In this paper,we used acid-base titration to determine the content of total alkaloid in Excoecaria venenata extracted by different methods.The contents of 2,2,6,6-tetramethy1-4-piperidone（TMPD）and aminoadantane（AAT...In this paper,we used acid-base titration to determine the content of total alkaloid in Excoecaria venenata extracted by different methods.The contents of 2,2,6,6-tetramethy1-4-piperidone（TMPD）and aminoadantane（AAT）in same plant were determined by gas chromatography（GC）.The result showed that the most quantity of alkaloid was got with 2%HCI aqueous solution.The content of total alkaloid in the dry leaves was 0.554%.The contemts of TMPD and AAT were 1.94%and 1.62×10-2%in the fresh leaves,respectively.展开更多
