Effective implementation of the fast labeled multi-Bernoulli(FLMB)filter is addressed for target tracking with interval measurements.Firstly,a sequential Monte Carlo(SMC)implementation of the FLMB filter,SMC-FLMB filter,is derived based on generalized likelihood function weighting.Then,a box particle(BP)implementation of the FLMB filter,BP-FLMB filter,is developed,with a computational complexity reduction of the SMC-FLMB filter.Finally,an improved version of the BP-FLMB filter,improved BP-FLMB(IBP-FLMB)filter,is proposed,improving its estimation accuracy and real-time performance under the conditions of low detection probability and high clutter.Simulation results show that the BP-FLMB filter has a great improvement of the real-time performance than the SMC-FLMB filter,with similar tracking performance.Compared with the BP-FLMB filter,the IBP-FLMB filter has better estimation performance and real-time performance under the conditions of low detection probability and high clutter. 展开更多

The essence of the enterprise performing in ERP system is to run a "management engineering", which involves integration of opera tion process. The integration will touch business culture, enterprise system,m eans of operation and the department’s regulatioins amongst the operation conten ts, rights and responsibilities. Totally, the ERP system is the rebuilding of ma ngagement idea, method and means, which needs the common acquaintance from the t op management to the whole stuff.Meantime, it requires a perfect tactic to perfo rm an ERP system. We must confirm a cut-in spot as the right space to start bas ed on the enterprise requirement and the application environment. And to choose a right space decides that the application of ERP system is successful or not. S o, we must make it clear to build which subsystem first, to take the right seque nce for performing all kinds of function modules and the final integrated functi ons . All this prepared work for the implement of ERP system and the management, the recombination and optimization of enterprise management operation flow, ite m management and harmonization, ERP educational training and so on can not be pe rformed well without management consultancy. The accuracy of present flatness predictive method is limited and it just belongs to software simulation. In order to improve it, a novel flatness predictive model via T-S cloud reasoning network implemented by digital signal processor(DSP) is proposed. First, the combination of genetic algorithm(GA) and simulated annealing algorithm(SAA) is put forward, called GA-SA algorithm, which can make full use of the global search ability of GA and local search ability of SA. Later, based on T-S cloud reasoning neural network, flatness predictive model is designed in DSP. And it is applied to 900 HC reversible cold rolling mill. Experimental results demonstrate that the flatness predictive model via T-S cloud reasoning network can run on the hardware DSP TMS320 F2812 with high accuracy and robustness by using GA-SA algorithm to optimize the model parameter. 展开更多

An elasto-visco-plastic constitutive model incorporating the craze damage behavior was developed for the polypropylene(PP), by using the plastic failure model applied for the concrete, to capture the craze yielding and stress-whitening phenomena. In addition, the developed constitutive model was implemented into finite element codes in Abaqus to simulate the tensile deformation. The standard uniaxial tensile tests were carried out. The stress-strain curves from the uniaxial tensile tests show that the stress keeps decreasing after yielding and the yield stress rises with the increasing of the strain rate. It is worth noting that the craze damage is more visible with higher strain rate. The stress-whitening can be seen clearly around the fracture. The uniaxial tensile tests using specially designed specimen with circular holes weakening were performed for the validation of the developed model. The simulation results of the tensile deformation of the hole-weakened specimen suggest that the stress-whitening could be attributed to the equivalent visco-plastic strain. By comparing between the simulation analysis and the experimental results, the proposed model can describe the stress whitening phenomenon with good accuracy. 展开更多

Labeling of the connected components is the key operation of the target recognition and segmentation in remote sensing images.The conventional connected-component labeling(CCL) algorithms for ordinary optical images are considered time-consuming in processing the remote sensing images because of the larger size.A dynamic run-length based CCL algorithm(Dy RLC) is proposed in this paper for the large size,big granularity sparse remote sensing image,such as space debris images and ship images.In addition,the equivalence matrix method is proposed to help design the pre-processing method to accelerate the equivalence labels resolving.The result shows our algorithm outperforms 22.86% on execution time than the other algorithms in space debris image dataset.The proposed algorithm also can be implemented on the field programming logical array(FPGA) to enable the realization of the real-time processing on-board. 展开更多

Monitoring at provincial level may be divided into two levels:province-wide and at project level. Those indicators meaningful,sensitive to any disturbances,and simple to measure may be selected to test status of ecosystem stability and health.It makes sense to have an integrated sampling design,to set up permanent observation plots and to collect data, so that to have a relative timely,accurate understanding of ecosystems in the province.A program regarding sampling design,field methods, data analysis,documentation and implementation was detailed. 展开更多
