High-thermal free vibration analysis of functionally graded microplates using a new finite element formulation based on TSDT and MSCT

Recent advancements in additive manufacturing(AM)have revolutionized the design and production of complex engineering microstructures.Despite these advancements,their mathematical modeling and computational analysis remain significant challenges.This research aims to develop an effective computational method for analyzing the free vibration of functionally graded(FG)microplates under high temperatures while resting on a Pasternak foundation(PF).This formulation leverages a new thirdorder shear deformation theory(new TSDT)for improved accuracy without requiring shear correction factors.Additionally,the modified couple stress theory(MCST)is incorporated to account for sizedependent effects in microplates.The PF is characterized by two parameters including spring stiffness(k_(w))and shear layer stiffness(k_(s)).To validate the proposed method,the results obtained are compared with those of the existing literature.Furthermore,numerical examples explore the influence of various factors on the high-temperature free vibration of FG microplates.These factors include the length scale parameter(l),geometric dimensions,material properties,and the presence of the elastic foundation.The findings significantly enhance our comprehension of the free vibration of FG microplates in high thermal environments.In addition,the findings significantly enhance our comprehension of the free vibration of FG microplates in high thermal environments.In addition,the results of this research will have great potential in military and defense applications such as components of submarines,fighter aircraft,and missiles. 展开更多

目的运用循证医学方法对腕踝针干预术后疼痛的疗效和安全性进行系统评价和Grade评价。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library中关于腕踝针干预术后疼痛的随... 目的运用循证医学方法对腕踝针干预术后疼痛的疗效和安全性进行系统评价和Grade评价。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library中关于腕踝针干预术后疼痛的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2023年10月。采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入23篇文献,共计1968例患者,Meta分析结果显示,与常规治疗相比,腕踝针能够提高术后疼痛患者的总有效率[OR=4.42,95%CI(2.60,7.50),P<0.001],术后镇痛泵药量使用减少[MD=-9.03,95%CI(-12.09,-5.98),P<0.001],术后疼痛评分降低[MD=-1.39,95%CI(-1.68,-1.09),P<0.001],可减少不良反应发生率[RR=0.40,95%CI(0.32,0.48),P<0.001]以及临床满意度[OR=3.94,95%CI(2.40,6.48),P<0.001]。Grade证据分级结果显示:总有效率、不良反应发生率和临床满意度3项结局指标为中等质量证据,VAS评分指标为低质量证据,镇痛泵药量使用指标为极低质量证据。结论腕踝针可提高总有效率,减少术后镇痛药用量,不良反应少,安全性高,为患者提供了一种安全有效的镇痛方式。 展开更多

Solar-powered interfacial evaporation is an energy-efficient solution for water scarcity.It requires solar absorbers to facilitate upward water transport and limit the heat to the surface for efficient evaporation.Furthermore,downward salt ion transport is also desired to prevent salt accumulation.However,achieving simultaneously fast water uptake,downward salt transport,and heat localization is challenging due to highly coupled water,mass,and thermal transport.Here,we develop a structurally graded aerogel inspired by tree transport systems to collectively optimize water,salt,and thermal transport.The arched aerogel features root-like,fan-shaped microchannels for rapid water uptake and downward salt diffusion,and horizontally aligned pores near the surface for heat localization through maximizing solar absorption and minimizing conductive heat loss.These structural characteristics gave rise to consistent evaporation rates of 2.09 kg m^(-2) h^(-1) under one-sun illumination in a 3.5 wt%NaCl solution for 7 days without degradation.Even in a high-salinity solution of 20 wt%NaCl,the evaporation rates maintained stable at 1.94 kg m^(-2) h^(-1) for 8 h without salt crystal formation.This work offers a novel microstructural design to address the complex interplay of water,salt,and thermal transport. 展开更多

Through equilibrium and non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations,we have demonstrated the inhibitory effect of composition graded interface on thermal transport behavior in lateral heterostructures.Specifically,we investigated the influence of composition gradient length and heterogeneous particles at the silicene/germanene(SIL/GER)heterostructure interface on heat conduction.Our results indicate that composition graded interface at the interface diminishes the thermal conductivity of the heterostructure,with a further reduction observed as the length increases,while the effect of the heterogeneous particles can be considered negligible.To unveil the influence of composition graded interface on thermal transport,we conducted phonon analysis and identified the presence of phonon localization within the interface composition graded region.Through these analyses,we have determined that the decrease in thermal conductivity is correlated with phonon localization within the heterostructure,where a stronger degree of phonon localization signifies poorer thermal conductivity in the material.Our research findings not only contribute to understanding the impact of interface gradient-induced phonon localization on thermal transport but also offer insights into the modulation of thermal conductivity in heterostructures. 展开更多

Negatively thermo-responsive 2D membranes,which mimic the stomatal opening/closing of plants,have drawn substantial interest for tunable molecular separation processes.However,these membranes are still restricted significantly on account of low water permeability and poor dynamic tunability of 2D nanochannels under temperature stimulation.Here,we present a biomimetic negatively thermo-responsive MXene membrane by covalently grafting poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAm)onto MXene nanosheets.The uniformly grafted PNIPAm polymer chains can enlarge the interlayer spacings for increasing water permeability while also allowing more tunability of 2D nanochannels for enhancing the capability of gradually separating multiple molecules of different sizes.As expected,the constructed membrane exhibits ultrahigh water permeance of 95.6 L m^(-2) h^(-1) bar^(-1) at 25℃,which is eight-fold higher than the state-of-the-art negatively thermoresponsive 2D membranes.Moreover,the highly temperature-tunable 2D nanochannels enable the constructed membrane to perform excellent graded molecular sieving for dye-and antibiotic-based ternary mixtures.This strategy provides new perspectives in engineering smart 2D membrane and expands the scope of temperature-responsive membranes,showing promising applications in micro/nanofluidics and molecular separation. 展开更多

An analytical method for analyzing the thermal vibration of multi-directional functionally graded porous rectangular plates in fluid media with novel porosity patterns is developed in this study.Mechanical properties of MFG porous plates change according to the length,width,and thickness directions for various materials and the porosity distribution which can be widely applied in many fields of engineering and defence technology.Especially,new porous rules that depend on spatial coordinates and grading indexes are proposed in the present work.Applying Hamilton's principle and the refined higher-order shear deformation plate theory,the governing equation of motion of an MFG porous rectangular plate in a fluid medium(the fluid-plate system)is obtained.The fluid velocity potential is derived from the boundary conditions of the fluid-plate system and is used to compute the extra mass.The GalerkinVlasov solution is used to solve and give natural frequencies of MFG porous plates with various boundary conditions in a fluid medium.The validity and reliability of the suggested method are confirmed by comparing numerical results of the present work with those from available works in the literature.The effects of different parameters on the thermal vibration response of MFG porous rectangular plates are studied in detail.These findings demonstrate that the behavior of the structure within a liquid medium differs significantly from that within a vacuum medium.Thereby,they offer appropriate operational approaches for the structure when employed in various mediums. 展开更多

通过文献检索和筛选,选取了43个校园欺凌的干预研究,使用CMA3.0分析干预效果及影响因素,并使用GRADE系统对所有结局指标的证据质量进行评估。结果显示,针对欺凌者的干预项目具有中等效果量(g=0.57, p <0.05);针对欺凌受害者的干预项... 通过文献检索和筛选,选取了43个校园欺凌的干预研究,使用CMA3.0分析干预效果及影响因素,并使用GRADE系统对所有结局指标的证据质量进行评估。结果显示,针对欺凌者的干预项目具有中等效果量(g=0.57, p <0.05);针对欺凌受害者的干预项目使得受害者的受欺凌行为减少(g=0.42, p <0.05),心理健康得到改善(g=0.40, p <0.01);针对所有学生的欺凌干预项目对其欺凌行为的效果g=0.17 (p <0.001),对其受欺凌行为效果g=0.19 (p <0.001),可能存在出版偏差;学生态度改变的效果g=0.40 (p <0.01)。除了态度改变的证据质量为中等,其他结局指标的证据都为低或者极低质量。对于所有学生干预项目,干预周期小于1学期的效果量大于干预周期大于1学期的效果量,教育干预项目效果量小于系统干预效果量,非随机研究效果量大于随机对照研究。直接针对欺凌者或者欺凌受害者的干预效果量中等,但是样本量少,需要进一步的研究证据支持。针对所有学生的欺凌干预项目虽然效果量低,但是仍具有实践意义,其效果量受到干预周期和干预特征的影响。 展开更多

利用不同硬度Grade 91钢试件的持久强度数据研究该钢硬度与持久强度和最大许用应力的相关性。结果表明,采用系列硬度试件所做确定温度和外力下的持久实验同时存在性能高估和低估现象,将这些数据综合在一起预测/外推钢的持久强度与实际... 利用不同硬度Grade 91钢试件的持久强度数据研究该钢硬度与持久强度和最大许用应力的相关性。结果表明,采用系列硬度试件所做确定温度和外力下的持久实验同时存在性能高估和低估现象,将这些数据综合在一起预测/外推钢的持久强度与实际值差距较大,利用由此确定的105 h持久强度计算得到的最大许用应力对应用产生不完全符合实际的影响。同时研究得到Grade 91钢在确定温度下满足最大许用应力的硬度下限的确定方法:对于硬度在201(205)HBW及其以上的Grade 91钢部件,在575(600)℃及其以下温度运行时可满足ASME BPVC 2019版规范对Type 1和Type 2型材料最大许用应力的要求;硬度在204HBW及其以上的Grade 91钢部件在575℃及其以下温度运行时可满足ASME BPVC 2017版规范对壁厚大于75 mm部件最大许用应力的要求。因此,在已有硬度范围规定(ASME BPVC 2017-2019对Grade 91钢:190~250HBW)的情况下,下调最大许用应力的ASME BPVC 2019新规范给现有硬度范围下限的实施带来一定困难,即满足该硬度下限要求却不能满足最大许用应力要求。为解决这一问题未来有必要上调硬度下限值。此外,研究了Grade 91钢运行/剩余寿命评估算法中利用短时实验数据外延105 h持久强度的函数优化。结果表明,现用算法采用幂函数拟合存在性能高估现象,若采用对数函数将不同硬度试件的持久数据分开拟合则可明显提高与实验数据的吻合性;在此基础上研究所得已知运行条件下部件厚度-硬度-运行/剩余寿命的关系将安全性评估的技术参数融为一体,可体现该方法的适用性、可靠性和直观性。以上研究结果可供相关标准修订和工业实际应用参考。 展开更多

Assessment of flexural properties of different grade dimension lumber by ultrasonic technique 被引量:2

The dimension lumber (45mm×90mm×3700mm) of plantation Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook.) was graded to four different classes as SS, No. 1, No.2 and No.3, according to national lumber grades authority (NLGA) for structure light framing and structure joists and planks. The properties of apparent density was determined at 15% moisture content, bending strength and stiffness were tested according to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D198-99, and dynamic modulus of elasticity (Eusw) was measured by ultrasonic technique, for predicting the flexural properties of different grade lumbers. The results showed that Eosw was larger than the static MOE. The relationship between Eusw and static MOE was significant at 0.01 level, and the determination coefficients (R2) of the four grade lumbers followed the sequence as R^2No.2 (0.616)〉 R^2ss (0.567)〉 R^2No1 (0.366)〉 R^2No.3 (0.137). The R^2 of Fusw and MOR were lower than that of the Etru and MOR for each grade. The Eusw of all the grade lumbers, except No.3-grade, had significant correlation with the static MOE and MOR, thus the bending strengthof those grade lumbers can be estimated by the E The Etru valuesof four grade lumbers followed a sequence as No.2-grade (10.701 GPa) 〉 SS-grade (10.359 GPa) 〉 No.l-grade (9.840 GPa) 〉 No.3-grade (9.554 GPa). For the same grade dimension lumber, its Eusw value was larger than static MOE. Mean values of MOR for four grade lumbers follow a sequence as No.2-grade (48.67 MPa) 〉 SS-grade (48.16 MPa) 〉 No.3-grade (46.55 MPa) 〉 No. 1-grade (43.39MPa). 展开更多

疏风解毒辅助治疗AECOPD疗效的Meta分析及GRADE评价 被引量:1

目的:系统评价疏风解毒辅助治疗AECOPD患者的肺功能、血气分析、感染指标的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、The Cochrane Library、VIP以及WanFang Data数据库等,整合疏风解毒辅助治疗COPD患者的... 目的:系统评价疏风解毒辅助治疗AECOPD患者的肺功能、血气分析、感染指标的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、The Cochrane Library、VIP以及WanFang Data数据库等,整合疏风解毒辅助治疗COPD患者的相关随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均为从建库至2019年3月。两位研究学者先是进行文献筛选、资料收集,对纳入到研究当中的偏倚风险进行评估以后,要通过RevMan 5.3软件加以分析研究,并根据GRADE评价系统进行证据质量评价。结果:共纳入9个RCT,760例患者,Meta分析结果显示:疏风解毒组的肺功能FEV1[MD=0.44,95%CI(0.33,0.56),P<0.0001]明显高于对照组;疏风解毒组的肺功能FVC[MD=0.39,95%CI(0.19,0.58),P=0.0001]明显高于对照组;疏风解毒组的肺功能FEV1/FVC[MD=6.90,95%CI(1.86,11.93),P=0.007]明显高于对照组;疏风解毒组的血气分析PO2[MD=8.41,95%CI(5.09,11.72),P<0.0001]明显高于对照组;疏风解毒组的血气分析PCO2[MD=-4.77,95%CI(-7.50,-2.04),P=0.0006]明显低于对照组;疏风解毒组的感染指标CRP[MD=-6.88,95%CI(-9.88,-3.87),P<0.0001]明显低于对照组;疏风解毒组的感染指标PCT[MD=-0.70,95%CI(-1.15,-0.25),P=0.002]明显低于对照组;疏风解毒组的感染指标WBC[MD=-2.54,95%CI(-3.15,-1.93),P=<0.0001]明显低于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义。根据GRADE评价系统,其中结局指标血气分析PO2、PCO2为中等质量证据,FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、CRP、PCT、WBC为低质量证据。结论疏风解毒辅助治疗AECOPD患者与常规组相比,前者可改善患者肺功能,提高患者血气分析的PO2分压,降低PCO2分压,降低感染指标,但研究方法学质量总体偏低。考虑本次Meta体系中所用数量、质量都有限,以上结论依然要进行更多研究才能得到验证。 展开更多

目的系统评价Rimegepant治疗急性期偏头痛的效果和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、PubMed、Embase、CochraneLibrary、ClinicalTrials,收集有关Rimegepant治疗急性期偏头痛的相关文献。以用药后2 h无痛和无最烦人症... 目的系统评价Rimegepant治疗急性期偏头痛的效果和安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库、PubMed、Embase、CochraneLibrary、ClinicalTrials,收集有关Rimegepant治疗急性期偏头痛的相关文献。以用药后2 h无痛和无最烦人症状(MBS)为主要结局指标,以用药后2 h疼痛缓解等11项指标为次要结局指标,采用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析,采用GRADEprofiler 3.6对结局指标进行证据质量评价。结果共纳入4项随机对照研究,包括3827例患者,其中试验组1840例,对照组1987例。Meta分析结果显示,在有效性方面,与对照组相比,Rimegepant组用药后2 h无痛(RR=1.67,95%CI:1.44~1.94,P<0.01)、用药后2 h无MBS(RR=1.37,95%CI:1.24~1.51,P<0.01)、用药后2 h疼痛缓解(RR=1.33,95%CI:1.25~1.41,P<0.01)、用药后疼痛缓解持续2~24 h(RR=1.59,95%CI:1.46~1.74,P<0.01)、疼痛缓解持续2~48 h(RR=1.57,95%CI:1.42~1.74,P<0.01)、用药后无痛持续2~24 h(RR=2.27,95%CI:1.62~3.20,P<0.01)、无痛持续2~48 h(RR=2.14,95%CI:1.52~3.02,P<0.01)、用药后2 h无畏光(RR=1.47,95%CI:1.32~1.64,P<0.01)及无恐声(RR=1.40,95%CI:1.19~1.64,P<0.01)的患者比例更高,差异均有统计学意义。在安全性方面,Rimegepant组和对照组出现恶心(RR=1.70,95%CI:0.95~3.02,P=0.07)、尿路感染(RR=1.81,95%CI:0.84~3.91,P=0.13)、头晕(RR=1.14,95%CI:0.49~2.63,P=0.77)以及转氨酶升高(RR=0.76,95%CI:0.45~1.27,P=0.29)的患者比例差异均无统计学意义。GRADE证据质量评价显示,各研究结局指标均为高级或中级证据质量。结论Rimegepant对急性期偏头痛的效果较好,且毒副反应可耐受。 展开更多

Industrial applications of aluminium and its alloys are restricted because of their poor tribological properties. Thermal spraying, laser surfacing, electron beam welding are the most widely used techniques to alter the surface morphology of base metal. Preliminary studies reveal that the coating and layering of aluminium alloys with ceramic particles enhance the ballistic resistance. Furthermore, among aluminium alloys,7075 aluminium alloy exhibits high strength which can be compared to that of steels and has profound applications in the designing of lightweight fortification structures and integrated protection systems. Having limitations such as poor bond integrity, formation of detrimental phases and interfacial reaction between reinforcement and substrate using fusion route to deposit hard particles paves the way to adopt friction stir processing for fabricating surface composites using different sizes of boron carbide particles as reinforcement on armour grade 7075 aluminium alloy as matrix in the present investigation. Wear and ballistic tests were carried out to assess the performance of friction stir processed AA7075 alloy. Significant improvement in wear resistance of friction stir processed surface composites is attributed to the change in wear mechanism from abrasion to adhesion. It has also been observed that the surface metal matrix composites have shown better ballistic resistance compared to the substrate AA7075 alloy. Addition of solid lubricant Mo S2 has reduced the depth of penetration of the projectile to half that of base metal AA7075 alloy. For the first time, the friction stir processing technique was successfully used to improve the wear and ballistic resistances of armour grade high strength AA7075 alloy. 展开更多

AA5059 is one of the high strength armor grade aluminium alloy that finds its applications in the military vehicles due to the higher resistance against the armor piercing (AP) threats. This study aimed at finding the best suitable process among the fusion welding processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW) by evaluating the tensile properties of AA5059 aluminium alloy joints. The fracture path was identified by mapping the low hardness distribution profile (LHDP) across the weld cross section under tensile loading. Optical and scanning electron microscopies were used to characterize the microstructural features of the welded joints at various zones. It is evident from the results that GTAW joints showed superior tensile properties compared to GMAW joints and this is primarily owing to the presence of finer grains in the weld metal zone (WMZ) and narrow heat-affected zone (HAZ). The lower heat input associated with the GTAW process effectively reduced the size of the WMZ and HAZ compared to GMAW process. Lower heat input of GTAW process results in faster cooling rate which hinders the grain growth and reduces the evaporation of magnesium in weld metal compared to GMAW joints. The fracture surface of GTAW joint consists of more dimples than GMAW joints which is an indication that the GTAW joint possess improved ductility than GMAW joint. 展开更多
