Stress gradient analytic solution and reasonable support prestress of roadway surrounding rock based on unified strength criterion:A case study

The stress gradient of surrounding rock and reasonable prestress of support are the keys to ensuring the stability of roadways.The elastic-plastic analytical solution for surrounding rock was derived based on unified strength theory.A model for solving the stress gradient of the surrounding rock with the intermediate principal stress parameter b was established.The correctness and applicability of the solution for the stress gradient in the roadway surrounding rock was verified via multiple methods.Furthermore,the laws of stress,displacement,and the plastic zone of the surrounding rock with different b values and prestresses were revealed.As b increases,the stress gradient in the plastic zone increases,and the displacement and plastic zone radius decrease.As the prestress increases,the peak stress shifts toward the sidewalls,and the stress and stress gradient increments decrease.In addition,the displacement increment and plastic zone increment were proposed to characterize the support effect.The balance point of the plastic zone area appears before that of the displacement zone.The relationship between the stress gradient compensation coefficient and the prestress is obtained.This study provides a research method and idea for determining the reasonable prestress of support in roadways. 展开更多

The surrounding rock is prone to large-scale loosening and failure after the excavation of shallow large-span caverns because of the thin overlying strata and large cross-section span.The rational design of bolt support is very important to the safety control of surrounding rock as a common support means.The control mechanism and design method of bolt support for shallow-buried large-span caverns is carried out.The calculation method of bolt prestress and length based on arched failure and collapsed failure mode is established.The influence mechanism of different influencing factors on the bolt prestress and length is clarified.At the same time,the constant resistance energy-absorbing bolt with high strength and high toughness is developed,and the comparative test of mechanical properties is carried out.On this basis,the design method of high prestressed bolt support for shallow-buried large-span caverns is put forward,and the field test is carried out in Qingdao metro station in China.The monitoring results show that the maximum roof settlement is 6.8 mm after the new design method is adopted,and the effective control of the shallow-buried large-span caverns is realized.The research results can provide theoretical and technical support for the safety control of shallow-buried large-span caverns. 展开更多

Replica scaled impact experiments with unconfined ceramic targets have shown that the transition velocity,i.e.,the impact velocity at which interface defeat ceases and ceramic penetration occurs,decreased as the length scale increased.A possible explanation of how this scale effect is related to the formation of a cone crack in the ceramic has been presented by the authors in an earlier paper.Here,the influence of confinement and prestress on cone cracking and transition velocity is investigated.The hypothesis is that prestress will suppress the formation and growth of the cone crack by lowering the driving stress.A set of impact experiments has been performed in which the transition velocity for four different levels of prestress has been determined.The transition velocities as a function of the level of confining prestress is compared to an analytical model for the influence of prestress on the formation and extension of the cone crack in the ceramic material.Both experiments and model indicate that prestress has a strong influence on the transition from interface defeat to penetration,although the model underestimates the influence of prestress. 展开更多

Based on the elastic theory of cylindrical shells and the theory of composite laminates,a prediction model for the residual prestress of the simplified round composite barrel for railgun is established.Only the fibre pretension is considered in this model.A three dimensional numerical simulation for the residual prestress in the railgun barrel is carried out,by combining the temperature differential method with the element birth and death technology.The results obtained by the two methods are compared.It reveals that the distribution trends of residual prestress are consistent.And the difference for residual prestress in the filament wound composite housing of barrel is relatively small.The same finite element method is used to analysis the residual prestress in the non-simplified composite barrels for railgun,which are under different control modes of winding tension.The results mean that the residual prestress in barrel will increase while the taper coefficient for winding is decreasing.Therefore,the sealing performance in bore is improved,but the strength of the filament wound composite housing drops.In addition,the axial and circumferential residual prestress in the filament wound composite housing with constant torque winding are close to the ones in iso-stress design for barrel. 展开更多

Life cycle detection of prestress in large prestressed reinforcement structures

To monitor the stress state of prestressed reinforcement in large reinforcement prestressed structure, two sensing structures, namely the direct spiral-winding structure and sawtooth modulated structure, were designed based on the ordinary communication optical fiber. The sensing theories were analyzed, and the experimental studies were also carried out. The quasi-distributed sensing system based on optical time domain reflective technology was established. The detection wavelength and spatial resolution were analyzed, and the estimation formula of maximal number of sensing point was also given. The results show that the system can realize the quasi-distributed test of measurand with single fiber, which helps to simplify the in-out wires. Moreover it can take on the important task of long-term and continuous monitoring of prestress, which helps to realize the life cycle detection of prestress, and play an important role in the estimating of bridge health state. 展开更多

The quality of prestressed concrete s tructures is mainly affected by the tensile strength of prestressing strand. In order to attain the purpose of economic design and long life span of prestressin g strand, the less relaxation property of strand type is suitable for constructi on and usage. Thus, the research and development of prestressing strand is requi red to reach the goals of high tensile strength and low relaxation. To ensure th e required quality of prestressing strand, the strand pull test and long period relaxation test are two important items for the quality assurance. There are thr ee specific items of the tensile strength test are belong to larger-the-better quality type. The quality type of smaller-the-better is for the long period r elaxation test. However, many existing methods are able to measure process capab ility for product with single quality characteristic and cannot be applied to mo st products with multiple properties. Thus, the indices of C pu and C pl, for larger-the-better and smaller-the-better quality type respec tively proposed by Kane, are quoted and combined to propose a new index to evalu ate the quality of multiple characteristics of prestressing strand in this paper . Then, the principle of statistics is used to derive the one-to-one mathemati cal relationship of this new index and ratio of tallied. Finally, the procedure and criteria to evaluate the quality of prestressing strand is proposed. This in tegrated multi-quality property capability analysis model can be used to evalua te the multi-process capabilities and provide continuous improvement on manufac turing process of prestressing strand. 展开更多

Coupling model for calculating prestress loss caused by relaxation loss,shrinkage,and creep of concrete

The calculation model for the relaxation loss of concrete mentioned in the Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts(JTG D62—2004) was modified according to experimental data. Time-varying relaxation loss was considered in the new model. Moreover, prestressed reinforcement with varying lengths(caused by the shrinkage and creep of concrete) might influence the final values and the time-varying function of the forecast relaxation loss. Hence, the effects of concrete shrinkage and creep were considered when calculating prestress loss, which reflected the coupling relation between these effects and relaxation loss in concrete. Hence, the forecast relaxation loss of prestressed reinforcement under the effects of different initial stress levels at any time point can be calculated using the modified model. To simplify the calculation, the integral expression of the model can be changed into an algebraic equation. The accuracy of the result is related to the division of the periods within the ending time of deriving the final value of the relaxation loss of prestressed reinforcement. When the time division is reasonable, result accuracy is high. The modified model works excellently according to the comparison of the test results. The calculation result of the modified model mainly reflects the prestress loss values of prestressed reinforcement at each time point, which confirms that adopting the finding in practical applications is reasonable. 展开更多

To accurately evaluate the degradation process of prestressed concrete continuous bridges exposed to aggressive environments in life-cycle,a finite element-based approach with respect to the lifetime performance assessment of concrete bridges was proposed.The existing assessment methods were firstly introduced and compared.Some essential mechanics problems involved in the degradation process,such as the deterioration of materials properties,the reduction of sectional areas and the variation of overall structural performance caused by the first two problems,were investigated and solved.A computer program named CBDAS(Concrete Bridge Durability Analysis System) was written to perform the above-metioned approach.Finally,the degradation process of a prestressed concrete continuous bridge under chloride penetration was discussed.The results show that the concrete normal stress for serviceability limit state exceeds the threshold value after 60 a,but the various performance indicators at ultimate limit state are consistently in the allowable level during service life.Therefore,in the case of prestressed concrete bridges,the serviceability limit state is more possible to have durability problems in life-cycle;however,the performance indicators at ultimate limit state can satisfy the requirements. 展开更多

The permeability and sorptivity properties of the two prestressed concrete containment buildings (PCCBs) of a nuclear power plant in South China, which had been under operation for 5 years, were measured by using the autoclam permeability system. The air permeability, sorptivity and water permeability indexes of No.1 PCCB are smaller than or equal to 0.11 ln(102 Pa)/min, 0.98×10 ^7 m3/minl/2 and 1.93×10 ^7 m3/min1/2, respectively, and the air permeability, sorptivity and water permeability indexes of No.2 PCCB are smaller than or equal to 0.17 In(102 Pa)/min, 1.6×10 ^7 m3/min1/2 and 4.43 ×10 ^7 m3/min1/2, respectively. Based on the criteria for evaluating the protective quality of concrete structures in terms of their permeability and sorptivity properties, proposed by the research organization of the autoclam permeability system, the protective quality of No. 1 PCCB is still in very good grade and that of No.2 PCCB is not in very good grade but in good grade, and the in-service inspection of the protective quality of No.2 PCCB should be strengthened in the future. 展开更多

为准确识别桥梁结构的损伤程度,制作了桥梁的关键构件——预应力钢筋混凝土梁,进行三点弯曲加载试验.收集了损伤破坏全过程的声发射(AE)信号,通过AE信号参数分析,将梁的损伤破坏过程划分为4个典型阶段.构建了长短时记忆神经网络(LSTM)模... 为准确识别桥梁结构的损伤程度,制作了桥梁的关键构件——预应力钢筋混凝土梁,进行三点弯曲加载试验.收集了损伤破坏全过程的声发射(AE)信号,通过AE信号参数分析,将梁的损伤破坏过程划分为4个典型阶段.构建了长短时记忆神经网络(LSTM)模型,根据经验设置LSTM模型的超参数容易导致网络陷入局部最优而影响了分类结果,提出采用Sine混沌映射和自适应权重来改进鲸鱼优化算法(WOA),对LSTM进行超参数寻优.设计了IWOA-LSTM算法模型,训练识别试验梁各损伤阶段的AE信号特征参数.定型网络结构,并识别同种工况下其他梁的AE信号.结果表明:IWOA-LSTM算法模型识别准确率均超过或接近92%,相较于普通LSTM模型,IWOA-LSTM模型识别准确率提高了约7%. 展开更多

煤巷锚杆支护已得到广泛应用,锚杆支护作用于围岩内的附加压应力场大小与空间分布范围是量化支护参数、优化支护方案的关键。为研究锚杆(索)相关参数对围岩附加压应力场空间三维分布影响规律,从理论方面分析了锚杆作用下围岩所受托锚力... 煤巷锚杆支护已得到广泛应用,锚杆支护作用于围岩内的附加压应力场大小与空间分布范围是量化支护参数、优化支护方案的关键。为研究锚杆(索)相关参数对围岩附加压应力场空间三维分布影响规律,从理论方面分析了锚杆作用下围岩所受托锚力和黏锚力产生附加压应力机制,建立了围岩附加压应力模型,空间表征了附加压应力场分布特征,进一步通过模拟与理论对比,验证了模型的正确性;以围岩附加压应力≥0.02MPa为基准,量化研究了锚杆(索)支护关键参数即锚杆(索)预紧力、长度和锚固长度对围岩附加压应力场空间分布的形态、最大扩散半径、高度(间距)及体积的影响。锚杆支护下随着预紧力增大,空间附加压应力场分布形态由竖向“椭球体”发展为横向“椭球体”;锚杆长度增加,形态从近似“椭球体”变成“葫芦型”;锚固长度增大,形态从“葫芦型”变成近似“椭球体”。随着锚杆预紧力和长度增加,锚杆支护产生的附加压应力场的半径、高度及体积增大,而锚固长度对附加压应力场影响相反。锚索支护下随着锚索长度增加,围岩附加压应力场的空间分布形态从近似“椭球体”变成“葫芦型”,当锚索长度超过5m时,变成间断的上下2个“椭球体”且上小下大,即使预紧力和锚固长度增加,分布形态没有明显变化。随着锚索预紧力增加,锚索支护所形成的围岩附加压应力场的最大半径增加,体积增加,上下压应力场间距减少;随着锚索长度增加,围岩附加压应力场高度增加,随后间断成上下2个压应力场,其间距不断增大,半径及压应力场体积先增加后减少;随着锚索锚固长度的增加,围岩附加压应力场间距逐渐减小,半径先增加后减少,体积增加不明显。进一步分析了锚杆(索)组合支护下围岩高/低附加压应力对巷道顶板的作用,结合组合梁及悬吊理论的部分理念,确定了高/低阈值计算公式,通过对比围岩附加压应力场体积大小来确定锚杆支护方案优劣。以葫芦素煤矿21204工作面回风巷和城郊煤矿LW21106工作面运输巷为验证对象,分析了原/新支护方案特点,计算得到2条典型巷道围岩附加压应力场的高/低应力阈值及其在顶板覆盖的总体积。结果显示优化后方案锚杆(索)能在顶板形成有效连续的围岩附加压应力场,高/低压应力场体积均增加显著,围岩变形得到有效控制。 展开更多

为研究并提出一种经济有效调控红层软岩路基上拱变形的工程措施并揭示其作用机理,自研可动态调节上拱变形的预应力微型桩试验装置,室内测得不同预应力(50、100、150和200kN)与桩顶竖向位移的关系,通过数值模拟计算分析桩径D为0.17 m的单... 为研究并提出一种经济有效调控红层软岩路基上拱变形的工程措施并揭示其作用机理,自研可动态调节上拱变形的预应力微型桩试验装置,室内测得不同预应力(50、100、150和200kN)与桩顶竖向位移的关系,通过数值模拟计算分析桩径D为0.17 m的单桩(桩长8、10和12 m)与群桩(桩间中心距3D、4D、5D、6D)调控红层软岩路基上拱变形的效果与机制。室内试验结果表明,预应力微型桩可有效控制上拱变形,但控制能力并非随预应力的增加而线性增加,需实时监测上拱变形值,并动态调整预应力。数值模拟结果表明,无处治措施的工况下,试验路段因湿化作用和侧向地应力引起的上拱变形量约为9.5 mm;8、10和12 m长的预应力微型桩单桩调控下,上拱变形分布曲线在成桩位置出现突变,数值急剧减小,桩长和预应力的增加可使调控范围出现小幅度的增加,调控范围的最大值在2~3倍桩直径范围内波动;在试验选取的桩长和桩距范围内,12 m桩长、5D桩距的预应力群桩可同时兼顾安全性和经济性,使轨道附近上拱变形量分别减小至3.2mm(降幅为66.3%)、2.9mm(降幅为69.5%)和3.5mm(降幅为63.5%),最终满足规范对上拱变形量的控制要求;此外,群桩在施加预应力后调控能力明显增强,达到无预应力条件下的1.4倍左右。研究成果可为高速铁路红层软岩路基上拱处治提供参考。 展开更多

为有效解决传统加固钢吊车梁施工工艺复杂、难度高、周期长、成本高等问题,提出体外预应力钢绞线加固钢吊车梁法。共设计制作3根试验梁,加固组钢绞线施加预应力130 kN,通过静力加载试验,对加固梁和未加固梁的破坏形态、荷载-挠度曲线、... 为有效解决传统加固钢吊车梁施工工艺复杂、难度高、周期长、成本高等问题,提出体外预应力钢绞线加固钢吊车梁法。共设计制作3根试验梁,加固组钢绞线施加预应力130 kN,通过静力加载试验,对加固梁和未加固梁的破坏形态、荷载-挠度曲线、梁跨变形规律及上翼缘、腹板、下翼缘的应变分布规律进行分析。结果表明:试件梁的破坏形态均为典型弯曲破坏,直线布线加固梁破坏时钢绞线跨中与梁下翼缘接触,加载点处屈曲;折线布线加固梁钢绞线在跨中断裂破坏,加载点处屈曲,钢梁发生回弹;当许用挠度达到6.75 mm时,未加固梁荷载为63 kN,直线布线加固梁荷载为71 kN,折线布线加固梁荷载为115 kN;直线布线加固钢梁极限承载力提高了29.36%,屈服荷载提高了17.07%,折线布线加固钢梁极限承载力提高了85.32%,屈服荷载提高了107%。研究认为折线布线加固钢梁效果最佳,能够有效提高钢梁承载力,对现有服役期工作的钢吊车梁加固设计有一定参考价值。 展开更多

为探究风力发电塔筒结构在多种荷载作用下的响应特征,选取一座在役4.55 MW钢-预应力混凝土混合塔筒结构,基于Davenport谱生成顺风与侧向扰动脉动风荷载,并考虑典型地震动,通过Abaqus分析不同工况下的动力响应特征,明确结构薄弱部位,并... 为探究风力发电塔筒结构在多种荷载作用下的响应特征,选取一座在役4.55 MW钢-预应力混凝土混合塔筒结构,基于Davenport谱生成顺风与侧向扰动脉动风荷载,并考虑典型地震动,通过Abaqus分析不同工况下的动力响应特征,明确结构薄弱部位,并应用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)对其进行优化。结果表明:脉动风荷载作用下塔筒位移沿高度分布均匀,最大塔顶位移角仅1/635,地震及风-震耦合作用下,塔筒TD2~C1变截面薄弱段的加速度、位移响应骤增致结构破坏;顺风与地震耦合下塔顶位移是单独地震作用下的1.47~1.74倍,考虑侧向扰流后,塔顶位移增大55.8%~86.9%;采用UHPC对塔筒薄弱段进行优化可有效提高结构整体受力性能,避免或延缓结构薄弱区局部失效导致结构整体倒塌。 展开更多

为了解决实际工程中预应力混凝土结构体内有效预应力无法监测的问题,根据光纤布拉格光栅传感器在结构健康监测中具有精度高、实时性强等优点,探讨内嵌式光纤布拉格光栅传感器智能钢绞线有效预应力监测技术的工程应用;通过对该智能钢绞... 为了解决实际工程中预应力混凝土结构体内有效预应力无法监测的问题,根据光纤布拉格光栅传感器在结构健康监测中具有精度高、实时性强等优点,探讨内嵌式光纤布拉格光栅传感器智能钢绞线有效预应力监测技术的工程应用;通过对该智能钢绞线开展拉伸试验,检验智能钢绞线的拉伸强度、线性度等参数;以云南省某高速公路预应力混凝土T梁桥示范工程为例,同时监测预应力混凝土T梁桥正、负弯矩区智能钢绞线张拉过程中智能钢绞线内的有效预应力,得到正弯矩区混凝土弹性压缩、智能钢绞线与孔道间摩擦、锚具变形和智能钢绞线内缩造成的预应力损失,并与千斤顶张拉应力及预应力损失的规范理论计算值对比。结果表明:该智能钢绞线力学性能和线性度良好,并且应变灵敏度系数即每微应变波长的变化值为1.22~1.26 pm,与应变灵敏度系数的理论值1.21 pm相差较小;相对于千斤顶张拉应力及有效预应力的规范理论计算值,预应力混凝土T梁桥正、负弯矩区智能钢绞线张拉过程中各测点处光纤布拉格光栅传感器监测应力的最大误差不超过3.86%,并且与预应力损失的规范理论计算值相比,该智能钢绞线在各测点处的预应力损失监测值误差较小;该智能钢绞线表现出良好的可靠性和稳定性,能满足实际工程需求。 展开更多

预应力格构钢加固震损RC柱轴压性能与承载力计算研究

该文采用空间异型钢结构代替传统角钢,提出一种新型预应力钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)柱加固方法,利用预应力技术与螺栓连接,提高其约束效果和施工效率。共设计4个试件,通过轴心受压试验,获得不同形式试件的失效模式、荷载-位... 该文采用空间异型钢结构代替传统角钢,提出一种新型预应力钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)柱加固方法,利用预应力技术与螺栓连接,提高其约束效果和施工效率。共设计4个试件,通过轴心受压试验,获得不同形式试件的失效模式、荷载-位移曲线和应变分布规律等。研究表明:经过地震损伤后,RC柱轴压极限承载力降低24%,刚度退化46%。经过预应力格构钢加固后,混凝土裂缝发展得到较好控制,破坏程度明显降低;承载力和刚度达到了原柱的141%和115%,变形能力提高20%,表现出较好的加固效果。预应力格构钢可提供较大横向约束,使得加固件受到压应力作用,进而改善材料性能,延缓裂缝发展。最后,基于截面平衡法,提出了全螺栓预应力格构钢加固震损钢筋混凝土柱轴压承载力计算公式,为该新型加固方法的工程应用奠定了研究基础。 展开更多

研究目的:弹性模量是分析混凝土结构力学性能的关键参数。在预应力混凝土结构设计中,通常直接采用混凝土的弹性模量简化计算,但这种方法忽略了预应力筋和普通钢筋的影响。本研究旨在通过理论分析与试验验证,探索预应力筋和普通钢筋对预... 研究目的:弹性模量是分析混凝土结构力学性能的关键参数。在预应力混凝土结构设计中,通常直接采用混凝土的弹性模量简化计算,但这种方法忽略了预应力筋和普通钢筋的影响。本研究旨在通过理论分析与试验验证,探索预应力筋和普通钢筋对预应力混凝土梁体弹性模量的实际影响,提出一种基于等效刚度相等原则的梁体弹性模量解析公式。利用ANSYS Workbench软件模拟不同配筋条件下的梁体弹性模量,并通过试验验证模型的准确性和可靠性。研究结论:(1)预应力筋和普通钢筋配筋率对预应力混凝土梁体弹性模量均有显著影响,且两者之间存在线性关系;(2)随着配筋率的增加,梁体弹性模量明显提升,当配筋率为3%时,梁体弹性模量相比混凝土弹性模量提高了27.3%;当配筋率为5%时,提高了44.3%;(3)本研究成果可应用于预应力混凝土结构的设计优化中;考虑配筋对弹性模量的影响,能够显著减少结构计算中的误差,提高工程安全性与经济性。 展开更多

研究附加H型钢的三段肋预应力预制底板(HRP底板)的抗弯性能,为工程设计应用提供参考。应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对比HRP底板、钢筋桁架预制底板及带通长肋钢筋桁架预制底板的抗弯性能,探讨HRP底板的免支撑施工可行性及适用跨度,分析不... 研究附加H型钢的三段肋预应力预制底板(HRP底板)的抗弯性能,为工程设计应用提供参考。应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对比HRP底板、钢筋桁架预制底板及带通长肋钢筋桁架预制底板的抗弯性能,探讨HRP底板的免支撑施工可行性及适用跨度,分析不同因素对其抗弯性能的影响。HRP底板承载力较其他两者提高32%~143%,抵抗变形能力提高17%~39%,可实现跨度为6.6~7.5 m的跨中免支撑施工要求;增加型钢长度、预应力筋直径,其抗弯性能提高了30%~98%;增大型钢惯性矩、预应力,减小螺栓间距,其承载力和抵抗变形能力提高了6%~30%;改变桁架上弦筋、桁架下弦筋、预应力、钢筋桁架榀数、预制肋长度、预制肋混凝土强度等级对其抗弯性能影响小于10%。HRP底板具有工程可行性,可满足跨度达7.5 m时的免支撑施工要求,型钢长度、预应力筋直径是影响其抗弯性能的主要因素。 展开更多

针对复合材料固化成型后存在残余应力,而导致复合材料出现变形、纤维断裂和界面脱粘等缺陷,严重影响复合材料的性能及其可靠性的问题,以降低固化过程中的残余应力来提高碳纤维复合材料性能为目标,根据复合材料成型特点对碳纤维预应力装... 针对复合材料固化成型后存在残余应力,而导致复合材料出现变形、纤维断裂和界面脱粘等缺陷,严重影响复合材料的性能及其可靠性的问题,以降低固化过程中的残余应力来提高碳纤维复合材料性能为目标,根据复合材料成型特点对碳纤维预应力装置进行设计和制造,并制备了多组具有不同预应力的复合材料。为了准确监测并跟踪复合材料固化过程中的应变,在复合材料试件中嵌入FBG传感器。通过对具有不同预应力的复合材料进行拉伸性能测试及断面SEM分析,获得预应力对复合材料的影响规律,并从材料微观结构的演变过程进行分析,揭示其内在机制,为复合材料成型的发展提供新质生产力。 展开更多
