The performance of the model algorithm control method is partially based on the accuracy of the system's model. It is difficult to obtain a good model of a nonlinear system, especially when the nonlinearity is high. Neural networks have the ability to "learn"the characteristics of a system through nonlinear mapping to represent nonlinear functions as well as their inverse functions. This paper presents a model algorithm control method using neural networks for nonlinear time delay systems. Two neural networks are used in the control scheme. One neural network is trained as the model of the nonlinear time delay system, and the other one produces the control inputs. The neural networks are combined with the model algorithm control method to control the nonlinear time delay systems. Three examples are used to illustrate the proposed control method. The simulation results show that the proposed control method has a good control performance for nonlinear time delay systems. 展开更多

Compared with single node attacks, collusion attacks do more harm to the trust model. To solve this problem, a collusion detector based on the GN algorithm for the trust evaluation model is proposed in the open Internet environment. By analyzing the behavioral characteristics of collusion groups, the concept of flatting is defined and the G-N community mining algorithm is used to divide suspicious communities. On this basis, a collusion community detector method is proposed based on the breaking strength of suspicious communities. Simulation results show that the model has high recognition accuracy in identifying collusion nodes, so as to effectively defend against malicious attacks of collusion nodes. 展开更多

为节省城建部门对于公共体育设施的投入成本以及提高城市人民生活质量,以运动场所优化选址为例,提出一种新型设施选址模型。该模型主要基于P-Median model(最小化阻抗模型)根据需求点数量从全部候选设施选址中选择设施空间位置,让用户... 为节省城建部门对于公共体育设施的投入成本以及提高城市人民生活质量,以运动场所优化选址为例,提出一种新型设施选址模型。该模型主要基于P-Median model(最小化阻抗模型)根据需求点数量从全部候选设施选址中选择设施空间位置,让用户达到离自己最近设施距离成本总和最小的目的,对选址的基本原则和实际情况提出要求,构造目标函数用于优化后蚁群算法求解进行选址工作。优化蚁群算法实现基于Python语言模块,通过改进蚁群原始信息素,提升原有算法的收敛速度,求出目标函数最优解,可以很好地模拟对于运动场所的选址。用二者耦合进行优势互补所设计的选址模型来搜寻研究区蚁群信息素浓度残留最大的栅格像元,从而确定未被已有设施点服务半径覆盖的最佳设施点建立位置。实验结果表明,该新型选址模型相较于最小化阻抗模型与最大化覆盖模型,新增优化设施点使整体服务半径覆盖率分别高出10.42%和6.95%,适合求解较为精确且小规模空间下的选址问题。 展开更多

To determine structure and parameters of a rheological constitutive model for rocks,a new method based on differential evolution(DE) algorithm combined with FLAC3D(a numerical code for geotechnical engineering) was proposed for identification of the global optimum coupled of model structure and its parameters.At first,stochastic coupled mode was initialized,the difference in displacement between the numerical value and in-situ measurements was regarded as fitness value to evaluate quality of the coupled mode.Then the coupled-mode was updated continually using DE rule until the optimal parameters were found.Thus,coupled-mode was identified adaptively during back analysis process.The results of applications to Jinping tunnels in China show that the method is feasible and efficient for identifying the coupled-mode of constitutive structure and its parameters.The method overcomes the limitation of the traditional method and improves significantly precision and speed of displacement back analysis process. 展开更多

As it only uses the horizontal difference, but does not make use of the vertical section information, it does not agree with the actual propagation path. The atmospheric refraction error correction method of the Longley-Rice channel model has been improved. The improved method makes use of the vertical section information sufficiently and maps the distance between the receiver and transmitter to the radio wave propagation distance, It can exactly reflect the infection of propagation distance for the radio wave propagation loss. It is predicted to be more close to the experimental results by simulation in comparison with the measured data. The effectiveness of improved methods is proved by simulation. 展开更多

The notation of general stochastic neural network (GSNN) is presented and a new modeling method is given based on the combination of the modified Takagi and Sugeno's (MTS) fuzzy model and one-order GSNN. Using expectation-maximization(EM) algorithm, parameter estimation and model selection procedures are given. It avoids the shortcomings brought by other methods such as BP algorithm, when the number of parameters is large, BP algorithm is still difficult to apply directly without fine tuning and subjective tinkering. A new method of model reduction combining the genetic algorithm(GA) with the Routh approximation method is presented. It is suggested that a high-order system can be approximated by a low-order model with a time delay. The denominator parameters of the reduced-order model are determined by the Routh approximation method, then the numerator parameters and time delay are identified by the GAL. The reduced-order models obtained by the proposed method will always be stable if the original system is stable and produce a good approximation to the original system in both the frequency domain and time domain. Two numerical examples show that the method is cornputationally simple and efficient. 展开更多

重载铁路在现代交通运输中承担着不可替代的作用。车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型是重载列车运行过程中轮轨相互作用机制刻画的重要工具,为重载钢轨病害的产生和演化机理的分析提供依据。然而,现有研究大多依赖人工手动调优的方式来实现车辆−... 重载铁路在现代交通运输中承担着不可替代的作用。车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型是重载列车运行过程中轮轨相互作用机制刻画的重要工具,为重载钢轨病害的产生和演化机理的分析提供依据。然而,现有研究大多依赖人工手动调优的方式来实现车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型的校正,此方式工作量大、效率低且难以保证仿真模型与实际场景的一致性。针对该问题,提出一种基于遗传算法的车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型校正方法,实现模型的自适应校正,为轮轨相互作用机制和钢轨病害的分析奠定基础。首先,基于Universal Mechanism(UM)软件建立车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型,并设计相应的Matlab接口,为优化算法在迭代过程中修正模型参数和运行模型仿真提供基础;其次,引入Morris筛选法对模型参数的敏感性进行分析,筛选出高敏感车辆参数,用于车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型校正;然后,考虑仿真模型与实际车轨相互作用的一致性,设计基于遗传算法的模型校正方法,实现车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型的自适应校正;最后,利用真实线路小半径曲线的监测数据对提出的算法的敏感参数筛选和矫正效果进行验证。研究结果表明,提出的方法不仅可有效筛选出高敏感性车辆参数,还能实现车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型的准确校正。研究成果优化了车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型参数的自适应调整技术,能有效提升车辆−轨道耦合动力学模型的分析精度,进而为重载线路智能运维提供技术支撑。 展开更多

Hereto, we analyze the platform planning problem and present nonlinear optimal model aiming at maximizing the task completion qualities. Firstly, we take into account the relation among tasks and build the single task nonlinear optimal model with a set of platform constraints. The Lagrange relaxation method and the pruning strategy are used to solve the model. Secondly, this paper presents optimization-based planning algorithms for efficiently allocating platforms to multiple tasks. To achieve the balance of the resource assignments among tasks, the m-best assignment algorithm and the pair-wise exchange(PWE)method are used to maximize multiple tasks completion qualities.Finally, a series of experiments are designed to verify the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithms. 展开更多

为了提高教师组卷的质量及教学效率,优化教学资源,国内外许多学者对自动组卷技术进行了深入的研究。传统的自动组卷算法并未考虑班级整体认知水平,且组卷效率低,组卷质量参差不齐,影响了对学生学习效果的正确评估。针对以上问题,该文提... 为了提高教师组卷的质量及教学效率,优化教学资源,国内外许多学者对自动组卷技术进行了深入的研究。传统的自动组卷算法并未考虑班级整体认知水平,且组卷效率低,组卷质量参差不齐,影响了对学生学习效果的正确评估。针对以上问题,该文提出了基于认知诊断与大模型优化遗传算法的自动组卷方法。首先借助预训练大模型所具备的强大数据处理和分析能力,提出了利用大语言模型的微调技术和问答机制进行自动组卷,通过实验选择在7B(7 Billion)参数规模的Qwen大模型上使用Q-LoRA微调进行自动组卷,可以高效率地生成试卷。同时,提出基于认知诊断与大模型优化遗传算法的自动组卷方法提升试卷质量,利用Qwen大模型生成的试卷作为初始种群,并且设计组卷适应度计算方法,采用“精英保留”的思想设计遗传算子,改进选择、交叉、变异算子的设计,始终保留种群中最好的个体。实验结果显示,传统遗传算法组卷需要34.586 s,成功率为83%,大模型自动组卷算法则能在8.565 s内完成,但成功率略降至81%。相比之下,该文提出的基于认知诊断与大模型优化的遗传算法自动组卷方法,不仅将组卷效率大幅提升至0.673 s,而且成功率高达100%,完全满足了实际应用的需求。这一方法显著优于前述两种算法,展现出在效率和成功率上的双重优势。 展开更多

为研究土工格栅在铁路路基工程中交通荷载作用下的变形机制和力学响应,分别开展不同侧限作用下高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)土工格栅室内蠕变试验和有限元模拟;基于损伤力学原理和BFGS算法,构建分数阶时效损伤本构模型,对模型参数取值进行敏感性... 为研究土工格栅在铁路路基工程中交通荷载作用下的变形机制和力学响应,分别开展不同侧限作用下高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)土工格栅室内蠕变试验和有限元模拟;基于损伤力学原理和BFGS算法,构建分数阶时效损伤本构模型,对模型参数取值进行敏感性分析。结果表明:土工格栅的蠕变与应力比密切相关,当侧限作用相同时,应力和应变随着应力比的提高呈现递增趋势;侧限作用可有效限制土工格栅水平方向的变形,并提高土工格栅抗蠕变能力;试验初期,应力比是影响土工格栅应变增长速率的主要因素,会导致应变迅速累积,而随着时间的推移,侧限作用起主导作用,应变最终趋于稳定;侧限作用由50 kPa增至200 kPa时,纵肋中间部分应变降幅为38.6%,纵肋相邻横肋部分应变降幅为56%,横肋几乎不发生变形;侧限作用与损伤呈负相关,土工格栅应变速率随着泊松比的增加急剧增长,随黏滞系数的增大而减小。 展开更多
