In this paper,an intelligent control method applying on numerical virtual flight is proposed.The proposed algorithm is verified and evaluated by combining with the case of the basic finner projectile model and shows a...In this paper,an intelligent control method applying on numerical virtual flight is proposed.The proposed algorithm is verified and evaluated by combining with the case of the basic finner projectile model and shows a good application prospect.Firstly,a numerical virtual flight simulation model based on overlapping dynamic mesh technology is constructed.In order to verify the accuracy of the dynamic grid technology and the calculation of unsteady flow,a numerical simulation of the basic finner projectile without control is carried out.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment data which shows that the algorithm used in this paper can also be used in the design and evaluation of the intelligent controller in the numerical virtual flight simulation.Secondly,combined with the real-time control requirements of aerodynamic,attitude and displacement parameters of the projectile during the flight process,the numerical simulations of the basic finner projectile’s pitch channel are carried out under the traditional PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative)control strategy and the intelligent PID control strategy respectively.The intelligent PID controller based on BP(Back Propagation)neural network can realize online learning and self-optimization of control parameters according to the acquired real-time flight parameters.Compared with the traditional PID controller,the concerned control variable overshoot,rise time,transition time and steady state error and other performance indicators have been greatly improved,and the higher the learning efficiency or the inertia coefficient,the faster the system,the larger the overshoot,and the smaller the stability error.The intelligent control method applying on numerical virtual flight is capable of solving the complicated unsteady motion and flow with the intelligent PID control strategy and has a strong promotion to engineering application.展开更多

How to effectively control intelligent vehicle (IV) lateral motions is a challenging task. Controller design can be regarded as a process of searching optimal structure from controller structure space and searching optimal parameters from parameter space. Based on this view, an intelligent vehicle lateral motions controller was designed. The controller structure was constructed by T-S fuzzy-neural network (FNN). Its parameters were searched and selected with genetic algorithm (GA). The simulation results indicate that the controller designed has strong robustness, high precision and good ride quality, and it can effectively resolve IV lateral motion non-linearity and time-variant parameters problem.展开更多

In order to accurately forecast the load of power system and enhance the stability of the power network, a novel unascertained mathematics based recurrent neural network (UMRNN) for power intelligence center (PIC) was...In order to accurately forecast the load of power system and enhance the stability of the power network, a novel unascertained mathematics based recurrent neural network (UMRNN) for power intelligence center (PIC) was created through three steps. First, by combining with the general project uncertain element transmission theory (GPUET), the basic definitions of stochastic, fuzzy, and grey uncertain elements were given based on the principal types of uncertain information. Second, a power dynamic alliance including four sectors: generation sector, transmission sector, distribution sector and customers was established. The key factors were amended according to the four transmission topologies of uncertain elements, thus the new factors entered the power intelligence center as the input elements. Finally, in the intelligence handing background of PIC, by performing uncertain and recursive process to the input values of network, and combining unascertained mathematics, the novel load forecasting model was built. Three different approaches were put forward to forecast an eastern regional power grid load in China. The root mean square error (ERMS) demonstrates that the forecasting accuracy of the proposed model UMRNN is 3% higher than that of BP neural network (BPNN), and 5% higher than that of autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA). Besides, an example also shows that the average relative error of the first quarter of 2008 forecasted by UMRNN is only 2.59%, which has high precision.展开更多

This control algorithm is integrated with distributed control technique and intelligent control technique, and a three-leveled intelligent decoupling control system consisting of basic control level, coordinating control level, and management and decision level is developed. The configuration and function of the control system are discussed in detail. They were integrated to build the Intelligent Decision Support System of the Operation Optimization of Copper Smelting Converter(IDSSOOCSC), which is self learning and self adaptating. Development steps, monoblock structure and basic functions of the IDSSOOCSC were introduced. After it was applied in a copper smelting converter, every production quota was clearly improved after IDSSOOCSC had been run for 4 months. Blister copper productivity is increased by 6%, processing load of cold input is increased by 8% and average converter life span is improved from 213 to 235 furnace times.展开更多
为了能够准确高效地对离格信号的波达方向(Direction of Arrival, DOA)进行估计,利用卷积神经网络来提取信号协方差矩阵中的深度特征信息,并采用改进型标签策略来确保网络的估计精度和效率。具体来说,通过带小数的标签来注释协方差矩阵...为了能够准确高效地对离格信号的波达方向(Direction of Arrival, DOA)进行估计,利用卷积神经网络来提取信号协方差矩阵中的深度特征信息,并采用改进型标签策略来确保网络的估计精度和效率。具体来说,通过带小数的标签来注释协方差矩阵构成的张量,并配合上改进后的二进制交叉熵损失函数来使得所提出的小数标签能够用于网络训练。针对DOA估计对应的多标签—多分类的问题,使用了包含6层结构的卷积神经网络的输出单元类别以及幅度来分别对离格信号的DOA整数部分与小数部分进行重构。通过与6种现有典型方法的均方根误差(Root Mean Square Error, RMSE)仿真对比,所提方法能够在信噪比为-10 dB的情况下保持着RMSE<0.5°的优秀表现。虽然无法在较少快拍下正常工作,但该方法在快拍数大于8的条件下仍然保持着RMSE<1°的表现性能。同时,在信号数量为5时,所提方法依然具有较高的估计稳定性,且计算速度能够达到毫秒级,用时明显低于其他方法。展开更多
