Intelligent modeling method for OV models in DoDAF2.0 based on knowledge graph

Architecture framework has become an effective method recently to describe the system of systems(SoS)architecture,such as the United States(US)Department of Defense Architecture Framework Version 2.0(DoDAF2.0).As a viewpoint in DoDAF2.0,the operational viewpoint(OV)describes operational activities,nodes,and resource flows.The OV models are important for SoS architecture development.However,as the SoS complexity increases,constructing OV models with traditional methods exposes shortcomings,such as inefficient data collection and low modeling standards.Therefore,we propose an intelligent modeling method for five OV models,including operational resource flow OV-2,organizational relationships OV-4,operational activity hierarchy OV-5a,operational activities model OV-5b,and operational activity sequences OV-6c.The main idea of the method is to extract OV architecture data from text and generate interoperable OV models.First,we construct the OV meta model based on the DoDAF2.0 meta model(DM2).Second,OV architecture named entities is recognized from text based on the bidirectional long short-term memory and conditional random field(BiLSTM-CRF)model.And OV architecture relationships are collected with relationship extraction rules.Finally,we define the generation rules for OV models and develop an OV modeling tool.We use unmanned surface vehicles(USV)swarm target defense SoS architecture as a case to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the intelligent modeling method. 展开更多

In order to solve the problem that the ripple-effect analy- sis for the operational architecture of air defense systems (OAADS) is hardly described in quantity with previous modeling approaches, a supernetwork modeling approach for the OAADS is put for- ward by extending granular computing. Based on that operational units and links are equal to different information granularities, the supernetwork framework of the OAADS is constructed as a “four- network within two-layer” structure by forming dynamic operating coalitions, and measuring indexes of the ripple-effect analysis for the OAADS are given combining with Laplace spectral radius. In this framework, via analyzing multidimensional attributes which inherit relations between operational units in different granular scales, an extended granular computing is put forward integrating with a topological structure. Then the operation process within the supernetwork framework, including transformation relations be- tween two layers in the vertical view and mapping relations among functional networks in the horizontal view, is studied in quantity. As the application case shows, comparing with previous modeling approaches, the supernetwork model can validate and analyze the operation mechanism in the air defense architecture, and the ripple-effect analysis can be used to confirm the key operational unit with micro and macro viewpoints. 展开更多

Effectiveness evaluation of the joint operation system is an important basis for the demonstration and development of weapon equipment.With the consideration that existing models of system effectiveness evaluation seldom describe the structural relationship among equipment clearly as well as reflect the dynamic,the analog-to-digital converter-graphical evaluation and review technique(ADC-GERT)network parameter estimation model is proposed based on the ADC model and the joint operation system structure.Firstly,analysis of the joint operation system structure and operation process is conducted to build the GERT network,where equipment subsystems are nodes and activities are directed arches.Then the mission effectiveness of equipment subsystems is calculated by the ADC model.The probability transfer parameters are modified by the mission effectiveness of equipment subsystems based on the Bayesian theorem,with the ADC-GERT network parameter estimation model constructed.Finally,a case study is used to validate the efficiency and dynamic of the ADC-GERT network parameter estimation model. 展开更多

Solar arrays are important and indispensable parts of spacecraft and provide energy support for spacecraft to operate in orbit and complete on-orbit missions.When a spacecraft is in orbit,because the solar array is exposed to the harsh space environment,with increasing working time,the performance of its internal electronic components gradually degrade until abnormal damage occurs.This damage makes solar array power generation unable to fully meet the energy demand of a spacecraft.Therefore,timely and accurate detection of solar array anomalies is of great significance for the on-orbit operation and maintenance management of spacecraft.In this paper,we propose an anomaly detection method for spacecraft solar arrays based on the integrated least squares support vector machine(ILS-SVM)model:it selects correlated telemetry data from spacecraft solar arrays to form a training set and extracts n groups of training subsets from this set,then gets n corresponding least squares support vector machine(LS-SVM)submodels by training on these training subsets,respectively;after that,the ILS-SVM model is obtained by integrating these submodels through a weighting operation to increase the prediction accuracy and so on;finally,based on the obtained ILS-SVM model,a parameterfree and unsupervised anomaly determination method is proposed to detect the health status of solar arrays.We use the telemetry data set from a satellite in orbit to carry out experimental verification and find that the proposed method can diagnose solar array anomalies in time and can capture the signs before a solar array anomaly occurs,which reflects the applicability of the method. 展开更多

Most of the existing multivariable grey models are based on the 1-order derivative and 1-order accumulation, which makes the parameters unable to be adjusted according to the data characteristics of the actual problems. The results about fractional derivative multivariable grey models are very few at present. In this paper, a multivariable Caputo fractional derivative grey model with convolution integral CFGMC(q, N) is proposed. First, the Caputo fractional difference is used to discretize the model, and the least square method is used to solve the parameters. The orders of accumulations and differential equations are determined by using particle swarm optimization(PSO). Then, the analytical solution of the model is obtained by using the Laplace transform, and the convergence and divergence of series in analytical solutions are also discussed. Finally, the CFGMC(q, N) model is used to predict the municipal solid waste(MSW). Compared with other competition models, the model has the best prediction effect. This study enriches the model form of the multivariable grey model, expands the scope of application, and provides a new idea for the development of fractional derivative grey model. 展开更多

Operational models for solar wind speed, geomagnetic indices, magnetopause, plasma sheet energetic electrons, inner boundary of ion plasma sheet, energetic electrons in outer radiation belt, and thermospheric density at low Earth orbit, have been developed and will be introduced briefly here. This model containing the probability of acquiring anti-ship missile, threat estimation, firepower distribution, interception, effectiveness evaluation and firepower turning, can dynamically simulate the antagonism process of anti-ship missile attack stream and anti-air missile weapon system. The anti-ship missile's saturation attack stream for different ship-to-air missile systems can be calculated quantitatively. The simulated results reveal the relations among the anti-ship missile saturation attack and the attack intensity of anti-ship missile, interception mode and the main parameters of anti-air missile weapon system. It provides a theoretical basis for the effective operation of anti-ship missile. 展开更多

Degradation and overstress failures occur in many electronic systems in which the operation load and environmental conditions are complex.The dependency of them called dependent competing failure process(DCFP),has been widely studied.Electronic system may experience mutual effects of degradation and shocks,they are considered to be interdependent.Both the degradation and the shock processes will decrease the limit of system and cause cumulative effect.Finally,the competition of hard and soft failure will cause the system failure.Based on the failure mechanism accumulation theory,this paper constructs the shock-degradation acceleration and the threshold descent model,and a system reliability model established by using these two models.The mutually DCFP effect of electronic system interaction has been decomposed into physical correlation of failure,including acceleration,accumulation and competition.As a case,a reliability of electronic system in aeronautical system has been analyzed with the proposed method.The method proposed is based on failure physical evaluation,and could provide important reference for quantitative evaluation and design improvement of the newly designed system in case of data deficiency. 展开更多

This paper considers the statistical analysis of the dependent competing risks model by using the Marshall-Olkin bivariate Weibull(MOBW) distribution.The maximum likelihood estimations(MLEs), midpoint approximation(MPA) estimations and approximate confidence intervals(ACIs) of the unknown parameters are obtained. In addition, the Bayes approach is also considered based on the Gamma-Dirichlet prior of the scale parameters, with the given shape parameter.The acceptance-rejection sampling method is used to obtain the Bayes estimations and construct credible intervals(CIs). Model construction and the quantitative comparisons with fractional Brown motion (FBM) and real traffic are also examined. It is used to calculate the automatic mechanism velocity of a certain automatic weapon, the calculation results coincide with the experimental results better, and thus the model is validated. The influences of structure parameters on gas-operated device's dynamic characteristics are discussed. It shows that the model is valuable for design and accurate performance prediction of gas-operated automatic weapon. 展开更多

为了保证运维阶段桥梁结构安全,提升桥梁运维工作的效率,开展公路混凝土梁式桥运维阶段建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)技术应用研究。在对公路桥梁现行编码体系进行扩展的基础上,提出1种参数化快速建模方法,以快速完... 为了保证运维阶段桥梁结构安全,提升桥梁运维工作的效率,开展公路混凝土梁式桥运维阶段建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)技术应用研究。在对公路桥梁现行编码体系进行扩展的基础上,提出1种参数化快速建模方法,以快速完成桥梁构件族的创建与整体模型的集成。借助Autodesk Revit软件应用程序编程接口(application programming interface,API),采用C#语言,开发公路混凝土梁式桥智慧运维状态评估系统,以实际工程应用进行验证分析。研究结果表明:全面统一的桥梁信息编码体系,能够提高桥梁信息统计与检索效率;提出的快速建模方法能够显著减少建模工作量,建模时间较传统建模方法可减少60%,并保证模型的准确性与规范性;运维状态评估系统能够实现养护数据的充分利用与桥梁评定工作的自动化,通过对桥梁运维信息的有效组织,实现服役性能的长期追踪,从而确保运营期桥梁结构状态安全稳定。研究结果可为公路混凝土梁式桥运维管理提供技术支撑,提升桥梁运维的数字化水平。 展开更多

微型断路器是低压配电系统中的重要保护设备,随着微型断路器操作次数的增加,其性能退化,机械参数随之变化,最终导致微型断路器丧失操作性能,影响低压配电系统的安全可靠运行,因此如何有效识别微型断路器的服役状态是当前亟需解决的问题... 微型断路器是低压配电系统中的重要保护设备,随着微型断路器操作次数的增加,其性能退化,机械参数随之变化,最终导致微型断路器丧失操作性能,影响低压配电系统的安全可靠运行,因此如何有效识别微型断路器的服役状态是当前亟需解决的问题。该文建立微型断路器操作机构的动力学仿真模型,研究合闸过程中手柄操作力矩变化规律,提取表征手柄操作力矩变化特征的刚合角度和合闸最大转矩;分析触头超程退化特征和触头弹簧性能退化特征,确定微型断路器服役性能退化特征与手柄操作力矩特征参数的关系;根据触头磨损程度将微型断路器服役状态分为正常、退化、危险、故障四种等级,确定每种等级下刚合角度和合闸最大转矩的阈值区间。进行微型断路器性能退化模拟实验,验证所提服役状态辨识方法的有效性,实现微型断路器在不同退化特征下服役状态的准确识别。 展开更多

为了解决复杂数值优化问题,提出一种基于柯西逆累积分布算子和随机差分变异策略改进的徒步优化算法。该算法使用佳点集初始化种群,以此增加种群多样性;采用柯西逆累积分布算子,平衡全局搜索与局部开发能力;引入随机差分变异策略,降低过... 为了解决复杂数值优化问题,提出一种基于柯西逆累积分布算子和随机差分变异策略改进的徒步优化算法。该算法使用佳点集初始化种群,以此增加种群多样性;采用柯西逆累积分布算子,平衡全局搜索与局部开发能力;引入随机差分变异策略,降低过早陷入局部最优的风险。实验结果显示,该算法在CEC2017测试集上的平均性能优于8种对比算法。统计检验进一步证实了性能差异具有显著性。同时,从CEC2017测试集中选取9个有代表性的测试函数,通过对比试验,分别验证了该算法中三种改进策略的有效性。此外,将该算法应用到光伏模型参数辨识中,实现了较小的均方根误差2.43×10~(-3),为所有比较算法中的最优值。在另外两类工程设计问题中,该算法均取得了最小目标函数值,优于对比算法。综上所述,改进的徒步优化算法在全局搜索能力、收敛速度和精度方面表现出色,有效提升了解决复杂数值优化问题的性能。 展开更多

基于数字技术的零售渠道创新对农业企业经营模式正产生着重要影响,其中直播销售日益被农业企业所采用,直播销售对农业企业经营收入的影响是值得研究的议题。基于国家茶叶全产业链大数据中心平台收集的258家茶叶企业问卷数据,实证分析直... 基于数字技术的零售渠道创新对农业企业经营模式正产生着重要影响,其中直播销售日益被农业企业所采用,直播销售对农业企业经营收入的影响是值得研究的议题。基于国家茶叶全产业链大数据中心平台收集的258家茶叶企业问卷数据,实证分析直播销售对茶企经营收入的影响、异质性特征及其作用机制。研究发现:①开展直播销售能够促进茶叶企业经营收入的增长。②直播销售对不同经营模式、经营规模、直播投入环节、直播运营模式、营销策略模式、区域的茶企收入影响存在差异。③直播销售可以通过提升产品价格的渠道改善茶企经营收入,品牌宣传与品牌创新在这一过程中起着正向调节效应。据此,提出强化茶产业政策支持、加强茶业经营主体新基建、加大人才培养力度、强化线上线下融合等针对性建议。 展开更多
