Research on three-dimensional attack area based on improved backtracking and ALPS-GP algorithms of air-to-air missile

In the field of calculating the attack area of air-to-air missiles in modern air combat scenarios,the limitations of existing research,including real-time calculation,accuracy efficiency trade-off,and the absence of the three-dimensional attack area model,restrict their practical applications.To address these issues,an improved backtracking algorithm is proposed to improve calculation efficiency.A significant reduction in solution time and maintenance of accuracy in the three-dimensional attack area are achieved by using the proposed algorithm.Furthermore,the age-layered population structure genetic programming(ALPS-GP)algorithm is introduced to determine an analytical polynomial model of the three-dimensional attack area,considering real-time requirements.The accuracy of the polynomial model is enhanced through the coefficient correction using an improved gradient descent algorithm.The study reveals a remarkable combination of high accuracy and efficient real-time computation,with a mean error of 91.89 m using the analytical polynomial model of the three-dimensional attack area solved in just 10^(-4)s,thus meeting the requirements of real-time combat scenarios. 展开更多

Offboard active decoys(OADs)can effectively jam monopulse radars.However,for missiles approaching from a particular direction and distance,the OAD should be placed at a specific location,posing high requirements for timing and deployment.To improve the response speed and jamming effect,a cluster of OADs based on an unmanned surface vehicle(USV)is proposed.The formation of the cluster determines the effectiveness of jamming.First,based on the mechanism of OAD jamming,critical conditions are identified,and a method for assessing the jamming effect is proposed.Then,for the optimization of the cluster formation,a mathematical model is built,and a multi-tribe adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm based on mutation strategy and Metropolis criterion(3M-APSO)is designed.Finally,the formation optimization problem is solved and analyzed using the 3M-APSO algorithm under specific scenarios.The results show that the improved algorithm has a faster convergence rate and superior performance as compared to the standard Adaptive-PSO algorithm.Compared with a single OAD,the optimal formation of USV-OAD cluster effectively fills the blind area and maximizes the use of jamming resources. 展开更多

在机器人控制、智能车自主导航等应用场景中,路径规划需要考虑到环境中的障碍物、地形等因素.针对路径规划中快速拓展随机树(RRT)算法拓展目标方向盲目、效率较低的问题,提出了基于粒子群算法优化的均匀概率快速拓展随机树(PSO-PH-RRT^(... 在机器人控制、智能车自主导航等应用场景中,路径规划需要考虑到环境中的障碍物、地形等因素.针对路径规划中快速拓展随机树(RRT)算法拓展目标方向盲目、效率较低的问题,提出了基于粒子群算法优化的均匀概率快速拓展随机树(PSO-PH-RRT^(*))算法.该算法在基于均匀概率的快速拓展随机树(PHRRT^(*))算法的基础上,利用粒子群算法更新方向概率作为随机树节点的速度方向,从而改善了节点的位置更新策略,并将节点到目标向量的距离和轨迹平滑度作为粒子群算法的适应度函数.最后在多种障碍环境下进行仿真.结果表明,PSO-PH-RRT^(*)算法能大大减少迭代时间成本,同时改善路径长度和平滑度. 展开更多

This method includes three steps: the first step is adopting the MAKLINK graph theory to establish the free space model of the mobile robot, the second step is adopting the improved Dijkstra algorithm to find out a sub-optimal collision-free path, and the third step is using the ant system algorithm to adjust and optimize the location of the sub-optimal path so as to generate the global optimal path for the mobile robot. The computer simulation experiment was carried out and the results show that this method is correct and effective. The comparison of the results confirms that the proposed method is better than the hybrid genetic algorithm in the global optimal path planning. 展开更多

As it only uses the horizontal difference, but does not make use of the vertical section information, it does not agree with the actual propagation path. The atmospheric refraction error correction method of the Longley-Rice channel model has been improved. The improved method makes use of the vertical section information sufficiently and maps the distance between the receiver and transmitter to the radio wave propagation distance, It can exactly reflect the infection of propagation distance for the radio wave propagation loss. It is predicted to be more close to the experimental results by simulation in comparison with the measured data. The effectiveness of improved methods is proved by simulation. 展开更多

Based on the slice method of the non-circular slip surface for the calculation of integral stability of slope, an improved genetic algorithm was proposed, which can freely search for the most dangerous slip surface of slope and the corresponding minimum safety factor without supposing the geometric shape of the most dangerous slip surface. This improved genetic algorithm can simulate the genetic evolution process of organisms and avoid the local minimum value compared with the classical methods. The results of engineering cases show that it is a global optimal algorithm and has many advantages, such as higher efficiency and shorter time than the simple genetic algorithm. 展开更多

Support vector machine (SVM) has been proved to be an efficient approach for forecasting. According to the analysis with support vector machine method, the drawback of determining the parameters only by experts' experience should be improved. After a detailed description of the methodology of SVM and simulated annealing, an improved algorithm was proposed for the automatic optimization of parameters using SVM method. An example has proved that the proposed method can efficiently select the parameters of the SVM method. And by optimizing the parameters, the forecasting accuracy of the max wind velocity increases by 34.45%, which indicates that the new SASVM model improves the forecasting accuracy. 展开更多

The proposed ISMC algorithm applied improved self-adaptive crossover and mutation formulae that can provide appropriate crossover operator and mutation operator based on different functions of the objects and the number of iterations. The performance of ISMC was tested by the benchmark functions. The simulation results for residue hydrogenating kinetics model parameter estimation show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional intelligent algorithms in terms of convergence accuracy and stability in solving the complex parameter optimization problems. 展开更多

【目的】提出一种机械臂路径规划算法,以解决多自由度机械臂在大棚采摘作业中路径规划速度慢、路径成本高等问题,为采摘机械臂高效作业提供依据。【方法】基于Informed RRT^(*)机械臂路径规划算法,引入自适应目标偏置策略,结合贪婪思想... 【目的】提出一种机械臂路径规划算法,以解决多自由度机械臂在大棚采摘作业中路径规划速度慢、路径成本高等问题,为采摘机械臂高效作业提供依据。【方法】基于Informed RRT^(*)机械臂路径规划算法,引入自适应目标偏置策略,结合贪婪思想的双向非优化路径搜索方式,增加动态概率节点拒绝策略。提出一种动态拒绝的知情RRT^(*)贪婪连接算法(dynamic rejection informed RRT^(*) greedy connect algorithm, DR-IRRT^(*)-GC),并通过Matlab多障碍物场景、ROS(机器人操作系统,robot operating system)机械臂场景的仿真对比试验进行验证。【结果】DR-IRRT^(*)-GC算法在路径规划的过程中具有运行速度快、路径成本低、路径规划成功率高等优势。与Informed RRT^(*)算法相比,DR-IRRT^(*)-GC算法在首次路径搜索用时上缩短了97.36%,路径规划成功率提高了283.33%。【结论】DR-IRRT^(*)-GC算法具有较强的实用性。 展开更多

To solve the weapon network system optimization problem against small raid objects with low attitude,the concept of direction probability and a new evaluation index system are proposed.By calculating the whole damaging probability that changes with the defending angle,the efficiency of the whole weapon network system can be subtly described.With such method,we can avoid the inconformity of the description obtained from the traditional index systems.Three new indexes are also proposed,i.e.join index,overlap index and cover index,which help manage the relationship among several sub-weapon-networks.By normalizing the computation results with the Sigmoid function,the matching problem between the optimization algorithm and indexes is well settled.Also,the algorithm of improved marriage in honey bees optimization that proposed in our previous work is applied to optimize the embattlement problem.Simulation is carried out to show the efficiency of the proposed indexes and the optimization algorithm. 展开更多

As the P code has a long period, it is hard to directly acquire. The traditional average method can process multiple code phases in a time to shorten the acquisition time. But with the increase of average phase error of the input signal and the local code, the correlation signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) loss increases. To reduce the SNR loss, an improved average method is introduced. A new sequence is generated with a summation of phase shifting sequences to decrease correlation peak loss. RRT^(*)(rapidly-exploring random tree star)算法是机械臂路径规划中的一个重要工具,但在高维空间内的应用表现存在搜索效率低下、对维数的敏感度高、难以快速收敛至优化路径等问题。此外机械臂避障的规划需要考虑到路径的平滑性,但是算法生成的路径往往缺乏所需的平滑性,难以直接应用于实际的机械臂操作。针对这些问题,研究提出了一个基于贪心策略的RRT^(*)算法改进版本。新算法改进了代价函数和重连策略,并在高维搜索环境中,通过贪心算法进行偏执采样,自适应地选取预设路径节点,从而提高搜索效率,增强轨迹的平滑性并进行直接应用。通过Matlab、ROS仿真和机械臂实际应用避障实验,验证了改进的RRT^(*)算法在三维空间中的高效性和优越性,尤其是在搜索效率与路径平滑性等方面。 展开更多

为实现移动机器人在复杂动态障碍物环境中的避障,提出一种改进的快速随机扩展树(rapidly-exploring random tree,RRT^(*))与动态窗口法(dynamic window approach,DWA)相融合的动态路径规划方法。基于已知环境信息,利用改进RRT^(*)算法... 为实现移动机器人在复杂动态障碍物环境中的避障,提出一种改进的快速随机扩展树(rapidly-exploring random tree,RRT^(*))与动态窗口法(dynamic window approach,DWA)相融合的动态路径规划方法。基于已知环境信息,利用改进RRT^(*)算法生成全局最优安全路径。通过消除RRT^(*)算法产生的危险节点,来确保全局路径的安全性;使用贪婪算法去除路径中的冗余节点,以缩短全局路径的长度。利用DWA算法跟踪改进RRT^(*)算法规划的最优路径。当全局路径上出现静态障碍物时,通过二次调整DWA算法评价函数的权重来避开障碍物并及时回归原路线;当环境中出现移动障碍物时,通过提前检测危险距离并转向加速的方式安全驶离该区域。仿真结果表明:该算法在复杂动态环境中运行时间短、路径成本小,与障碍物始终保持安全距离,确保在安全避开动态障碍物的同时,跟踪最优路径。 展开更多

The iterative variables are partitioned into two groups. Then simple optimization approaches can be employed for each subset of variables, where optimization of configuration variables is simplified as a linear least-squares problem (LSP). Convergence of current symmetric localization algorithms is discussed firstly. It is shown that simply taking the solution of the LSP as start of the next iteration may result in divergence or incorrect convergence. Therefore in our enhanced algorithms, line search is performed along the solution of the LSP in order to find a better point reducing the value of objective function. We choose this point as start of the next iteration. Better convergence is verified by numerical simulation. Besides, imposing boundary constraints on the LSP proves to be another efficient way. 展开更多

针对机械臂路径规划算法目标导向性不足和路径规划效率低的问题,提出一种改进Informed-RRT^(*)算法用于机械臂路径规划。通过引入目标点偏置策略、目标导向性策略增加向目标点搜索的趋势,同时引入非线性变步长策略提升算法的效率和路径... 针对机械臂路径规划算法目标导向性不足和路径规划效率低的问题,提出一种改进Informed-RRT^(*)算法用于机械臂路径规划。通过引入目标点偏置策略、目标导向性策略增加向目标点搜索的趋势,同时引入非线性变步长策略提升算法的效率和路径质量;在MATLAB中进行三维环境的算法仿真实验,实验结果表明,改进Informed-RRT^(*)算法显著缩短了规划时间、减少了路径长度、提高了规划成功率。将算法应用在以动车组底部检测为背景的机械臂路径规划仿真中,并使用三次B样条曲线对路径进行平滑处理,算法同样表现出优越的性能,同时机械臂各关节运动曲线平滑连续、无明显突变,验证了其在实际应用中的有效性。 展开更多
