负荷预测是综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)高效运行的前提,面对综合能源系统多元负荷强耦合相关性、强随机性的特点,单一模型在运行负荷特征提取方面存在不足。为充分利用负荷间的相关性、降低负荷数据的非平稳性、弥补单... 负荷预测是综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)高效运行的前提,面对综合能源系统多元负荷强耦合相关性、强随机性的特点,单一模型在运行负荷特征提取方面存在不足。为充分利用负荷间的相关性、降低负荷数据的非平稳性、弥补单一模型的不足,提出一种基于TCN-TPABiLSTM组合模型和多任务学习框架的IES多元负荷超短期协同预测方法。首先对负荷间耦合相关性、负荷时间相关性和负荷影响因素进行分析以构建模型输入,再通过变分模态分解将负荷数据分解为一定数量的模态以降低非平稳性,最后以TCN-TPA-BiLSTM组合模型作为多任务学习框架的共享层进行预测。通过实际数据进行验证和对比,结果表明该方法能够充分发挥模型各部分优势,相较于其他模型也获得了更优的结果。 展开更多

With the increasing precision of guidance,the impact of autopilot dynamic characteristics and target maneuvering abilities on precision guidance is becoming more and more significant.In order to reduce or even eliminate the autopilot dynamic operation and the target maneuvering influence,this paper suggests a guidance system model involving a novel integral sliding mode guidance law(ISMGL).The method utilizes the dynamic characteristics and the impact angle,combined with a sliding mode surface scheme that includes the desired line-ofsight angle,line-of-sight angular rate,and second-order differential of the angular line-of-sight.At the same time,the evaluation scenario considere the target maneuvering in the system as the external disturbance,and the non-homogeneous disturbance observer estimate the target maneuvering as a compensation of the guidance command.The proposed system’s stability is proven based on the Lyapunov stability criterion.The simulations reveale that ISMGL effectively intercepted large maneuvering targets and present a smaller miss-distance compared with traditional linear sliding mode guidance laws and trajectory shaping guidance laws.Furthermore,ISMGL has a more accurate impact angle and fast convergence speed. 展开更多

This paper investigates interception missiles’trajectory tracking guidance problem under wind field and external disturbances in the boost phase.Indeed,the velocity control in such trajectory tracking guidance systems of missiles is challenging.As our contribution,the velocity control channel is designed to deal with the intractable velocity problem and improve tracking accuracy.The global prescribed performance function,which guarantees the tracking error within the set range and the global convergence of the tracking guidance system,is first proposed based on the traditional PPF.Then,a tracking guidance strategy is derived using the integral sliding mode control techniques to make the sliding manifold and tracking errors converge to zero and avoid singularities.Meanwhile,an improved switching control law is introduced into the designed tracking guidance algorithm to deal with the chattering problem.A back propagation neural network(BPNN)extended state observer(BPNNESO)is employed in the inner loop to identify disturbances.The obtained results indicate that the proposed tracking guidance approach achieves the trajectory tracking guidance objective without and with disturbances and outperforms the existing tracking guidance schemes with the lowest tracking errors,convergence times,and overshoots. 展开更多

由于用户级综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的多元负荷序列之间复杂的耦合关系及易受外部因素影响等原因,综合能源系统多元负荷的精准预测面临很大困难。为此,提出一种基于Spearman相关性分析阈值寻优(threshold optimizati... 由于用户级综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的多元负荷序列之间复杂的耦合关系及易受外部因素影响等原因,综合能源系统多元负荷的精准预测面临很大困难。为此,提出一种基于Spearman相关性分析阈值寻优(threshold optimization,TO)和变分模态分解结合长短期记忆网络(variational mode decomposition based long short-term memory network,VMD-LSTM)的多元负荷预测方法。首先,使用斯皮尔曼等级(Spearman rank,SR)相关系数定量计算多元负荷间以及负荷与其他气候因素间的相关关系并通过循环寻优确定最优相关阈值,然后采用VMD算法将以最优阈值筛选出的负荷特征序列分解成更简单、平稳、有规律性的本征模态函数(intrinsic mode function,IMF)后与最优气象特征一起输入LSTM模型进行负荷预测。通过某用户级IES的实际数据对所提方法的有效性进行了验证,结果表明,所提方法能有效提高IES的多元负荷预测精度。 展开更多

对湖泊水质进行准确、高效的预测,对于保护水资源、维护生态平衡以及促进经济发展等方面都具有重要意义。为此提出了一种基于模态分解、多维特征选择、时间卷积网络(TCN)、自注意力机制、双向长短期神经网络(BiLSTM)和双向门控循环单元(... 对湖泊水质进行准确、高效的预测,对于保护水资源、维护生态平衡以及促进经济发展等方面都具有重要意义。为此提出了一种基于模态分解、多维特征选择、时间卷积网络(TCN)、自注意力机制、双向长短期神经网络(BiLSTM)和双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)的湖泊总氮(TN)组合预测模型。首先,采用变分模态分解将TN原始序列分解成不同频率的本征模态函数(IMF),以降低原始序列的复杂度和非平稳性;随后,通过随机森林算法为每个IMF选择相关性强的特征,将筛选出的特征矩阵输入到添加自注意力机制的TCN-BiLSTM混合网络中进行建模,充分提取数据中隐藏的关键时序信息;最后,为进一步提升模型预测精度,采用BiGRU网络学习残差序列的细节特征,将残差与模型预测结果融合得到最终的预测值。以鄱阳湖都昌监测站的水质数据为例进行试验分析,结果表明本文模型相比于其他模型对TN浓度预测效果提升明显,其平均绝对误差(MAE)、均方根误差(RMSE)和决定系数(R^(2))分别为0.03 mg/L、0.049 mg/L、0.992。 展开更多

针对最大功率点跟踪(Maximum power point tracking, MPPT)算法中传统滑模控制存在收敛速度慢、抖振显著等不足,提出一种基于RBF神经网络的光伏系统非线性反步积分滑模(Nonlinear backstepping integral sliding mode control, NBISMC)... 针对最大功率点跟踪(Maximum power point tracking, MPPT)算法中传统滑模控制存在收敛速度慢、抖振显著等不足,提出一种基于RBF神经网络的光伏系统非线性反步积分滑模(Nonlinear backstepping integral sliding mode control, NBISMC)最大功率点跟踪策略。首先,采用RBF神经网络对各种气象条件下的光伏电池输出电压进行预测;其次,设计非线性积分滑模面以改善传统滑模控制存在稳态误差及超调量大的问题;最后,设计新型指数趋近律,在加快收敛速度的同时有效削弱了系统高频抖振;通过Lyapunov函数分析非线性反步积分滑模控制的可达性与稳定性,并在静态、动态和遮光条件下进行仿真试验。仿真试验结果表明,在温度和光照强度发生变化的工况下,相比于传统滑模控制,基于RBF神经网络的非线性反步积分滑模控制能在各种气象条件下快速、准确地跟踪光伏系统最大功率点,具有较强的鲁棒性。 展开更多

为了捕捉高频数据中的复杂波动特征并提高期货价格的预测精度,采用了一种分解集成的策略,构建了基于变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,简称VMD)、循环神经网络(recurrent neural network,简称RNN)和下山单纯形法(nelder-me... 为了捕捉高频数据中的复杂波动特征并提高期货价格的预测精度,采用了一种分解集成的策略,构建了基于变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,简称VMD)、循环神经网络(recurrent neural network,简称RNN)和下山单纯形法(nelder-mead,简称NM)的分解集成预测模型.首先,利用VMD将原始信号序列分解成多个固有模态函数(intrinsic mode function,简称IMF);接着,使用RNN并结合网格搜索方法对各IMF值进行预测;最后,采用NM寻找IMFs预测值的最优系数,进行加权集成后得到最终预测结果.为了验证模型的有效性,选取农产品期货的5 min交易价格作为研究对象,实证结果表明,所提出的分解集成预测模型在预测精度方面显著优于单一预测模型,说明通过分解期货交易价格数据,分解集成模型在一定程度上能够有效捕捉多尺度特征,从而提升预测效果.同时,在对各IMF值进行汇总时,相较于传统的直接加总方法,论文为每个IMF分配不同的系数进行加权组合,更能提高模型的精度. 展开更多

Aimed at the guidance requirements of some missiles which attack targets with terminal impact angle at the terminal point,a new integrated guidance and control design scheme based on variable structure control approach for missile with terminal impact angle constraint is proposed.First,a mathematical model of an integrated guidance and control model in pitch plane is established,and then nonlinear transformation is employed to transform the mathematical model into a standard form suitable for sliding mode control method design.A sufficient condition for the existence of linear sliding surface is given in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs),based on which the corresponding reaching motion controller is also developed.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed integrated design scheme,the numerical simulation of missile is made.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed guidance and control law can guide missile to hit the target with desired impact angle and desired flight attitude angle simultaneously. 展开更多

A novel high-order sliding mode control strategy is proposed for the attitude control problem of reentry vehicles in the presence of parametric uncertainties and external disturbances, which results in the robust and accurate tracking of the aerodynamic angle commands with the finite time convergence. The proposed control strategy is developed on the basis of integral sliding mode philosophy, which combines conventional sliding mode control and a linear quadratic regulator over a finite time interval with a free-final-state and allows the finite-time establishment of a high-order sliding mode. Firstly, a second-order sliding mode attitude controller is designed in the proposed high-order siding mode control framework. Then, to address the control chattering problem, a virtual control is introduced in the control design and hence a third-order sliding mode attitude controller is developed, leading to the chattering reduction as well as the control accuracy improvement. 基于TTBiGRUA的碳价预测研究

碳价格具有非线性、非平稳等复杂特征,其预测颇具挑战性.为了提高预测精度,提出一种结合时变滤波经验模态分解(Time-Varying Filter Empirical Mode Decomposition,TVFEMD)、样本熵(Sample Entropy,SE)、双向门控循环单元(Bidirectional... 碳价格具有非线性、非平稳等复杂特征,其预测颇具挑战性.为了提高预测精度,提出一种结合时变滤波经验模态分解(Time-Varying Filter Empirical Mode Decomposition,TVFEMD)、样本熵(Sample Entropy,SE)、双向门控循环单元(Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit,BiGRU)和差分整合移动平均自回归(Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model,ARIMA)的碳价预测模型TTBiGRUA.首先,通过TVFEMD将碳价格分解为不同频率的模态分量.其次,利用样本熵评估各分量复杂度,并采用K-means算法进行重构.随后,对重构后波动性最强的模态分量运用TVFEMD二次分解,以进一步提取特征并减少模态混叠.根据样本熵划分高频分量和低频分量.高频分量由BiGRU预测,低频分量则由ARIMA预测,最后将分量预测结果叠加得到碳价格最终预测结果.应用广东和湖北碳市场的实际碳价数据,使用5个评价指标和Diebold Mariano(DM)检验评估模型预测的有效性和鲁棒性.结果表明,所提出模型预测精度优于其他基准对比模型. 展开更多

An LMI characterization of the slid- ing surface is given, together with an integral sliding mode control law guaranteeing the existence of a sliding mode from the initial time. A fast self-adapting high-order sliding mode(FSHOSM)controller is designed for a class of nonlinear systems with unknown uncertainties.As for uncertainty-free nonlinear system,a new switching condition is introduced into the standard geometric homogeneity.Different from the existing geometric homogeneity method,both state variables and their derivatives are considered to bring a reasonable effective switching condition.As a result,a faster convergence rate of state variables is achieved.Furthermore,based on the integral sliding mode(ISM)and above geometric homogeneity,a self-adapting high-order sliding mode(HOSM)control law is proposed for a class of nonlinear systems with uncertainties.The resulting controller allows the closed-loop system to conduct with the expected properties of strong robustness and fast convergence.Stable analysis of the nonlinear system is also proved based on the Lyapunov approach.The effectiveness of the resulting controller is verified by several simulation results. 展开更多

To achieve the purpose of reducing farm non-point source pollution, we integrated site specific nitrogen management precise irrigation, controlled drainage, and wetland eco-repair system in dike area of Taihu basin. During investigation, it had given prominence for the water and fertilizer coupling effects of precise irrigation and site specific nutrient management, the characteristics of integration on controlled irrigation, controlled drainage and wetland ecosystem non-point source pollution control. Then the water and fertilizer integrated management mode of paddy field was put forward in Taihu basin where the water production efficiency increased to 1.64 kg. m-3, water saved 37.8%, fertilizer use efficiency raised 15,4%, yield raised 10%, and N, P load decreased 26%-72%. The modern agricultural and farmland ecosystems that control and cut down the farm non-point source pollution came into being, which can be a reference by Taihu basin to control its agricultural non-point source pollution and eutrophicated water body. 展开更多

This paper proposes a novel composite dual-control bycombing the integral sliding mode control (ISMC) method basedon the finite time convergence theory with extended state observer(ESO) for a tracking problem of a missile with tail fins and reactionjetcontrol system (RCS). First, the ISMC method based on finitetime convergence is utilized to design the control law of tail fins andthe pulse control of RCS for the dual-control system, ensuring thesystem with rapid response and high accuracy of tracking. Then,ESO is employed for the estimation of aerodynamic disturbancesinfluenced by the airflow of thruster jets. With the characteristicof high accuracy estimation of ESO, the chattering free trackingperformance of the attack angle command and the robustnessof the control law are achieved. Meanwhile, the stability of thedual-control system is analyzed based on finite time convergencestability theorem and Lyapunov’s theorem. The design of servo controllers for flexible ball screw drives with matched and mismatched disturbances and uncertainties is focused to improve the tracking performance and bandwidth of ball screw drives.A two degrees of freedom mass model is established based on the axial vibration characteristics of the transport ball screw,and the controller of an adaptive integral sliding mode is proposed combining the optimal design of state feedback gain matrix K to restrain the vibration and the matched disturbances and uncertainties.Then for the counteraction of the mismatched disturbances and uncertainties,a nonlinear disturbance observer is also developed.The trajectory tracking performance experiments and bandwidth analysis were conducted on experimental setup with the proposed control method.It is proved that the adaptive integral sliding mode controller has a high tracking performance and bandwidth especially for the axial vibration characteristics model of ball screw drives.And the ball screw tracking accuracy also has a considerable improvement with the application of the proposed nonlinear disturbance observer. 展开更多

为了准确地实现电梯故障诊断,提出基于AO-VMD-BF和多模型融合的电梯故障诊断。首先,利用天鹰优化算法(aquila optimizer algorithm,AO)优化的变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)将信号分解为多个模态分量,并利用皮尔逊... 为了准确地实现电梯故障诊断,提出基于AO-VMD-BF和多模型融合的电梯故障诊断。首先,利用天鹰优化算法(aquila optimizer algorithm,AO)优化的变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)将信号分解为多个模态分量,并利用皮尔逊相关系数去除虚假分量,针对剩余信号仍有噪声的问题,通过巴特沃斯滤波(Butterworth filter,BF)进行二次去噪,对去噪筛选后的模态分量子序列进行重构即可得到去噪后的振动信号。然后提取时域、频域和熵特征,构成多域特征向量集。最后建立以卷积神经网络(convolutional neural network,CNN)、随机森林(random forest,RF)、支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)和自适应提升(adaptive boosting,AdaBoost)为基模型,极限梯度提升树(extreme gradient boosting,XGBoost)为元分类器的Stacking集成学习的电梯故障诊断模型。实验结果表明,所提的方法能够有效提取电梯轿厢振动信号中的故障特征,对电梯故障进行准确、有效的诊断。 展开更多

为降低挠性陀螺的漂移率,提高挠性陀螺的精度,基于经验模态分解(EMD)、求和自回归移动平均(ARIMA)2种信号处理工具,提出EMD-ARIMA漂移模型。设计野点剔除算子,避免EMD过程中出现过冲、欠冲问题;对本征模态函数(IMF)辨识进行讨论,制定各... 为降低挠性陀螺的漂移率,提高挠性陀螺的精度,基于经验模态分解(EMD)、求和自回归移动平均(ARIMA)2种信号处理工具,提出EMD-ARIMA漂移模型。设计野点剔除算子,避免EMD过程中出现过冲、欠冲问题;对本征模态函数(IMF)辨识进行讨论,制定各阶IMF的使用原则;设计自适应定阶寻优算子,避免依靠技术人员判读自相关图、偏自相关图进行ARIMA建模,实现对多个信号(或多阶IMF)进行EMD-ARIMA建模的批处理功能。将重构的拟合信号和原始信号进行对比。工程实践表明:最终重构的拟合信号较原始信号漂移率降低了12.8%;Allan方差各项误差源均降低,MAPE为3.6×10^(-3),RMSE为5.1×10^(-3),残差趋于白噪声;漂移模型在挠性陀螺漂移建模中,具有同路重复性、两路一致性、不同个体通用性。 展开更多
