To improve the oxidation resistance of HfB_(2)-SiC coatings on carbon/carbon composites at 1700°C in air,CeO_(2) was introduced to improve oxygen blocking and its mechanism was investigated.During the rapid oxidation stage,CeO_(2) accelerated the formation of a multiphase glass layer on the coating surface.The maximum oxidation rates of CeO_(2)-HfB2-SiC coatings with 1%,3%,and 5%CeO_(2) were 24.1%,20.3%,and 53.2%higher than that of the unmodified HfB2-SiC coating,respectively.In the stable oxidation stage,the maximum oxidation rates of coatings with 1%and 3%CeO_(2) decreased by 31.4%and 21.9%,respectively,demonstrating adequate inert protection.CeO_(2) is a“coagulant”and“stabilizer”in the composite glass layer.However,increasing the CeO_(2) content accelerates the reaction between the SiO_(2) glass phase and SiC,leading to a higher SiO_(2) consumption and reduced self-healing ability of the glass layer.The 1%CeO_(2)-60%HfB2-39%SiC coating showed improved glass layer viscosity and stability,moderate SiO_(2) consumption,and better self-healing ability,significantly boosting the oxidation protection of the coating. 展开更多

Copper is a versatile material,commonly utilized in power transmission and electronic devices,but its relative high reactivity necessitates a long-lasting protective technique.Here,we report a method that combines plasma-enhanced non-equilibrium magnetron sputtering physical vapor deposition(PEUMS-PVD)and anodization to construct a self-healing three-dimensional Ti/Al-doped TiO_(2)nanotubes/Ti_(3)AlC_(2)coating on the surface of Cu substrates.This novel strategy enhances the corrosion resistance of copper substrates in marine environments,with corrosion current densities of up to 4.5643×10^(−8)A/cm^(2).Among them,the doping of nano-aluminum particles makes the coating self-healing.The mechanistic analysis of the corrosion behaviors during early immersion experiments was conducted using electrochemical noise,and revealed that during the initial stages of coating immersion,uniform corrosion predominates,with a minor occurrence of localized corrosion. 展开更多

Preparing multifunctional coatings with both anti-corrosion and anti-biofouling properties is crucial.Copper has been in the spotlight as an effective biocide,especially in the recent past concerning its impact on causing environmental hazards.Reducing the amount used and increasing its efficiency have become the focus of researchers.The hybridization of titanium dioxide nanoparticles(NPs)with copper metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)can significantly improve antimicrobial performance due to its photocatalytic properties.Composites(TiO_(2)-Cu-BTC)of titanium dioxide nanoparticles and copper 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate acid(Cu-BTC),obtained by three up-sampling methods,namely hydrothermal,mechanical stirring,and in-situ growth,were doped into epoxy resin(TiO_(2)-Cu-BTC/EP)to enhance its anticorrosion and antifouling properties.The loaded forms were determined by field emission scanning electron microscopy and confirmed using Fourier infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy.The lethality of the composite coating against Escherichia coli(E.coli)increased by 12%after 3 h of exposure to light,and the impedance value increased by 1×1010Ω.The efficiency of the coating was greatly improved. 展开更多

纳米Y_(2)O_(3)颗粒掺杂对Co-W镀层耐腐蚀与磁性能的影响

采用失重法、表面特性表征以及高温高压电化学测试技术,系统研究Ni-W镀层在模拟地层水环境(高CO_(2)/H_(2)S含量,温度140~180℃)下的高温高压腐蚀行为,同时采用C110钢进行对比实验。结果表明:相较于C110钢,Ni-W镀层展现出更低的均匀腐... 采用失重法、表面特性表征以及高温高压电化学测试技术,系统研究Ni-W镀层在模拟地层水环境(高CO_(2)/H_(2)S含量,温度140~180℃)下的高温高压腐蚀行为,同时采用C110钢进行对比实验。结果表明:相较于C110钢,Ni-W镀层展现出更低的均匀腐蚀速率、点蚀速率以及腐蚀电流密度。Ni-W镀层在140~160℃温度范围内呈现中度腐蚀,在高温180℃时转变为严重腐蚀;相比之下,C110钢在整个测试温度范围内均表现为严重腐蚀,且腐蚀速率远大于Ni-W镀层;Ni-W镀层表面形成的腐蚀产物膜主要由NiS、Ni_(3)S_(2)及微量Ni(OH)_(2)构成,该膜层结构致密,化学稳定性高,与基体结合牢固,且腐蚀产物膜电阻大于C110腐蚀产物FexSy,可有效抑制Ni-W镀层在长期浸泡过程中的腐蚀进程。 展开更多

目前大多数无机微纳米载体在有机涂层中存在团聚问题,对自修复涂层的防腐蚀性能和使用寿命有一定影响。对碱刻蚀埃洛石微米管(HMTs)负载缓蚀剂2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT),并通过外包覆壳聚糖(CS)作为微米填料,制备填料在涂层良好分散性和缓蚀... 目前大多数无机微纳米载体在有机涂层中存在团聚问题,对自修复涂层的防腐蚀性能和使用寿命有一定影响。对碱刻蚀埃洛石微米管(HMTs)负载缓蚀剂2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT),并通过外包覆壳聚糖(CS)作为微米填料,制备填料在涂层良好分散性和缓蚀剂高负载量的自修复涂层。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)证实HMTs成功负载MBT,且缓蚀剂的防腐功能没有失效。使用扫描电镜图(SEM)和透射电镜图(TEM),观察HMTs、HMTs负载MBT(HMTs-MBT)和包覆CS的HMTs-MBT(CS-HMTs-MBT)的外貌结构。通过热重分析(TGA),测得HMTs对MBT的质量负载约为13wt.%,HMTs外包覆CS的质量分数约为61 wt.%。通过测试各样品在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)涂层中分散状况,证明包覆CS可以提高微纳米容器在涂层中的分散性。使用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)来评估涂层的自修复能力,通过分析|Z|_(=0.01Hz)值确定在第4 d自修复涂层的自修复能力达到峰值,使用ZSimpWin对获得的阻抗数据进行拟合,验证自修复涂层对金属的防腐蚀能力。在4 d浸泡试验结束后,通过SEM、电镜能谱(EDS)测试和X射线光电子能谱(XPS),得出自修复涂层划痕处铜元素含量大幅降低,利用扫描Kelvin探针(SKP)测试发现划痕处电势谷消失,表明涂层划痕处已被缓蚀剂修复。利用CS在有机涂层中良好分散特性,增强CS-HMTs-MBT在PDMS涂层中的分散性。当涂层有划伤时,缓蚀剂MBT被释放并吸附在金属表面形成紧密薄膜隔绝腐蚀性物质,实现涂层对破损处自主修复。具有高分散性的CS-HMTs-MBT复合自修复涂层为金属设备的防腐蚀涂层提供了新的解决方案,有望在海洋工程和其他相关领域得到广泛应用,从而减少损失并延长设备的寿命。 展开更多

Co-Mo-P/CeO_(2)纳米复合镀层的制备及性能研究

选用CeO_(2)颗粒作为增强相添加到镀液中,采用电沉积工艺制备Co-Mo-P/CeO_(2)纳米复合镀层,并探讨CeO_(2)颗粒添加量对复合镀层的成分、物相结构、形貌、耐腐蚀性能与高温抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:随着CeO_(2)颗粒添加量从4 g/L增加... 选用CeO_(2)颗粒作为增强相添加到镀液中,采用电沉积工艺制备Co-Mo-P/CeO_(2)纳米复合镀层,并探讨CeO_(2)颗粒添加量对复合镀层的成分、物相结构、形貌、耐腐蚀性能与高温抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:随着CeO_(2)颗粒添加量从4 g/L增加至12 g/L,复合镀层表面缺陷减少,致密性改善,CeO_(2)颗粒含量由1.52%升高到3.41%,耐腐蚀性能与高温抗氧化性能逐步提高,但物相结构未发生改变。当CeO_(2)颗粒添加量为12 g/L,采用电沉积工艺制备出平均晶粒尺寸为48.2 nm且成分为Co、Mo、P、Ce和O元素、表面无明显缺陷、致密性良好的Co-Mo-P/CeO_(2)纳米复合镀层,其腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀速率仅为6.58×10^(‒7)A/cm^(2)、1.06 g/(cm^(2)·d),并且在高温环境中表面氧化程度最轻,表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能和高温抗氧化性能,优于Co-Mo-P合金镀层以及CeO_(2)颗粒添加量较低或过高情况下制备的Co-Mo-P/CeO_(2)复合镀层。 展开更多

通过液相还原法和stober水解法合成了SiO_(2)@nZVI@Fe_(3)O_(4)复合材料,并采用SEM-EDS、TEM、XRD、FTIR、VSM和XPS对其微观结构和物相组成进行了分析和表征.以SiO_(2)@nZVI@Fe_(3)O_(4)为非均相催化剂与H_(2)O_(2)耦合构建类Fenton体系... 通过液相还原法和stober水解法合成了SiO_(2)@nZVI@Fe_(3)O_(4)复合材料,并采用SEM-EDS、TEM、XRD、FTIR、VSM和XPS对其微观结构和物相组成进行了分析和表征.以SiO_(2)@nZVI@Fe_(3)O_(4)为非均相催化剂与H_(2)O_(2)耦合构建类Fenton体系,考察该体系对偶氮类染料的降解性能.结果表明,SiO_(2)包覆后nZVI@Fe_(3)O_(4)复合材料的分散性和抗氧化性得到提高,由其构建的类Fenton反应体系能促进Fe^(2+)和HO·的生成.在25℃,pH3,H_(2)O_(2)浓度为15mmol/L,材料投加量为0.6g/L的条件下,刚果红、橙黄Ⅱ和酸性黑210的去除率分别为99.68%、98.14%和99.35%.复合材料在循环利用3次后对3种污染物的去除率仍保持在79%以上,表明SiO_(2)@nZVI@Fe_(3)O_(4)材料具有良好的稳定催化性能.活性氧物种淬灭实验和紫外-可见光谱分析表明,SiO_(2)@nZVI@Fe_(3)O_(4)类Fenton体系对偶氮染料的去除机理主要是通过nZVI的还原作用和HO·的氧化作用. 展开更多

以3-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷为端基改性剂,制备了氯端基化的纳米SiO_(2)(CTNS),再引入三聚氰胺作为腐蚀抑制剂,通过共价键的进一步修饰接枝到CTNS表面上,制备了三聚氰胺改性纳米SiO_(2)复合材料(MCTNS),将MCTNS与水性环氧树脂(WEP)共混制备... 以3-氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷为端基改性剂,制备了氯端基化的纳米SiO_(2)(CTNS),再引入三聚氰胺作为腐蚀抑制剂,通过共价键的进一步修饰接枝到CTNS表面上,制备了三聚氰胺改性纳米SiO_(2)复合材料(MCTNS),将MCTNS与水性环氧树脂(WEP)共混制备了水性环氧(MCTNS/WEP)涂料,将MCTNS/WEP涂料涂敷Q235钢板形成了MCTNS/WEP涂层。采用FTIR、TGA、XPS对MCTNS进行了表征,通过SEM、TGA、冲击和附着力实验对MCTNS/WEP涂层的微观形貌、热稳定性和物理性能进行了测试,探究了MCTNS添加量对MCTNS/WEP涂层防腐性能的影响。结果表明,添加水性环氧树脂和水性环氧固化剂总质量1.0%的MCTNS时,制备的MCTNS/WEP_(2)涂层附着力为0级、硬度为3H、耐冲击为45 kg·cm、吸水率为4.28%、水接触角为93.5°;与WEP涂层相比,MCTNS/WEP_(2)涂层腐蚀电流密度从9.13×10^(-5) A/cm^(2)减至8.13×10^(-6) A/cm^(2),腐蚀电位从–0.597 V增至–0.248 V,缓蚀效率可达97.5%,盐雾实验30 d后涂层仍能保持光滑完整。MCTNS可以与WEP中的环氧基团反应形成共价键,改善SiO_(2)与环氧基体的相容性,增加涂层的交联密度,又能填补环氧涂层的缺陷,避免腐蚀介质的直接侵蚀。 展开更多

To improve the ablation resistance of carbon/carbon(C/C)composites,a SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 double layer coating was fabricated by pack cementation and slurry-sintering method.The ablation resistance of the SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 coating was tested under plasma flame above 2300°C.The results indicate that the SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 double layer coating exhibits superior ablation resistance than the ZrC-ZrB2 single layer coating.After being ablated under the plasma flame for 20 s,the mass and linear ablation rates of the ZrC-ZrB2 coating are 0.89 mg/s and 15.3μm/s,while those for SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 coating are 0.09 mg/s and 24.15μm/s,respectively.During ablation,the SiC inner layer can generate SiO2 glass and result in the formation of ZrO2-SiO2 molten film.Compared with the ZrO2 molten film formed on the ZrC-ZrB2 coating surface,the ZrO2-SiO2 molten film with lower oxygen diffusion rate and viscosity enables the SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 coating to have better self-healing ability.Therefore,the enhanced ablation resistance of the SiC/ZrC-ZrB2 coating can be attributed to the formation of dense ZrO2-SiO2 molten film under the plasma flame. 展开更多

P2型层状正极材料Na_(2/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(2/3)O_(2)具有成本较低、工作电压较高等优点,是目前钠离子电池代替铅酸电池最有希望的正极材料,但其较差的循环保持率,制约了它的实际应用与发展。采用痕量ZnO包覆对P2型层状正极材料Na_(2/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(2/3)O_(2)(NNMO)进行痕量包覆改性。结果表明:在2.0~4.3V、2.0C的充放电条件下,NNMO和0.5 ZnO@NNMO的首圈放电比容量分别为84mAh/g、101mAh/g,100圈后NNMO保持率仅为68%,而经过ZnO改性的0.5 ZnO@NNMO保持率高达94%。与空白样品相比,0.5 ZnO@NNMO电化学性能更好,可逆性更强。这是因为即使是痕量的ZnO包覆亦能与基体材料协同作用提升材料的离子导电性。可见,痕量ZnO包覆对提升钠电池层状正极材料的实际应用性有很大作用。 展开更多

This study investigates tribological performance of MoS2 coating on slipper pair in axial piston pump.Firstly,the MoS2 coating on the surface of slipper pair was prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying treatment technology.Secondly,the tribological characteristics of slipper pair under various working conditions were evaluated on ring-on-block tester in oil lubrication.The original and worn surfaces of the specimens were analyzed with scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer,and then the wear morphologies of the MoS2 coatings were imaged by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The experimental results showed that the friction coefficients of Cu-based materials with MoS2 coating decreased by about 0.05 at 800 N.Especially,when the external load was set to 800 N,the wear rate of the ZY331608 decreased by about 16.4%after the substrates were treated by the MoS2 coating,which exhibited excellent anti-friction and wear resistance.The formation of the MoS2 lubricating film could be classified into four stages,including the initial friction stage,anchoring stage of MoS2 on friction surface,covering stage of the sliding surface by MoS2 and the formation stage of MoS2 film.The dominating wear mechanisms of Cu-based materials with MoS2 coating were adhesive wear and abrasive wear accompanied with oxidative wear. 展开更多

Electrical resistivity of TiB_2/C composite cathode coating for aluminum electrolysis 被引量:6

The electrical resistivity of TiB2/C cathode composite coating at different temperatures was measured with the electrical conductivity test device; the effects of TiB2 content and kinds of carbonaceous fillers as well as their mean particle size on their electrical resistivities were investigated. The results show that electrical resistivity of the coating decreases with the increase of TiB2 content and the decrease of its mean particle size. When the mass fraction of TiB2 increases from 30% to 60%, the electrical resistivity of the coating at room temperature decreases from 31.2μΩ·m to 23.8μΩ·m. The electrical resistivity of the coating at 960℃ lowers from 76.1μΩ· m to 38.4μΩ·m with the decrease of TiB2 mean particle size from 12μm to 1μm. The kinds of carbonaceous fillers have great influence on the electrical resistivity of TiB2/C composite coating at 960℃, when the graphite, petroleum coke and anthracite are used as fillers, the electrical resistivities of the coating are 20.3μΩ·m, 53.7μΩ·m and 87.2μΩ·m, respectively. For the coating with petroleum coke filler, its electrical resistivity decreases with the increase of the mean particle size of petroleum coke filler. The electrical resistivity at 960℃ decreases from 56.2μΩ·m to 48.2μΩ·m with the mean particle size of petroleum coke increasing from 44μm to 1200μm. However, too big carbonaceous particle size has adverse influence on the abrasion resistance of coating. Its proper mean particle size is 420μm. 展开更多

This work considered the influence of Cr3 C2 particle loading on microstructure and mechanical properties of Zn-SiC-Cr3 C2 nanocomposite produced via electrocodeposition are investigated. The surface nature of the nanocomposite coatings were characterized using scanning electron microscope(SEM)coupled with the energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). Abrasive wear behaviour and hardness property of Zn-SiC-Cr3 C2 nanocomposite produced were investigated using CERT UMT-2 multi-functional tribological tester and Dura Scan hardness tester. The corrosion property was evaluated through linear polarization approach. The result showed that the coatings exhibited good stability and Cr_3 C_2 nanocomposite loading significantly improved the micro structural performance, hardness property,wear resistance as well as corrosion resistance of the coatings. 展开更多

Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings were sprayed on low steel by high velocity arc spraying(HVAS) technology. The influences of oxides on erosion, corrosion and wear behavior for high velocity arc sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings were studied. The results show that HVAS-sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings have good erosion, heat corrosion and wear resistance. The erosion resistance improves with the increase of the temperature. On one hand, the ferrous oxides are incompact, so they peel off the surface of the coatings easily during the high temperature erosion. On the other hand, compact Al2O3 films on the surface can protect the coatings. 展开更多
