First, the authors point out some difficulties during building an e-business sy stem. For example, how can we integrate all kinds of software and hardware i n company quickly and economically Then the authors introduce a representative EJB structure and currently EJB deve loping approaches. A representative EJB structure includes an EJB Server, EJB Co ntainers, EJB Clients and JNDI etc. An EJB Server is similar to CORBA ORB. It pr ovides system services such as original implementing environment, multiprocessin g, workload management, equipment accessing, JTS and JNDI service and making the EJB Container visible. The EJB Container plays the role of interface between th e EJB and others. An EJB Client never accesses Bean directly. There are two kind s of containers. One is session contain, it mainly includes brief, impermanent E JB(thus all statuses will not be saved). The other is entity container which inc luding permanent EJB. The EJB Client uses EJB Beans. First it finds EJB Containe r through JNDI interface. Then it transfers EJB methods using EJB Container. Current, EJB developing approaches include several major aspects such as develop ment, deployment, application programs assembling and management of Enterprise B ean etc. Above all, we should define three classes, Bean class, home interface c lass of Bean and remote interface class of Bean. Then we should create a deploym ent descriptor. This is an XML documentation, which declared the properties of E nterprise Bean and bound the class documentations of Bean(including stub documen tation and skeleton documentation). And then we put these deployments into a jar documentation and define environment properties in the deployer. Next, we shoul d assemble application programs including install Enterprise Beans to server and test the connecting of each ties. The program assembler integrates several Ente rprise Beans with other beans(like Servlet, Applet, Script etc) into an integrat ed application program. It also may integrate several Enterprise Beans into a co mplicated Enterprise Bean. Of cause we also need to manage the Enterprise Bean. In the end, the authors point out several major advantages of using EJB to build e-business system such as simplifying application development and deployment, supporting heterogeneous client and server platforms, leveraging existing skills and assets, delivering a secure, scalable, reliable and manageable environment and providing the freedom to implement using many vendors’ products.展开更多

From the view of the current situation of...The integration of international economy dominated wi th the financial market leads to fierce competition. This requires firms impleme nt modern corporate financial mechanism. From the view of the current situation of financial management in China, we demonstrates the differences in financial m anagement between Chinese enterprises and international companies by describing detailed case studies of typical large enterprises in China. To transform the enterprise management mechanism, the enterprise financial m echanism must be transformed accordingly. The basic ideas for its transformation and establishment include: 1. Changing the managerial ideology, that is, completing the ideological chan ge from the management of goods to the management of capital; 2. Establishing a scientific organizational mechanism for financial managemen t; 3. Establishing a mechanism for scientific management, supervision and assess ment; 4. Training high-level financial management personnel with modern management knowledge; 5. Dividing promotion center, distribution center, cost center and profit cen ter in financial division. In view of the above basic ideas and basic principles for the transformation and establishment of enterprise financial mechanism, we found that: the basic conte nt that needs transformation in the theory of China’s traditional enterprise fin ancial mechanism should include the content of finance main body, the content of financial objectives, the content of financial organizational structure and the content of environment for financial management. At the same time the following theories should be introduced, particularly the theories of capital time value, of risk in finance management and risk management, of the capital cost and capi tal structure, so as to establish a basic theoretical framework for the modern e nterprise financial mechanism. Based on the analyses, this paper discusses the impacts of economic globaliz ation to Chinese large enterprises and their financial management systems. From the current situation of Chinese companies’ financial management, this paper dem onstrates the adaptations to the differences in financial management of Chin ese enterprises with case study.展开更多
In the era of green logistics,digital transformation has become an effective means for the logistics industry’s high-quality development.Using listed companies in China’s logistics industry from 2010 to 2021 as the ...In the era of green logistics,digital transformation has become an effective means for the logistics industry’s high-quality development.Using listed companies in China’s logistics industry from 2010 to 2021 as the research samples,this paper conducts an empirical test on the impact of the digital transformation of logistics enterprises on their green in-novation.Specifically,enterprise digital transformation indicators are constructed through the text analysis method,and the fixed-effects model is applied for analysis.The results indicate that the digital transformation of logistics enterprises has a significant promoting effect on their green innovation;the promoting effect of the digital transformation of logistics enterprises on green innovation is primarily achieved by easing corporate financing constraints and reducing corporate en-vironmental uncertainty;and the impact of digital transformation on green innovation is geographically heterogeneous.展开更多
Due to the turbulent external business environment, the complexity of internal relations of the organization and the emergence of subversive IT roles, the business-IT alignment(BITA)has become increasingly difficult. ...Due to the turbulent external business environment, the complexity of internal relations of the organization and the emergence of subversive IT roles, the business-IT alignment(BITA)has become increasingly difficult. The unsuccessful realization of BITA will lead to the waste of organizational resources, the reduction of return on investment and eventually the loss of competitive advantage. In recent years, coevolution has received widespread attention due to its ability to describe the dynamic relationship between IT and business. Multiple principles such as quickening learning action loops and adopt suitable organizing principles for achieving business and IT coevolution(BITC) are obtained. However, the continuous BITC is still hard to be achieved because of the lack of complete BITC management. This paper focuses on the management process of the BITC and how to perform it gradually. A coevolution framework combines the enterprise architecture(EA) approach with the coevolution analysis is proposed, which contains the design of EA, the sensing and governance of the misalignment and the procedure of the EA misalignment prevention.The steps for the governance and prevention of misalignment are discussed in particular. Through comparison with the principles,characteristics and methods of coevolution in the literature, the proposed framework is evaluated. The results show that the proposed framework is effective for BITC implementation.展开更多

Under this situation, the idea of IT resource allocation is combined with the EA design process, in order to extend prior EA research on BITA and to demonstrate EA's capability of implementing IT governance. As an effective resource allocation method, portfolio decision analysis(PDA) is used to align business functions of business architecture and applications of system architecture. Before app...To make full use of the gas resource, stabilize the pipe network pressure, and obtain higher economic benefits in the iron and steel industry, the surplus gas prediction and scheduling models were proposed. Before applying the forecasting techniques, a support vector classifier was first used to classify the data, and then the filtering was used to create separate trend and volatility sequences. After forecasting, the Markov chain transition probability matrix was introduced to adjust the residual. Simulation results using surplus gas data from an iron and steel enterprise demonstrate that the constructed SVC-HP-ENN-LSSVM-MC prediction model prediction is accurate, and that the classification accuracy is high under different conditions. Based on this, the scheduling model was constructed for surplus gas operating, and it has been used to investigate the comprehensive measures for managing the operational probabilistic risk and optimize the economic benefit at various working conditions and implementations. It has extended the concepts of traditional surplus gas dispatching systems, and provides a method for enterprises to determine optimal schedules.展开更多
