Based on the characteristics of high-end products,crowd-sourcing user stories can be seen as an effective means of gathering requirements,involving a large user base and generating a substantial amount of unstructured feedback.The key challenge lies in transforming abstract user needs into specific ones,requiring integration and analysis.Therefore,we propose a topic mining-based approach to categorize,summarize,and rank product requirements from user stories.Specifically,after determining the number of story categories based on py LDAvis,we initially classify“I want to”phrases within user stories.Subsequently,classic topic models are applied to each category to generate their names,defining each post-classification user story category as a requirement.Furthermore,a weighted ranking function is devised to calculate the importance of each requirement.Finally,we validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method using 2966 crowd-sourced user stories related to smart home systems. 展开更多

In the context of big data, many large-scale knowledge graphs have emerged to effectively organize the explosive growth of web data on the Internet. To select suitable knowledge graphs for use from many knowledge graphs, quality assessment is particularly important. As an important thing of quality assessment, completeness assessment generally refers to the ratio of the current data volume to the total data volume.When evaluating the completeness of a knowledge graph, it is often necessary to refine the completeness dimension by setting different completeness metrics to produce more complete and understandable evaluation results for the knowledge graph.However, lack of awareness of requirements is the most problematic quality issue. In the actual evaluation process, the existing completeness metrics need to consider the actual application. Therefore, to accurately recommend suitable knowledge graphs to many users, it is particularly important to develop relevant measurement metrics and formulate measurement schemes for completeness. In this paper, we will first clarify the concept of completeness, establish each metric of completeness, and finally design a measurement proposal for the completeness of knowledge graphs. 展开更多

The weapon and equipment operational requirement analysis(WEORA) is a necessary condition to win a future war,among which the acquisition of knowledge about weapons and equipment is a great challenge. The main challenge is that the existing weapons and equipment data fails to carry out structured knowledge representation, and knowledge navigation based on natural language cannot efficiently support the WEORA. To solve above problem, this research proposes a method based on question answering(QA) of weapons and equipment knowledge graph(WEKG) to construct and navigate the knowledge related to weapons and equipment in the WEORA. This method firstly constructs the WEKG, and builds a neutral network-based QA system over the WEKG by means of semantic parsing for knowledge navigation. Finally, the method is evaluated and a chatbot on the QA system is developed for the WEORA. Our proposed method has good performance in the accuracy and efficiency of searching target knowledge, and can well assist the WEORA. 展开更多

Along with the emergence of real-time multi-media,interactive service,real-time voice and other services calling for high quality of service,there should be a good network to support those services.Most present route algo- rithms with computational complexity hardly consider the restriction of node energy,so it degrades the whole capabil- ity of network.Bandwidth guarantee is one of the most crucial factors in real-time application,and this paper brings forward a distributed on-demand QoS routing protocol based on energy and bandwidth requirement.This QoS routing protocol makes use of bandwidth calculation algorithm and analyzes its route mechanism.The simulation results veri- fy its validity.The QoS routing protocol improves the packet delivery fraction and average end-to-end delay,prolongs the network lifetime,enhances the network performance and satisfies the route requirement for ad hoc networks. 展开更多

System-of-systems (SOS) engineering involves a com- plex process of refining high-level SoS requirements into more detailed systems requirements and assessing the extent to which the performances of to-be systems may possibly satisfy SoS capa- bility objectives. The key issue is how to model such requirements to automate the process of analysis and assessment. This paper suggests a meta-model that defines both functional and non- functional features of SoS requirements for command and control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance reconnais- sance (C41SR) systems. A domain-specific modeling language is defined by extending unified modeling language (UML) con- structed of class and association with fuzzy theory in order to model the fuzzy concepts of performance requirements. An effi- ciency evaluation function is introduced, based on Bezier curves, to predict the effectiveness of systems. An algorithm is presented to transform domain models in fuzzy UML into a requirements ontology in description logic (DL) so that requirements verification can be automated with a popular DL reasoner such as Pellet. 展开更多

Quality function deployment (QFD) is a well-known customer-oriented product design methodology. Rating the final importance of customer requirements (CRs) is really a very es- sential starting point in the implementation of QFD, since it largely affects the target setting value of design requirements. This pa- per aims to propose a novel method to deal with the relative importance ratings (RIRs) of CRs problem considering customers' diversified requirements and unknown information on customers' weights, which is an indispensable process for determining the final importance ratings of CRs. First, a new concept of customer's assessment structure is proposed according to the basic idea of grey relational analysis (GRA), and then a constrained nonlinear optimization model is constructed to describe the assessment information aggregation factors of CRs considering customers' personalized and diversified requirements. Furthermore, an im- mune particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm is designed to solve the model, and the weight vector of customers is obtained. Finally, a car door design example is introduced to illustrate the novel hybrid GRA-IPSO method's potential application in deter- mining the RIRs of CRs. 展开更多

Through dealing with the time series of water requirement and its influence factors, the author applied the multi-dimension data correlation analysis to ensure the net structure. Thus, the ANN model to forecast the water requirement of well irrigation rice has been built. By means of the ANN model, uncertainty relation between water requirement and many influence factors among the interior and exterior can be discovered. The results of ANN model is good, and can provide some references for establishing the water saving irrigation system. 展开更多

As the scale of current systems become larger and larger and their complexity is increasing gradually,research on executable models in the design phase becomes significantly important as it is helpful to simulate the execution process and capture defects of a system in advance.Meanwhile,the capability of a system becomes so important that stakeholders tend to emphasize their capability requirements when developing a system.To deal with the lack of official specifications and the fundamental theory basis for capability requirement,we propose a cooperative capability requirements(CCR)meta-model as a theory basis for researchers to refer to in this research domain,in which we provide detailed definition of the CCR concepts,associations and rules.Moreover,we also propose an executable framework,which may enable modelers to simulate the execution process of a system in advance and do well in filling the inconsistency and semantic gaps between stakeholders’requirements and their models.The primary working mechanism of the framework is to transform the Alf activity meta-model into the communicating sequential process(CSP)process meta-model based on some mapping rules,after which the internal communication mechanism between process nodes is designed to smooth the execution of behaviors in a CSP system.Moreover,a validation method is utilized to check the correctness and consistency of the models,and a self-fixing mechanism is used to fix the errors and warnings captured during the validation process automatically.Finally,a validation report is generated and fed back to the modelers for system optimization. 展开更多

Testability design is an effective way to realize the fault detection and isolation.Its important step is to determine testability figures of merits(TFOM).Firstly,some influence factors for TFOMs are analyzed,such as the processes of system operation,maintenance and support,fault detection and isolation and so on.Secondly,a testability requirement analysis model is built based on generalized stochastic Petri net(GSPN).Then,the system's reachable states are analyzed based on the model,a Markov chain isomorphic with Petri net is constructed,a state transition matrix is created and the system's steady state probability is obtained.The relationship between the steady state availability and testability parameters can be revealed and reasoned.Finally,an example shows that the proposed method can determine TFOM,such as fault detection rate and fault isolation rate,effectively and reasonably. 展开更多

针对灾后应急救援在需求不确定和资源受限方面的问题,以多级应急物流网络为背景,构建了一个需求不确定下的两阶段应急选址-路径规划模型。该模型以总成本最小和救援车辆运输总距离最短为目标,采用三角模糊数刻画受灾点的不确定需求,并... 针对灾后应急救援在需求不确定和资源受限方面的问题,以多级应急物流网络为背景,构建了一个需求不确定下的两阶段应急选址-路径规划模型。该模型以总成本最小和救援车辆运输总距离最短为目标,采用三角模糊数刻画受灾点的不确定需求,并采用基于可信性的模糊机会约束规划方法,以消除约束条件中的不确定参数。模型第一阶段调用Gurobi求解器,求解得到应急配送中心选址结果和对受灾点的分配方案;第二阶段将选址及分配结果作为输入进行路径规划,并提出一种改进的自适应遗传算法(IAGA)对算例进行求解。然后采用自适应遗传算法(AGA)与之对比,并进行灵敏度分析。结果表明:IAGA在目标值、收敛速度和运行时间等方面均优于AGA,证明了IAGA具有一定的可行性和有效性,且可以为决策者提供较优的应急选址-路径规划方案,从而提升灾后救援的效率。 展开更多

文章旨在对接国民经济核算体系,首次测度中国智慧农业的增加值规模并评估其产业关联效应和最终需求效应。为此,根据国家统计局《数字经济及其核心产业统计分类(2021)》,借助100多部门的投入产出表,将农业部门的产业数字化部门分解出来,... 文章旨在对接国民经济核算体系,首次测度中国智慧农业的增加值规模并评估其产业关联效应和最终需求效应。为此,根据国家统计局《数字经济及其核心产业统计分类(2021)》,借助100多部门的投入产出表,将农业部门的产业数字化部门分解出来,以测度中国智慧农业的规模并评估其效应。研究发现:(1)我国智慧农业的平均规模为3713.88亿元,在农业大类中占比为5.58%,占GDP比重仅为0.47%,说明我国智慧农业发展空间巨大。同时,无论是智慧农业还是传统农业,其年均增长速度均低于同期GDP增长速度,说明在产业结构调整的大趋势下依然要加大农业发展力度。(2)从产业关联角度看,我国智慧农业与数字经济核心产业尤其是数字产品制造业的后向联系较大,智慧农业发展从初期的基础建设转移到提高生产服务效率与数字技术创新领域;与此同时,智慧农业和传统农业对国民经济其他产业的需求拉动和供给推动作用几乎相等,且相比于传统农业,智慧农业对国民经济其他产业的供需变动不敏感。(3)从最终需求的敏感度分析看,智慧农业是消费依赖性产业,但各项最终需求对智慧农业的推动较小,且有效需求的扩张大部分作用于传统农业。 展开更多

为提高地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知水平,引入安全需求和安全能力作为中介变量,职业倦怠作为调节变量,构建一个有调节的链式中介模型。采用风险感知、安全需求、安全能力、职业倦怠以及安全认知5种量表设计结构化问卷,以312名地下洞室... 为提高地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知水平,引入安全需求和安全能力作为中介变量,职业倦怠作为调节变量,构建一个有调节的链式中介模型。采用风险感知、安全需求、安全能力、职业倦怠以及安全认知5种量表设计结构化问卷,以312名地下洞室群施工人员为研究对象进行问卷调查和数据分析,并运用SPSS 26.0和AMOS 26.0软件进行中介效应和调节效应的检验。结果表明:风险感知直接正向影响地下洞室群施工人员的安全认知,职业倦怠在两者之间起负向调节作用;风险感知还会通过安全需求和安全能力的独立中介效应,以及安全需求和安全能力的链式中介效应影响施工人员的安全认知。因此,激励并提高施工人员的风险感知、安全需求和安全能力,同时降低其职业倦怠,可有效提升其安全认知水平。 展开更多
