A power control mechanism can reduce the power consumption of the whole network. Because the character of wireless sensor networks is restrictive energy, this paper proposes a distributed power control algorithm based on game theory for wireless sensor networks which objects of which are reducing power consumption and decreasing overhead and increasing network lifetime. The game theory and OPNET simulation shows that the power control algorithm converges to a Nash Equilibrium when decisions are updated according to a better response dynamic. 展开更多

The inherent selfishness of each node for the enhancement of message successful delivery ratio and the network overall performance improvement are reflected in the contradiction relationship of competition and cooperation in delay/disruption tolerant networks (DTN). In particular, the existence of malicious node aggravates this contradiction. To resolve this contradiction, social relationship theory and group theory of social psychology were adopted to do an in-depth analysis. The concrete balancing approach which leveraged Nash equilibrium theory of game theory was proposed to resolve this contradiction in reality. Thus, a new congestion control routing algorithm for security defense based on social psychology and game theory (CRSG) was put forward. Through the experiment, this algorithm proves that it can enhance the message successful delivery ratio by more than 15% and reduce the congestion ratio over 15% as well. This algorithm balances the contradiction relationship between the two key performance targets and made all nodes exhibit strong cooperation relationship in DTN. 展开更多

The paper presents the longitudinal control for the carrier-based unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system with unmeasured states, actuator faults, control input constraints, and external disturbances. By combining output state observer, adaptive fuzzy control, and constraint backstepping technology, a robust fault tolerant control approach is proposed. An output state observer with fuzzy logic systems is developed to estimate unmeasured states, and command filters rather than differentiations of virtual control law are used to solve the computational complexity problem in traditional backstepping. Additionally, a robust term is introduced to offset the fuzzy adaptive estimation error and external disturbance, and an appropriate fault controller structure with matching conditions obtained from fault compensation is proposed. Based on the Lyapunov theory, the designed control program is illustrated to guarantee that all the closed-loop signals of the given system are bounded, and the output errors converge to a small neighborhood of zero. A carrier-based UAV nonlinear longitudinal model is employed to testify the feasibility and validity of the control scheme. The simulation results show that all the controllers can perform at a satisfactory level of reference tracking despite the existence of unknown aerodynamic parameters and actuator faults. © 2017 Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information. 展开更多

背景新型冠状病毒感染疫情(简称新冠疫情)防控工作中,基层医疗卫生机构应急能力得到极大历练与提升,在此背景下构建基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急能力评价指标体系需更具针对性与实践性。目的在应急管理理论基础上融合韧性理论以... 背景新型冠状病毒感染疫情(简称新冠疫情)防控工作中,基层医疗卫生机构应急能力得到极大历练与提升,在此背景下构建基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急能力评价指标体系需更具针对性与实践性。目的在应急管理理论基础上融合韧性理论以构建符合北京市实际情况的基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急能力评价指标体系。方法2022年10—11月,采用文献分析法、政策归纳法、专题小组讨论法初步构建北京市基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急能力评价指标体系;2023年3—5月,通过两轮改良德尔菲专家函询法确立北京市基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急能力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各评价指标权重。结果两轮改良德尔菲专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为94.4%(17/18)、100.0%(17/17),专家权威系数为0.84。第一轮改良德尔菲专家函询结果显示,指标重要性、可操作性的协调系数分别为0.144(P<0.05)、0.190(P<0.05);第二轮改良德尔菲专家函询结果显示,指标重要性、可操作性的协调系数分别为0.104(P<0.05)、0.155(P<0.05)。最终形成包含3个一级指标(准备能力、处置能力、评估与恢复能力)、18个二级指标、56个三级指标的北京市基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急能力评价指标体系,3个一级指标的权重分别为0.528、0.333、0.140。结论本研究基于应急管理理论框架,融合韧性理念,构建了北京市基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急能力评价指标体系,可根据实际情况进行动态调整,使之更真实地反映基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急能力,为基层医疗卫生机构重大传染病疫情应急工作的评估提供参考。 展开更多

The fuzzy PID controller was expressed as a sliding mode control. Based on Lyapunov theory, Smith predictor was analyzed in time domain. The parameters of the fuzzy PID controller can be obtained using traditional linear control theory and sliding mode control theory. The simulation experiments were implemented. The simulation results show that the control performance, robustness and stability of the fuzzy PID controller are better than those of the PID controller in Smith predictor. 展开更多

First, the path continuity assumption does not seem reason- able in view of the possibility of sudden price variations (jumps) resulting of market crashes. A solution is to use stochastic processes with jumps, that will account for sudden variations of the asset prices. On the other hand, such jump models are generally based on the Poisson random measure. Many popular economic and financial models described by stochastic differential equations with Poisson jumps. This paper deals with the approximate controllability of a class of second-order neutral stochastic differential equations with infinite delay and Poisson jumps. By using the cosine family of operators, stochastic analysis techniques, a new set of sufficient conditions are derived for the approximate controllability of the above control system. This paper is concerned with the control design and the theoretical analysis for a class of input time-delay systems with stable, critical stable or unstable poles. In order to overcome the time delay, a novel feed-forward compensation active disturbance rejection control(FFC-ADRC) approach is proposed. It combines advantages of the Smith predictor and the traditional active disturbance rejection control(ADRC). The tracking differentiator(TD) is designed to predict the control signal, which adds an anticipatory control to the control signal and allows a higher observer bandwidth to obtain better disturbance rejection. The modified extended state observer(ESO) is designed to estimate both system states and the total disturbances(internal disturbance, uncertainties and delayed disturbance). Then the Lyapunov theory and the theory of the input-output stability are applied to prove the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop control system. Finally, numerical simulations show the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed design. 展开更多

Remote control process system with distributed time-delay has attracted much attention in different fields.In this paper,non-linear remote control of a single tank process system with wireless network is considered.To deal with the distributed time-delay in a large-scale plant,the time-delay compensation controller based on DCS devices is designed by using operator theory and particle filter.Distributed control system(DCS)device is developed to monitor and control from the central monitoring room to each process.The particle filter is a probabilistic method to estimate unobservable information from observable information.First,remote control system and experimental equipment are introduced.Second,control system based on an operator theory is designed.Then,process system with distributed time-delay using particle filter is carried out.Finally,the actual experiment is conducted by using the proposed time-delay compensation controller.When estimating with the proposed method,the result is close to the case in which the distributed time-delay does not exist.The effectiveness of the proposed control system is confirmed by experiment results. 展开更多

The power and admission control problem in HWSNs is comsidered to improve its power efficiency and link reliability. This problem is modeled as a non-cooperative game in which the active OHSs are con- sidered as players. By applying a double-pricing scheme in the definition of OHSs' utility function, a Nash Equilibrium solution with network properties is derived. Besides, a distributed algorithm is also proposed to show the dynamic processes to achieve Nash Equilibrium. It needs less parameters(only one) to be designed. The queue length can converge to the given value in the least steps. The fairness of different connections is considered further. Rational evaluation of data quality is an effective way to identify data problem in time, and the quality of data after this evaluation is satisfactory with the requirement of decision maker. A fuzzy neural network based research method of data quality evaluation is proposed. First, the criteria for the evaluation of data quality are selected to construct the fuzzy sets of evaluating grades, and then by using the learning ability of NN, the objective evaluation of membership is carried out, which can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality. This research has been used in the platform of 'data report of national compulsory education outlay guarantee' from the Chinese Ministry of Education. This method can be used for the effective evaluation of data quality worldwide, and the data quality situation can be found out more completely, objectively, and in better time by using the method. 展开更多

Spacecraft require a large-angle manoeuvre when performing agile manoeuvring tasks, therefore a control moment gyroscope(CMG) is employed to provide a strong moment.However, the control of the CMG system easily falls into singularity, which renders the actuator unable to output the required moment. To solve the singularity problem of CMGs, the control law design of a CMG system based on a cooperative game is proposed. First, the cooperative game model is constructed according to the quadratic programming problem, and the cooperative strategy is constructed. When the strategy falls into singularity, the weighting coefficient is introduced to carry out the strategy game to achieve the optimal strategy. In theory, it is proven that the cooperative game manipulation law of the CMG system converges, the sum of the CMG frame angular velocities is minimized, the energy consumption is small, and there is no output torque error. Then, the CMG group system is simulated.When the CMG system is near the singular point, it can quickly escape the singularity. When the CMG system falls into the singularity, it can also escape the singularity. Considering the optimization of angular momentum and energy consumption, the feasibility of the CMG system steering law based on a cooperative game is proven. 展开更多

Nonlinear model predictive controllers(NMPC)can predict the future behavior of the under-controlled system using a nonlinear predictive model.Here,an array of hyper chaotic diagonal recurrent neural network(HCDRNN)was proposed for modeling and predicting the behavior of the under-controller nonlinear system in a moving forward window.In order to improve the convergence of the parameters of the HCDRNN to improve system’s modeling,the extent of chaos is adjusted using a logistic map in the hidden layer.A novel NMPC based on the HCDRNN array(HCDRNN-NMPC)was proposed that the control signal with the help of an improved gradient descent method was obtained.The controller was used to control a continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR)with hard-nonlinearities and input constraints,in the presence of uncertainties including external disturbance.The results of the simulations show the superior performance of the proposed method in trajectory tracking and disturbance rejection.Parameter convergence and neglectable prediction error of the neural network(NN),guaranteed stability and high tracking performance are the most significant advantages of the proposed scheme. 展开更多
