Electrical properties of PVDF/PZT composite films prepared by direct ink writing

Polyvinylidene fluoride/lead zirconate titanate(PVDF/PZT)composite films have been prepared by direct ink writing and the effect of PZT content on crystallization behavior and electrical properties of film were systematically investigated.The composite films were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Flourier transform infrared spectroscope(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The results show that,surface modified PZT powder(PZT@PDA)is successfully coated by polydopamine(PDA),resulting in a large number of polar groups that interact with the-CF_(2)-groups in PVDF,inducing the generation of polarβphase due to hydrogen bonding formed in the interaction.Theβphase content in composite film increases with increasing PZT@PDA content,up to 28.09%as with 5 wt.%PZT@PDA.PZT@PDA plays a role of nucleating agent to promote the generation of polar phases in the film and also acts as an impurity hindering the growth of nuclei to reduce crystallinity.Moreover,the presence of PZT@PDA in interfaces provides more sites for the occurrence of interfacial polarization and thus improving the electrical properties of films.The composite film with 5 wt.%PZT@PDA possesses the highest dielectric constant(8.61)and residual polarization value(0.6803μC/cm^(2)). 展开更多

ZnO-Bi2O3-based varistor ceramics doped with Yb2O3 in the range from 0 to 0.4% (molar fraction) were obtained by a solid reaction route. The X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were applied to characterize the phases and microstructure of the varistor ceramics, and a DC parameter instrument for varistor ceramics was applied to investigate their electrical properties and V-I characteristics. The XRD analysis of the samples shows that the ZnO phase, Bi2O3 phase, ZnTSbaOl2-type spinel phase and Zn2Bi3Sb3O14-type pyrochlore are present, and the Yb2O3 phases and Sb2O4 phases are found in varistor ceramics with increasing amounts of Yb2O3. The average size of ZnO grain firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of Yb2O3 content. The result also shows that the threshold voltage is between 656 V/nun and 1 232 V/mm, the nonlinear coefficient is in the range of 14.1-22.3, and the leakage current is between 0.60 μA and 19.6 μA. The 0.20% Yb2O3-added ZnO-Bi2O3-based varistor ceramics sintered at 900 ℃ have the best electrical characteristics. 展开更多

Electrical steel sheets with 6.5%(mas fraction) Si with good shapes and superior magnetic inductions were successfully produced by a specially designed processing route including ingot casting, hot rolling and warm rolling both with interpass thermal treatment, and final annealing. The sheets were of 0.2 mm and 0.3 mm thick over 140 mm width. A detailed study of the microstructural and textural evolutions from the hot rolling to annealing was carried out by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and electron backscattered diffraction. The hot rolled sheet characterized by near-equiaxed grains was dominated by the mixture of <001>//ND fiber(λ-fiber), <110>//RD fiber(α-fiber) and <111>//ND fiber(γ-fiber) textures owing to the partial recrystallization and strain induced boundary migration(SIBM) during the hot rolling interpass thermal treatment. The static recovery and SIBM during the warm rolling interpass thermal treatment result in large and elongated warm rolling grains. The warm rolling texture is dominated by obvious λ, Goss and strong γ-fiber textures. The application of the interpass thermal treatment during hot and warm rolling significantly enhances the impact of SIBM during annealing, which is responsible for the formation of the moderate λ-fiber, some near-λ fiber texture components and the obviously weakened γ-fiber texture in the annealed sheet, leading to a higher magnetic induction compared to the commercially produced 6.5% Si steel by chemical vapor deposition(CVD). 展开更多

In this study,the effect of welding parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the dissimilar resistance spot welded DP1000–QP1180 joints was investigated.Heat affected zone(HAZ)width of QP1180 side was smaller than that of DP1000 side.HAZ width and indentation depth increased with increasing welding current and welding time.The nugget size increased with increasing welding current whereas it increased at lower currents and decreased at higher currents with increasing welding time.The lowest hardness was on the DP1000 side.On the QP1180 side,the center of HAZ had the peak hardness.With increasing welding current,hardness values throughout the weld zone decreased and the tensile shear load increased.At lower welding currents,the welding time did not affect the tensile shear load.Tensile elongation decreased with the increase of welding time,whereas there is no relationship between the welding current and elongation.The spot-welded joints having higher strength exhibited a more ductile fracture characteristic. 展开更多

This work is aimed to study the effect of boron on wear resistance of Fe-Cr-B alloys containing different boron contents(0 wt%,5 wt%,7 wt%and 9 wt%)from room temperature(RT)to 800°C in order to explore their applications as high-temperature wear resistant mechanical parts.Additionally,the wear mechanism of alloys is evaluated.The tribological properties of alloys are systematically studied by using a ball-on-disc tribometer at 10 N and 0.20 m/s from RT to 800°C sliding against Si3N4 ceramic ball.The boron element greatly improves the wear resistance of specimens as compared with that of unreinforced specimen.The friction coefficients of specimens decrease with increasing of testing temperature.The wear rates of Fe-Cr-B alloys decrease firstly and then raise with the increase of boron content.The specific wear rates of specimens with boron are 1/10 of the unreinforced specimen.Fe-21wt%Cr-7wt%B keeps the best tribological properties at high temperature. 展开更多

The effect of surface roughness of aluminum oxide (95%) substrate on the properties of Ni-Cr alloy thin film is studied.The thin films are prepared on the substrates with different roughness by using magnetron sputtering.The micro-structure,adhesive and electrical properties of the thin films were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy,scratch method and four-probe method.The burst voltage and current of the thin film transducers with different substrates were measured according to D-optimization method.The results show that the particle size,structural defect,resistivity and adhesion strength of the thin film increase with the increase of the substrate roughness.The difference among the burst time of the samples with difference substrate roughness gradually decreases with the increase of stimulation amount.The burst time is approximate to 20 μs in the charging voltage of 37 V. 展开更多

Mechanical properties and microstructure of multifunctional composites produced with palm kernel shell ash nano particle(PKSAnp)-A356 alloy composites was studied.The composites were produced using Double layer feeding stir casting method(DLF-SCM) by adding 1 wt%-4 wt.% PKSAnp.The microstructure,density,electrical and mechanical properties were determined.The results shows that there was a uniform distribution of the PKSAnp in A356 alloy.The mismatch at the interface between the PKSAnp and A356 alloy was 4.26%.Improvement of 30.47%,41.91%,49.52%,40.90% and 65.09% were obtained for hardness values,tensile,yield strength,%elongation and impact energy at 4 wt% PKASnp.The work has established that the developed composites can be used for multifunctional applications where combination of toughness and strength is vital. 展开更多

Preparation and Anti⁃arc Erosion Property of Ag Matrix Electrical Contact Material Reinforced by Novel Ti_(2)Cd

Due to their outstanding electrical contact properties,Cd-containing silver-matrix electrical contact materials can meet the requirements of high stability and long life for military defense and aerospace applications.In order to further reduce the Cd content under the premise of meeting the high-performance requirements,in this study,high-purity intermediate Ti_(2)Cd powder of MAX phase(Ti_(2)CdC)was synthesized with a pressureless technique and then applied to reinforce the Ag matrix.The Cd content of the as-prepared Ag/Ti_(2)Cd composites was actually reduced by 38.31%compared with conventional Ag/CdO material.Based on the systematic study of the effect of heat treatment temperature on the physical phase,morphology,interface and comprehensive physical properties of Ag/Ti_(2)Cd composites,the preferred samples(heat treated at 400°C for 1 h)showed high density(97.77%),low resistivity(2.34μΩ·cm),moderate hardness(90.8HV),high tensile strength(189.9 MPa),and exhibited good electrical contact performance after 40000 cycles of arc discharging under severe conditions(DC 28 V/20 A).The results of microscopic morphological evolution,phase change and elemental distribution of the electrical contact surface show that the combination of high stability of Ti_(2)Cd reinforcing phase,good interfacial bonding with Ag matrix and improved melt pool viscosity in the primary stage of arc erosion,results in low and stable contact resistance(average value 13.20 mΩ)and welding force(average value 0.6 N),low fluctuation of static force(2.2-2.5 N).The decomposition and absorption energy of Ti_(2)Cd and the arc extinguishing effect of Cd vapor are the main reasons for the stable arcing energy and arcing time of electric contacts in the late stage of arc erosion. 展开更多

Hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) was added into polymer blends of methyl-vinyl-silicone rubber (MVQ) and ethylene-vinyl-acetate copolymer (EVA) to prepare thermally conductive and electrically insulating composites by melt processing method. According to Young’s equation, the wettability coefficient points out that the dispersion of h-BN in EVA is thermodynamically more favorable than in MVQ. The result of SEM showed that h-BN was selectively located in EVA. There existed double percolation effect in h-BN/MVQ/EVA ternary composites, which resulted in promoting for both mechanical properties and thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of h-BN/MVQ/EVA composites were related with h-BN content and EVA/MVQ ratio. When EVA content was 30 wt% in the matrix blend, the relatively increased rate of thermal conductivity of h-BN/MVQ/EVA composites was the highest. The tensile strength and the elongation at break were mainly related with the EVA content in polymer matrix. The increasing amount of EVA and h-BN in the composites resulted in a decrease in dielectric constant. 展开更多

纳米氧化锆(ZrO_(2))因具备优异的力学性能、热稳定性和介电性能,被广泛应用于陶瓷工艺、航空航天部件和高频电容器等领域。为拓展ZrO_(2)在环保型电缆产品领域内的应用,以聚丙烯(PP)为基体、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为增韧剂、硅烷偶联剂接... 纳米氧化锆(ZrO_(2))因具备优异的力学性能、热稳定性和介电性能,被广泛应用于陶瓷工艺、航空航天部件和高频电容器等领域。为拓展ZrO_(2)在环保型电缆产品领域内的应用,以聚丙烯(PP)为基体、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)为增韧剂、硅烷偶联剂接枝改性后的ZrO_(2)为纳米填料,通过分步熔融共混,制备出ZrO_(2)/PP/POE复合绝缘材料。通过改变ZrO_(2)的含量,研究其对复合材料微观形貌、热性能、力学性能、电气性能的影响。结果表明,经偶联剂接枝后纳米ZrO_(2)颗粒的团聚现象得到了明显改善,随着ZrO_(2)含量的增加,复合材料的结晶度有所提升,且不会对PP的晶体结构和熔融温度产生明显影响。相比于纯PP材料,共混POE后的PP/POE体系可实现断裂伸长率的显著增强,继续构建ZrO_(2)/PP/POE三元体系提高了拉伸断裂强度,使得PP复合材料具有良好的力学性能。电学试验表明,复合材料的体积电阻率及交流击穿场强随ZrO_(2)含量的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,而介电损耗因子则呈先减小后增大的趋势。当ZrO_(2)添加量为1.5份时,ZrO_(2)/PP/POE复合材料展示出最优异的电气特性,其宽频域内的介电损耗因子小于PP/POE二元共混物;体积电阻率升至8.48×10^(16)Ω·m,交流击穿场强达到114.6 kV/mm,均优于PP/POE材料。仿真计算表明,表面接枝处理后的ZrO_(2)能在复合材料内部形成深陷阱,捕获自由载流子,限制电荷的运动过程,从而达到电气性能的提升。本研究可为PP绝缘电缆的工程应用提供参考。 展开更多

含裂隙型天然气水合物沉积物低频电特性实验研究

野外钻探显示天然气水合物在地层中可呈现孔隙填充、裂隙填充或两者共存的分布形态,孔隙型水合物的相关研究成果难以直接推广至裂隙型水合物。该文针对含裂隙型水合物沉积物开展了低频电特性实验研究。首先基于有限元数值模型优化了电... 野外钻探显示天然气水合物在地层中可呈现孔隙填充、裂隙填充或两者共存的分布形态,孔隙型水合物的相关研究成果难以直接推广至裂隙型水合物。该文针对含裂隙型水合物沉积物开展了低频电特性实验研究。首先基于有限元数值模型优化了电极结构参数,开发了低频电性参数测试装置;然后建立了含裂隙型水合物沉积物样品的制备方法和测试数据处理方法;最后综合实验测试数据和双电层极化理论探讨了水合物饱和度和裂隙数量对含裂隙型水合物沉积物样品低频电性参数的影响规律和机理。研究结果表明:在低频测试范围(1×10^(-2)~1×10^(3)Hz)内,随着裂隙型水合物饱和度的升高,含水合物沉积物样品的导电能力降低、双电层极化强度减弱,因此复电导率实部和虚部峰值均减小;实验中合成的四氢呋喃水合物为多孔隙结构,具备孔隙水的连通性,在水合物饱和度相同的条件下,裂隙越多则从海砂部分渗入水合物孔隙中的水量越大,引起样品导电能力的升高和双电层极化强度的减弱,因此复电导率实部增大、虚部峰值减小。研究结果可为开展含裂隙型水合物沉积物电学特性测试提供实验平台,为全面认识沉积物的低频电学特性、建立水合物饱和度和沉积物渗透率评价模型提供数据支撑。 展开更多

高压电力电缆能够解决电力输送与环境及城市化的矛盾,构成中国电能输送的能源大通道。热塑性聚丙烯作为一种新型“低碳”电缆绝缘材料,将推动电力能源装备的跨越式发展。接枝改性能够实现聚丙烯电性能的有效提升,已被证明是极具应用潜... 高压电力电缆能够解决电力输送与环境及城市化的矛盾,构成中国电能输送的能源大通道。热塑性聚丙烯作为一种新型“低碳”电缆绝缘材料,将推动电力能源装备的跨越式发展。接枝改性能够实现聚丙烯电性能的有效提升,已被证明是极具应用潜力的聚丙烯基电缆绝缘材料改性技术路线,得到了业界的广泛关注与深入研究,其核心科学问题则是接枝改性对聚丙烯电性能的调控机理与方法。该文以接枝基团类型和化学官能团结构为切入点,从电性能的调控效果和调控机理两个层面对目前接枝聚丙烯电缆绝缘材料的电性能调控理论和方法进行了全面分析与梳理。在电性能调控效果层面对接枝聚丙烯的基础电性能、电树/水树特性、以及老化特性进行了详述和总结,在调控机理层面则指出接枝基团的化学结构及其对聚丙烯陷阱机制和凝聚态结构的影响是接枝聚丙烯电性能调控的关键,并进一步分析了其它调控机制。该文工作将为接枝聚丙烯电缆绝缘材料的基础研究和产业化技术发展提供基础理论。 展开更多

二维BC_(6)N/BN横向异质结的电学输运性质研究

二维异质结具有新颖的物理和化学性质,在纳米电子器件中具有重要应用前景。本文构建了一种新型BC_(6)N/BN横向异质结,基于第一性原理结合非平衡态格林函数方法,对其结构稳定性、电子结构、电导率及伏安特性进行了系统研究。稳定的BC_(6)... 二维异质结具有新颖的物理和化学性质,在纳米电子器件中具有重要应用前景。本文构建了一种新型BC_(6)N/BN横向异质结,基于第一性原理结合非平衡态格林函数方法,对其结构稳定性、电子结构、电导率及伏安特性进行了系统研究。稳定的BC_(6)N/BN横向异质结拥有2.01 eV的直接带隙,异质结界面处产生静电势差,电子与空穴在界面形成了电势垒。相较于两个单层材料,BC_(6)N/BN横向异质结的电导率显著降低,并展现出强烈的各向异性。伏安特性显示:异质结在0~2.5 V的电压范围内几乎不产生电流;正向电压超过3 V后电流呈现线性增长趋势;反向电压从3 V增加到5.5 V的过程中仅有微弱电流,超过5.5 V时电流呈非线性增长。因此,BC_(6)N/BN横向异质结具有各向异性的电导率与单向导通特性,该研究为纳米电子器件的设计和制备提供重要理论基础。 展开更多

开发具有高强和高导电、导热特性的铝合金,是实现铝合金材料在电气电子、散热工业应用的关键。针对这些需求,系统研究Al-Mg-Si-Fe合金中加入微量Eu对真空压铸制品组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加0.05%~0.25%(质量分数,下同)Eu的合... 开发具有高强和高导电、导热特性的铝合金,是实现铝合金材料在电气电子、散热工业应用的关键。针对这些需求,系统研究Al-Mg-Si-Fe合金中加入微量Eu对真空压铸制品组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加0.05%~0.25%(质量分数,下同)Eu的合金变质效果呈先增强后减弱的变化规律,其中加入量为0.15%合金时晶粒明显被细化,脆性(FeSiAl)共晶相和长板状共晶Si的析出被抑制,同时减少Mg在铝基体中固溶度,降低合金的晶格畸变,导致合金的力学性能、导电和导热性能同时获得改善。Al-Mg-Si-Fe-0.15Eu合金的导热系数为68.50 mm^(2)/s,导电率为51.4%ICAS,抗拉强度为148 MPa,伸长率达到16.20%。与原始Al-Mg-Si-Fe铸态合金相比,导热系数增加12.50 mm^(2)/s,导电率提高了1.4%ICAS,抗拉强度提高了20 MPa,伸长率增加了5.4%,合金拉伸断口形貌从准解理断裂变为韧性断裂特征。 展开更多

外电场下极性基团对聚丙烯单分子链沿面放电影响的研究

聚丙烯是一种性能优异的绝缘材料,在高压电缆绝缘领域受到广泛关注,但其老化后绝缘性能会大幅下降,加之实际运行环境恶劣,沿面放电现象时常发生。为从微观层面探讨材料老化后产生的极性基团对聚丙烯沿面放电特性的影响,基于密度泛函理... 聚丙烯是一种性能优异的绝缘材料,在高压电缆绝缘领域受到广泛关注,但其老化后绝缘性能会大幅下降,加之实际运行环境恶劣,沿面放电现象时常发生。为从微观层面探讨材料老化后产生的极性基团对聚丙烯沿面放电特性的影响,基于密度泛函理论对电场下不同聚丙烯分子链的几何结构、轨道能级、态密度、陷阱深度、激发态等微观参数进行分析。结果表明,极性基团的引入会造成分子链卷曲程度增大、偶极矩上升,易在材料表面形成极化电荷;电场作用下分子陷阱深度不断增大,含极性基团的分子陷阱深度更小,有利于电子脱陷,增加放电次数;极性基团区域的亲电活性使陷阱捕获的电子相对活泼,在沿面放电过程中,该区域积聚的电子由于活性较强会促进电子崩的发展;分子含极性基团后激发能显著降低,极性基团区域成为电子激励与反激励的主要场所,在反激励过程中电子与空穴复合发射光子,形成发光中心,加速材料老化,并在材料表面气隙形成空间光电离,提高沿面放电概率。 展开更多
