Traditional active power sharing in microgrids,achieved by the distributed average consensus,requires each controller to continuously trigger and communicate with each other,which is a wasteful use of the limited computation and communication resources of the secondary controller.To enhance the efficiency of secondary control,we developed a novel distributed self-triggered active power-sharing control strategy by introducing the signum function and a flexible linear clock.Unlike continuous communication–based controllers,the proposed self-triggered distributed controller prompts distributed generators to perform control actions and share information with their neighbors only at specific time instants monitored by the linear clock.Therefore,this approach results in a significant reduction in both the computation and communication requirements.Moreover,this design naturally avoids Zeno behavior.Furthermore,a modified triggering condition was established to achieve further reductions in computation and communication.The simulation results confirmed that the proposed control scheme achieves distributed active power sharing with very few controller triggers,thereby substantially enhancing the efficacy of secondary control in MGs. 展开更多

Offshore wind farms are becoming increasingly distant from onshore centralized control centers,and the communication delays between them inevitably introduce time delays in the measurement signal of the primary frequency control.This causes a deterioration in the performance of the primary frequency control and,in some cases,may even result in frequency instability within the power system.Therefore,a frequency response model that incorporates communication delays was established for power systems that integrate offshore wind power.The Padéapproximation was used to model the time delays,and a linearized frequency response model of the power system was derived to investigate the frequency stability under different time delays.The influences of the wind power proportion and frequency control parameters on the system frequency stability were explored.In addition,a Smith delay compensation control strategy was devised to mitigate the effects of communication delays on the system frequency dynamics.Finally,a power system incorporating offshore wind power was constructed using the MATLAB/Simulink platform.The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed delay compensation control strategy. 展开更多

In recent times,various power control and clustering approaches have been proposed to enhance overall performance for cell-free massive multipleinput multiple-output(CF-mMIMO)networks.With the emergence of deep reinforcement learning(DRL),significant progress has been made in the field of network optimization as DRL holds great promise for improving network performance and efficiency.In this work,our focus delves into the intricate challenge of joint cooperation clustering and downlink power control within CF-mMIMO networks.Leveraging the potent deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG)algorithm,our objective is to maximize the proportional fairness(PF)for user rates,thereby aiming to achieve optimal network performance and resource utilization.Moreover,we harness the concept of“divide and conquer”strategy,introducing two innovative methods termed alternating DDPG(A-DDPG)and hierarchical DDPG(H-DDPG).These approaches aim to decompose the intricate joint optimization problem into more manageable sub-problems,thereby facilitating a more efficient resolution process.Our findings unequivo-cally showcase the superior efficacy of our proposed DDPG approach over the baseline schemes in both clustering and downlink power control.Furthermore,the A-DDPG and H-DDPG obtain higher performance gain than DDPG with lower computational complexity. 展开更多

基于IMPC的燃煤发电机组多变量解耦控制策略

针对燃煤发电机组燃烧系统的大时滞和参数时变等复杂动态特性,以及主蒸汽压力和炉膛负压间的强耦合关系,提出一种改进多变量解耦模型预测控制(Improved multivariable decoupling model predictive control,IMDMPC)。根据机组历史运行数... 针对燃煤发电机组燃烧系统的大时滞和参数时变等复杂动态特性,以及主蒸汽压力和炉膛负压间的强耦合关系,提出一种改进多变量解耦模型预测控制(Improved multivariable decoupling model predictive control,IMDMPC)。根据机组历史运行数据,利用蜻蜓算法优化偏最小二乘法,构建以主蒸汽压力和炉膛负压为被控量、燃煤量和引风量为控制量的多变量耦合数学模型,运用多变量动态解耦算法对其进行解耦,设计多变量模型预测控制器,按照设定目标函数得到当前时刻控制量,同时实时采集系统输出值对控制器进行反馈校正。仿真实验结果表明:改进多变量解耦模型预测控制与模糊自适应PID控制和未解耦模型预测控制相比,主蒸汽压力和炉膛负压的超调量分别减少20.3%和8.6%,调节时间分别缩短2.6和29.55 s,具有更好的控制精度和鲁棒性。现场应用结果表明:改进多变量解耦模型预测控制策略能够使主蒸汽压力和炉膛负压分别稳定控制在±0.24 MPa和±0.27 Pa,提高了系统的稳定性且波动幅度明显减小,符合工业现场生产要求。 展开更多

为将光伏发电接入牵引供电系统进行有效利用,同时兼顾牵引供电系统电能质量改善及列车再生制动能量回收利用,提出了一种基于铁路功率调节器的光储系统接入牵引供电系统的协调控制方法.首先,搭建基于铁路功率调节器的光储系统接入牵引供... 为将光伏发电接入牵引供电系统进行有效利用,同时兼顾牵引供电系统电能质量改善及列车再生制动能量回收利用,提出了一种基于铁路功率调节器的光储系统接入牵引供电系统的协调控制方法.首先,搭建基于铁路功率调节器的光储系统接入牵引供电拓扑结构,并对其电能质量补偿机理进行理论分析;在此基础上,充分考虑光储系统的运行条件以及列车牵引、制动、空载或惰行工况,提出光储系统接入牵引供电的联合协调控制方法,实现了“光+储+荷”三者间的协调控制、牵引供电系统负序的动态补偿以及谐波的有效抑制;在RT-Lab实时仿真系统中建立了基于铁路功率调节器的光伏接入牵引供电系统仿真模型,并结合实际光照和牵引工况数据验证本文所提出的系统结构以及协调控制方法的有效性.结果表明:本文所提出的系统结构以及协调控制方法能够实现牵引供电系统中光储系统的有效接入,再生制动能量回收率提升至86.7%,功率因数提升6.4%,对谐波特别是高次谐波含有率有较大改善,满足光伏电能高效消纳及综合利用、电能质量动态综合补偿、再生制动能量回收多重需求. 展开更多

Grid-forming(GFM)converters can provide inertia support for power grids through control technology,stabilize voltage and frequency,and improve system stability,unlike traditional grid-following(GFL)converters.Therefore,in future“double high”power systems,research on the control technology of GFM converters will become an urgent demand.In this paper,we first introduce the basic principle of GFM control and then present five currently used control strategies for GFM converters:droop control,power synchronization control(PSC),virtual synchronous machine control(VSM),direct power control(DPC),and virtual oscillator control(VOC).These five strategies can independently establish voltage phasors to provide inertia to the system.Among these,droop control is the most widely used strategy.PSC and VSM are strategies that simulate the mechanical characteristics of synchronous generators;thus,they are more accurate than droop control.DPC regulates the active power and reactive power directly,with no inner current controller,and VOC is a novel method under study using an oscillator circuit to realize synchronization.Finally,we highlight key technologies and research directions to be addressed in the future. 展开更多

In this paper, a combining call admission control(CAC) and power control scheme under guaranteeing QoS of every user equipment(UE) is proposed. First, a simple CAC scheme is introduced. Then based on the CAC scheme, a combining call admission control and power control scheme is proposed. Next, the performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated. Finally, maximum DUE pair number and average transmitting power is calculated. Simulation results show that D2 D communications with the proposed combining call admission control and power control scheme can effectively improve the maximum DUE pair number under the premise of meeting necessary QoS. 展开更多

Ion cyclotron wave resonance heating(ICRH) is one of the most important auxiliary methods to heat plasma in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST). Several megawatts of power is transmitted through separate coaxial lines and coupled with the plasma through arrays of loop antennas. The parameters of the ICRH system, including the injected power and phasing between antenna straps, are critical to the coupling efficiency of the power as well as the resulting impact on the heating efficiency. In this paper, we present a system for feedback control of the phase between the current straps and the ICRH power on EAST. The feedback control system was tested using both a matched dummy load and a plasma load, and it successfully maintained stable operation in the 2016 EAST campaign. Good control of the injected power and wave phases was achieved during edgelocalized mode operation. 展开更多

Based on the finite-time stability theory, two control strategies are presented to achieve finite-time chaos control. In addition, the problem of how to stabilize an unstable nonzero equilibrium point in a finite time is solved by coordinate transformation for the first time. Numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and the robustness of the proposed scheme. Device-to-Device(D2D) communication has been proposed as a promising implementation of green communication to benefit the existed cellular network.In order to limit cross-tier interference while explore the gain of short-range communication,we devise a series of distributed power control(DPC) schemes for energy conservation(EC)and enhancement of radio resource utilization in the hybrid system.Firstly,a constrained opportunistic power control model is built up to take advantage of the interference avoidance methodology in the presence of service requirement and power constraint.Then,biasing scheme and admission control are added to evade ineffective power consumption and maintain the feasibility of the system.Upon feasibility,a non-cooperative game is further formulated to exploit the profit in EC with minor influence on spectral efficiency(SE).The convergence of the DPC schemes is validated and their performance is confirmed via simulation results. 展开更多

Chattering phenomenon and singularity are still the main problems that hinder the practical application of sliding mode control. In this paper, a fixed time integral sliding mode controller is designed based on fixed time stability theory, which ensures precise convergence of the state variables of controlled system, and overcomes the drawback of convergence time growing unboundedly as the initial value increases in finite time controller. It makes the controlled system converge to the control objective within a fixed time bounded by a constant as the initial value grows, and convergence time can be changed by adjusting parameters of controllers properly. Compared with other fixed time controllers, the fixed time integral sliding mode controller proposed in this paper achieves chattering-free control, and integral expression is used to avoid singularity generated by derivation. Finally, the controller is used to stabilize four-order chaotic power system. The results demonstrate that the controller realizes the non-singular chattering-free control of chaotic oscillation in the power system and guarantees the fixed time convergence of state variables, which shows its higher superiority than other finite time controllers. 展开更多

The effectiveness of the magnetic confinement of plasma can be improved by elongat- ing the plasma cross-section in tokamak devices. But elongated plasma has vertical displacement instability, so a feedback control system is needed to restrain the plasma's vertical displacement. A fast control power supply is needed to excite the active feedback coils, which produces a magnetic field to control the plasma's displacement. With the development of EAST, the fast control power supply needs to keep on enhancing the fast response and output current. The structure of a new power supply is introduced in this paper. The method of multiple inverters paralleled with the current sharing reactor is presented to meet the need for large current and fast control. According to the design demands of the EAST fast control power supply, the adjuster of the current close loop is applied to the inverter, which can advance its ability to restrain the loop current in low frequency and DC output. The result of the experiment confirms the validity of the proposed scheme and control strategy. 展开更多

The response of system with the controller proposed is compared to that of the nonlinear optimal controller when the system is subjected to a variety of disturbances. Specifically, an additional cooperative UAV is employed as a mobile jammer to transmit the jamming signal to help keep the source UAV closer to the ground destination, thus establishing more favorable legitimate link and enhancing the secrecy performance. We aimed to maximize the achievable secrecy rate by jointly optimizing the trajectories and transmit power of both source UAV and jammer UAV. To solve the considered non-convex optimization problem, we presented a block coordinate descent based iterative algorithm to address a sequence of approximated convex problems for the optimized parameter block by block to find a local optimal solution. Numerical results verify that the proposed algorithm can achieve significant secrecy rate gain compared to all the benchmark schemes. 展开更多
