substrate successively,meanwhile its package of the whole system was proposed at a volume of 2.194 cm^(3).The structural parameters were determined by predicted performance including flyer velocity,impact behavior and conduction property via the proposed theoretical models and the static electric field simulation.As expect,this integrated EFIs exhibited excellent functions,which could accelerate the flyer to a terminal velocity over 4 km/s and preeminently initiate HNS-IV pellet at a circuit of 0.24 μF/0.9 kV.Furthermore,the theoretical design,fabrication and performance test have been all included to validate the feasibility of this integrated EFIs that was beneficial for its commercial development in the future. 展开更多

Exploding foil initiator(EFI)is a kind of advanced device for initiating explosives,but its function is unstable when it comes to directly igniting pyrotechnics.To solve the problem,this research aims to reveal the ignition mechanism of EFIs directly igniting pyrotechnics.An oscilloscope,a photon Doppler velocimetry,and a plasma spectrum measurement system were employed to obtain information of electric characteristics,impact pressure,and plasma temperature.The results of the electric characteristics and the impact pressure were inconsistent with ignition results.The only thing that the ignition success tests had in common was that their plasma all had a relatively long period of high-temperature duration(HTD).It eventually concludes that the ignition mechanism in this research is the microconvection heat transfer rather than the shock initiation,which differs from that of exploding foil initiators detonating explosives.Furthermore,the methods for evaluating the ignition success of semiconductor bridge initiators are not entirely applicable to the tests mentioned in this paper.The HTD is the critical parameter for judging the ignition success,and it is influenced by two factors:the late time discharge and the energy of the electric explosion.The longer time of the late time discharge and the more energy of the electric explosion,the easier it is to expand the HTD,which improves the probability of the ignition success. 展开更多

Explosion-electricity coupling(EEC) is a technical method to induce electric energy into the plasma material produced by explosion to improve the output of explosion.Exploding foil initiator(EFI) which could produce plasma during electric explosion can serve as a good carrier for studying the EEC.To investigate the enhancement ability and mechanism of EEC in EFI ignition performance,a kind of EFI chips which could realize the EEC effect was designed and fabricated to observe the characteristics of current and voltage,flyer and plasma temperature during Boron Potassium Nitrate(BPN) ignition of the EFI.It was found that the EEC could enhance EFI ignition in terms of energy utilization,ignition contact surface,and high-temperature sustainability of plasma:firstly,the EEC prolonged the late time discharge(LTD) phase of the electric explosion,making the energy of capacitor effectively utilized;secondly,the EEC could create a larger area of ignition contact surface;last of all,the EEC effect enhanced its hightemperature sustainability by sustaining continuous energy input to plasma.It also was found that the ignition voltage of BPN could be reduced by nearly 600 V under the condition of 0.4 μF capacitance.The research has successfully combined EEC with EFI,revealing the behavioral characteristics of EEC and demonstrating its effective enhancement of EFI ignition.It introduces a new approach to improving EFI output,which is conducive to low-energy ignition of EFI,and expected to take the ignition technology of EFI to a new level. 展开更多

High purity and ultrafine DAAF(u-DAAF)is an emerging insensitive charge in initiators.Although there are many ways to obtain u-DAAF,developing a preparation method with stable operation,accurate control,good quality consistency,equipment miniaturization,and minimum manpower is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the current social technology development trend.Here reported is the microfluidic preparation of u-DAAF with tunable particle size by a passive swirling microreactor.Under the guidance of recrystallization growth kinetics and mixing behavior of fluids in the swirling microreactor,the key parameters(liquid flow rate,explosive concentration and crystallization temperature)were screened and optimized through screening experiments.Under the condition that no surfactant is added and only experimental parameters are controlled,the particle size of recrystallized DAAF can be adjusted from 98 nm to 785 nm,and the corresponding specific surface area is 8.45 m^(2)·g^(-1)to 1.33 m^(2)·g^(-1).In addition,the preparation method has good batch stability,high yield(90.8%-92.6%)and high purity(99.0%-99.4%),indicating a high practical application potential.Electric explosion derived flyer initiation tests demonstrate that the u-DAAF shows an initiation sensitivity much lower than that of the raw DAAF,and comparable to that of the refined DAAF by conventional spraying crystallization method.This study provides an efficient method to fabricate u-DAAF with narrow particle size distribution and high reproducibility as well as a theoretical reference for fabrication of other ultrafine explosives. 展开更多

Square piles of reinforced concrete(RC)in marine environments are susceptible to chloride-inducedcorrosion.A novel reverse-seepage technique(RST)is applied to square piles to block the intrusion of chlorides.Thisresearch introduces a computational model designed to predict the lifespan of corrosion initiation in reinforced concretesquare piles when applied reverse-seepage pressure.The model considers the impacts of chloride binding and the tripletime-dependence property among the permeability,the corrected surface chloride concentration,and the diffusioncoefficient.The proposed numerical model is solved using the alternating direction implicit(ADI)approach,and itsaccuracy and reliability are evaluated by contrasting the computational outcomes with the analytical solution andexperimental results.Furthermore,the primary factors contributing to the corrosion of reinforced concrete square pilesare analyzed.The results indicate that applying RST can decrease the chloride penetration depth and prolong the lifespanof corrosion initiation in square piles.The water-cement ratio and reverse seepage pressure are the most influentialfactors.A water pressure of 0.4 MPa can double the life of concrete,and the durable life of concrete with a water-cementratio of 0.3 can reach 100 years. 展开更多

China has a large solid waste stockpile and a low resource utilisation rate,and the utilisation of solid waste resources is of great significance in promoting sustainable social development.In order to further promote the green and efficient development of China's road field,an overview of the current status of the application,research progress,hot frontiers,problems and their countermeasures based on the three aspects of industrial solid wastes,engineering solid wastes and municipal solid wastes in highway engineering was conducted,and the development prospect of the resourceful utilisation of solid waste in highway engineering was outlooked,with a view to promoting the development of China's green roads.Statistics on the stockpile,utilisation and comprehensive utilisation rate of industrial solid wastes in China are presented,and the optimal mixing amount,production process and application technology of industrial solid wastes for road base materials are systematically summarised.Based on the concept of high-value utilisation of solid waste,the mechanical properties,durability,construction technology and quality control standards of engineering solid waste applied in roadbed engineering are summarised,and the difficulties in the application of engineering solid waste in road engineering are summarised.Finally,the feasibility,mechanical properties and environmental characteristics of municipal solid waste domestic waste incinerator slag,waste tyres and plastics applied in road engineering are summarised.This review can provide references and lessons for the design and development of green roads,and promote the innovation and development of greening road engineering. 展开更多

High frequency pulsating voltage injection method is a good candidate for detecting the initial rotor position of permanent magnet synchronous motor.However,traditional methods require a large number of filters,which leads to the deterioration of system stability and dynamic performance.In order to solve these problems,a new signal demodulation method is proposed in this paper.The proposed new method can directly obtain the amplitude of high-frequency current,thus eliminating the use of filters,improving system stability and dynamic performance and saving the work of adjusting filter parameters.In addition,a new magnetic polarity detection method is proposed,which is robust to current measurement noise.Finally,experiments verify the effectiveness of the method. 展开更多

Differential influences of road physical design attributes on pedestrian versus driver traffic accident frequencies

Traffic accidents involving pedestrians and drivers pose significant public health and safety concerns.Understanding the differential influences of road physical design attributes on crash frequencies for these two groups is critical for developing targeted safety interventions.Considering that the zero-truncated characteristic of the data is uncertain,the results of the zero-truncated negative binomial models and traditional negative binomial models are calculated to seek the better model.The result revealed that the road surface conditions and vertical and horizontal curvature have greater influence on both pedestrian and driver compared to number of lanes and speed limit.And speed limits were more pronounced for pedestrian crash frequency than driver group.Conversely,the effect of different types of intersections was stronger for driver crash frequency.The differential influences of road physical design attributes on traffic crash frequencies for pedestrians versus drivers highlight the importance of adopting a user-centric approach to transportation safety planning and infrastructure design.Tailoring interventions to address the unique needs and vulnerabilities of different road user groups can lead to more effective safety improvements and better overall traffic safety outcomes. 展开更多

2,4-dinitroanisole(DNAN)is a good replacement for 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT)in melt-cast explosives due to its superior insensitivity.With the increasing use of DNAN-based melt-cast explosives,the prediction of reacti... 2,4-dinitroanisole(DNAN)is a good replacement for 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT)in melt-cast explosives due to its superior insensitivity.With the increasing use of DNAN-based melt-cast explosives,the prediction of reaction violence and hazard assessment of the explosives subjected to shock is of great significance.This study investigated the shock initiation characteristics for a DNAN-based melt-cast explosive,DHFA,using the one-dimensional Lagrangian apparatus.The embedded manganin gauges in the apparatus record the pressure histories at four Lagrangian positions and show that shock-todetonation transition in DHFA needs a high input shock pressure.The experimental data are analyzed to calibrate the Ignition and Growth model.The calibration is performed using an objective function based on both pressure history and the arrival time of shock.Good agreement between experimental and calculated pressure histories indicates the high accuracy of the calibrated parameters with the optimization method. 展开更多

【目的】针对农场内农机转移依赖人工驾驶或人工打点及规划耗时费力且不满足无人化应用需求等问题,提出一种无人农场农机转移路径规划方法。【方法】利用ArcGIS构建农场道路图层和路网,进行仿真试验;开发基于图论的Dijkstra双向搜索的... 【目的】针对农场内农机转移依赖人工驾驶或人工打点及规划耗时费力且不满足无人化应用需求等问题,提出一种无人农场农机转移路径规划方法。【方法】利用ArcGIS构建农场道路图层和路网,进行仿真试验;开发基于图论的Dijkstra双向搜索的转移路径规划算法,利用Python进行单、双向搜索仿真;搭建基于web平台的转移路径规划系统。【结果】在路网的仿真中,农机在0.7 m/s的速度下从机库到田块、田块到田块、田块到机库的行驶距离分别为241.57、74.46和75.66 m,对应时间分别为345.10、106.37和108.09 s。Dijkstra算法的单、双向搜索用时分别为0.632和0.216 s,在运算效率上双向搜索较单向搜索提升了65.82%。基于web平台的转移路径规划系统的农机以0.7 m/s的速度从机库到田块、田块到田块和田块到机库进行了实车道路试验,路径与农机实际路径采样点的算术平均值差值绝对值小于0.1 m,可以满足无人农场农机的转移要求。相对于人工打点,转移路径规划系统的路径规划效率更高。【结论】构建的农场道路图层、路网和转移路径规划系统,满足无人农场农机的道路转移需求。研究结果可为无人农场的农机转移路径提供技术支持。 展开更多

“一带一路”倡议提出构建全球互联互通伙伴关系,推动海上丝绸之路沿线国家加强海运合作。文章在引力模型的基础上纳入联合国贸发会议的双边班轮运输连通性指数,研究中国与海上丝绸之路沿线国家的海运连通性对贸易的促进作用。研究表明... “一带一路”倡议提出构建全球互联互通伙伴关系,推动海上丝绸之路沿线国家加强海运合作。文章在引力模型的基础上纳入联合国贸发会议的双边班轮运输连通性指数,研究中国与海上丝绸之路沿线国家的海运连通性对贸易的促进作用。研究表明,中国与海上丝绸之路沿线国家的海运连通性对贸易有显著的正面影响,港口基础设施建设、海运网络拓展和海关政策协同是海运连通性促进贸易的影响机制。进一步分析发现,海运连通性促进中国与海上丝绸之路沿线国家之间工业制成品的贸易。对于全球化程度较低、国家治理水平较低和政治风险较高的海上丝绸之路沿线国家,海运连通性对双边贸易的影响更为显著。文章的研究结论为海上丝绸之路沿线国家加强海上互联互通,推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展提供重要的政策启示。 展开更多

高水平的对外开放是推进科技创新的重要途径。作为我国倡导的对外开放新形态,“一带一路”倡议对我国沿线城市的经济发展、对外贸易、技术创新等产生了重要影响。论文以“一带一路”倡议为准自然实验,采用双重差分法探究倡议实施对我国... 高水平的对外开放是推进科技创新的重要途径。作为我国倡导的对外开放新形态,“一带一路”倡议对我国沿线城市的经济发展、对外贸易、技术创新等产生了重要影响。论文以“一带一路”倡议为准自然实验,采用双重差分法探究倡议实施对我国沿线城市绿色技术创新的影响及作用机制。研究发现:“一带一路”倡议显著促进了我国沿线城市的绿色技术创新,且在经过多种稳健性检验后结论仍然成立;异质性检验表明,“一带一路”倡议能够有效促进我国中东部地区、沿线中心城市、沿线节点城市、非资源型城市和强环境规制城市的绿色技术创新;由影响机制分析可知,“一带一路”倡议主要通过优化产业结构、提高人力资本和科技创新水平来促进城市的绿色技术创新。基于此,论文提出促进城市绿色技术创新的政策建议。 展开更多
