The proliferation of carrier aircraft and the integration of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)on aircraft carriers present new challenges to the automation of launch and recovery operations.This paper investigates a collaborative scheduling problem inherent to the operational processes of carrier aircraft,where launch and recovery tasks are conducted concurrently on the flight deck.The objective is to minimize the cumulative weighted waiting time in the air for recovering aircraft and the cumulative weighted delay time for launching aircraft.To tackle this challenge,a multiple population self-adaptive differential evolution(MPSADE)algorithm is proposed.This method features a self-adaptive parameter updating mechanism that is contingent upon population diversity,an asynchronous updating scheme,an individual migration operator,and a global crossover mechanism.Additionally,comprehensive experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.Ultimately,a comparative analysis with existing operation modes confirms the enhanced efficiency of the collaborative operation mode. 展开更多

Interoperability plays an important role in the joint command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance(C4 ISR) operations. Coordinating and integrating operational processes to fulfill a common mission are challenged by the ever-changing battlefield and hence requires a cross-organizational process management that produces an autonomous, flexible and adaptable architecture for collaborative process evolution. The traditional business process collaboration pattern is based on the predefined "public-view" perspective and cannot meet the requirement of the joint task operations. This paper proposes a flexible visibility control mechanism and a dynamic collaboration framework for modeling and generating collaborative processes. The mechanism allows collaborators to define a set of visibility rules to generate different views of the private processes for different collaborations, which gives a great flexibility for the collaboration initiator to decide on an appropriate collaboration pattern. The framework supports collaborators to dynamically and recursively add a new process or even a new organization to an existing collaboration. Moreover, a formal representation of the processes and a set of generation algorithms are provided to consolidate the proposed theory. 展开更多

Based on the deficiency of time convergence and variability of Web services selection for services composition supporting cross-enterprises collaboration,an algorithm QCDSS(QoS constraints of dynamic Web services selection)to resolve dynamic Web services selection with QoS global optimal path,was proposed.The essence of the algorithm was that the problem of dynamic Web services selection with QoS global optimal path was transformed into a multi-objective services composition optimization problem with QoS constraints.The operations of the cross and mutation in genetic algorithm were brought into PSOA(particle swarm optimization algorithm),forming an improved algorithm(IPSOA)to solve the QoS global optimal problem.Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the algorithm can better satisfy the time convergence requirement for Web services composition supporting cross-enterprises collaboration than the traditional algorithms. 展开更多

This paper analyzes a problem processing mechanism in a new collaboration system between the main manufacturer and the supplier in the"main manufacturer-supplier"mode,which has been widely applied in the collaborative development management of the complex product.This paper adopts the collaboration theory,the evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation to analyze the decision-making mechanism where one upstream supplier and one downstream manufacturer must process an unpredicted problem without any advance contract in common.Results show that both players'decision-makings are in some correlation with the initial state,income impact coefficients,and dealing cost.It is worth noting that only the initial state influences the final decision,while income impact coefficients and dealing cost just influence the decision process.This paper shows reasonable and practical suggestions for the manufacturer and supplier in a new collaboration system for the first time and is dedicated to the managerial implications on reducing risks of processing problems. 展开更多

In recent decades, the world economy has been stron gl y driven by worldwide foreign direct investment (FDI) of transnational corporati ons (TNCs). And business globalisation is leading to widespread re-structuring of international manufacturing systems in TNCs. However, still very little sys tematic research in manufacturing engineering or production/operations managemen t (P/O M) has focused on these new types of globalised manufacturing systems, an d little communication is organised between different academic disciplines such as manufacturing, management/ business studies, economics, geography, internatio nal development studies and so on. Many critical issues are still poorly unders tood and are not covered by current research agendas, for example: · properties of international manufacturing network systems in terms of structu ral architecture, dynamic mechanisms, strategic capabilities, strategy processes , new technology, and alliance relationships · knowledge management and organisational learning mechanisms in international manufacturing context, especially in globally coordinated networks at both intra - and inter- organisational levels · global economic trends, regional collaboration, national culture/identity, an d their impacts on industrial sector development, and company’s manufacturin g system design/re-structuring In industry, lack of global vision and appropriate strategies during internation alisation have become major barrier to the effective management of international operations. In academia, limited multi-discipline exchanges have inhibited de velopments not only in each area but also knowledge contribution to industry whi ch could arise from discipline integration. This paper, based on recent years case observations and action research work on manufacturing internationalisation, especially globalisation, introduces an evol utionary process of manufacturing systems. It seeks to explore the external and internal driving forces of the transformation and the responses of manufacturin g systems in terms of static architectures, dynamic mechanisms, and strategic ca pabilities in the evolutionary process. The paper Reviews recent researches on manufacturing internationalisation in dif ferent disciplines to gain a comprehensive picture about international manufactu ring system from different perspectives. Based on the empirical observations of industrial issues and difficulties, a further research framework is proposed to tackle wider issues in international manufacturing covering manufacturing value creation process, internationalisation process, and strategic alliance formatio n process. The paper argues that, besides deep research on three dimensions of international manufacturing system, development of strategy process to synthesis e these three processes is more important in the future research work. It sugge sts that it is necessary to enhance the collaboration between countries and disc iplines, and stimulate explorations of new frameworks that can provide more insi ghts about new manufacturing systems and foresights their development. 展开更多

To solve the contravention between the theory of collaboration decision design and development requirement in distributed C2 system,three-stage design approach is proposed to research coherence and optimization by which decision-maker carries out decision regulations. First,getting information and decision process are described; decision indexes and regulation models of collaboration are established. And then,a test circumstance is designed and established for measuring various decision-maker’s capabilities of carrying out decision regulation by simulation and getting their load capability parameters. Finally,the obtained parameters from the experiment are disposed and substituted into the original models for proving the coherence of decision regulations. As a result,it is feasible for three-stage approach to design collaboration decision,and decision regulations can satisfy various decision-maker requirements. 展开更多

As the ability of a single agent is limited while information and resources in multi-agent systems are distributed, cooperation is necessary for agents to accomplish a complex task. In the open and changeable environment on the Internet, it is of great significance to research a system flexible and capable in dynamic evolution that can find a collaboration method for agents which can be used in dynamic evolution process. With such a method, agents accomplish tasks for an overall target and at the same time, the collaborative relationship of agents can be adjusted with the change of environment. A method of task decomposition and collaboration of agents by improved contract net protocol is introduced. Finally, analysis on the result of the experiments is performed to verify the improved contract net protocol can greatly increase the efficiency of communication and collaboration in multi-agent system. 展开更多

Among the current reform measures undertaken in Chinese K-12 education, to adopt New Curricula and to improve ICT application in teaching are both decisive, however, the lack of qualified trainers is handicapping the professional development of over 10 millions in-service teachers. One of eChina - UK projects in collaboration between universities from both sides is designed to develop virtual learning community ( VLC) among in-service teachers and explore from pedagogic perspective how to conduct VLC. In accordance with reflective learning and collaborative learning, three online learning modules have been jointly created by Chinese and UK educational specialists, and one unit from each module has been piloted by a group of senior teachers. Through analyzing the processes of course design and pilot, supported by quantitative and qualitative research into the experiences of pilot participants, the paper identifies some core factors influencing the quality of VLC and suggests that more attention should be given to the interactive learning process within VLC rather than to create well-structured learning materials before hand. It has also analyzed VLC as a promising approach to support professional development of in-service teachers from the perspective of continuous improvement process. There is much to be researched into the approach of VLC. 展开更多

The rapid evolution of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology and autonomous capabilities has positioned UAV as promising last-mile delivery means.Vehicle and onboard UAV collaborative delivery is introduced as a novel delivery mode.Spatiotemporal collaboration,along with energy consumption with payload and wind conditions play important roles in delivery route planning.This paper introduces the traveling salesman problem with time window and onboard UAV(TSPTWOUAV)and emphasizes the consideration of real-world scenarios,focusing on time collaboration and energy consumption with wind and payload.To address this,a mixed integer linear programming(MILP)model is formulated to minimize the energy consumption costs of vehicle and UAV.Furthermore,an adaptive large neighborhood search(ALNS)algorithm is applied to identify high-quality solutions efficiently.The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is validated through numerical tests on real geographic instances and sensitivity analysis of key parameters is conducted. 展开更多

Multi-platform collaborative MRC-PSO algorithm for anti-ship missile path planning

To solve the problem of multi-platform collaborative use in anti-ship missile (ASM) path planning, this paper pro-posed multi-operator real-time constraints particle swarm opti-mization (MRC-PSO) algorithm. MRC-PSO algorithm utilizes a semi-rasterization environment modeling technique and inte-grates the geometric gradient law of ASMs which distinguishes itself from other collaborative path planning algorithms by fully considering the coupling between collaborative paths. Then, MRC-PSO algorithm conducts chunked stepwise recursive evo-lution of particles while incorporating circumvent, coordination, and smoothing operators which facilitates local selection opti-mization of paths, gradually reducing algorithmic space, accele-rating convergence, and enhances path cooperativity. Simula-tion experiments comparing the MRC-PSO algorithm with the PSO algorithm, genetic algorithm and operational area cluster real-time restriction (OACRR)-PSO algorithm, which demon-strate that the MRC-PSO algorithm has a faster convergence speed, and the average number of iterations is reduced by approximately 75%. It also proves that it is equally effective in resolving complex scenarios involving multiple obstacles. More-over it effectively addresses the problem of path crossing and can better satisfy the requirements of multi-platform collabora-tive path planning. The experiments are conducted in three col-laborative operation modes, namely, three-to-two, three-to-three, and four-to-two, and the outcomes demonstrate that the algorithm possesses strong universality. 展开更多

With the rapid development of low-altitude economy and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) deployment technology, aerial-ground collaborative delivery (AGCD) is emerging as a novel mode of last-mile delivery, where the vehicle and its onboard UAVs are utilized efficiently. Vehicles not only provide delivery services to customers but also function as mobile ware-houses and launch/recovery platforms for UAVs. This paper addresses the vehicle routing problem with UAVs considering time window and UAV multi-delivery (VRPU-TW&MD). A mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model is developed to mini-mize delivery costs while incorporating constraints related to UAV energy consumption. Subsequently, a micro-evolution aug-mented large neighborhood search (MEALNS) algorithm incor-porating adaptive large neighborhood search (ALNS) and micro-evolution mechanism is proposed. Numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of both the model and algorithm in solving the VRPU-TW&MD. 数字绿色金融平台作为金融科技在平台领域的典型代表,是金融“数字化”与“绿色化”有机融合的具体体现。本文基于投入产出理论,利用2010—2023年制造业A股上市公司的微观数据,采用EBM模型测度企业“数字化-绿色化”效率的协同发展水平... 数字绿色金融平台作为金融科技在平台领域的典型代表,是金融“数字化”与“绿色化”有机融合的具体体现。本文基于投入产出理论,利用2010—2023年制造业A股上市公司的微观数据,采用EBM模型测度企业“数字化-绿色化”效率的协同发展水平,并运用带有监督学习的双重机器学习模型,探究数字绿色金融平台对企业数字化绿色化协同的影响。研究发现:数字绿色金融平台能够有效驱动企业数字化绿色化协同,这一效应主要通过银行主体协同与技术创新协同两条渠道实现;地方政府行为,包括政策支持的广度、深度、强度以及公共数据开放,均对平台与企业数字化绿色化协同之间的基准关系具有正向调节作用;异质性分析进一步表明,在平台质量较高、采用省市协同型运营模式、企业内部控制水平较高的情境下,平台对企业数字化绿色化协同的驱动作用更为显著。本研究不仅实证揭示了数字绿色金融平台的协同驱动效应,也为理解“双化协同”的内在机理与实现路径提供了新的理论视角。 展开更多

随着低空立体交通系统进程的加速推进,空中、地面与水面三维异构交通平台的协同愈加关键.智能调度与资源优化的深度融合,正逐步成为智慧城市建设与应急响应体系中不可或缺的核心支撑力量.本文围绕多模式协同调度的研究热点展开综述.首先... 随着低空立体交通系统进程的加速推进,空中、地面与水面三维异构交通平台的协同愈加关键.智能调度与资源优化的深度融合,正逐步成为智慧城市建设与应急响应体系中不可或缺的核心支撑力量.本文围绕多模式协同调度的研究热点展开综述.首先,综合回顾无人机、无人车与无人艇在多源信息融合、环境感知与自适应决策方面的协同机制.其次,从任务分解、路径规划、协同控制与系统调度四个层面,总结强化学习、图优化、进化算法等在复杂动态环境下的典型调度方法.进一步地,梳理集中式、分布式与混合式控制架构下的任务分配与通信策略,并分析传感器数据、仿真数据与运行大数据在调度优化中的作用.最后,探讨当前低空立体交通系统在资源分配、安全保障与跨域协同中的关键挑战,并展望基于大数据驱动与智能增强的低空立体交通系统未来发展路径. 展开更多

随着人口老龄化加剧,骨健康疾病(如骨质疏松症、骨关节炎、脊柱侧凸等)已成为我国重大的公共卫生问题。传统医疗模式以急性期诊疗为核心,存在重治轻防、服务碎片化及康复连续性不足等弊端,导致疾病早期筛查率低、患者依从性差、复发风... 随着人口老龄化加剧,骨健康疾病(如骨质疏松症、骨关节炎、脊柱侧凸等)已成为我国重大的公共卫生问题。传统医疗模式以急性期诊疗为核心,存在重治轻防、服务碎片化及康复连续性不足等弊端,导致疾病早期筛查率低、患者依从性差、复发风险高等问题。本研究分析了骨健康疾病的核心特征及管理瓶颈,参照国际慢性病管理模式与国内实践经验,基于家庭医生签约服务的资源整合优势,构建了“智能分层预警-多学科协作干预-医防协同保障”的骨健康全周期闭环管理模式,旨在破解骨健康管理的系统性难题,以智能化工具提高管理效能、以多学科协作优化资源配置、以政策改革强化医疗服务可持续性,为基层骨健康管理提供了系统性范式。 展开更多
