Following the fundamental characteristics of the porosity windbreak,this study suggests a new numerical investigation method for the wind field of the windbreak based on the porous medium physical model.This method can transform the reasonable matching problem of the porosity and windproof performance of the windbreak into a study of the relationship between the resistance coefficient of the porous medium and the aerodynamic load of the train.This study examines the influence of the hole type on the wind field behind the porosity windbreak.Then,the relationship between the resistance coefficient of the porous medium,the porosity of the windbreak,and the aerodynamic loads of the train is investigated.The results show that the porous media physical model can be used instead of the windbreak geometry to study the windbreak-train aerodynamic performance,and the process of using this method is suggested. 展开更多

Experimental and mechanistic study on iron extraction from high-iron red mud under multiple physical field coupling conditions

Red mud is a solid waste discharged in the process of alumina production,and how to realize the efficient recovery of its iron is an urgent problem to be solved.In this study,the iron extraction test and mechanism study of high iron red mud were carried out under the coupling conditions of multiple physical field(microwave field,gas-solid flow field and temperature field)with biomass as the reducing agent.The test results showed that under the optimal conditions,an iron concentrate with a yield of 78.4%,an iron grade of 59.23%,and a recovery rate of 86.65%was obtained.The analyses of XRD,XPS,TEM,and SEM-EDS showed that during the roasting process,the hematite in the high-iron red mud was completely converted to magnetite,and the biomass produced the reductant that provided the magnetization reaction;A large number of cracks and pores appeared in the surface of the hematite reduction product particles,which helped to induce iron minerals to undergo effective mineral phase transformation.The above study provides ideas for the phase transformation and efficient recovery of iron minerals in red mud. 展开更多

Missile-borne short-range infrared detection(SIRD)technology is commonly used in military ground target detection.In complex battlefield environments,achieving precise strike on ground target is a challenging task.However,real battlefield data is limited,and equivalent experiments are costly.Currently,there is a lack of comprehensive physical modeling and numerical simulation methods for SIRD.To this end,this study proposes a SIRD simulation framework incorporating full-link physical response,which is integrated through the radiative transfer layer,the sensor response layer,and the model-driven layer.In the radiative transfer layer,a coupled dynamic detection model is established to describe the external optical channel response of the SIRD system by combining the infrared radiation model and the geometric measurement model.In the sensor response layer,considering photoelectric conversion and signal processing,the internal signal response model of the SIRD system is established by a hybrid mode of parametric modeling and analog circuit analysis.In the model-driven layer,a cosimulation application based on a three-dimensional virtual environment is proposed to drive the full-link physical model,and a parallel ray tracing method is employed for real-time synchronous simulation.The proposed simulation framework can provide pixel-level signal output and is verified by the measured data.The evaluation results of the root mean square error(RMSE)and the Pearson correlation coefficient(PCC)show that the simulated data and the measured data achieve good consistency,and the evaluation results of the waveform eigenvalues indicate that the simulated signals exhibit low errors compared to the measured signals.The proposed simulation framework has the potential to acquire large sample datasets of SIRD under various complex battlefield environments and can provide an effective data source for SIRD application research. 展开更多

A security issue with multi-sensor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)cyber physical systems(CPS)from the viewpoint of a false data injection(FDI)attacker is investigated in this paper.The FDI attacker can employ attacks on feedback and feed-forward channels simultaneously with limited resource.The attacker aims at degrading the UAV CPS's estimation performance to the max while keeping stealthiness characterized by the Kullback-Leibler(K-L)divergence.The attacker is resource limited which can only attack part of sensors,and the attacked sensor as well as specific forms of attack signals at each instant should be considered by the attacker.Also,the sensor selection principle is investigated with respect to time invariant attack covariances.Additionally,the optimal switching attack strategies in regard to time variant attack covariances are modeled as a multi-agent Markov decision process(MDP)with hybrid discrete-continuous action space.Then,the multi-agent MDP is solved by utilizing the deep Multi-agent parameterized Q-networks(MAPQN)method.Ultimately,a quadrotor near hover system is used to validate the effectiveness of the results in the simulation section. 展开更多

Fog computing has emerged as an important technology which can improve the performance of computation-intensive and latency-critical communication networks.Nevertheless,the fog computing Internet-of-Things(IoT)systems are susceptible to malicious eavesdropping attacks during the information transmission,and this issue has not been adequately addressed.In this paper,we propose a physical-layer secure fog computing IoT system model,which is able to improve the physical layer security of fog computing IoT networks against the malicious eavesdropping of multiple eavesdroppers.The secrecy rate of the proposed model is analyzed,and the quantum galaxy–based search algorithm(QGSA)is proposed to solve the hybrid task scheduling and resource management problem of the network.The computational complexity and convergence of the proposed algorithm are analyzed.Simulation results validate the efficiency of the proposed model and reveal the influence of various environmental parameters on fog computing IoT networks.Moreover,the simulation results demonstrate that the proposed hybrid task scheduling and resource management scheme can effectively enhance secrecy performance across different communication scenarios. 展开更多

Physical Literacy是当前国际体育教育学者关注的研究热点,与我国体育素养概念有着相似的背景、价值、特性和发展路径。在我国体育素养概念发展存在不足的情况下,可以借鉴Physical Literacy的概念进一步推动我国体育素养概念的发展。研究旨在:1)回顾我国体育素养的概念;2)系统阐释Physical Literacy的概念,在汉语环境中解释这一概念;3)参考Physical Literacy的价值为我国学界进一步发展体育素养的概念提供经验,也为我国学校体育的发展提供启示。通过文献梳理和比较分析:1)我国体育素养的概念存在"概念失真"、价值窄化、定义不清晰和属性不明确等不足;2)Physical Literacy概念可以被翻译为"体育素养",是人类在整个生命过程中维持身体活动所需的综合能力;3)借鉴Physical Literacy的价值和理念,我国体育素养的概念可以被理解为"人类在生命过程中获得利于全人生存发展的运动要素的综合,包括体育意识、体育知识、体育行为、体育技能、体质水平"。建议进一步理解体育素养概念的价值,通过扎实的操作研究和社会行动,探索体育素养概念的深层次价值。此外,学校体育环境是发展体育素养的有效环境。 展开更多

The spin-exchange relaxation-free atomic gyroscope,with its exceptionally high theoretical precision,demonstrates immense potential to become the next-generation strategic-grade gyroscope.However,due to technological noise,there is still a significant gap between its actual precision and theoretical precision.This study identifies the key factor limiting the precision of the SERF gyroscope as coupling noise.By optimizing the detection loop structure,a distinction between the dual-axis signals'response to optical and magnetic fields was achieved-where the optical errors responded similarly,while the response to magnetic noise was opposite.Based on the differences in the optical-magnetic response of the dual-axis signals,empirical mode decomposition was used to decompose the dual-axis gyroscope signals into multiple intrinsic mode functions,and Allan deviation analysis was applied to analyze the noise characteristics of the intrinsic mode functions over various periods.This study successfully reveals that optical errors caused by thermal-optical coupling and long-period magnetic noise induced by thermal-magnetic coupling are the dominant factors limiting the long-term stability of the SERF gyroscope.Based on these analyses,the study concludes that to achieve strategic-grade precision for the SERF gyroscope,it is essential to effectively address the noise issues caused by multi-physical field couplings. 展开更多

The waste dump of open-pit coal mine is remade of soil-rock mixture under the action of gravity,dynamic load of transportation equipment and earthquake,etc.By using artificial synthetic transparent soil,the developing process and migration law for soil-rock mixture are observed in the remade process.The mixture of fused quartz sand,liquid paraffin and n-tridecane is chosen as the material for synthetic transparent soil which is mixed with liquid paraffin and n-tridecane at a mass ratio of4.4at room temperature of17℃.Physical and mechanical properties of transparent soil are determined by physical test and compared with those in natural sandy soil.The results show that transparent soil and sandy soil have high similarity,in other words,transparent soil can be used for similar simulation experiments of soil-rock mixture. 展开更多

A 3-D numerical simulation with CFX software on physical field of multi-air channel coal burner in rotary kiln was carried out. The effects of various operational and structural parameters on flame feature and temperature distribution were investigated. A thermal measurement was conducted on a rotary kiln (4.5m in diameter, 90m in length) with four-air channel coal burner to determine the boundary conditions and to verify the simulation results. The calculation result shows that the distribution of velocity near burner exit is saddle-like; recirculation zones near nozzle and wall are useful for mixture primary air with coal and high temperature fume. A little central airflow can avoid coal backing up and cool nozzle. Adjusting the ratio of internal airflow to outer airflow is an effective and major means to regulate flame and temperature distribution in sintering region. Large whirlcone angle can intensify disturbution range at flame root to accelerate ignition and mixture. Large coal size can reduce high temperature region and result in coal combusting insufficiently. Too much combustion air will lengthen flame and increase heat loss. 展开更多

The migration mode transition of cancer cell enhances its invasive capability and the drug resistance,where physical confinement of cell microenvironment has been revealed to induce the mesenchymal-amoeboid transition(MAT).However,most existing studies are performed in PDMS microchannels,of which the stiffness is much higher than that of most mammalian tissues.Therefore,the amoeboid migration transition observed in these studies is actually induced by the synergistic effect of matrix stiffness and confinement.Since the stiffness of cell microenvironment has been reported to influence the cell migration in 2D substrate,the decoupling of stiffness and confinement effects is thus in need for elucidating the underlying mechanism of MAT.However,it is technically challenging to construct microchannels with physiologically relevant stiffness and channel size,where existing microchannel platforms with physiological relevance stiffness are all with>10μm channel width.Such size is too wide to mimic the physical confinement that migrating cancer cells confront in vivo,and also larger than the width of PDMS channel,in which the MAT of cancer cell was observed.Therefore,an in vitro cell migration platform,which could mimic both stiffness and confinement of the native physical microenvironment during cancer metastasis,could profoundly contribute to researches on cancer cell migration and cellular mechanotransduction.In this paper,we overcome the limitations of engineering soft materials in microscale by combining the collagen-alginate hydrogel with photolithography.This enables us to improve the accuracy of molded microchannel,and thus successfully construct a 3D microchannel platform,which matches the stiffness and width ranges of native environmental confinement that migrating cancer cells confront in vivo.The stiffness(0.3~20 kPa),confinement(channel width:3.5~14μm)and the adhesion ligand density of the microchannel can be tuned independently.Interestingly,using this platform,we observed that the migration speed of cancer cell is influenced by the synergistic effect of channel stiffness and width,and the increasing stiffness reverses the effect of channel width on the migration speed of cancer cells.In addition,MAT has a strong correlation with the channel stiffness.These findings make us reconsider the widely accepted hypothesis:physical confinement can induce MAT.Actually,this transition can only occur in stiff confined microenvironment not in soft one.For soft microchannels,the compliance of the channel walls could cause little cell/nucleus deformation,and the MAT could not be induced.To further investigate the mechanism of MAT,we developed a computational model to simulate the effect of nucleus deformation on MAT.With the model,we found that deforming the cell nuclear by decreasing the nucleus stiffness will reduce the cellmigration speed.This implies that nuclear stiffness plays an important role in the regulation of cancer migration speed and thus MAT in microchannels.The effect of channel stiffness on MAT and migration speed as observed in our experiment could partially explain previous findings reported in the literature,where the increasing matrix stiffness of tumor microenvironment promotes cancer metastasis.Our observations thus highlight the critical role of cell nuclear deformation not only in MAT,but also in regulating cellular mechanotransduction and cell-ECM interactions.This developed platform is capable of mimicking the native physical microenvironment during metastasis,providing a powerful tool for high-throughput screening applications and investigating the interaction between cancer migration and biophysical microenvironment. 展开更多

The results of a system analysis of the efficiency of nitrous oxide(N_2O) as a propellant component for small space vehicles(SSV) were presented. A criterion for mass efficiency of the SSV propulsion system(PS) is determined. The current global state-of-the-art of SSV PSs is shown. The application field of nitrous oxide in SSV PSs is calculated and mass efficiency of N_2O application is quantitatively determined. An overview of physical and chemical as well as operational properties of nitrous oxide as a promising, non-toxic component of rocket propellant is provided. Main physical and chemical constants of gaseous and liquid nitrous oxide; chemical properties of N_2O, thermal stability of N_2O, catalytic decomposition of N_2O, a mechanism of decomposition of N_2O, catalysts for decomposition of N_2O, ballast additives to N_2O, application of nitrous oxide, nitrous oxide as a rocket propellant, production of nitrous oxide, toxicity of nitrous oxide, fire hazard of N_2O, requirements to equipment when handling N_2O; storage and transportation of N_2O are considered. It is demonstrated that nitrous oxide is a chemical compound meeting the requirements to rocket propellants, including those related to the environmental friendliness of propellants. Soybean is a major crop in the world, and it is a main source of plant proteins and oil. A lot of soybean genetic maps and physical maps have been constructed, but there are no integrated map between soybean physical map and genetic map. In this study, soybean genome sequence data, released by JGI (US Department of Energy's Joint Genome Institute), had been downloaded. With the software Blast 2.2.16, a total of 161 super sequences were mapped on the soybean public genetic map to construct an integrated map. The length of these super sequences accounted for 73.08% of all the genome sequence. This integrated map could be used for gene cloning, gene mining, and comparative genome of legume. 展开更多

A radical attempt to develop the Planck ether theory has been made by Winterberg who, however, assumes positive and negative Planck masses in order to have a zero cosmological constant and to overcome the divergence problems of quantum electrodynamics. Now, it is evident that two opposite Planckions,interact- ing with each other have parallel accelerations, thus going on accelerating each other up to infinite energy. We also show that a negative inertia leads to self-acceleration of a simple particle because of the fields present in any interaction, even those relative to ' contact' actions which are unable to produce Winterberg's vortex rings without the use of long range forces. The appearance of the electric field in the Planckion model is unjustified and in contradiction with MacCullagh's condition used by Winterberg, We suggest a possible solution. Other difficulties regard the nonannihilation of the positive and negative Planckions, although they are antiparticles to each other, and the justification of the elementary particle masses which are small submultiples of the Planck masses. Finally, Winterberg thinks of having derived special relativity from prerelativistic physics by demanding invariance of the Lorentz condition under both Galilei and Lorentz transformations, which is impossible. Degradation and overstress failures occur in many electronic systems in which the operation load and environmental conditions are complex.The dependency of them called dependent competing failure process(DCFP),has been widely studied.Electronic system may experience mutual effects of degradation and shocks,they are considered to be interdependent.Both the degradation and the shock processes will decrease the limit of system and cause cumulative effect.Finally,the competition of hard and soft failure will cause the system failure.Based on the failure mechanism accumulation theory,this paper constructs the shock-degradation acceleration and the threshold descent model,and a system reliability model established by using these two models.The mutually DCFP effect of electronic system interaction has been decomposed into physical correlation of failure,including acceleration,accumulation and competition.As a case,a reliability of electronic system in aeronautical system has been analyzed with the proposed method.The method proposed is based on failure physical evaluation,and could provide important reference for quantitative evaluation and design improvement of the newly designed system in case of data deficiency. 展开更多

The physical stability of solid-liquid fuel is a factor that needs to be considered for fuel product practicability for storage and transportation. To determine the Influence of liquid bridge force on physical stability, two detection devices were designed. The laws obtained from microscopic experiments are used to verify the physical stability of fuel under different component ratios. The liquid bridge force is found to increase with the droplet volume. Multiliquid bridges above one critical saturation can generate significant resultant forces compared to single-liquid bridges of the same volume. There exist four states of solid-liquid mixed fuel with increasing liquid saturation rate. The liquid bridge force between the solid and liquid plays a dominant role in the physical stability of the first three states. There may be two stages involved in the stratification process for state 4 fuel, and the liquid viscosity is another factor that cannot be ignored. In the process of selecting a fuel ratio, a larger liquid bridge force between the components can be obtained by properly improving the wetting effect so that the fuel shows better physical stability. 展开更多

Recently, the physics-of-failure(PoF) method has been more and more popular in engineering to understand the failure mechanisms(FMs) of products.However, due to the lack of system modeling methods and problem-solving algorithms,the information of FMs cannot be used to evaluate system reliability.This paper presents a system reliability evaluation method with failure mechanism tree(FMT) considering physical dependency(PDEP) such as competition, trigger, acceleration, inhibition, damage accumulation, and parameter combination.And the binary decision diagram(BDD) analytical algorithm is developed to establish a system reliability model.The operation rules of ite operators for generating BDD are discussed.The flow chart of system reliability evaluation method based on FMT and BDD is proposed.The proposed method is applied in the case of an electronic controller drive unit.Results show that the method is effective to evaluate system reliability from the perspective of FM. 展开更多
