In 2024,the Chinese Meridian Project(CMP)completed its construction,deploying 282 instruments across 31 stations.This achievement not only provides a robust foundation but also serves as a reference template for the International Meridian Circle Program(IMCP).The IMCP aims to integrate and establish a comprehensive network of ground-based monitoring stations designed to track the propagation of space weather events from the Sun to Earth.Additionally,it monitors various disturbances generated within the Earth system that impact geospace.Over the past two years,significant progress has been made on the IMCP.In particular,the second phase of construction for the China-Brazil Joint Laboratory for Space Weather has been completed,and the North Pole and Southeast Asia networks are under active construction.The 2024 IMCP joint observation campaign was successfully conducted.To facilitate these developments,the scientific program committee of IMCP was established,following the success of 2023 IMCP workshop and the space weather school,which was co-hosted with the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization(APSCO)and sponsored by Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)and Scientific Committee on Solar-Terrestrial Physics(SCOSTEP).Preparations are now underway for the 2024 workshop in collaboration with the National Institute for Space Research(INPE)in Brazil. 展开更多

The Chinese Meridian Project(CMP)is a major national science and technology infrastructure constructed in two steps.The first phase of the CMP has been operating for more than a solar cycle.From 2022 to 2023,utilizing the monitoring data collected by the CMP,scientists made major breakthroughs in fields of ionosphere,middle and upper atmosphere,and coupling between layers.The construction of the second phase of the CMP is nearly finished,and the project is expected to operate as a whole in 2025 after national acceptance of the second phase.The whole project was built in an architecture of so-called“One Chain,Three Networks and Four Focuses”.It is promising to make a three-dimensional observation of the whole solar-terrestrial space.The science community is looking forward to the great contribution of the CMP to space weather and space physics research. 展开更多

The Earth is buffered from the ferocious onslaught of the solar wind by a thin layer of matter known as the atmosphere and geospace.This layer absorbs energy from irradiance and outburst from the Sun,as well as from disasters,transient phenomena and anthropogenic emissions originated from Earth.Through complicated physics,the absorbed energy changes the atmospheric and geospace state and sometimes gets re-released to power extreme events such as space weather.Taking place globally,these complicated processes cannot be understood unless they are studied globally.The Chinese scientists have proposed the International Meridian Circle Program(IMCP)to meet this demand.By operating nearly 1000 instruments encompassing all latitudes along with the 120°E–60°W longitudes,IMCP aims,for the first time,to construct comprehensive 3D data representation of the atmosphere and geospace on a global scale and empower interdisciplinary research to tackle key questions related to Earth’s environment and climate change. 展开更多

The Chinese Meridian Project is a ground-based space environment monitoring network,which is constructed in two steps.The first step(Phase I)of the project consists of 15 observation stations located roughly along 120°E longitude and 30°N latitude.The second step(Phase II)of the project will additionally deploy 16 stations to better cover China’s territory,and build a stereo monitoring capability to monitor the cause and effect of the space weather chain in the solar terrestrial system.Based on the existing two monitoring chains in Phase I,two more chains will be established along 100°E longitude and 40°N latitude,respectively,forming a double-cross network configuration.After the two-step construction,the whole project will run nearly 300 instruments deployed at 31 stations.Aside from standard instruments,quite a few innovative and powerful instruments will be developed,such as radioheliographs with a very wide frequency band,a 3-station incoherent scattering radar to make a 3D measurement of the ionosphere,and a helium lidar to measure atmosphere density up to an altitude of 1000 km. 展开更多

The Chinese Meridian Project is a ground-based space environment monitoring facility in China.The first phase of the project has been put into formal operation since 2012 after 4-year’s construction.It consists of 15 observatories located roughly along 120°E longitude and 30°N latitude,with each observatory equipped with multiple instruments to monitor space environment.Based on the huge observational data accumulated,significant scientific achievements have been made with more than 300 peer-reviewed journal papers published.In this report,scientific results from the past two years have been reviewed with topics covering fields of geomagnetic,atmosphere,ionosphere,and their responses to solar activities.The excellent achievements from the Phase I of Chinese Meridian Project lay a good foundation for Phase II,which has already been approved with the official kick-off of construction in November 2019.It will conceive an unprecedented contribution to global space weather community from China. 展开更多

Effect of Meridian Massage for Cancer Related Fatigue

Objectives:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of meridian massage in lessening the fatigue and improving both physical and mental quality of life of cancer patients.Settings and design:This study was conducted at the East-West Cancer Center at Daejeon University;Using a single-arm,waiting list and non-treatment control research de- sign,we compared the results of control group and to that of the experimental group.Materials and methods:From July 2,2007 to July 28,2007,eighteen eligible cancer patients were recruited to participate in the experiment.Modified Chalder Fatigue Scale(CFS),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and active oxygen level were measured before and after treatment for both control and experimental groups.Lying on their back or stomach inside a room with a temperature of 18-22℃,the pa- tients received 30 minutes of meridian massages mainly around the trapezius muscles 5 times a week. Statistical analysis used:Data analysis was carried out using independent t-test,paired t-test and One-way ANOVA. Results:Data analysis of modified CFS showed statistically significant results for all groups between before and after treat- ment.Within CFS,results of physical and psychological analysis showed significant results for all groups except before and after no treatment and secondary treatment.In the analysis of VAS,the experimental group showed a greater decrease in score compared to that of the control group and the average difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Although the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),active oxygen levels for the control group showed little difference before and after no treatment(331.11 and 330.78,respectively)while the experimental group observed a decrease in active oxygen level before and after treatment(327.28 and 314.11,respectively).Conclusion:In conclusion,patients who received meridian massage showed decreased cancer related fatigue scores compared to the control.These results suggest that meridian massage may alleviate cancer-related fatigue and contribute to the improvement in quality of life among cancer patients. 展开更多

目的探讨扶正祛风汤联合督脉灸治疗阳虚质慢性荨麻疹(chronic urticaria,CU)的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月收治的72例阳虚质慢性荨麻疹作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组36例(扶正祛风汤联合督脉灸治疗)和对照组36例(给... 目的探讨扶正祛风汤联合督脉灸治疗阳虚质慢性荨麻疹(chronic urticaria,CU)的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月收治的72例阳虚质慢性荨麻疹作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组36例(扶正祛风汤联合督脉灸治疗)和对照组36例(给予氯雷他定治疗)。观察两组的临床疗效、症状积分、荨麻疹活动性评分(urticaria activity score,UAS)、皮肤病生活质量量表(dermatosis quality of life scale,DQLS)以及免疫功能(T淋巴细胞亚群:CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.44%(34/36),高于对照组患者的75.00%(27/36)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的风团数目、最大直径、风团发作频率、持续时间等症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的风团数目、最大直径、风团发作频率、持续时间等症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的瘙痒程度、风团数目评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的瘙痒程度、风团数目评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2周、1个月、2个月,观察组患者的皮肤病生活质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)值以及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的CD4^(+)与CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的CD8^(+)值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正祛风汤联合督脉灸能够提高阳虚质慢性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效,改善临床症状,降低荨麻疹活动性评分,提高皮肤病生活质量,改善免疫功能,值得临床推广。 展开更多

目的:探索调经助孕方联合带脉灸法通过调控M2型巨噬细胞极化对宫腔粘连(IUA)大鼠子宫内膜纤维化的改善作用。方法:取SD大鼠,采用机械刮宫+脂多糖感染的双重损伤法建立IUA模型,随机分为模型组、调经助孕方组、带脉灸法组、调经助孕方+带... 目的:探索调经助孕方联合带脉灸法通过调控M2型巨噬细胞极化对宫腔粘连(IUA)大鼠子宫内膜纤维化的改善作用。方法:取SD大鼠,采用机械刮宫+脂多糖感染的双重损伤法建立IUA模型,随机分为模型组、调经助孕方组、带脉灸法组、调经助孕方+带脉灸法组、补佳乐组,每组10只,另取10只大鼠作为假手术(对照)组,分组治疗后检测各组大鼠合笼后胚胎着床数。采用HE染色检测各组大鼠子宫组织病理形态,并比较其子宫内膜厚度、腺体数;Masson染色检测各组大鼠子宫内膜纤维化,并比较其胶原容积分数(CVF);ELISA检测各组大鼠血清促纤维化因子TGF-β1、促炎因子IL-1β与IL-6、纤维化因子Ⅰ型前胶原蛋白羧基末端肽(PⅠNP)与Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)水平;免疫荧光染色检测各组大鼠子宫内膜M2型巨噬细胞标志物CD163及CD68表达。结果:与对照组相比,模型组大鼠子宫组织发生明显病理损伤,子宫内膜厚度变薄,腺体数、胚胎着床数明显减少(P<0.05),子宫内膜CVF、血清PⅠNP、PⅢNP、TGF-β1、IL-1β与IL-6水平、子宫内膜CD163及CD68阳性细胞数升高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,调经助孕方组、带脉灸法组、调经助孕方+带脉灸法组、补佳乐组大鼠子宫组织病理损伤均减轻,子宫内膜厚度增厚,腺体数、胚胎着床数、子宫内膜CD163及CD68阳性细胞数均升高(P<0.05),子宫内膜CVF、血清PⅠNP、PⅢNP、TGF-β1、IL-1β与IL-6水平均降低(P<0.05);与调经助孕方组、带脉灸法组相比,调经助孕方+带脉灸法组、补佳乐组大鼠子宫组织病理损伤均减轻,子宫内膜厚度增厚,腺体数、胚胎着床数、子宫内膜CD163及CD68阳性细胞数均增加(P<0.05),子宫内膜CVF、血清PⅠNP、PⅢNP、TGF-β1、IL-1β与IL-6水平均降低(P<0.05);调经助孕方+带脉灸法组与补佳乐组相比,大鼠各指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:调经助孕方联合带脉灸法可促进M2型巨噬细胞极化,进而抑制IUA大鼠炎症及其子宫内膜纤维化,改善其宫腔粘连症状。 展开更多

当归芍药散辅以循经按摩对气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔痛盆底康复患者疗效分析

目的分析当归芍药散辅助循经按摩对气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔痛盆底康复患者临床疗效。方法纳入医院2021年1月—2022年6月收治的112例气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔痛患者,使用简单随机法分别纳入研究组(56例)、对照组(56例),两组均接受盆底康复干预及... 目的分析当归芍药散辅助循经按摩对气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔痛盆底康复患者临床疗效。方法纳入医院2021年1月—2022年6月收治的112例气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔痛患者,使用简单随机法分别纳入研究组(56例)、对照组(56例),两组均接受盆底康复干预及循经按摩,研究组加用当归芍药散口服;两组治疗均持续12周。对比两组治疗前后临床症状积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、盆底静息电位、生活质量变化,并评估两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗12周后下腹疼痛、腰骶疼痛、带下异常、劳累后加重、神疲乏力症状积分,盆底前后静息电位均较治疗前下降,生活质量各维度评分均较治疗前升高;研究组治疗12周后各项临床症状积分、盆底前后静息电位均低于对照组,其生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗1周、4周、8周、12周后VAS评分均较治疗前下降,研究组治疗后各时点VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗12周后临床总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在盆底康复及循经按摩的基础上,应用当归芍药散能够进一步改善患者临床症状、减轻疼痛、调节盆底静息电位,对于提高患者生活质量及临床疗效有积极意义。 展开更多

参芪固本破壁饮片结合督灸治疗肝癌癌因性疲乏临床研究

目的观察参芪固本破壁饮片结合督灸治疗肝癌癌因性疲乏临床效果。方法将医院收治的120例肝癌癌因性疲乏患者(2020年10月—2023年5月)以随机数字表法分为中医组与常规组,各组60例患者,常规组患者采取睡眠管理、营养指导及运动疗法、心理... 目的观察参芪固本破壁饮片结合督灸治疗肝癌癌因性疲乏临床效果。方法将医院收治的120例肝癌癌因性疲乏患者(2020年10月—2023年5月)以随机数字表法分为中医组与常规组,各组60例患者,常规组患者采取睡眠管理、营养指导及运动疗法、心理疏导等常规治疗,中医组在常规治疗基础上给予患者参芪固本破壁饮片结合督灸治疗,治疗及研究过程中常规组脱落3例,中医组脱落5例,常规组剩余患者57例,中医组剩余患者55例,各组患者临床数据观察:临床疗效、治疗前后患者中医症候积分(神疲、气短乏力、自汗、懒言、失眠心悸、头晕眼花等)变化及Piper疲乏修正量表评分(Piper's Fatigue Scale,PFS)变化,并采取汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(Hamilton Anxiety Scale-14,HAMA-14)与汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(Hamilton Depression Scale-17,HAMD-17)评估各组患者负面情绪,采取匹兹堡睡眠指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评估患者治疗前后睡眠质量情况,采取Spitzer生活质量指数(Spitzer Quality of Life Index,SQLI)评估各组患者治疗前后生活质量变化,采取医院自愿治疗满意度问卷调查各组患者满意率情况。结果中医组患者治疗总有效率(96.36%)比常规组患者(84.21%)更高,P<0.05;治疗前各组患者中医症候积分(神疲、气短乏力、自汗、懒言、失眠心悸、头晕眼花等)、PFS评分、HAMA-14评分、HAMD-17、PSQI评分以及SQLI评分比较,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者中医症候积分(神疲、气短乏力、自汗、懒言、失眠心悸、头晕眼花等)、PFS评分、HAMA-14评分、HAMD-17、PSQI评分以及SQLI评分均明显改善,而中医组患者治疗后中医症候积分(神疲、气短乏力、自汗、懒言、失眠心悸、头晕眼花等)、PFS评分、HAMA-14评分、HAMD-17、PSQI评分以及SQLI评分等指标均改善优于常规组患者,P<0.05;中医组患者治疗满意率(93.36%)比常规组患者治疗满意率(84.21%)更高,P<0.05。结论参芪固本破壁饮片结合督灸治疗肝癌癌因性疲乏临床效果甚佳,患者治疗后症状及负面情绪、睡眠质量和生活质量均改善,且患者满意及认可,值得应用。 展开更多
