对植物基因组数据库和过氧化物酶数据库中玉米谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Zea mays Glutathione per-oxidase,ZmGPXs)进行查找和比对,确定了6个ZmGPXs,采用生物信息学方法对其进行了理化性质、亚细胞定位、结构域、高级结构、外显子和内含子构... 对植物基因组数据库和过氧化物酶数据库中玉米谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Zea mays Glutathione per-oxidase,ZmGPXs)进行查找和比对,确定了6个ZmGPXs,采用生物信息学方法对其进行了理化性质、亚细胞定位、结构域、高级结构、外显子和内含子构成等分析。结果表明,尽管6个ZmGPXs序列的氨基酸数量不同,但均属于碱性蛋白质,具有6个外显子和5个内含子,其中5个ZmGPXs高级结构表现为二聚体,具有植物GPXs的特征基序。亚细胞定位分析发现ZmGPXs主要定位于线粒体、叶绿体、过氧化物酶体和细胞质中。结构域分析表明ZmGPXs属于硫氧还蛋白超家族。 展开更多

The effects of iow temperature treatment on seedling growth and POD isozymeswere studied using hyacinth bean (Dolichos tablab L. )and Soybean[Glycine max(L. )Merr. ]culti-vars as experimental materials. Their seedtings were exposured to 1 - 4℃ low temperature for 4 days to inhibit growth. The changes of POD isozymes in roots and seedlings were observed after seedlings were exposured to 1 - 4℃ for 4-8 days. There was a significant linear relation between inhibition of seedling growth and change of POD isozymes in these two kinds of plants. 展开更多

Changes in Some Physiological Characteristics After Full Heading Stage in Flag Leaves of Super High-Yielding Inbred Rice 被引量:1

In a field experiment, rice cultivar Shanyou 63 was used as a check cultivar to investigate the changes in activity of peroxidase and contents of malondialdehyde and soluble protein after full heading stage in flag leaves of two super high-yielding inbred rice, including Shengtai 1 and Yuxiangyouzhan. The results showed that the peroxidase activities and soluble protein contents in the leaves of the three cultivars tended to increase gradually to peak values and thereafter descended during stage after full heading. Moreover, both the peroxidase activities and soluble protein contents of Shengtai 1 and Yuxiangyouzhan peaked at 8 days after full heading, which was compared with that of Shanyou 63 at 4 days later. Meanwhile, the malondialdehyde contents in the leaves of the three cultivars increased gradually after full heading stage. In addition, activities of peroxidase and contents of malondialdehyde and soluble protein in different cultivars were various at the same time. In general, for Shengtai 1 and Yuxiangyouzhan, the peroxidase activities and soluble protein contents were higher than those of Shanyou 63, whereas the malondialdehyde contents were lower compared with that of Shanyou 63. And these features could make the senescence of leaf become later and slower and photosynthetic product was more in Shengtai 1 and Yuxiangyouzhan than that in Shanyou 63. 展开更多

Synthetic dyes are very important for textile dyeing,paper printing,color photography and petroleum products.Traditional methods of dye removal include biodegradation,precipitation,adsorption,chemical degradation,photo degradation,and chemical coagulation.Dye decolorization with enzymatic reaction is an important issue for several research field(chemistry,environment)In this study,minimum decolorization time of Remazol Brilliant Blue R dye with Horseradish peroxidase enzyme was calculated using with mathematical equation depending on experimental data.Dye decolorization was determined by monitoring the absorbance decrease at the specific maximum wavelength for dye.All experiments were carried out with different initial dye concentrations of Remazol Brilliant Blue R at 25 ℃ constant temperature for 30 minutes.The development of the least squares estimators for a nonlinear model brings about complications not encountered in the case of the linear model.Decolorization times for completely removal of dye were calculated according to equation.It was shown that mathematical equation was conformed exponential curve for dye degradation. 展开更多

The inhibitory effect of lead on the seed germination and seedling growth was obvi-ously seen in barley,sorghum and wheat.Their differential reactions on the lead solution werefound under the lead stress during the seed germination and seedling growth stages.Wheat ismore sensitive to lead than the other three plants.This can be used to select new crops which canresist lead damage.The changes of the peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase isozymes have beenfound in individual plants which was injured by a lead solution at the seedling and root develop-ment stages.The authors suggest that these isozymes,which have been changed in patterns andnumbers,may be adaptive isozymes.Adaptive isozymes are produced in plant tissue when plantsare in harmful environmental conditions.The change in environmental conditions influences theexpression of the gene which encode peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase isozymes,and promote forma-tion of the adaptive isozymes. 展开更多
