With the approval of more and more genetically modified(GM)crops in our country,GM safety management has become more important.Transgenic detection is a major approach for transgenic safety management.Nevertheless,a c...With the approval of more and more genetically modified(GM)crops in our country,GM safety management has become more important.Transgenic detection is a major approach for transgenic safety management.Nevertheless,a convenient and visual technique with low equipment requirements and high sensitivity for the field detection of GM plants is still lacking.On the basis of the existing recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)technique,we developed a multiplex RPA(multi-RPA)method that can simultaneously detect three transgenic elements,including the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S gene(CaMV35S)promoter,neomycin phosphotransferaseⅡgene(NptⅡ)and hygromycin B phosphotransferase gene(Hyg),thus improving the detection rate.Moreover,we coupled this multi-RPA technique with the CRISPR/Cas12a reporter system,which enabled the detection results to be clearly observed by naked eyes under ultraviolet(UV)light(254 nm;which could be achieved by a portable UV flashlight),therefore establishing a multi-RPA visual detection technique.Compared with the traditional test strip detection method,this multi-RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a technique has the higher specificity,higher sensitivity,wider application range and lower cost.Compared with other polymerase chain reaction(PCR)techniques,it also has the advantages of low equipment requirements and visualization,making it a potentially feasible method for the field detection of GM plants.展开更多
Graphene oxide nanomaterials are increasingly used in various fields due to their superior properties.In order to study the influence of graphene oxide additives on the performance of modified asphalt,in this study,gr...Graphene oxide nanomaterials are increasingly used in various fields due to their superior properties.In order to study the influence of graphene oxide additives on the performance of modified asphalt,in this study,graphene oxide modified asphalt was prepared and characteristics was studied including the high deformation resistance performance and the self-healing property of modified asphalt.Functional groups and morphology of graphene oxide modified asphalt were described by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The high deformation resistance performance and self-healing effect of asphalt samples were obtained through dynamic slear rheometer(DSR)test.Results shows that graphene oxide dispersions improve the performance of asphalt relatively well compared to graphene oxide powder.There is no chemical reaction between graphene oxide and asphalt,but physical connection.The addition of graphene oxide improved the high deformation resistance of modified asphalt and expedited the self-healing ability of asphalt under fatigue load.展开更多

The modified polar representation (MPR) u...Classical localization methods use Cartesian or Polar coordinates, which require a priori range information to determine whether to estimate position or to only find bearings. The modified polar representation (MPR) unifies near-field and farfield models, alleviating the thresholding effect. Current localization methods in MPR based on the angle of arrival (AOA) and time difference of arrival (TDOA) measurements resort to semidefinite relaxation (SDR) and Gauss-Newton iteration, which are computationally complex and face the possible diverge problem. This paper formulates a pseudo linear equation between the measurements and the unknown MPR position,which leads to a closed-form solution for the hybrid TDOA-AOA localization problem, namely hybrid constrained optimization(HCO). HCO attains Cramér-Rao bound (CRB)-level accuracy for mild Gaussian noise. Compared with the existing closed-form solutions for the hybrid TDOA-AOA case, HCO provides comparable performance to the hybrid generalized trust region subproblem (HGTRS) solution and is better than the hybrid successive unconstrained minimization (HSUM) solution in large noise region. Its computational complexity is lower than that of HGTRS. Simulations validate the performance of HCO achieves the CRB that the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) attains if the noise is small, but the MLE deviates from CRB earlier.展开更多
Granite is usually composed of quartz,biotite,feldspar,and cracks,and the variation characteristics of these components could reflect the deformation and failure process of rock well.Taking granite as an example,the v...Granite is usually composed of quartz,biotite,feldspar,and cracks,and the variation characteristics of these components could reflect the deformation and failure process of rock well.Taking granite as an example,the video camera was used to record the deformation and failure process of rock.The distribution of meso-components in video images was then identified.The meso-components of rock failure precursors were also discussed.Moreover,a modified LSTM(long short-term memory method)based on SSA(sparrow search algorithm)was proposed to estimate the change of meso-components of rock failure precursor.It shows that the initiation and expansion of cracks are mainly caused by feldspar and quartz fracture,and when the quartz and feldspar exit the stress framework,rock failure occurs;the second large increase of crack area and the second large decrease of quartz or feldspar area may be used as a precursor of rock failure;the precursor time of rock failure based on meso-scopic components is about 4 s earlier than that observed by the naked eye;the modified LSTM network has the strongest estimation ability for quartz area change,followed by feldspar and biotite,and has the worst estimation ability for cracks;when using the modified LSTM network to predict the precursors of rock instability and failure,quartz and feldspar could be given priority.The results presented herein may provide reference in the investigation of rock failure mechanism.展开更多

In order to overcome the phenomenon of image blur and edge loss in the process of collecting and transmitting medical image,a denoising method of medical image based on discrete wavelet transform(DWT)and modified medi...In order to overcome the phenomenon of image blur and edge loss in the process of collecting and transmitting medical image,a denoising method of medical image based on discrete wavelet transform(DWT)and modified median filter for medical image coupling denoising is proposed.The method is composed of four modules:image acquisition,image storage,image processing and image reconstruction.Image acquisition gets the medical image that contains Gaussian noise and impulse noise.Image storage includes the preservation of data and parameters of the original image and processed image.In the third module,the medical image is decomposed as four sub bands(LL,HL,LH,HH)by wavelet decomposition,where LL is low frequency,LH,HL,HH are respective for horizontal,vertical and in the diagonal line high frequency component.Using improved wavelet threshold to process high frequency coefficients and retain low frequency coefficients,the modified median filtering is performed on three high frequency sub bands after wavelet threshold processing.The last module is image reconstruction,which means getting the image after denoising by wavelet reconstruction.The advantage of this method is combining the advantages of median filter and wavelet to make the denoising effect better,not a simple combination of the two previous methods.With DWT and improved median filter coefficients coupling denoising,it is highly practical for high-precision medical images containing complex noises.The experimental results of proposed algorithm are compared with the results of median filter,wavelet transform,contourlet and DT-CWT,etc.According to visual evaluation index PSNR and SNR and Canny edge detection,in low noise images,PSNR and SNR increase by 10%–15%;in high noise images,PSNR and SNR increase by 2%–6%.The experimental results of the proposed algorithm achieved better acceptable results compared with other methods,which provides an important method for the diagnosis of medical condition.展开更多
The characteristics of the zeolite modified by microwave and sodium acetate and its sorption of ammonia-nitrogen from simulated water sample were investigated.The results show that the modified zeolite by microwave-so...The characteristics of the zeolite modified by microwave and sodium acetate and its sorption of ammonia-nitrogen from simulated water sample were investigated.The results show that the modified zeolite by microwave-sodium acetate(SMMZ)has a high sorption efficiency and removal performance.The ammonia-nitrogen removal rate of SMMZ reaches 92.90%.The surface of SMMZ becomes loose and some pores appear,the specific surface area,total pore volume and average pore diameter increase after modification.Compared to the natural zeolite,SMMZ has a more concentrated pore size distribution in the range of 0-10 nm.The cation exchange capacity(CEC)of SMMZ is higher than that of the natural zeolite.And the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is consistent with the change of CEC.The SMMZ possesses rapid sorption and slow balance characteristics and ammonia-nitrogen sorption is consistent with both Langmuir adsorption isotherm model and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.The adsorption kinetics of ammonia-nitrogen follows the pseudo-second order kinetic model.展开更多

Low strain rate experiments(0.0002, 0.002 and 0.02 s^(-1)) were conducted using an electroni...Tensile tests at different strain rates(0.0002, 0.002, 0.02, 1000 and 3000 s^(-1)) were carried out for 7N01 aluminum alloy. Low strain rate experiments(0.0002, 0.002 and 0.02 s^(-1)) were conducted using an electronic mechanical universal testing machine, while high strain rate experiments(1000, 3000 s^(-1)) were carried out through a split Hopkinson tensile bar. The experimental results showed that 7N01 aluminum alloy is strain rate sensitive. By introducing a correction scheme of the strain rate hardening coefficient, a modified Johnson–Cook model was proposed to describe the flow behaviors of 7N01 aluminum alloy. The proposed model fitted the experimental data better than the original Johnson–Cook model in plastic flow under dynamic condition. Numerical simulations of the dynamic tensile tests were performed using ABAQUS with the modified Johnson–Cook model. Digital image correlation was used together with high-speed photography to study the mechanical characters of specimen at high strain rate. Good correlations between the experiments results, numerical predictions and DIC results are achieved. High accuracy of the modified Johnson-Cook model was validated.展开更多
To obtain flow behavior and workability of 7055 aluminium alloy during hot deformation,hot compression tests at different temperatures and strain rates are conducted.True stress?strain curves of 7055 aluminium alloy u...To obtain flow behavior and workability of 7055 aluminium alloy during hot deformation,hot compression tests at different temperatures and strain rates are conducted.True stress?strain curves of 7055 aluminium alloy under different conditions are obtained and the flow stress increases with ascending strain rate and descending temperature.For Arrhenius constitutive equation,each material parameter is set as a constant,which will bring forth large error for predicting flow behavior.In this work,material parameters are fitted as a function of temperature or strain rate based on experimental results and a modified constitutive equation is established for more accurate prediction of flow behavior of 7055 aluminium alloy.The effects of temperature and strain rate on power dissipation and instability are analyzed to establish a processing map of 7055 aluminium alloy.The dominant deformation mechanism for microstructure evolution at different deformation conditions can be determined and high efficiency of power dissipation may be achieved from power dissipation map.Meanwhile,proper processing parameters to avoid flow instability can be easily acquired in instability map.According to the processing map,optimized processing parameters of 7055 aluminium alloy are temperature of 673?723 K and strain rate of 0.01?0.4 s^?1,during which its efficiency of power dissipation is over 30%.Finite element method(FEM)is used to obtain optimized parameter in hot rolling process on the basis of processing map.展开更多

In order to investigate the influence of different factors on supporting pressures, the failure mechanism was established. The solution of supporting pressure, with different parameters, was obtained by optimization theory. The corresponding failure mechanism and numerical results were presented. In comparison with the results using the single tangential technique method, it is found that the proposed method is effective, and the good agreement shows that the present solution of supporting pressure is reliable.展开更多

In every filter process, the estimated scale factor is used to update the state noise covariance Qk, and the improved filter gain is obtained in the filter process of unscented Kalman filter (UKF) via predicted variance Pk|k-1, which is similar to the standard Kalman filter. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm provides better accuracy and ability to adapt to the highly maneuvering target compared with the standard UKF.展开更多

The expressions for characteristic nodes of the skeleton curve were given by the analysis and numerical regression of the test results. In addition, the hysteretic rules of the restoring-force model and the expression for unloading stiffness were presented. Finally, we summed up the complete calculation method of the hysteretic restoring force, whose results were in good agreement with experiment. The results demonstrated that the proposed model could simulate and reflect the corresponding hysteretic behaviors, and the calculation method can provide the theoretical basis for the engineering application.展开更多

文摘The characteristics of the zeolite modified by microwave and sodium acetate and its sorption of ammonia-nitrogen from simulated water sample were investigated.The results show that the modified zeolite by microwave-sodium acetate(SMMZ)has a high sorption efficiency and removal performance.The ammonia-nitrogen removal rate of SMMZ reaches 92.90%.The surface of SMMZ becomes loose and some pores appear,the specific surface area,total pore volume and average pore diameter increase after modification.Compared to the natural zeolite,SMMZ has a more concentrated pore size distribution in the range of 0-10 nm.The cation exchange capacity(CEC)of SMMZ is higher than that of the natural zeolite.And the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is consistent with the change of CEC.The SMMZ possesses rapid sorption and slow balance characteristics and ammonia-nitrogen sorption is consistent with both Langmuir adsorption isotherm model and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model.The adsorption kinetics of ammonia-nitrogen follows the pseudo-second order kinetic model.

文摘Tensile tests at different strain rates(0.0002, 0.002, 0.02, 1000 and 3000 s^(-1)) were carried out for 7N01 aluminum alloy. Low strain rate experiments(0.0002, 0.002 and 0.02 s^(-1)) were conducted using an electronic mechanical universal testing machine, while high strain rate experiments(1000, 3000 s^(-1)) were carried out through a split Hopkinson tensile bar. The experimental results showed that 7N01 aluminum alloy is strain rate sensitive. By introducing a correction scheme of the strain rate hardening coefficient, a modified Johnson–Cook model was proposed to describe the flow behaviors of 7N01 aluminum alloy. The proposed model fitted the experimental data better than the original Johnson–Cook model in plastic flow under dynamic condition. Numerical simulations of the dynamic tensile tests were performed using ABAQUS with the modified Johnson–Cook model. Digital image correlation was used together with high-speed photography to study the mechanical characters of specimen at high strain rate. Good correlations between the experiments results, numerical predictions and DIC results are achieved. High accuracy of the modified Johnson-Cook model was validated.

文摘To obtain flow behavior and workability of 7055 aluminium alloy during hot deformation,hot compression tests at different temperatures and strain rates are conducted.True stress?strain curves of 7055 aluminium alloy under different conditions are obtained and the flow stress increases with ascending strain rate and descending temperature.For Arrhenius constitutive equation,each material parameter is set as a constant,which will bring forth large error for predicting flow behavior.In this work,material parameters are fitted as a function of temperature or strain rate based on experimental results and a modified constitutive equation is established for more accurate prediction of flow behavior of 7055 aluminium alloy.The effects of temperature and strain rate on power dissipation and instability are analyzed to establish a processing map of 7055 aluminium alloy.The dominant deformation mechanism for microstructure evolution at different deformation conditions can be determined and high efficiency of power dissipation may be achieved from power dissipation map.Meanwhile,proper processing parameters to avoid flow instability can be easily acquired in instability map.According to the processing map,optimized processing parameters of 7055 aluminium alloy are temperature of 673?723 K and strain rate of 0.01?0.4 s^?1,during which its efficiency of power dissipation is over 30%.Finite element method(FEM)is used to obtain optimized parameter in hot rolling process on the basis of processing map.

文摘Based on the nonlinear failure criterion and the upper bound theorem, the modified tangential technique method was proposed to derive the expression of supporting pressure acting on shallow tunnel. Instead of the same stress state, different normal stresses on element boundaries were used. In order to investigate the influence of different factors on supporting pressures, the failure mechanism was established. The solution of supporting pressure, with different parameters, was obtained by optimization theory. The corresponding failure mechanism and numerical results were presented. In comparison with the results using the single tangential technique method, it is found that the proposed method is effective, and the good agreement shows that the present solution of supporting pressure is reliable.
文摘A modified unscented particle filtering scheme for nonlinear tracking is proposed, in view of the potential drawbacks (such as, particle impoverishment and numerical sensitivity in calculating the prior) of the conventional unscented particle filter (UPF) confronted in practice. Specifically, a different derivation of the importance weight is presented in detail. The proposed method can avoid the calculation of the prior and reduce the effects of the impoverishment problem caused by sampling from the proposal distribution, Simulations have been performed using two illustrative examples and results have been provided to demonstrate the validity of the modified UPF as well as its improved performance over the conventional one.

文摘To improve the low tracking precision caused by lagged filter gain or imprecise state noise when the target highly maneuvers, a modified unscented Kalman filter algorithm based on the improved filter gain and adaptive scale factor of state noise is presented. In every filter process, the estimated scale factor is used to update the state noise covariance Qk, and the improved filter gain is obtained in the filter process of unscented Kalman filter (UKF) via predicted variance Pk|k-1, which is similar to the standard Kalman filter. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm provides better accuracy and ability to adapt to the highly maneuvering target compared with the standard UKF.

文摘In order to establish a restoring-force model for modified concrete columns with recycled aggregates concrete(RAC), cyclic loading tests were carried out on five concretes with RAC columns and ordinary concrete frame columns under the combined influence with different admixtures and admixtures ratios(silica fume and hybrid fiber). The expressions for characteristic nodes of the skeleton curve were given by the analysis and numerical regression of the test results. In addition, the hysteretic rules of the restoring-force model and the expression for unloading stiffness were presented. Finally, we summed up the complete calculation method of the hysteretic restoring force, whose results were in good agreement with experiment. The results demonstrated that the proposed model could simulate and reflect the corresponding hysteretic behaviors, and the calculation method can provide the theoretical basis for the engineering application.

文摘Higher-order shear and normal deformation theory is used in this paper to account thickness stretching effect for free vibration analysis of the cylindrical micro/nano shell subjected to an applied voltage and uniform temperature rising.Size dependency is included in governing equations based on the modified couple stress theory.Hamilton’s principle is used to derive governing equations of the cylindrical micro/nano shell.Solution procedure is developed using Navier technique for simply-supported boundary conditions.The numerical results are presented to investigate the effect of significant parameters such as some dimensionless geometric parameters,material properties,applied voltages and temperature rising on the free vibration responses.
