This paper discusses the numerical modeling of the dynamic coupled analysis of the floating platform and mooring/risers using the asynchronous coupling algorithm with the purpose to improve the computational efficiency when multiple lines are connected to the platform. The numerical model of the platform motion simulation in wave is presented. Additionally, how the asynchronous coupling algorithm is implemented during the dynamic coupling analysis is introduced. Through a comparison of the numerical results of our developed model with commercial software for a SPAR platform, the developed numerical model is checked and validated. 展开更多

Overall kinetic studies on the oxidative coupling of methane,OCM,have been conducted in a tubular fixed bed reactor,using perovskite titanate as the reaction catalyst.The appropriate operating conditions were found to be:temperature 750-775 ℃,total feed flow rate of 160 ml/min,CH4 /O2 ratio of 2 and GHSV of 100·min-1 .Under these conditions,C 2 yield of 28% was achieved.Correlations of the kinetic data have been performed with lumped rate equations for C2 and COx formation as functions of temperature,O2 and CH4 partial pressures.Six models have been selected among the common lumped kinetic models.The selected models have been regressed with the experimental data which were obtained from the Catatest system by genetic algorithm in order to obtain optimized parameters.The kinetic coefficients in the overall reactions were optimized by different numerical optimization methods such as:the Levenberg-Marquardt and genetic algorithms and the results were compared with one another.It has been found that the Santamaria model is in good agreement with the experimental data.The Arrhenius parameters of this model have been obtained by linear regression.It should be noted that the Marquardt algorithm is sensitive to the first guesses and there is possibility to trap in the relative minimum. 展开更多

The reaction kinetics of oxidative coupling of methane catalyzed by perovskite was studied in a fixed bed flow reactor.At atmospheric pressure,the reactions were carried out at 725,750 and 775℃,inlet methane to oxygen ratios of 2 to 4.5 and gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 100 min^-1.Correlation of the kinetic data has been performed with the proposed mechanisms.The selected equations have been regressed with experimental data accompanied by genetic algorithm (GA) in order to obtain optimized parameters.After investigation the Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism was selected as the best mechanism,and Arrhenius and adsorption parameters of this model were obtained by linear regression.In this research the Marquardt algorithm was also used and its results were compared with those of genetic algorithm.It should be noted that the Marquardt algorithm is sensitive to the selection of initial values and there is possibility to trap in a local minimum. 展开更多

The fully developed turbulence can be regarded as a nonlinear system,with wave coupling inside,which causes the nonlinear energy to transfer,and drives the turbulence to develop further or be suppressed.Spectral analysis is one of the most effective methods to study turbulence system.In order to apply it to the study of the nonlinear wave coupling process of edge plasma turbulence,an efficient algorithm based on spectral analysis technology is proposed to solve the nonlinear wave coupling equation.The algorithm is based on a mandatory temporal static condition with the nonideal spectra separated from the ideal spectra.The realization idea and programing flow are given.According to the characteristics of plasma turbulence,the simulation data are constructed and used to verify the algorithm and its implementation program.The simulation results and experimental results show the accuracy of the algorithm and the corresponding program,which can play a great role in the studying the energy transfer in edge plasma turbulences.As an application,the energy cascade analysis of typical edge plasma turbulence is carried out by using the results of a case calculation.Consequently,a physical picture of the energy transfer in a kind of fully developed turbulence is constructed,which confirms that the energy transfer in this turbulent system develops from lower-frequency region to higher-frequency region and from linear growing wave to damping wave. 展开更多

Using a transient thermoreflectance (TTR) technique, several Au films with different thicknesses on glass and SiC substrates are measured for thermal characterization of metMlic nano-films, including the electron phonon coupling factor G, interfazial thermal resistance R, and thermal conductivity Ks of the substrate. The rear heating-front detecting (RF) method is used to ensure the femtosecond temporal resolution. An intense laser beam is focused on the rear surface to heat the film, and another weak laser beam is focused on the very spot of the front surface to detect the change in the electron temperature. By varying the optical path delay between the two beams, a complete electron temperature profile can be scanned. Different from the normally used single-layer model, the double-layer model involving interfaciM thermal resistance is studied here. The electron temperature cooling profile can be affected by the electron energy transfer into the substrate or the electron-phonon interactions in the metallic films. For multiple-target optimization, the genetic algorithm (GA) is used to obtain both G and R. The experimental result gives a deep understanding of the mechanism of ultra-fast heat transfer in metals. 展开更多

To overcome the mutual coupling (MC) of multiple antennas in millimeter wave (mmWave) communication systems, a novel beam design method with low complexity is proposed in this paper. Firstly, an equivalent channel model incorporating the effect of MC is analyzed and established, and then an optimal precoding / combiner vector for beamforming is derived. On this basis, by using greedy geometric (GG) algorithm, a novel hybrid beam design method is proposed. Finally, the performance of proposed method is analyzed and compared with other traditional ones. The simulation results show that the proposed method has better suppression of the MC effect as well as lower complexity. 展开更多

A fitness function for cognitive radio resource allocation is provided. Simulations are conducted for cognitive radio resource allocation by using the coupled chaotic genetic algorithm, simple genetic algorithm and dynamic allocation algorithm respectively. The simulation results show that, compared with simple genetic and dynamic allocation algorithm, coupled chaotic genetic algorithm reduces the total transmission power and bit error rate in cognitive radio system, and has faster convergence speed. 展开更多

It is a key challenge to exploit the label coupling relationship in multi-label classification(MLC)problems.Most previous work focused on label pairwise relations,in which generally only global statistical information is used to analyze the coupled label relationship.In this work,firstly Bayesian and hypothesis testing methods are applied to predict the label set size of testing samples within their k nearest neighbor samples,which combines global and local statistical information,and then apriori algorithm is used to mine the label coupling relationship among multiple labels rather than pairwise labels,which can exploit the label coupling relations more accurately and comprehensively.The experimental results on text,biology and audio datasets shown that,compared with the state-of-the-art algorithm,the proposed algorithm can obtain better performance on 5 common criteria. 展开更多

It is important to improve the development efficiency of decoupling a coupling task package according to the information relevancy relation between development tasks in the collaborative development process of complicated electronic products.In order to define the task coupling model in the development process,the weighted directed graph based on the information relevancy is established,and the correspondence between weighted directed graph model and numerical design structure matrix model of coupling tasks is introduced.The task coupling model is quantized,thereby the interactivity matrix of task package is built.A multi-goal task decoupling method based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed to decouple the task coupling model,which transforms the decoupling of task package into a multi-goal optimization issue.Then the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the interactivity matrix of coupling tasks.Finally,the effectiveness of this decomposition method is proved by using the example of task package decoupling of collaborative development of a radar’s phased array antenna. 展开更多

A comprehensive kinetic model for oxidative coupling of methane(OCM)over Mn and/or W promoted Na2SO4/SiO2 catalysts was developed based on a micro-catalytic reactor data.The methane conversion and ethylene,ethane,carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide selectivities were obtained in a wide operating condition range of 750 - 825-C,CH4/O2=2.5 - 10 and contact time=267 - 472 kg s m-3.Reaction networks of six models with different rate equation types were compared together.The kinetic rate parameters of each reaction network were estimated using linear regression or genetic algorithm optimization method(GA).A reaction network suggested by Stansch et al.for OCM was found to be the best one and was further used in this work.The suggested model could predict the experimental results of OCM reaction within a deviation range of ± 20%. 展开更多

A multi-voltage probe array system is designed to measure the coupling resistance of an ion cyclotron resonance frequency antenna. In the process of the antenna coupling resistance data extraction, the minimization algorithm, the original Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm, is replaced by the Broyden–Fletcher–Goldfarb–Shanno algorithm to achieve more stable and accurate results. Moreover, a simple model of the multi-voltage probe array was applied to simulate the performance of the Kalman filter, and to optimize the distance and position of the probes and probe number to mitigate the influence of the system noise on the rebuilt results. During the EAST experiment in 2019, a four-voltage probe array was applied to measure the coupling resistance of line 6 during high confined mode discharge. The measurement results by the multivoltage probe array system and the voltage/current probe pair show a good agreement. 展开更多

The presence of non-gray radiative properties in a reheating furnace’s medium that absorbs,emits,and involves non-gray creates more complex radiative heat transfer problems.Furthermore,it adds difficulty to solving the coupled conduction,convection,and radiation problem,leading to suboptimal efficiency that fails to meet real-time control demands.To overcome this difficulty,comparable gray radiative properties of non-gray media are proposed and estimated by solving an inverse problem.However,the required iteration numbers by using a least-squares method are too many and resulted in a very low inverse efficiency.It is necessary to present an efficient method for the equivalence.The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is utilized to solve the inverse problem of coupled heat transfer,and the gray-equivalent radiative characteristics are successfully recovered.It is our intention that the issue of low inverse efficiency,which has been observed when the least-squares method is employed,will be resolved.To enhance the performance of the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm,a modification is implemented for determining the damping factor.Detailed investigations are also conducted to evaluate its accuracy,stability of convergence,efficiency,and robustness of the algorithm.Subsequently,a comparison is made between the results achieved using each method. 展开更多

A hybrid identification model based on multilayer artificial neural networks(ANNs) and particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is developed to improve the simultaneous identification efficiency of thermal conductivity and effective absorption coefficient of semitransparent materials.For the direct model,the spherical harmonic method and the finite volume method are used to solve the coupled conduction-radiation heat transfer problem in an absorbing,emitting,and non-scattering 2D axisymmetric gray medium in the background of laser flash method.For the identification part,firstly,the temperature field and the incident radiation field in different positions are chosen as observables.Then,a traditional identification model based on PSO algorithm is established.Finally,multilayer ANNs are built to fit and replace the direct model in the traditional identification model to speed up the identification process.The results show that compared with the traditional identification model,the time cost of the hybrid identification model is reduced by about 1 000 times.Besides,the hybrid identification model remains a high level of accuracy even with measurement errors. 展开更多

基于特征工程与仿生优化算法构建河流溶解氧预测模型

河流水体中溶解氧骤增或耗竭均会引发系列环境污染、物种多样性破坏等问题,准确预测河流溶解氧(DO)浓度对河流水环境治理具有重要意义。为提高模型输入特征的可解释性及模型精度,获取河流DO浓度最优预测模型,研究利用黄河流域山西境内... 河流水体中溶解氧骤增或耗竭均会引发系列环境污染、物种多样性破坏等问题,准确预测河流溶解氧(DO)浓度对河流水环境治理具有重要意义。为提高模型输入特征的可解释性及模型精度,获取河流DO浓度最优预测模型,研究利用黄河流域山西境内水质监测站点数据,以双向长短期记忆网络(BiLSTM)为基础,结合卷积神经网络模型(CNN)和注意力机制(Attention Mechanism),基于随机森林模型(RF)进行特征优选,建立RF-CNN-BiLSTM-Attention(RF-CBA)模型,进一步利用吸血水蛭优化算法(BSLO)、黑翅鸢优化算法(BKA)、白鲨优化算法(WSO)等仿生优化算法,构建了BSLO-RF-CBA、BKA-RF-CBA、WSO-RF-CBA共3种优化模型,并与深度学习中CNN-A、LSTM-A、BiLSTM-A、CBA、RF-CBA模型对比,分析得到河流溶解氧预测结果,以平均绝对误差(MAE)、均方根误差(RMSE)、均方误差(MSE)、决定系数(R2)、全绩效指标(GPI)和相对误差(MAPE)评价不同模型精度,结果表明:(1)RF模型通过对影响河流DO特征值进行排序、筛选,可消除冗余特征对水质预测模型的影响,提高预测精度。(2)利用仿生算法优化RF-CBA模型的神经元数量、学习率、正则化系数等参数,模型模拟精度进一步提升,总体上捕捉到了DO波动的时间序列特征,模型表现出强稳定性和泛化能力。(3)BSLO-RF-CBA模型模拟精度最高,对DO变化捕捉能力突出,具有更强的捕获全局依赖关系的能力,推荐用于河流溶解氧预测模型。该模型具备扩展至不同河流溶解氧等污染物浓度预测的能力,为河流水体污染预警与系统化管理提供技术支撑。 展开更多

为准确预测钢板-混凝土组合(steel plate-RC composite,PRC)连梁承载力,本文分别通过支持向量机回归算法(support vector regression,SVR)、极端梯度提升算法(XGBoost)和粒子群优化的支持向量机回归(particle swarm optimization-suppor... 为准确预测钢板-混凝土组合(steel plate-RC composite,PRC)连梁承载力,本文分别通过支持向量机回归算法(support vector regression,SVR)、极端梯度提升算法(XGBoost)和粒子群优化的支持向量机回归(particle swarm optimization-support vector regression,PSO-SVR)算法进行了PRC连梁试验数据的回归训练,此外,通过使用Sobol敏感性分析方法分析了数据特征参数对PRC连梁承载力的影响。结果表明,基于SVR、极端梯度提升算法(extreme gradient boosting,XGBoost)和PSO-SVR的预测模型平均绝对百分比误差分别为5.48%、7.65%和4.80%,其中,基于PSO-SVR算法的承载力预测模型具有最高的预测精度,模型的鲁棒性和泛化能力更强。此外,特征参数钢板率(ρ_(p))、截面高度(h)和连梁跨高比(l_(n)/h)对PRC连梁承载力影响最大,三者全局影响指数总和超过0.75,其中,钢板率(ρ_(p))是对PRC连梁承载力影响最大的单一因素,一阶敏感性指数和全局敏感性指数分别为0.3423和0.3620,以期为PRC连梁在实际工程中的设计及应用提供参考。 展开更多

随着航天器智能化发展,航天器数量增加、任务数量及复杂度增加导致智能航天器测控需求增加,测控调度资源耦合程度增大,求解空间维度呈现指数型增长,然而现有方法对资源耦合问题的研究较少且调度效率无法满足任务需求。针对上述问题,提... 随着航天器智能化发展,航天器数量增加、任务数量及复杂度增加导致智能航天器测控需求增加,测控调度资源耦合程度增大,求解空间维度呈现指数型增长,然而现有方法对资源耦合问题的研究较少且调度效率无法满足任务需求。针对上述问题,提出了资源强耦合下改进遗传测控调度方法,首先对多星测控调度问题进行建模,分析测控调度问题中的资源耦合性,定义适应度函数及哈希表类型的冲突字典;在遗传算法基础上设计了任务序列与收益并存的二维染色体编码形式,提出了优势任务相关的初始种群多线程并行生成方法,引导优化解的探索方向;设计了并行顺序解耦的交叉、变异算子,在冲突字典的辅助下,按照基因顺序实现高效实时的资源耦合处理,最终通过迭代得到测控调度解序列。通过多组仿真试验结果,证明了该方法均具有良好的收敛性,且与常规遗传算法对比试验中,该方法任务收益平均提高了21.31%,同时运行时间平均降低了24.36%,进而验证了资源强耦合下改进遗传测控方法的高效性,为智能航天器运行及管理提供技术支撑。 展开更多

磁压缩电源主要用于为压缩磁体供电,以形成压缩场反等离子体所需的磁场位形,是磁压缩系统中的重要组成部分。压缩磁体线圈数量众多,线圈之间耦合关系复杂,导致求解形成目标磁场所需的电源参数非常困难,对电源设计带来一定挑战。提出了... 磁压缩电源主要用于为压缩磁体供电,以形成压缩场反等离子体所需的磁场位形,是磁压缩系统中的重要组成部分。压缩磁体线圈数量众多,线圈之间耦合关系复杂,导致求解形成目标磁场所需的电源参数非常困难,对电源设计带来一定挑战。提出了一种基于遗传算法的磁压缩电源参数设计方法,以提高参数设计效率。根据磁压缩电源工作电路拓扑及线圈之间的耦合关系,推导了磁压缩电源系统的物理模型。在物理模型的基础上,提出了基于遗传算法的磁压缩电源参数设计方法,并阐明了该方法的基本原理。编写了算法代码并建立了MATLAB仿真模型,在理想情况及实际工程两种设计情况下对HFRC磁压缩系统电源参数进行了优化设计,得到了优化磁场与目标磁场位形基本一致的结果。同时建立了MAXWELL仿真模型对比分析,两种模型的输出结果吻合度很高,验证了该方法在电源设计时的有效性和准确性。 展开更多

针对压电式六维力/力矩传感器存在的维间耦合导致传感器测力性能下降问题,提出了一种基于长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)的压电式六维力/力矩传感器解耦算法。首先,通过六维力传感器静态标定实验,获取解耦算法所需的实验数据,并对其进行处理... 针对压电式六维力/力矩传感器存在的维间耦合导致传感器测力性能下降问题,提出了一种基于长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)的压电式六维力/力矩传感器解耦算法。首先,通过六维力传感器静态标定实验,获取解耦算法所需的实验数据,并对其进行处理;然后,通过分析传感器维间耦合产生的原因及LSTM神经网络解耦原理,构建LSTM神经网络解耦模型;最后,采用基于LSTM神经网络的解耦算法,对传感器输出的多维非线性特性开展优化,解耦后得到传感器输入、输出之间的映射关系和对应的输出数据,并与径向基函数(RBF)及最小二乘(LS)解耦算法进行对比分析。研究结果表明:所使用四点支撑式压电六维力传感器的最大重复性误差为1.55%;采用基于LSTM的神经网络算法解耦后,传感器输出结果的最大非线性误差、交叉耦合误差分别为0.55%和0.28%,均小于RBF和LS算法。LSTM神经网络解耦算法能有效减少六维力/力矩传感器的维间耦合,提高传感器的测量精度,对航空航天领域的发展具有参考意义。 展开更多
