First, the so-called stochastic LaSalle theory is extended to some extent, and accordingly, the results of global ultimate boundedness for stochastic nonlinear systems are developed. Next, a new design scheme of fuzzy adaptive control is proposed. The advantage of it is that it does not require priori knowledge of virtual control gain function sign, which is usually demanded in many designs. At the same time, the track performance of closed-loop systems is improved by adaptive modifying the estimated error upper bound. By theoretical analysis, the signals of closed-loop systems are globally ultimately bounded in probability and the track error converges to a small residual set around the origin in 4th-power expectation.展开更多

In this work, an improved constrained model predictive control algorithm is presented for Hammerstein-Wiener systems. In the new approach, the maximum and minimum of partial derivative for input and output nonlinearities are solved in the neighbourhood of the equilibrium. And several parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions, each one corresponding to a different vertex of polytopic descriptions models, are introduced to analyze the stability of Hammerstein-Wiener systems, but only one Lyapunov function is utilized to analyze system stability like the traditional method. Consequently, the conservation of the traditional quadratic stability is removed, and the terminal regions are enlarged. Simulation and field trial results show that the proposed algorithm is valid. It has higher control precision and shorter blowing time than the traditional approach.展开更多

Along with inevitable internal uncertainties and external disturbances in practice, this inherent nonlinear character always hinders space vehicles autopilot from pursuing precise tracking performance. Compared to most of pre-existing methodologies that passively suppress the uncertainties and disturbances, a design based on predictive functional control(PFC) and generalized extended state observer(GESO) is firstly proposed for three-axis RCS control system to actively reject that with no requirement for additional fuel consumption. The control algorithm has two outstanding features, namely, the neural network regulates the weights, width and center of Gaussian function simultaneously, which ensures the control system has perfect ability of restraining different unknown uncertainties and the integral term of tracking error introduced in the control law can eliminate the static error of the closed loop system effectively. As a result, high control precision can be achieved. All signals in the closed loop system can be guaranteed bounded by Lyapunov approach. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the validity of the control approach.展开更多

文摘An adaptive integral dynamic surface control approach based on fully tuned radial basis function neural network (FTRBFNN) is presented for a general class of strict-feedback nonlinear systems, which may possess a wide class of uncertainties that are not linearly parameterized and do not have any prior knowledge of the bounding functions.FTRBFNN is employed to approximate the uncertainty online, and a systematic framework for adaptive controller design is given by dynamic surface control. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the validity of the control approach.
文摘This paper presents an adaptive gain,finite-and fixedtime convergence super-twisting-like algorithm based on a revised barrier function, which is robust to perturbations with unknown bounds. It is shown that this algorithm can ensure a finite-and fixed-time convergence of the sliding variable to the equilibrium,no matter what the initial conditions of the system states are,and maintain it there in a predefined vicinity of the origin without violation. Also, the proposed method avoids the problem of overestimation of the control gain that exists in the current fixed-time adaptive control. Moreover,it shows that the revised barrier function can effectively reduce the computation load by obviating the need of increasing the magnitude of sampling step compared with the conventional barrier function. This feature will be beneficial when the algorithm is implemented in practice. After that, the estimation of the fixed convergence time of the proposed method is derived and the impractical requirement of the preceding fixed-time adaptive control that the adaptive gains must be large enough to engender the sliding mode at time t=0 is discarded. Finally, the outperformance of the proposed method over the existing counterpart method is demonstrated with a numerical simulation.
文摘In this paper,an integrated estimation guidance and control(IEGC)system is designed based on the command filtered backstepping approach for circular field-of-view(FOV)strapdown missiles. The threedimensional integrated estimation guidance and control nonlinear model with limited actuator deflection angle is established considering the seeker's FOV constraint. The boundary time-varying integral barrier Lyapunov function(IBLF)is employed in backstepping design to constrain the body line-of-sight(BLOS)in IEGC system to fit a circular FOV.Then, the nonlinear adaptive controller is designed to estimate the changing aerodynamic parameters. The generalized extended state observer(GESO)is designed to estimate the acceleration of the maneuvering targets and the unmatched time-varying disturbances for improving tracking accuracy.Furthermore, the command filters are used to solve the"differential expansion"problem during the backstepping design. The Lyapunov theory is used to prove the stability of the overall closed-loop IEGC system. Finally, the simulation results validate the integrated system's effectiveness, achieving high accuracy strikes against maneuvering targets.

文摘A design scheme of adaptive fuzzy controller for a class of uncertain MIMO nonlinear systems with unknown dead-zones and a triangular control structure is proposed in this pa-per.The design is based on the principle of sliding mode control and the property of Nussbaum function. The approach does not require a priori knowledge of the signs of the control gains and the upper bounds and lower bounds of dead-zone parameters to be known a priori.By introducing the integral-type Lyapunov function and adopting the adaptive compensation term of the upper bound of the optimal approximation error and the dead-zone disturbance, the closed-loop control system is proved to be semi-globally stable in the sense that all signals involved are bounded, with tracking errors converging to zero.

文摘A global approximation based adaptive radial basis function(RBF) neural network control strategy is proposed for the trajectory tracking control of supercavitating vehicles(SV).A nominal model is built firstly with the unknown disturbance.Next, the control scheme is established consisting of a computed torque controller(CTC) for the practical vehicle and an RBF neural network controller to estimate model error between the practical vehicle and the nominal model. The network weights are adapted by employing a Lyapunov-based design. Then it is shown by the Lyapunov theory that the trajectory tracking errors asymptotically converge to a small neighborhood of zero. The control performance of the proposed controller is illustrated by simulation.

文摘A global fast terminal sliding mode(GFTSM)-based model predictive torque control(MPTC)strategy is developed for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)drive system with only one phase current sensor.Generally two phase-current sensors are indispensable for MPTC.In response to only one phase current sensor available and the change of stator resistance,a novel adaptive observer for estimating the remaining two phase currents and time-varying stator resistance is proposed to perform MPTC.Moreover,in view of the variation of system parameters and external disturbance,a new GFTSM-based speed regulator is synthesized to enhance the drive system robustness. In this paper, the GFTSM,based on sliding mode theory, employs the fast terminal sliding mode in both the reaching stage and the sliding stage. The resultant GFTSM-based MPTC PMSM drive system with single phase current sensor has excellent dynamical performance which is very close to the GFTSM-based MPTC PMSM drive system with two-phase current sensors. On the other hand, compared with proportional-integral(PI)-based and sliding mode(SM)-based MPTC PMSM drive systems,it possesses better dynamical response and stronger robustness as well as smaller total harmonic distortion(THD)index of three-phase stator currents in the presence of variation of load torque. The simulation results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
