In this paper, with the consideration of vehicle to grid(V2 G), two charging and discharging load modes of EVs were constructed. One was the disorderly charging and discharging mode based on travel habits, and the other was the orderly charging and discharging mode based on time-of-use(TOU) price;Monte Carlo method was used to verify the case. The scheme of the capacity optimization of photovoltaic charging station under two different charging and discharging modes with V2 G was proposed. The mathematical models of the objective function with the maximization of energy efficiency, the minimization of the investment and the operation cost of the charging system were established. The range of decision variables, constraints of the requirements of the power balance and the strategy of energy exchange were given. NSGA-Ⅱ and NSGA-SA algorithm were used to verify the cases, respectively. In both algorithms, by comparing with the simulation results of the two different modes, it shows that the orderly charging and discharging mode with V2 G is obviously better than the disorderly charging and discharging mode in the aspects of alleviating the pressure of power grid, reducing system investment and improving energy efficiency.展开更多

Based on the improvement of task execution quality,a single task resource scheduling model is established and the solving method based on the m-best algorithm is proposed. For the problem of tactical decision-holon cannot handle tasks with low priority effectively, a distributed resource scheduling collaboration mechanism based on platform pricing and a platform exchange mechanism based on resource capacities are designed. Finally,a series of experiments are designed to prove the effectiveness of these methods. And in the short-term motivation, VMI will increase the purchase price to compensate the transfer cost of the supplier. Owing to the fluctuant renewable generation and power demand,the energy surplus or deficit in nanogrids embodies differently across time.To stimulate local renewable energy consumption and minimize long-term energy co...Owing to the fluctuant renewable generation and power demand,the energy surplus or deficit in nanogrids embodies differently across time.To stimulate local renewable energy consumption and minimize long-term energy costs,some issues still remain to be explored:when and how the energy demand and bidirectional trading prices are scheduled considering personal comfort preferences and environmental factors.For this purpose,the demand response and two-way pricing problems concurrently for nanogrids and a public monitoring entity(PME)are studied with exploiting the large potential thermal elastic ability of heating,ventilation and air-conditioning(HVAC)units.Different from nanogrids,in terms of minimizing time-average costs,PME aims to set reasonable prices and optimize profits by trading with nanogrids and the main grid bi-directionally.Such bilevel energy management problem is formulated as a stochastic form in a longterm horizon.Since there are uncertain system parameters,time-coupled queue constraints and the interplay of bilevel decision-making,it is challenging to solve the formulated problems.To this end,we derive a form of relaxation based on Lyapunov optimization technique to make the energy management problem tractable without forecasting the related system parameters.The transaction between nanogrids and PME is captured by a one-leader and multi-follower Stackelberg game framework.Then,theoretical analysis of the existence and uniqueness of Stackelberg equilibrium(SE)is developed based on the proposed game property.Following that,we devise an optimization algorithm to reach the SE with less information exchange.Numerical experiments validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.展开更多
This review presents a comprehensive techno-economic and life-cycle assessment of sustainable aviation fuel(SAF)production from biomass.The critical need for transitioning towards environmentally sustainable alternati...This review presents a comprehensive techno-economic and life-cycle assessment of sustainable aviation fuel(SAF)production from biomass.The critical need for transitioning towards environmentally sustainable alternatives for liquid fuel and aviation industry is first discussed.Key insights encompass the evolutionary progression of biofuel production from first-generation to second-generation biofuels,with a focus on utilizing non-food sources like woody biomass for enhanced sustainability.Available data from the literature on techno-economic assessments of various SAF production pathways are analyzed including production costs,conversion efficiency,and scalability.Moreover,results of lifecycle assessments associated with different SAF production pathways are presented,providing essential insights for decision-making processes.The challenges of scaling up woody biomass-based SAF production are discussed based on the assessment results,and recommendations are proposed to steer stakeholders towards a greener and more sustainable trajectory for aviation operations.展开更多

PCA was applied to mine the main influence on day-ahead price, avoiding the strong correlation between the input factors that might influence electricity price, such as the load of the forecasting hour, other history loads and prices, weather and temperature; then GRNN was employed to forecast electricity price according to the main information extracted by PCA. To prove the efficiency of the combined model, a case from PJM (Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland) day-ahead electricity market was evaluated. Compared to back-propagation (BP) neural network and standard GRNN, the combined method reduces the mean absolute percentage error about 3%.展开更多
