Joint probabilistic data association is an effective method for tracking multiple targets in clutter, but only the target kinematic information is used in measure-to-track association. If the kinematic likelihoods are similar for different closely spaced targets, there is ambiguity in using the kinematic information alone; the correct association probability will decrease in conventional joint probabilistic data association algorithm and track coalescence will occur easily. A modified algorithm of joint probabilistic data association with classification-aided is presented, which avoids track coalescence when tracking multiple neighboring targets. Firstly, an identification matrix is defined, which is used to simplify validation matrix to decrease computational complexity. Then, target class information is integrated into the data association process. Performance comparisons with and without the use of class information in JPDA are presented on multiple closely spaced maneuvering targets tracking problem. Simulation results quantify the benefits of classification-aided JPDA for improved multiple targets tracking, especially in the presence of association uncertainty in the kinematic measurement and target maneuvering. The maximum likelihood data association problem is formulated as a bipartite weighted matching problem. Its duality and the optimality conditions are given. The Hungarian algorithm with its computational steps, data structure and computational complexity is presented. The two implementation versions, Hungarian forest (HF) algorithm and Hungarian tree (HT) algorithm, and their combination with the naYve auction initialization are discussed. The computational results show that HT algorithm is slightly faster than HF algorithm and they are both superior to the classic Munkres algorithm. 展开更多

In most of the passive tracking systems, only the target kinematical information is used in the measurement-to-track association, which results in error tracking in a multitarget environment, where the targets are too close to each other. To enhance the tracking accuracy, the target signal classification information (TSCI) should be used to improve the data association. The TSCI is integrated in the data association process using the JPDA (joint probabilistic data association). The use of the TSCI in the data association can improve discrimination by yielding a purer track and preserving continuity. To verify the validity of the application of TSCI, two simulation experiments are done on an air target-tracing problem, that is, one using the TSCI and the other not using the TSCI. The final comparison shows that the use of the TSCI can effectively improve tracking accuracy. 展开更多

In the proposed method, the concept for tour and the length of tour are redefined. Additionally, the directional information is incorporated into the proposed method because it is one of the most important factors that affects the performance of data association. Kalman filter is employed to estimate target states. Computer simulation results show that the proposed method could carry out data association in an acceptable CPU time, and the correct data association rate is higher than that obtained by the data association (DA) algorithm not combined with directional information. 展开更多

融合深度信息与运动趋势的羊只多目标跟踪方法

近年来,随着羊只养殖向大规模和精细化的方向发展,羊场对智能化管理的需求日益增加。因此,精准的个体识别和行为监测变得尤为重要,对多目标跟踪(Multiple object tracking, MOT)算法的准确性提出了更高要求。然而,现有的MOT算法在目标... 近年来,随着羊只养殖向大规模和精细化的方向发展,羊场对智能化管理的需求日益增加。因此,精准的个体识别和行为监测变得尤为重要,对多目标跟踪(Multiple object tracking, MOT)算法的准确性提出了更高要求。然而,现有的MOT算法在目标遮挡和动态场景下的性能仍不理想。本文提出两种跟踪线索:深度调制交并比(Depth modulated intersection over union, DIoU)和轨迹方向建模(Tracklet direction modeling, TDM),旨在补充交并比(Intersection over union, IoU)线索,提高多目标跟踪的精准度和鲁棒性。DIoU线索通过引入目标的深度信息改进了传统的IoU计算方法。TDM聚焦于目标的运动趋势,预测其未来的移动方向。本文将DIoU和TDM跟踪线索集成到BoT-SORT算法中,形成改进的多目标跟踪算法。在两个私有数据集上,改进算法相比基线方法,MOTA(Multiple object tracking accuracy)指标分别提高1.6、1.7个百分点,IDF1(Identification F1 score)指标分别提高1.9、1.0个百分点。结果显示,改进算法在复杂场景中的跟踪连续性和准确性显著提升。 展开更多

多目标跟踪MOT(multi-object tracking)旨在对视频序列中的多个目标进行识别与跟踪,并保持各目标的ID(identity),对运动不规律的多目标进行跟踪是该领域的难点,跟踪准确度难以保证且易出现目标ID频繁切换的问题。为提高跟踪准确度,提出... 多目标跟踪MOT(multi-object tracking)旨在对视频序列中的多个目标进行识别与跟踪,并保持各目标的ID(identity),对运动不规律的多目标进行跟踪是该领域的难点,跟踪准确度难以保证且易出现目标ID频繁切换的问题。为提高跟踪准确度,提出自适应卡尔曼滤波AKF(adaptive Kalman filter),充分利用目标检测器提供的信息对运动模型加以修正,提高对运动不规律目标跟踪准确度;为解决目标ID频繁切换的问题,设计一种BIoUG贪婪算法,通过放大匹配框并采取择优匹配的方式,提高匹配机会并降低误匹配概率。在此基础上,提出一种针对运动不规律目标的多目标跟踪方法。实验结果表明,所提方法在DanceTrack数据集上的MOTA、HOTA、IDF1分别达到了92.2%、57.7%和58.7%;在MOT17数据集上,MOTA、HOTA、IDF1分别达到了80.3%、63.3%和77.3%。与目前主流的同类目标跟踪方法相比,所提方法对运动不规律和规律的目标均有较好的跟踪效果,体现出较好的综合性能,为运动不规律多目标的跟踪提供了新的解决思路。 展开更多

为了提高动态场景同步定位与建图(SLAM)的相机位姿精度和鲁棒性,提出一种高精度对象级SLAM方法。首先,将检测到的实例对象表示为3D椭球模型,构建对象地图;接着,寻找实例对象和地图中对象之间的最佳匹配关系;然后,通过运动检测找到场景... 为了提高动态场景同步定位与建图(SLAM)的相机位姿精度和鲁棒性,提出一种高精度对象级SLAM方法。首先,将检测到的实例对象表示为3D椭球模型,构建对象地图;接着,寻找实例对象和地图中对象之间的最佳匹配关系;然后,通过运动检测找到场景中的动态对象,在地图中追踪对象的运动轨迹,并不断更新其对应的3D椭球模型,以确保对象地图的准确性;最后,采用静态对象和内部3D点联合优化的方式,在跟踪丢失后重新定位相机。在TUM和BONN数据集上的实验结果表明:所提方法具有更高的相机位姿精度,位姿误差仅为OA-SLAM算法误差的12.5%、ReFusion算法的16.7%、ACEFusion算法的33.3%。重定位实验结果表明:所提的相机重定位策略有效地解决了动态场景中相机丢失的问题,提高了系统的鲁棒性。代码开源在https://github.com/wawcg/23Object-SLAM。 展开更多

为了提高光电精确制导导引头的制导精度和抗干扰能力,建立了基于数据驱动的多模复合光电制导导引头数据层融合方法。首先,分析激光/毫米波雷达/红外多模复合光电精确制导数据融合与物理结构的关系。接着,采用拉格朗日插值法和坐标变换... 为了提高光电精确制导导引头的制导精度和抗干扰能力,建立了基于数据驱动的多模复合光电制导导引头数据层融合方法。首先,分析激光/毫米波雷达/红外多模复合光电精确制导数据融合与物理结构的关系。接着,采用拉格朗日插值法和坐标变换实现多模制导数据配准。最后,提出了基于新型卷积增强Transformer模型的多模复合制导信息融合方法,实现了多模复合制导导引头的数据层融合和干扰识别。为了验证所提方法的有效性,构建了导引头挂飞实验系统。实验结果表明:多模复合制导信息融合方法可以实现多模制导在数据层的融合,与互协方差融合法相比,均方根误差降低22%以上,受干扰时的捕获概率从71%提升至91%,大幅提升了多模制导精度和抗干扰能力,可满足多模复合光电精确制导实际应用需求。 展开更多

目标跟踪广泛应用于要地防御、防空反导和无人驾驶等军事和民用领域。相比单目标跟踪,多目标跟踪往往涉及到未知数目的多个目标以及杂波、漏检等复杂情况,所面临的一个技术难点是数据关联,包括量测与目标航迹之间的关联以及不同传感器... 目标跟踪广泛应用于要地防御、防空反导和无人驾驶等军事和民用领域。相比单目标跟踪,多目标跟踪往往涉及到未知数目的多个目标以及杂波、漏检等复杂情况,所面临的一个技术难点是数据关联,包括量测与目标航迹之间的关联以及不同传感器之间航迹关联等。本文梳理了多目标跟踪应用中数据关联主要的解决思路,首次将经典数据关联方法分为确定性数据关联和概率性数据关联,前者包括最近邻、全局最近邻和多假设跟踪,后者包括概率数据关联、联合概率数据关联和概率多假设跟踪,系统阐述和对比了这些典型算法及其扩展方法的基本原理、各自适用条件和优缺点,给出它们之间的关联性,并指出近年来智能学习、优化算法等也为数据关联问题提供了新的解决思路。特别是在视觉跟踪领域,关联跟踪与目标特征学习、场景感知密切结合,给数据关联带来了新的挑战。本文对上述各类方法和思路进行了分析和总结,并展望了未来发展趋势。 展开更多

Firstly, the data association of measurement-to-target is formulated as an integer programming problem. Through using the linear programming (LP) based branchand-bound method and adjusting the constraint conditions, an optimal set integer programming (OSIP) algorithm is then proposed for tracking multiple non-maneuvering targets in clutter. For the case of maneuvering targets, this paper introduces the OSIP algorithm into the filtering step of the interacting multiple model (IMM) algorithm resulting in the IMM based on OSIP algorithm. Extensive Monte Carlo simulations show that the presented algorithms can obtain superior estimations even in the case of high density noises. 展开更多

3D多目标跟踪是指在三维空间中对多个目标进行实时的跟踪和预测,在无人系统和人工智能应用中具有极其重要的意义。提出一种基于激光雷达的3D多目标跟踪框架,目的是实现对点云场景中的三维目标进行准确高效的跟踪。具体来说,首先,为解决... 3D多目标跟踪是指在三维空间中对多个目标进行实时的跟踪和预测,在无人系统和人工智能应用中具有极其重要的意义。提出一种基于激光雷达的3D多目标跟踪框架,目的是实现对点云场景中的三维目标进行准确高效的跟踪。具体来说,首先,为解决传统IoU的不足,提出一种高效的自适应转换交并比(AC-IoU)方法,来优化预测和检测结果之间的匹配,解决因遮挡或速度过快导致的关联失败问题。其次,为提高匹配的成功次数,增强轨迹的准确性,提出一种结合空间相关性和几何特征的级联匹配方法,一阶段负责匹配高置信度的目标,二阶段则专注于处理由于遮挡、低置信度或其他复杂情况导致的难以关联的目标。在KITTI数据集上的实验结果表明,跟踪准确度提高0.79%,跟踪精度提升了3.67%,帧率达到115 f/s,证明所提方法在行人、车辆等目标跟踪任务中的高效性和可靠性。 展开更多
