目的探究影响社区老年2型糖尿病患者口腔健康相关生活质量(oral health-related quality of life,OHRQoL)的因素,为口腔健康教育提供依据。方法方便抽样选取成都市4个不同主城区的社区卫生服务中心的408例2型糖尿病患者,使用一般情况调...目的探究影响社区老年2型糖尿病患者口腔健康相关生活质量(oral health-related quality of life,OHRQoL)的因素,为口腔健康教育提供依据。方法方便抽样选取成都市4个不同主城区的社区卫生服务中心的408例2型糖尿病患者,使用一般情况调查表、老年人口腔健康相关自我效能量表(the geriatric self-efficacy scale for oral health,GSEOH)以及老年口腔健康评价指数(general oral health assessment index,GOHAI)对其进行调查。基于Andersen模型纳入相应的倾向性因素、使能因素、需求因素及健康行为因素并进行分析。结果OHRQoL的影响因素包括:倾向性因素中的年龄;使能因素中的收入、医保类型和与子女同住;需求因素中的糖化血红蛋白值(HbA1c)、牙齿脱落数及糖尿病病程;健康行为因素中的口腔自我效能,其中健康行为因素影响力最大。结论老年2型糖尿病患者OHRQoL受到多因素的影响,需对重点人群进行健康教育并提出适宜的干预措施,以提高口腔生活质量。展开更多
Dear editor,Andersen-Tawil syndrome(ATS)is a rare cause of periodic paralysis.The inheritance pattern of ATS is autosomal dominant.It is characterized by periodic paralysis,arrhythmias,and distinctive appearances.[1]A...Dear editor,Andersen-Tawil syndrome(ATS)is a rare cause of periodic paralysis.The inheritance pattern of ATS is autosomal dominant.It is characterized by periodic paralysis,arrhythmias,and distinctive appearances.[1]ATS has been linked to mutations in the KCNJ2 gene that causes defective inward-rectifi er potassium channel Kir2.1,[2]which plays an important role in stabilizing resting membrane potential in both skeletal and cardiac muscles.[3]There are few reports[4,5]concerning ATS in the Chinese population.The potentially reversible muscular weakness and potentially life-threatening ventricular arrhythmia require early diagnosis.In this report,we presented one case of ATS who had the symptoms of persistent bilateral proximal limb weakness and mildly elevated creatinine kinase.This patient was initially diagnosed with myopathy.Periodic paralysis,dysmorphic feature,and heterozygous mutation of R218Q in KCNJ2 led us to the diagnosis of ATS.展开更多
The Andersen’s fairy tales have made many research results since 20thcentury,but they mainly concentrate on its effect on children.Andersen’s Fairy Tales characterized by their"childishness",are unconsciou...The Andersen’s fairy tales have made many research results since 20thcentury,but they mainly concentrate on its effect on children.Andersen’s Fairy Tales characterized by their"childishness",are unconsciously referred to as"kids reading".People don’t understand the real meaning of Andersen’s fairy tales.This paper attempts to regard Anderson’s Fairy Tales as a great literary work but not only a fairy tales for children to read.And do a detailed research about"the adult value"in Andersen’s fairy tales from humanitarianism in the book.The whole paper is divided into three parts.Apart from the introduction,the paper starts with a series of specific examples and analysis about humanitarianism in the book.Upon that,it carries on analysis of adult value in Andersen’s Fairy Tales based on some serious problems in nowadays society.It seeks to expound the quality and contemporary value of Andersen’s fairy tales.And it also attempts to put it into good use for guiding the adults and help to solve social problems to some degree.展开更多

In this perspective,we revisit the prototypical Fredrickson–Andersen(FA) kinetically constrained model from the viewpoi...Kinetically constrained spin systems are toy models of supercooled liquids and amorphous solids. In this perspective,we revisit the prototypical Fredrickson–Andersen(FA) kinetically constrained model from the viewpoint of K-core combinatorial optimization. Each kinetic cluster of the FA system, containing all the mutually visitable microscopic occupation configurations, is exactly the solution space of a specific instance of the K-core attack problem. The whole set of different jammed occupation patterns of the FA system is the configuration space of an equilibrium K-core problem. Based on recent theoretical results achieved on the K-core attack and equilibrium K-core problems, we discuss the thermodynamic spin glass phase transitions and the maximum occupation density of the fully unfrozen FA kinetic cluster, and the minimum occupation density and extreme vulnerability of the partially frozen(jammed) kinetic clusters. The equivalence between K-core attack and the fully unfrozen FA kinetic cluster also implies a new way of sampling K-core attack solutions.展开更多
