Abstract: Based on the mechanism that pesticide can emit fluorescence in the ultraviolet light, a fluorescence fiber- optical measuring system is developed for monitoring its concentration. This system makes use of pulse xenon lamp as exciting light source, the optical fiber detects and transmits the fluorescence, charge coupled device (CCD) is used to photo-electricity transformation component of fluorescence measuring system. Because fluorescence is a weak signal, the system uses the weak signal processing circuit to carry on processing to the CCD output signal and uses the correlated double sample technique to control the disturbance Of CCD output noise effectively. Carting on the fluorescence analysis with this system to the imidaeloprid, the imidacloprid fast determination was realized. In the scope of 5~100 μg/L, the fluorescence intensity and the density assume the linear relations, the linear correlation coefficient is basically 0. 9959. 展开更多

There exist three problems in the calculation of lateral vibration of the train-track time-variant system athome and abroad and the method to solve them is presented. Spatially coupling vibration analysis model of train-track time-variant system is put forward. Each vehicle is modeled as a multi-body system with 26 degrees of freedomand the action of coupler is also considered. The track structure is modeled as an assembly of track elements with 30degrees of freedom, then the spatially coupling vibration matrix equation of the train-track time-variant system is es-tablished on the basis of the principle of total potential energy with stationary value and the "set-in-right-position"rule. The track vertical geometric irregularity is considered as the excitation source of the vertical vibration of thesystem, and the hunting wave of car bogie frame is taken as the excitation source of lateral vibration of the system.The spatially coupling vibration matrix equation of the system is solved by Wilson-θ direct integration method. Theapproximation of the calculated results to the spot test results demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of thepresented analysis method. A new tamping device which is driven by an electrohydraulic exciter was proposed to overcome the limitations of mechanically driven devices.The double-rod oscillation cylinder drives the tamping arm to realize vibration.A new spin valve was designed in order to fulfill dynamic state requirements of the oscillation cylinder.Parametric analysis was carried out by establishing mathematic model.Then,the relationships among the structure of valve port and the frequency,amplitude,output shock force of the cylinder were researched.An experimental device of the electrohydraulic exciter was established to validate the theoretical results.The signals were acquired by AVANT dynamic signal analyser of vibration.The results show that new tamping device can satisfy all kinds of complex working conditions with the flexible adjustment of frequency and amplitude. 展开更多

The aerobic granular sludge was cultivated in a pilot-scale sequencing batch reactor (SBR), and some of the granules were stored at 8 ℃ for 150 d. Extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) of sludge samples were extracted and analyzed during the granulation and storage process. The results show that the contents of protein and EPS increase along with the granulation process, while polysaccharides remain almost unchanged. The content of protein in EPS is almost two-fold larger than that of polysaccharides in granular sludge cultivated with municipal wastewater. Moreover, some of the granules disintegrate during storage, corresponding to the decrease of protein contents in EPS. Three peaks are identified in three-dimensional excitation emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence spectra of the EPS in the aerobic granules. Two peaks (A and B) are attributed to the protein-like fluorophores, and the third (peak C) is related to visible fulvic-like substances. Peak A gradually disappears during storage, while a new peak related to ultraviolet fulvic acid (peak D) is formed. The formation and the stability of aerobic granules are closely dependent on the quantity and composition of EPS proteins. Peak C has no obvious changes during granulation, while the fulvic-like substances present an increase in fluorescence intensities during storage, accompanied with an increase in structural complexity. The fulvie-like substances are also associated with the disintegration of the aerobic granules. 展开更多

Response of train-bridge system under intensive seismic excitation by random vibration method 被引量:4

Earthquake is a kind of sudden and destructive random excitation in nature.It is significant to determine the probability distribution characteristics of the corresponding dynamic indicators to ensure the safety and the stability of structures when the intensive seismic excitation,the intensity of which is larger than 7,acts in train-bridge system.Firstly,the motion equations of a two-dimensional train-bridge system under the vertical random excitation of track irregularity and the vertical seismic acceleration are established,where the train subsystem is composed of 8 mutually independent vehicle elements with 48 degrees of freedom,while the single-span simple supported bridge subsystem is composed of 102D beam elements with 20 degrees of freedom on beam and 2 large mass degrees of freedom at the support.Secondly,Monte Carlo method and pseudo excitation method are adopted to analyze the statistical parameters of the system.The power spectrum density of random excitation is used to define a series of non-stationary pseudo excitation in pseudo excitation method and the trigonometric series of random vibration history samples in Monte Carlo method,respectively solved by precise integral method and Newmark-βmethod through the inter-system iterative procedure.Finally,the results are compared with the case under the weak seismic excitation,and show that the samples of vertical acceleration response of bridge and the offload factor of train obeys the normal distribution.In a high probability,the intensive earthquakes pose a greater threat to the safety and stability of bridges and trains than the weak ones. 展开更多

A moving target tracking control problem for marching tank based on adaptive robust feedback control scheme is addressed.A series of preparations is needed for tank gun before shooting a target,the purpose of this paper is to design a control system to fulfill two requirements in this process:the turretbarrel system of tank needs to be adjusted from off-target position to command position and point to the moving target stably when there are strong uncertainties(modeling error,uncertain disturbance with unknown boundaries and road excitation) in the system.Considering the characteristic of coupled interaction,the first thing we do in this paper is to build a coupled analysis model of turret-barrel system with uncertainty term in state-space form.Second,an adaptive robust feedback control scheme is proposed by adding adaptive law to overcome the uncertainty.Third,multi-body dynamics software is used to establish the mechanical mechanism of the tank,and DC-motor module is established in SIMULINK environment,thus the target information and tracking error of the control system is collected and transferred,the gear-ball screw is derived directly by the output torque of the DC-motor module.Finally,the control system and the 3D model are combined together by means of Recur Dyn/SIMULINK co-simulation,the turret-barrel system of tank can approximately track the moving target in a certain range.With the adaptive robust feedback control,the target action is completely followed when the target location is constantly changing. 展开更多

Dynamic analysis and modal test of long-span cable-stayed bridge based on ambient excitation 被引量:3

To study the stiffness distribution of girder and the method to identify modal parameters of cable-stayed bridge, a simplified dynamical finite element method model named three beams model was established for the girder with double ribs. Based on the simplified model four stiffness formulae were deduced according to Hamilton principle. These formulae reflect well the contribution of the flexural, shearing, free torsion and restricted torsion deformation, respectively. An identification method about modal parameters was put forward by combining method of peak value and power spectral density according to modal test under ambient excitation. The dynamic finite element method analysis and modal test were carried out in a long-span concrete cable-stayed bridge. The results show that the errors of frequencies between theoretical analysis and test results are less than 10% mostly, and the most important modal parameters for cable-stayed bridge are determined to be the longitudinal floating mode, the first vertical flexural mode and the first torsional mode, which demonstrate that the method of stiffness distribution for three beams model is accurate and method to identify modal parameters is effective under ambient excitation modal test. 展开更多

During a sea firing training,the intelligent detection of projectile-induced water column targets in a firing video is the prerequisite for and critical to the automatic calculation of miss distance,while the correct and precise calculation of miss distance is directly affected by the accuracy,false alarm rate and time delay of detection.After analyzing the characteristics of projectile-induced water columns,an accurate detection algorithm for time backtracked projectile-induced water columns based on the improved you only look once(YOLO)network is put forward.The capability and accuracy of detecting projectileinduced water column targets with the conventional YOLO network are improved by optimizing the anchor box through K-means clustering and embedding the squeeze and excitation(SE)attention module.The detection area is limited by adopting a sea-sky line detection algorithm based on gray level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM),so as to effectively eliminate such disturbances as ocean waves and ship wakes,and lower the false alarm rate of projectile-induced water column detection.The improved algorithm increases the mAP50 of water column detection by 30.3%.On the basis of correct detection,a time backtracking algorithm is designed with mean shift to track images containing projectile-induced water column in reverse time sequence.It accurately detects a projectile-induced water column at the time of its initial appearance as well as its pixel position in images,and considerably reduces detection delay,so as to provide the support for the automatic,accurate,and real-time calculation of miss distance. 展开更多

传动带是联合收获机的关键传动部件,在联合收获机高强度作业过程中会出现因温度升高加剧橡胶老化、表面硬化及磨损开裂等现象。针对传动带稳态温度场分布计算问题,提出了一种基于动力学模型和有限元仿真计算的传动带稳态温度场预测方法... 传动带是联合收获机的关键传动部件,在联合收获机高强度作业过程中会出现因温度升高加剧橡胶老化、表面硬化及磨损开裂等现象。针对传动带稳态温度场分布计算问题,提出了一种基于动力学模型和有限元仿真计算的传动带稳态温度场预测方法。首先,在AVL Excite TD软件中通过设置带轮的物性参数、带的动态特性参数、张紧机构摩擦和扭转参数、驱动和负载参数,构建了传动带温升热源计算模型。其次,通过分析传动带热平衡方程、确定热流分配系数和对流换热条件,建立其二维稳态温度场有限元预测模型。再次,基于联合收获机CAN总线,开发了传动带工况采集系统。最后,以GM80型小麦收获机发动机动力输出轴与后中间轴之间的联组带为对象,开展了传动带稳态温度场预测田间试验。试验结果表明:当主动轮平均转速2244 r/min、从动轮平均负载338 N·m时,实测稳态温度为42.55℃,仿真稳态温度为41.7℃,稳态误差为1.97%;当驱动轮平均转速2244 r/min、从动轮平均负载382 N·m时,实测稳态温度为45.95℃,仿真稳态温度为45.2℃,稳态误差为1.63%。两次试验的稳态误差均小于2%,验证了联合收获机传动带稳态温度场预测方法的可行性与准确性。 展开更多

Excitation regulator has played an important role to ensure that generator run safely and stably. However, in some remote areas, the rural small generator excitation control system is very backward, and it has hindered the development of Chinese agriculture and the pace of new countryside construction. This paper introduced a kind of structure and basic principle of DSP-based automatic excitation regulator, which was applied to rural small generator. We chose TMS320LF2407A chip as the core of regulator control system; the regulator adjusted PWM based on PID control strategy to control the exciting current. The theoretical analysis showed that the regulator had the characteristics of simplicity and reliability, well dynamic and static characteristics, and it could also adjust its own state quickly. The dynamical theory was utilized to probe into the law of the excited response of granular ores generated by the exciting action of exciter and the influence of wave propagation in vibrating field. The exciter with double axes was presented as an example, and the principle of exciter and its mathematical expression of the excitation force were given. The granular ores have viscidity and damping speciality, on the basis of which the motion equation of excited response of ores was established and the approximate expression of mode displacement by harmonic excitation and the steady effect solution of coordinate response were deduced. Utilizing the step by step integration method, the recursion relation matrix of displacement, velocity and acceleration of the excited response of ores were obtained, and the computational flow chart and a computational example were given. The results show that the excited response can change the dynamical character and the flowing characteristic of granular ores. 展开更多
