Reaxgen program for the pyrolysis mechanism of cycloalkanes was adopted to simulate the heat sink of substituted cyclohexanes. Thermal cracking of cyclohexanes was performed to examine the cracking performance, wherein the substituent effects were detailedly discussed under supercritical condition. It was found that Reaxgen program played a good part in the screening and optimization of cyclohexanes. A good agreement with the experimental data for the mono-substituted and bi-substituted cyclohexanes was demonstrated, however, some deviation for the tri-substituted cyclohexanes were observed. The experiment results indicated that the gaseous product yield increased sharply for mono- substituted cyclohexanes with short substituents containing no more than two carbons. Nevertheless, continuous increase in the alkyl chain depressed the gaseous product yield smoothly. The cyclic substituent dramatically inhibited the pyrolysis of cyclohexanes. All the substituents but cyclohexyl had no obvious effect on the yield of hydrogen and olefins (≤C4). For bi-substituted cyclohexanes, the more close the distance between the two substituents, the higher the gaseous product yield was obtained. However, opposite result on the selectivity to hydrogen and olefins (≤C4) was generally obtained except 1,3-dimethylcyclohexane. The position of tri-substituents acted little significance on the gaseous product yield, as well as the selectivity to hydrogen and olefins (≤C4). 展开更多

An actively water-cooled limiter has been designed for the long pulse operation of an HT-7 device, by adopting an integrated structure-doped graphite and a copper alloy heat sink with a super carbon sheet serving as a compliant layer between them. The behaviors of the integrated structure were evaluated in an electron beam facility under different heat loads and cooling conditions. The surface temperature and bulk temperature distribution were carefully measured by optical pyrometers and thermocouples under a steady state heat flux of 1 to 5 MW/m^2 and a water flow rate of 3 m^3/h, 4.5 m^3/h and 6 m^3/h, respectively. It was found that the surface temperature increased rapidly with the heat flux rising, but decreased only slightly with the water flow rate rising. The surface temperature reached approximately 1200℃ at 5 MW/m^2 of heat flux and 6 m^3/h of water flow. The primary experimental results indicate that the integrated design meets the requirements for the heat expelling capacity of the HT-7 device. A set of numerical simulations was also completed, whose outcome was in good accord with the experimental results. 展开更多

Thermal modeling optimization and experimental validation for a single concentrator solar cell system with a heat sink

A single concentrator solar cell model with a heat sink is established to simulate the thermal performance of the system by varying the number, height, and thickness of fins, the base thickness and thermal resistance of the thermal conductive adhesive. Influence disciplines of those parameters on temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are obtained. With optimized number, height and thickness of fins, and the thickness values of base of 8, 1.4 cm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm, the lowest temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are 41.7 ~C and 36.3 ~C respectively. A concentrator solar cell prototype with a heat sink fabricated based on the simulation optimized structure is built. Outdoor temperatures of the prototype are tested. Temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are stabilized with time continuing at about 37 ℃-38 ℃ and 35 ℃-36 ℃respectively, slightly lower than the simulation results because of effects of the wind and cloud. Thus the simulation model enables to predict the thermal performance of the system, and the simulation results can be a reference for designing heat sinks in the field of single concentrator solar cells. 展开更多

We present a micro-Pirani vacuum gauge using the low-resistivity monocrystal silicon as the heaters and heat sinks fabricated by the post complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) microelectromechanical system (MEMS) process. The metal interconnection of the device is fabricated by a 0.5 μm standard CMOS process on 8-inch silicon wafer. Then, a SiO2-Si low-temperature fusion bonding is developed to bond the CMOS wafer and the MEMS wafer, with the electrical connection realized by the tungsten through silicon via process. Wafer- level A1Ge euteetic bonding is adopted to package the Pirani gauge in a non-hermetic cavity to protect the gauge from being damaged or contaminated in the dicing and assembling process, and to make it suitable for actual applications. To increase the accuracy of the test and restrain negative influence of temperature drift, the Wheatstone bridge structure is introduced. The test results show that before capping, the gauge has an average sensitivity of 1.04 × 104 K.W-1Torr-1 in dynamic range of 0.01 20 Torr. After capping, the sensitivity of the gauge does not decrease but increases to 1.12 × 104 K.W-1 Torr-1. 展开更多

Optimization of Heat-Sink Cooling Structure in EAST with Hydraulic Expansion Technique

Considering utilization of the original chromium-bronze material, two processing techniques including hydraulic expansion and high temperature vacuum welding were proposed for the optimization of heat-sink structure in EAST. The heat transfer performance of heat-sink with or without cooling tube was calculated and different types of connection between tube and heat-sink were compared by conducting a special test. It is shown from numerical analysis that the diameter of heat-sink channel can be reduced from 12 mm to 10 mm. Compared with the original sample, the thermal contact resistance between tube and heat-sink for welding sample can reduce the heat transfer performance by 10%, while by 20% for the hydraulic expansion sample. However, the welding technique is more complicated and expensive than hydraulic expansion technique. Both the processing technique and the heat transfer performance of heat-sink prototype should be further considered for the optimization of heat-sink structure in EAST. 展开更多

六方氮化硼改性防腐涂料对海洋环境服役翅片散热器散热性能影响研究

目的研究海上电子设备翅片散热器所涂覆防腐涂料的导热系数对散热器散热性能的影响规律,提高翅片散热器的散热效能。方法以六方氮化硼粉体为导热填料,将其添加的海上电子装备防腐涂料中,制备添加不同量六方氮化硼的改性防腐涂料,分别研... 目的研究海上电子设备翅片散热器所涂覆防腐涂料的导热系数对散热器散热性能的影响规律,提高翅片散热器的散热效能。方法以六方氮化硼粉体为导热填料,将其添加的海上电子装备防腐涂料中,制备添加不同量六方氮化硼的改性防腐涂料,分别研究六方氮化硼对涂层热导率、附着力、冲击性、柔韧性以及耐中性盐雾性能的影响规律,优化配方设计。最后基于上述试验结果,以铝合金翅片散热器为模型,研究不同模拟热源情况下,散热器涂覆六方氮化硼改性防腐涂层前后的散热性能。结果翅片散热器防腐涂层的热导率随掺入六方氮化硼质量分数的增加而提升,在20%时达到最大值(λ≈1.03 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)),力学性能在添加量为15%时达到最优。相比未改性的防腐涂料,涂覆六方氮化硼改性防腐涂料的铝合金散热器,在自然对流条件下以及加热功率20 W时,可使其平衡温度下降约5℃。结论通过在防腐涂料中添加六方氮化硼,在涂层中构筑了导热网络,降低了涂层传导热阻,提高了经过涂层表面的热流密度,显著提升了铝合金散热器的热管理效能。上述高导热防腐涂层在海洋环境下服役设备的热管理应用方面具有良好的应用前景。 展开更多

目的研究板式-导热油热沉中,导热油入口流速、热沉夹层厚度以及板材焊点矩阵间距对热沉温度均匀性和进出口压损的影响。方法通过理论计算、借助CAE仿真软件,设计单因素仿真试验,对热沉表面温度均匀性以及进出口压损进行分析,根据单因素... 目的研究板式-导热油热沉中,导热油入口流速、热沉夹层厚度以及板材焊点矩阵间距对热沉温度均匀性和进出口压损的影响。方法通过理论计算、借助CAE仿真软件,设计单因素仿真试验,对热沉表面温度均匀性以及进出口压损进行分析,根据单因素仿真试验结果确认最优参数。结果在寻求热沉表面温差不大于1.55 K,且压损尽量小的过程中,能够达到该热沉最优性能的参数组合为导热油入口流速2 m/s、夹层厚度8mm、板材焊点矩阵间距60mm。根据仿真结果制作实物热沉并测试,测试显示热沉表面温差为1.28K,仿真值与其之间的误差为4.13%;压力损失为22943.7Pa,仿真值与其之间的误差为4.05%。结论该模型仿真结果与实测之间的误差在5%以内,说明仿真模型可靠,可以作为板式-导热油热沉的设计依据。 展开更多

Multi-element doped graphite, GBST1308 has been developed as a plasma facing material (PFM) for high heat flux components of the HT-7U device. The thermal performance of the material under steady-state (SS) high heat flux was evaluated under actively cooling conditions, the specimens were mechanically joined to copper heat sink with supercarbon sheet as a compliant layer between the interfaces. The experiments have been performed in a facility of ACT (actively cooling test stand) with a 100 kW electron gun in order to test the suitability and the loading limit of such materials. The surface temperature and bulk temperature distribution of the specimens were investigated. The experimental results are very encouraging that when heat flux is not more than 6 MW/m2, the surface temperature of GBST1308 is less than 1000℃, which is the lowest, compared with IG-430U and even with CX-2002U (CFC); The primary results indicate that the mechanically-joined material system by such a proper design as thin tile, super compliant layer, GBST as a PFM and copper-alloy heat sink, can be used as divertor plates for HT-7U in the first phase. 展开更多

An incompressible fluid is bounded by a stretching porous surface. The convective boundary condition is used for the thermal boundary layer problem. The relevant equations are first simplified under usual boundary layer assumptions and then transformed into a similar form by suitable transformations. Explicit series solutions of velocity and temperature are derived by the homotopy analysis method (HAM). The dimensionless velocity and temperature gradients at the wall are calculated and discussed. 展开更多

不锈钢板式热沉传热特性的实验与模拟研究

目的 研究流量、胀高及焊点排布方式对不锈钢板式热沉传热特性的影响。方法 搭建实验平台,加工出结构参数不同的板式热沉实验件,同时采用静力隐式算法建立相应的几何模型,通过实验与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究流量、胀高和焊点排布方式... 目的 研究流量、胀高及焊点排布方式对不锈钢板式热沉传热特性的影响。方法 搭建实验平台,加工出结构参数不同的板式热沉实验件,同时采用静力隐式算法建立相应的几何模型,通过实验与数值模拟相结合的方法,研究流量、胀高和焊点排布方式的变化对板式热沉热阻的影响规律,并分析热沉流道内部流场状态。结果 首先计算了6个工况下的热阻,发现实际换热量为540 W时,数值模拟与实验结果的最大相对误差不大于25%。然后分析了误差来源,最后得到了热沉全流道速度场与温度场的分布情况。结论 实验与模拟结果有较好的符合程度,证明了数值模拟方法的可靠性。在换热量相同时,板式热沉的热阻随流量与胀高的增大而减小,焊点为菱形排布的热沉传热性能相对更好。板式热沉内部的流场具有周期性,焊点使流体扰动增强,并形成射流和旋涡,起到了强化传热的效果。 展开更多

The balance between metal and acid sites directly affects the preparation of high-performance cracking catalysts with high heat sink and low coking.Nevertheless,how to control acid-metal sites balance and its relationship with cracking performance are reported scarcely.In this work,a series of Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) dual sites catalysts with different metal to acid active sites ratio(C_(M)/C_(SA))were constructed by ethanolassisted impregnation method and the impact on n-decane cracking under supercritical conditions was systematically and deeply investigated.The results showed that the conversion and carbon deposition increased gradually with varied C_(M)/C_(SA)and reached the balance at C_(M)/C_(SA)of 0.13.The proper ratio C_(M)/C_(SA)(0.13)can balance the deep dehydrogenation coking over metal active sites and high heat sink of cracking over acid active sites,the chemical heat sink reaches amazing 1.75 MJ/kg and carbon deposition is only22.03 mg/cm^(2) at 750℃.Meanwhile,the few metal sites at low C_(M)/C_(SA)and the few strong acid sites at high C_(M)/C_(SA)are the main factors limiting the cracking activity.Low C_(M)/C_(SA)limit the activation of C-H bond and deep dehydrogenation of coking precursor,resulting in relative low cracking activity and carbon deposition,while high C_(M)/C_(SA)limit the activation of C-C bond and increase the deep dehydrogenation.In this contribution,design and construction of metal-acid dual sites can not only provide the technical solution for the preparation of high heat sink and low coking cracking catalyst,but also deepen the understanding of the cracking path of hydrocarbon fuel. 展开更多

针对高速列车IGBT模块的高效散热问题,设计了一种应用于干冰微粒喷射冷却的针肋散热器。建立了3组不同针肋参数模型,通过数值模拟研究分析了针肋数量、直径、高度对散热效果的影响,得出最优针肋散热器的针肋数量为64、直径为12 mm、高度... 针对高速列车IGBT模块的高效散热问题,设计了一种应用于干冰微粒喷射冷却的针肋散热器。建立了3组不同针肋参数模型,通过数值模拟研究分析了针肋数量、直径、高度对散热效果的影响,得出最优针肋散热器的针肋数量为64、直径为12 mm、高度为45 mm,相比于无肋散热器其换热基板表面温度降低了10.57℃,散热器内部干冰升华率提高了17.2%。通过实验观测到了干冰微粒冷却流体在管内流动状态以及干冰微粒在散热器内部扰动碰撞过程,验证了模拟结果,干冰微粒喷射冷却使热源功率为1.6 kW的IGBT模块保持在约25℃,满足其散热需要,为深入研究干冰微粒喷射冷却技术提供指导。 展开更多

电子行业的迅猛发展使电子设备的热流密度急剧攀升。高效的散热方法,能够显著降低设备的工作温度,提升其性能并延长使用寿命。为进一步降低芯片的最高使用温度,提出一种基于形状记忆合金(SMA)弹热效应的电子芯片热控方法,即将卸载过程... 电子行业的迅猛发展使电子设备的热流密度急剧攀升。高效的散热方法,能够显著降低设备的工作温度,提升其性能并延长使用寿命。为进一步降低芯片的最高使用温度,提出一种基于形状记忆合金(SMA)弹热效应的电子芯片热控方法,即将卸载过程中产生的冷能通过流体介质输送至具有良好散热性能的电子芯片微通道散热器热控系统中。利用FLUENT软件,分析三维条件下系统的传热特性。结果表明:冷却后的传热流体进一步降低芯片的最高温度达5.5 K,微通道散热器性能提高约10.7%。经参数分析发现,提高制冷系统的循环频率和冷却液体积流量可以显著提高其制冷能力,循环频率为0.25 Hz和0.33 Hz时分别可提高68%和92%。 展开更多

众所周知,热效应是限制大功率高能量激光器发展的一大瓶颈,在高能激光产生的过程中伴随着大量的废热产生,影响高能量激光器的光束质量甚至会影响其正常工作。为了保证高能量激光器的稳定运作并研究其工作物质的散热过程中的热分布状态,... 众所周知,热效应是限制大功率高能量激光器发展的一大瓶颈,在高能激光产生的过程中伴随着大量的废热产生,影响高能量激光器的光束质量甚至会影响其正常工作。为了保证高能量激光器的稳定运作并研究其工作物质的散热过程中的热分布状态,本文建立了一种用于高能Zig Zag板条激光放大器的双端入水微通道散热模型,利用CFD模拟仿真软件在额定工况下对微通道与空腔热沉进行散热对比,还研究了模型的可变参量:通道高度、翅片厚度,以及水流量对于散热性能的影响。模拟研究发现本文提出的微通道热沉冷却效果优于全腔水冷效果,微通道热沉将晶体表面最高温差控制在4℃以内,表面温度也降低了32;同时在压降允许范围内优化通道参数能再将冷却效果提升10,实现增益介质分布式高效散热。 展开更多

为探究微肋与二次通道复合结构对微通道换热器流动换热性能增强的影响机理,采用数值方法,研究了不同雷诺数下6种带肋复合微通道换热器内的压降、流场结构、摩擦系数、基底温度、相对努赛尔数和综合流动换热性能,并与矩形光滑微通道和无... 为探究微肋与二次通道复合结构对微通道换热器流动换热性能增强的影响机理,采用数值方法,研究了不同雷诺数下6种带肋复合微通道换热器内的压降、流场结构、摩擦系数、基底温度、相对努赛尔数和综合流动换热性能,并与矩形光滑微通道和无肋二次通道微通道的流动换热性能进行了对比。研究表明:在流动特性方面,引入二次通道结构对微通道内的压降损失和相对摩擦系数没有影响,但引入微肋结构会产生节流效应并诱发漩涡结构,导致微通道内的压降损失增大3~10倍;在传热特性方面,引入二次通道结构能够强化换热,在二次通道结构基础上增加微肋结构能进一步增强微通道换热器的传热性能;相比于矩形光滑微通道和无肋二次通道微通道,复合微通道换热器的基底温度最高下降13.52 K,相对努塞尔数最高增大35.36%;在综合性能方面,对于所研究的6种带肋复合微通道换热器,前三角肋复合微通道具有最优的流动传热综合性能,并具有高流速、低泵功率、低热阻等优点。 展开更多

随着新能源电动汽车功率控制器中的IGBT模块向着微型化、集成化方向发展,功率密度增大会导致芯片发热量大幅度增加,降低模块的可靠性。优化英飞凌IGBT模块的散热器结构,以提高散热器的散热性能。设计开口角度为63.256°供冷却液流... 随着新能源电动汽车功率控制器中的IGBT模块向着微型化、集成化方向发展,功率密度增大会导致芯片发热量大幅度增加,降低模块的可靠性。优化英飞凌IGBT模块的散热器结构,以提高散热器的散热性能。设计开口角度为63.256°供冷却液流通的进口和出口,在散热器前、中、后位置设计直径为4~5.5 mm、叉分式排布的扰流柱。利用ANSYS仿真软件,通过计算流体动力学(CFD)的流固耦合传热计算模型进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,采用新型叉分式结构散热器的IGBT模块的最高温度为85.10℃,最低温度为65.28℃,平均温度为78.81℃,均低于传统均分式结构散热器模块。搭建实验平台对IGBT模块散热器的散热性能进行检测,实验结果表明新型叉分式结构散热器散热效果良好,有助于提升IGBT模块的可靠性。 展开更多
