This paper presents a bi-level hybrid local search(BHLS)algorithm for the three-dimensional loading problem with balancing constraints(3DLP-B),where several rectangular boxes with even densities but different sizes ar...This paper presents a bi-level hybrid local search(BHLS)algorithm for the three-dimensional loading problem with balancing constraints(3DLP-B),where several rectangular boxes with even densities but different sizes are loaded into a single cubic bin to meet the requirements of the space or capacity utilization and the balance of the center of gravity.The proposed algorithm hybridizes a novel framed-layout procedure in which the concept of the core block and its generation strategy are introduced.Once the block-loading sequence has been determined,we can load one block at a time by the designed construction heuristic.Then,the double-search is introduced;its external search procedure generates a list of compact packing patterns while its internal search procedure is used to search the core-block frames and their best distribution locations.The approach is extensively tested on weakly to strongly heterogeneous benchmark data.The results show that it has better performance in improving space utilization rate and balanced condition of the placement than existed techniques:the overall averages from 79.85%to 86.45%were obtained for the balanced cases and relatively high space-usage rate of 89.44%was achieved for the unbalanced ones.展开更多

The aerodynamic performances of a passenger car and a box car with different heights of windbreak walls under strong wind were studied using the numerical simulations, and the changes of aerodynamic side force, lift f...The aerodynamic performances of a passenger car and a box car with different heights of windbreak walls under strong wind were studied using the numerical simulations, and the changes of aerodynamic side force, lift force and overturning moment with different wind speeds and wall heights were calculated. According to the principle of static moment balance of vehicles, the overturning coefficients of trains with different wind speeds and wall heights were obtained. Based on the influence of wind speed and wall height on the aerodynamic performance and the overturning stability of trains, a method of determination of the load balance ranges for the train operation safety was proposed, which made the overturning coefficient have nearly closed interval. A min(|A1|+|A2|), s.t. |A1|→|A2|(A1 refers to the downwind overturning coefficient and A2 refers to the upwind overturning coefficient)was found. This minimum value helps to lower the wall height as much as possible, and meanwhile, guarantees the operation safety of various types of trains under strong wind. This method has been used for the construction and improvement of the windbreak walls along the Lanzhou–Xinjiang railway(from Lanzhou to Urumqi, China).展开更多
The optimization of high density and concentrated-weight freights loading requires an even distribution of the freight's weight and unconcentrated loading on the floor of the car.Based on the characteristics of co...The optimization of high density and concentrated-weight freights loading requires an even distribution of the freight's weight and unconcentrated loading on the floor of the car.Based on the characteristics of concentrated-weight category freights,an improvement method is put forward to build freight towers and a greedy-construction algorithm is utilized based on heuristic information for the initial layout.Then a feasibility analysis is performed to judge if the balanced and unconcentrated loading constrains are reached.Through introducing optimization or adjustment methods,an overall optimal solution can be obtained.Experiments are conducted using data generated from real cases showing the effectiveness of our approach: volume utility ratio of 90.4% and load capacity utility ratio of 86.7% which is comparably even to the packing of the general freights.展开更多

针对如何在部署服务功能链SFC(service function chain)的同时兼顾低能耗与网络负载均衡,提出了一种以节点负载状态预测为基础的SFC部署方法NIR-IACA(improved ant colony algorithm based on node importance ranking)。首先,使用基于...针对如何在部署服务功能链SFC(service function chain)的同时兼顾低能耗与网络负载均衡,提出了一种以节点负载状态预测为基础的SFC部署方法NIR-IACA(improved ant colony algorithm based on node importance ranking)。首先,使用基于粒子群优化的CNN-GRU模型(particle swarm optimization-based CNN-GRU model,PCNN-GRU),结合广义网络温度(GNT)预测网络节点的负载状态,并据此为SFC部署提供备选节点;其次,基于最短路径优先策略的改进蚁群算法(ant colony algorithm,ACA)设计SFC部署节点选择策略(high availability and resource scheduling,HARS)且对选定节点进行虚拟链路映射,优化目标兼顾基础设施网络低能耗与负载均衡的要求。基于Clearwater VNF公开数据集的实验结果表明,提出的NIR-IACA方法与现有的MC-EEVP算法、DPVC算法以及RQAP算法相比平均节省13.09%的能耗,并提高12.98%的负载均衡能力,且在维持相对较高SFC请求的接受率的同时,可以较好地实现SFC部署的能耗与负载均衡联合优化。展开更多
在卫星网络中,受地理位置及人们生活习惯等因素影响,卫星覆盖区域内用户的需求差异会造成卫星网络负载不均衡。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于卷积双延迟深度确定性策略梯度的多路径路由算法(Convolutional Twin Delayed Deep Determinist...在卫星网络中,受地理位置及人们生活习惯等因素影响,卫星覆盖区域内用户的需求差异会造成卫星网络负载不均衡。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于卷积双延迟深度确定性策略梯度的多路径路由算法(Convolutional Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient Multipath Routing,CTD3-MR)。该算法在软件定义网络(Software Defined Network,SDN)结构下,将CTD3作为智能体部署在控制器中,并将动态变化的链路剩余带宽、传输时延、丢包率和时空等级作为网络状态输入智能体进行训练,输出动作为网络链路的权值,使用最大链路带宽利用率、平均端到端时延和网络丢包率的加权和作为奖励函数来调整动作。智能体训练收敛后,控制器根据智能体输出的网络链路权重得到k-最短路径,把路径权重比作为路径流量分配比率,生成最优路由策略转发至卫星进行多路径传输。最后将CTD3-MR与TD3,TMR和ECMP路由算法进行比较,实验结果表明,CTD3-MR相较于其他路由算法,平均端到端时延至少缩短了7.64%,丢包率降低了28.65%,最大链路带宽利用率降低了11.44%,流量分布指数提高了5.82%,提高了网络负载均衡性能。展开更多
