The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the...The National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone has been assigned the unique mission of demonstrating and leading national innovation and playing a key supportive role in enhancing green innovation.Based on the sample data of A-share listed companies in China from 2007 to 2021,we apply a multi-period difference-in-differences model to analyze whether the implementation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies plays a leverage effect or a crowd out effect on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and systematically test the regulatory mechanism of government grants and media attention in the process of this influence.The empirical results show that the imple-mentation of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies has a positive impact on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises and that the green innovation induced by this reform is not the leverage effect of additional R&D investment on the basis of the existing innovation activities of enterprises but rather the result of the reallocation of resources to crowd out existing non-green innovation.It is further found that government grants and media attention positively moderate the positive driving effect of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone policies on the green innovation efficiency of enterprises.展开更多

How to alleviate the pressure of resources and the environ-ment and to achieve the sustainable development of the economy has become a global agenda.China' s economy growth has been rapid for decades since the reform and opening up policy,but this has also been a great drain on China' s resources and the environment, which is an ur-gent problem to tackle. In recently years, the Chinese government has launched many environ-mental policies in the hope of encouraging technological innovation to guarantee the sustain-able development of the economy. However, research suggested that technological innovationis negatively correlated with environmental policies in most scenarios. In some cases, the num-ber of technological innovation decreases after policies take effect and increases after a whilelike a U - curve. In order to solve this problem, I decided to analyze the panel data from 80provinces in China between 2008 and 2014 and conclude that local governance can implementenvironmental regulations while having a positive impact on the technological innovation inenterprises. In the conclusion, suggestions are given to local governments on how to better en-force environmental policies.展开更多

The availability of a periodic inspection system under mixed maintenance policies is studied in this paper.To accommodate the characteristic of multiple failure modes for complex systems,the system failures can be div...The availability of a periodic inspection system under mixed maintenance policies is studied in this paper.To accommodate the characteristic of multiple failure modes for complex systems,the system failures can be divided into two failure modes:hard failure and soft failure.When hard failure occurs,the corresponding corrective maintenance will be performed,taking a random time under the perfect maintenance policy;in contrast,if the soft failure is found,the corresponding preventive maintenance will be performed,taking a random time under the imperfect maintenance policy.The dynamic age setback model is adopted for imperfect maintenance,which can accurately reflect the fault characteristics of the degraded system.Then an analytical model for system steady state availability and instantaneous availability are derived.Moreover,the optimal method to maximize the system steady-state availability through adjusting the inspection interval is researched.According to the above research,the optimization of system unit time cost,preventive maintenance intervals and availability is researched.Finally,the developed approach is demonstrated by a numerical example.展开更多

In eac...In general-sum games, taking all agent's collective rationality into account, we define agents' global objective, and propose a novel multi-agent reinforcement learning(RL) algorithm based on global policy. In each learning step, all agents commit to select the global policy to achieve the global goal. We prove this learning algorithm converges given certain restrictions on stage games of learned Q values, and show that it has quite lower computation time complexity than already developed multi-agent learning algorithms for general-sum games. In order to find the relationship between the farmers' response to the microeeonomic policies and land degradation, the authors surveyed 120 household in three villages in the black soil zone in Heilongjiang Province. Based on the feedback of the questionnaires, the authors established a model to analyze the impact. The results demonstrated that land degradation was impacted by farmers behaviors in the process of the adjustment of agricultural structures in the city of Zhaodong. And the main factors acted on the land degradation were the agricultural labour education level, the transfer of the labour from agricultural production, the price of the agricultural production materials, and the land scale management. The authors put forward some suggestions for sustainable agriculture based on the analysis on the topic.展开更多

This paper presents a mode-switching collaborative defense strategy for spacecraft pursuit-evasiondefense scenarios.In these scenarios,the pursuer tries to avoid the defender while capturing the evader,while the evade...This paper presents a mode-switching collaborative defense strategy for spacecraft pursuit-evasiondefense scenarios.In these scenarios,the pursuer tries to avoid the defender while capturing the evader,while the evader and defender form an alliance to prevent the pursuer from achieving its goal.First,the behavioral modes of the pursuer,including attack and avoidance modes,were established using differential game theory.These modes are then recognized by an interactive multiple model-matching algorithm(IMM),that uses several smooth variable structure filters to match the modes of the pursuer and update their probabilities in real time.Based on the linear-quadratic optimization theory,combined with the results of strategy identification,a two-way cooperative optimal strategy for the defender and evader is proposed,where the evader aids the defender to intercept the pursuer by performing luring maneuvers.Simulation results show that the interactive multi-model algorithm based on several smooth variable structure filters perform well in the strategy identification of the pursuer,and the cooperative defense strategy based on strategy identification has good interception performance when facing pursuers,who are able to flexibly adjust their game objectives.展开更多
Dynamic soaring,inspired by the wind-riding flight of birds such as albatrosses,is a biomimetic technique which leverages wind fields to enhance the endurance of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).Achieving a precise soar...Dynamic soaring,inspired by the wind-riding flight of birds such as albatrosses,is a biomimetic technique which leverages wind fields to enhance the endurance of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).Achieving a precise soaring trajectory is crucial for maximizing energy efficiency during flight.Existing nonlinear programming methods are heavily dependent on the choice of initial values which is hard to determine.Therefore,this paper introduces a deep reinforcement learning method based on a differentially flat model for dynamic soaring trajectory planning and optimization.Initially,the gliding trajectory is parameterized using Fourier basis functions,achieving a flexible trajectory representation with a minimal number of hyperparameters.Subsequently,the trajectory optimization problem is formulated as a dynamic interactive process of Markov decision-making.The hyperparameters of the trajectory are optimized using the Proximal Policy Optimization(PPO2)algorithm from deep reinforcement learning(DRL),reducing the strong reliance on initial value settings in the optimization process.Finally,a comparison between the proposed method and the nonlinear programming method reveals that the trajectory generated by the proposed approach is smoother while meeting the same performance requirements.Specifically,the proposed method achieves a 34%reduction in maximum thrust,a 39.4%decrease in maximum thrust difference,and a 33%reduction in maximum airspeed difference.展开更多
A notable portion of cachelines in real-world workloads exhibits inner non-uniform access behaviors.However,modern cache management rarely considers this fine-grained feature,which impacts the effective cache capacity...A notable portion of cachelines in real-world workloads exhibits inner non-uniform access behaviors.However,modern cache management rarely considers this fine-grained feature,which impacts the effective cache capacity of contemporary high-performance spacecraft processors.To harness these non-uniform access behaviors,an efficient cache replacement framework featuring an auxiliary cache specifically designed to retain evicted hot data was proposed.This framework reconstructs the cache replacement policy,facilitating data migration between the main cache and the auxiliary cache.Unlike traditional cacheline-granularity policies,the approach excels at identifying and evicting infrequently used data,thereby optimizing cache utilization.The evaluation shows impressive performance improvement,especially on workloads with irregular access patterns.Benefiting from fine granularity,the proposal achieves superior storage efficiency compared with commonly used cache management schemes,providing a potential optimization opportunity for modern resource-constrained processors,such as spacecraft processors.Furthermore,the framework complements existing modern cache replacement policies and can be seamlessly integrated with minimal modifications,enhancing their overall efficacy.展开更多
