A new searching algorithm named the annealing-genetic algorithm(AGA) was proposed by skillfully merging GA with SAA. It draws on merits of both GA and SAA ,and offsets their shortcomings.The difference from GA is that AGA takes objective function as adaptability function directly,so it cuts down some unnecessary time expense because of float-point calculation of function conversion.The difference from SAA is that AGA need not execute a very long Markov chain iteration at each point of temperature, so it speeds up the convergence of solution and makes no assumption on the search space,so it is simple and easy to be implemented.It can be applied to a wide class of problems.The optimizing principle and the implementing steps of AGA were expounded. The example of the parameter optimization of a typical complex electromechanical system named temper mill shows that AGA is effective and superior to the conventional GA and SAA.The control system of temper mill optimized by AGA has the optimal performance in the adjustable ranges of its parameters. 展开更多

Aiming at dealing with the difficulty for traditional emergency rescue vehicle(ECV)to enter into limited rescue scenes,the electro-hydraulic steer-by-wire(SBW)system is introduced to achieve the multi-mode steering of the ECV.The overall structure and mathematical model of the SBW system are described at length.The fractional order proportional-integral-derivative(FOPID)controller based on fractional calculus theory is designed to control the steering cylinder’s movement in SBW system.The anti-windup problem is considered in the FOPID controller design to reduce the bad influence of saturation.Five parameters of the FOPID controller are optimized using the genetic algorithm by maximizing the fitness function which involves integral of time by absolute value error(ITAE),peak overshoot,as well as settling time.The time-domain simulations are implemented to identify the performance of the raised FOPID controller.The simulation results indicate the presented FOPID controller possesses more effective control properties than classical proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controller on the part of transient response,tracking capability and robustness. 展开更多

This study presents analysis, control and comparison of three hybrid approaches for the direct torque control (DTC) of the dual star induction motor (DSIM) drive. Its objective consists of combining three different heuristic optimization techniques including PID-PSO, Fuzzy-PSO and GA-PSO to improve the DSIM speed controlled loop behavior. The GA and PSO algorithms are developed and implemented into MATLAB. As a result, fuzzy-PSO is the most appropriate scheme. The main performance of fuzzy-PSO is reducing high torque ripples, improving rise time and avoiding disturbances that affect the drive performance. 展开更多

The hybrid genetic algorithm is utilized to facilitate model parameter estimation.The tri-dimensional compression tests of soil are performed to supply experimental data for identifying nonlinear constitutive model of soil.In order to save computing time during parameter inversion,a new procedure to compute the calculated strains is presented by multi-linear simplification approach instead of finite element method(FEM).The real-coded hybrid genetic algorithm is developed by combining normal genetic algorithm with gradient-based optimization algorithm.The numerical and experimental results for conditioned soil are compared.The forecast strains based on identified nonlinear constitutive model of soil agree well with observed ones.The effectiveness and accuracy of proposed parameter estimation approach are validated. 展开更多

The direct torque control of the dual star induction motor(DTC-DSIM) using conventional PI controllers is characterized by unsatisfactory performance, such as high ripples of torque and flux, and sensitivity to parametric variations. Among the most evoked control strategies adopted in this field to overcome these drawbacks presented in classical drive, it is worth mentioning the use of the second order sliding mode control(SOSMC) based on the super twisting algorithm(STA) combined with the fuzzy logic control(FSOSMC). In order to realize the optimal control performance, the FSOSMC parameters are adjusted using an optimization algorithm based on the genetic algorithm(GA). The performances of the envisaged control scheme, called G-FSOSMC, are investigated against G-SOSMC, G-PI and BBO-FSOSMC algorithms. The proposed controller scheme is efficient in reducing the torque and flux ripples, and successfully suppresses chattering. The effects of parametric uncertainties do not affect system performance. 展开更多

A method by genetic algori thm is given to solve this problem. By this method, the numbers of whole brick a nd their position are gained when given areas are convex polygon and brick is re ctangular, and you can easily design a CAD soft to optimize the scheme of positi oning bricks. It is huge advantage by this method when given areas are nonregula r. Some rules of parameter’s influence to algorithm are pointed out by computer simulation. The first section states the problem and the math model of problem is given out. The second section gives out the solution by genetic algorithm, in cluding description of genetic algorithm and steps of algorithm about proble m of positioning bricks. The third section gives a computer simulation example. The last section is some discussions about this algorithm, including the influen ce of parameter to algorithm and optimizing parameter. An adaptive ant colony algorithm is proposed based on dynamically adjusting the strategy of updating trail information. The algorithm can keep good balance between accelerating convergence and averting precocity and stagnation. The results of function optimization show that the algorithm has good searching ability and high convergence speed. The algorithm is employed to design a neuro-fuzzy controller for real-time control of an inverted pendulum. In order to avoid the combinatorial explosion of fuzzy rules due tσ multivariable inputs, a state variable synthesis scheme is employed to reduce the number of fuzzy rules greatly. The simulation results show that the designed controller can control the inverted pendulum successfully. 展开更多

A new method was put forward to optimize the position of actuator/sensor of multi-body system with quick startup and brake. Dynamical equation was established for the system with intelligent structure of piezoelectric actuators. According to the property of the modes varying with time, the performance index function was developed based on the optimal configuration principle of energy maximal dissipation, and the relevant optimal model was obtained. According to its characteristic, a float-encoding genetic algorithm, which is efficient, simple and excellent for solving the global-optimal solution of this problem, was adopted. Taking the plane manipulator as an example, the result of numerical calculation shows that, after the actuator/sensor position being optimized, the vibration amplitude of the multi-body system is reduced by 35% compared with that without optimization. 展开更多

We introduce the artificial fish swarm algorithm for heading motion model identification and control parameter optimization problems for the“Ocean Rambler”unmanned wave glider(UWG).First,under certain assumptions,the rigid-flexible multi-body system of the UWG was simplified as a rigid system composed of“thruster+float body”,based on which a planar motion model of the UWG was established.Second,we obtained the model parameters using an empirical method combined with parameter identification,which means that some parameters were estimated by the empirical method.In view of the specificity and importance of the heading control,heading model parameters were identified through the artificial fish swarm algorithm based on tank test data,so that we could take full advantage of the limited trial data to factually describe the dynamic characteristics of the system.Based on the established heading motion model,parameters of the heading S-surface controller were optimized using the artificial fish swarm algorithm.Heading motion comparison and maritime control experiments of the“Ocean Rambler”UWG were completed.Tank test results show high precision of heading motion prediction including heading angle and yawing angular velocity.The UWG shows good control performance in tank tests and sea trials.The efficiency of the proposed method is verified. 展开更多

针对高阶补偿拓扑的无线电能传输(WPT)系统的谐振参数较多且相互关联,从而导致系统设计时各个元件具体参数难以确定的问题,提出了一种适用于一次侧LCC、二次侧LC串联拓扑(LCC-S)的WPT系统参数优化设计方法。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建WPT... 针对高阶补偿拓扑的无线电能传输(WPT)系统的谐振参数较多且相互关联,从而导致系统设计时各个元件具体参数难以确定的问题,提出了一种适用于一次侧LCC、二次侧LC串联拓扑(LCC-S)的WPT系统参数优化设计方法。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建WPT系统仿真平台并进行理论分析,评估了谐振参数、耦合系数和等效负载对该系统输出特性的影响,选择影响程度最复杂的变量作为决策变量,构建系统非线性优化模型;以提高WPT系统的传输效率为目标,在遗传算法基础上加入非线性优化策略,并设计新的突变函数,利用改进后的遗传算法(IGA)给出了系统参数的优化设计方案。仿真结果表明:IGA使系统传输效率达到98.34%,相较遗传算法提高了2.52%,且收敛速度显著提高。搭建WPT系统实验平台并进行测试,结果表明:该系统能够以97.98%的传输效率保持300 W的功率输出;当负载电阻处于6~46Ω时,系统传输效率能够维持在90%以上。研究结果可为LCC-S型WPT系统参数设计提供参考。 展开更多

针对在不确定性扰动下光电稳定平台高精度控制问题,使用改进自抗扰控制器对系统进行控制。对扩张状态观测器中fal函数进行改进得到MIAfal函数。首先,将稳定平台速度输出变化和速度输出误差信号加入fal函数,根据扰动和误差大小调整增益,... 针对在不确定性扰动下光电稳定平台高精度控制问题,使用改进自抗扰控制器对系统进行控制。对扩张状态观测器中fal函数进行改进得到MIAfal函数。首先,将稳定平台速度输出变化和速度输出误差信号加入fal函数,根据扰动和误差大小调整增益,不增加输出抖振的同时增强了系统抗扰能力;另外,针对不同系统对非线性函数特性要求各不相同,难以用单一特定函数满足系统需求的问题,使用多项式拟合fal函数,保证函数光滑性的同时,调整多项式系数即可满足不同观测器的非线性需求,提升稳定平台抗扰性能。针对改进后fal函数参数较多难以调试的问题,引入并改进浣熊优化算法,分别利用佳点集和Logistic映射优化种群初始化分布和全局寻优。测试函数表明改进后的优化算法收敛速度更快,寻优精度更高。仿真结果表明,在正弦信号输入下,MIAfal函数相较于fal函数对扰动带来的误差和抖振均有所降低。实验结果表明,在不同频率和幅值的正弦扰动下,MIAfal函数相较于fal函数对扰动带来的误差影响可以减少29.6%41.2%。 展开更多

针对目前我国套筒调节阀设计中存在的需要依靠经验、设计周期较长且设计精度较低等问题,基于流量方程、流量特性方程及开孔几何形状方程,推导满足等百分比流量特性的调节阀套筒开孔布局数学模型,随后选用遗传算法进行模型求解。以某一... 针对目前我国套筒调节阀设计中存在的需要依靠经验、设计周期较长且设计精度较低等问题,基于流量方程、流量特性方程及开孔几何形状方程,推导满足等百分比流量特性的调节阀套筒开孔布局数学模型,随后选用遗传算法进行模型求解。以某一水下采油树用等百分比套筒调节阀为例,采用建立的设计方法完成了其套筒开孔布局设计。对比分析结果表明:所设计的调节阀过流面积和满足等百分比要求的理想调节阀过流面积之间的误差不超过4.63%;采用Fluent仿真软件建立调节阀数值模型,对不同开度下套筒阀流体域模型进行仿真,其相对出口流量和相对过流面积的最大相对误差为3.45%。研究成果可为等百分比节流套筒的设计提供一种快速准确的方法和理论支撑。 展开更多

基于GA-BP神经网络的烟叶打叶风分工艺参数优化

【目的】获得烤烟烟叶在打叶风分中的最佳工艺参数,进一步优化叶片结构。【方法】选取打叶复烤工艺中的前5级打叶转速和第7、第8风机频率共7个因素,每个因素设3个水平开展正交试验,以正交试验结果确定较优的工艺参数组合为数据样本集构... 【目的】获得烤烟烟叶在打叶风分中的最佳工艺参数,进一步优化叶片结构。【方法】选取打叶复烤工艺中的前5级打叶转速和第7、第8风机频率共7个因素,每个因素设3个水平开展正交试验,以正交试验结果确定较优的工艺参数组合为数据样本集构建GA-BP神经网络模型,并结合NSGA-Ⅱ的方法对工艺参数进一步优化。【结果】正交试验确定较高的大中片率最佳工艺参数为:第1至5级打叶转速分别为493、471、620、798、794 r·min^(-1),第7、第8级风机频率分别为49、45 Hz,较低的碎片率和叶中含梗率的最优工艺参数为:第1至5级打叶转速分别为503、489、621、792、792 r·min^(-1),第7、第8级风机频率分别为50、46 Hz。经GA-BP神经网络模型优化后为第1至5级打叶转速分别为485、474、620、796、794 r·min^(-1),第7、第8级风机频率分别为49、46 Hz,在此条件下,大中片率提升了1.52个百分点,叶中含梗率、碎片率分别降低了0.09和0.08个百分点。【结论】在正交试验的基础上,通过GA-BP神经网络模型优化多工艺参数,叶片结构更为合理,可为提升烟叶叶片加工质量提供参考。 展开更多

阀控缸系统数字孪生建模中存在部分模型参数难以通过理论计算获得,以及由于各参数间相互影响导致参数辨识准确度不高的问题。针对此问题,提出一种基于参数分级辨识的阀控缸数字孪生建模方法,实现对阀控缸系统的状态映射和数字孪生。根... 阀控缸系统数字孪生建模中存在部分模型参数难以通过理论计算获得,以及由于各参数间相互影响导致参数辨识准确度不高的问题。针对此问题,提出一种基于参数分级辨识的阀控缸数字孪生建模方法,实现对阀控缸系统的状态映射和数字孪生。根据所提建模方法,基于阀控缸系统的工作原理,建立了阀控缸系统的数学模型和MATLAB/Simscape环境下的物理仿真模型;利用采集的测试数据,通过遗传算法对阀控缸数学模型中比例换向阀和液压缸的关键元件级参数进行辨识,再利用MATLAB软件的Paramenter Estimation工具对物理仿真模型中重要的系统级参数进行校正;最后,搭建阀控缸实验平台对所建数字孪生模型的准确度进行验证。结果显示:在7.5 V与9.5 V阶跃控制信号作用下,基于参数分级辨识的数字孪生模型的活塞位移仿真值与实验值的拟合度分别为95.76%和98.07%,验证了所辨识模型参数的准确性和所建数字孪生模型的正确性。 展开更多

时效工艺参数会影响铝合金的性能,为了提高7055铝合金的性能,利用正交实验设计方法,确定回归再时效(RRA)实验的工艺参数组合,根据实验数据建立硬度、电导率的时效性能的动态响应面预测模型,以此分析了回归再时效的工艺参数对7055铝合金... 时效工艺参数会影响铝合金的性能,为了提高7055铝合金的性能,利用正交实验设计方法,确定回归再时效(RRA)实验的工艺参数组合,根据实验数据建立硬度、电导率的时效性能的动态响应面预测模型,以此分析了回归再时效的工艺参数对7055铝合金硬度、电导率的影响。建立了以硬度、电导率为目标的多目标优化模型,使用非支配排序遗传算法进行求解,同时对优化结果进行了实验验证。结果表明:分别采用欠时效+低温长时回归处理或过时效+高温短时回归处理时,7055铝合金实现了电导率与硬度的协同优化。电导率和硬度的预测值与实验值的误差均不超过5%。提出的基于性能预测模型的回归再时效工艺参数多目标优化方法,不仅能够降低铝合金热处理工艺摸索的成本,而且为回归再时效工艺参数的合理选择提供了理论依据。 展开更多

准确的水量推求是流域水资源合理开发利用的基础,其主要基于干流径流资料采用适线法进行水文频率分析,为保证可供水量设计值计算的准确性和合理性一般需要考虑不同的分布曲线和适线准则,同时为考虑各地区用水需求的差异,不可忽略可供水... 准确的水量推求是流域水资源合理开发利用的基础,其主要基于干流径流资料采用适线法进行水文频率分析,为保证可供水量设计值计算的准确性和合理性一般需要考虑不同的分布曲线和适线准则,同时为考虑各地区用水需求的差异,不可忽略可供水量的地区组成。建立了一种基于遗传算法和Copula函数的流域可供水量计算模型,模型选取两参数Gamma、P-Ⅲ和对数正态3种不同分布线型,基于相对离差平方和最小准则和均方根误差最小准则两种适线准则通过遗传算法完成优化适线求解流域各支流水量服从的最优分布线型,并以此为基础基于GH Copula函数构造流域下游设计断面可供水量的联合分布函数,计算可供水量的同时能够反映水量的地区组成。应用于流溪河流域,得出不同情景下各支流的最优分布线型,计算出不同保证率下流溪河流域下游控制断面可供水量范围。在流域各支流水量优化适线结果中,基于离差平方和最小准则进行优化适线的结果对于样本的低水点据有较好的拟合效果,而基于均方根误差最小准则进行优化适线的结果对于整体样本点据的拟合效果较好,同时基于此结果使用GH Copula函数构造流域设计断面可供水量的联合分布函数求解流域可供水量可能够较好的反映其地区组成并且较传统的可供水量推求方法有较高的准确性。 展开更多

为在繁忙终端区实施连续下降运行(CDO)并估算其二氧化碳减排成效,提出一种基于数据驱动和最优控制理论相结合的连续下降运行4D轨迹预测方法.首先,通过近邻传播轨迹聚类方法对典型进场水平路径进行识别;然后,以典型进场水平路径为依据,... 为在繁忙终端区实施连续下降运行(CDO)并估算其二氧化碳减排成效,提出一种基于数据驱动和最优控制理论相结合的连续下降运行4D轨迹预测方法.首先,通过近邻传播轨迹聚类方法对典型进场水平路径进行识别;然后,以典型进场水平路径为依据,分别以最小时间和最小燃油为目标,建立垂直剖面连续下降运行多阶段最优控制模型,并提出一种基于遗传算法的最优控制模型求解新方法(GACDO);最后,利用终端区实际轨迹数据,开展典型进场水平路径识别和连续下降运行模式下的4D轨迹预测与减排收益比较实验.结果表明:该方法能获得理想的连续下降运行4D轨迹;以最小时间为优化目标时,平均运行时间和二氧化碳排放分别减少26%和8%;以最小油耗为优化目标时,运行时间和二氧化碳排放分别减少17%和20%. 展开更多
