For these, specifications of ASTM G16-95 R04 were combined with the normal and the Gumbel probability density functions as model analytical methods for addressing issues of conflicting reports of inhibitor effectiveness that had generated concerns. Results show that reinforced concrete samples admixed with concentrations having 4 g (0.012 7 tool), 8 g (0.025 4 mol) and 6 g (0.019 l tool) NaaCr207 exhibited, in that order, high inhibition effectiveness, with respective efficiency, r/, of (90.46±1.30)%, (88.41+2.24)% and (84.87±4.74)%, in the NaC1 medium. These exhibit good agreements within replicates and statistical methods for the samples. Also, optimal inhibition effectiveness model in the H2SO4 medium was exhibited by 8 g (0.025 4 mol) Na2Cr207 concentration having r/=(78.44±1.10)%. These bear implications for addressing conflicting test data in the study of effective inhibitors for mitigating steel-rebar corrosion in aggressive environments.展开更多

By calculating multi-fractal spectra of the target region and the background regions in an infrared image, the spectrum shape features and the discrete Frechet distances among these spectra were used to analyze the camouflage effectiveness of the target qualitatively and quantitatively, and the correlation coefficients of the spectra were further used as the index of camouflage effectiveness. It was found that the camouflaged target had better camouflage effectiveness than the target without camouflage in the same one background, and the same one camouflaged target had different camouflage effectiveness in different backgrounds. On the whole, the target matching well with its background had high camouflage effectiveness value. This approach can expand the application of multi-fractal theory in infrared camouflage technology, which should be useful for the research of infrared camouflage materials, the design of camouflage patterns as well as the deployment of military equipment in battlefield.展开更多

Numerous n ew possibilities of communication have let competition advantages for many compa nies and even advantageous macroeconomic consequences emerge on national and international level. Through newly developed information technologies the knowl edge base of market participants improves with a concurrent reduction of the inf ormation obtaining costs. As a result considerable competition advantages develo p for those companies acting in E-commerce networks. These advantages of the la test development lead to macroeconomic effects on national level, if the effecti veness and efficiency increasing possibilities are used more strongly than in ot her countries. Positive international effects arise since the allocation effic iency is increased through intensified competition between different market pa rticipants in various countries. This in turn leads to an increase in wo rldwide prosperity. This causal chain however is not yet realistic to the whole extent, as such an i ncreased transparency of information is not necessarily accepted by all market p articipants. Otherwise a considerable productivity increase would already have o ccurred in industrial countries. Overall the question arises, whether the change s in the competition situation make single enterprises technically more effectiv e, concurrently however deteriorate the efficiency of the entire market through informational asymmetries. To answer these and further questions and to measure the effectiveness and effic iency of various E-commerce networks an interdisciplinary analysis platform is to be developed. With the help of this platform, it should be possible to examin e single and macroeconomic questions, reveal temporal connections and to analyse aspects of business management and national economy, information management, em ployment politics and finance politics. For this, various part-models for the i ndividual knowledge disciplines have to be generated and brought together in the platform. This platform allows various users to make the right decisions (effec tiveness) with the help of the developed models and to competently estimate the effects (efficiency). Currently models of the individual knowledge disciplines (business management, e conomics, computer science) are being developed within the research project EEE. con. This project deals with the question of Supply Chain Management (SCM), E-P rocurement, with the implementation of inter-organisational information systems , as well as various market, competition and organisation models. The department of economics and computer science from Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. W. Dangelmaier particularly deals with the development of an agent controlled SCM- communication model which is part of the E-commerce analysis platform. Both are described in this paper. Furthermore, a unified modelling language in order to allow a prototypic implementation of the analysis tool and to make the work with other project participants and external participants easier is decided upon wit hin this project.展开更多

With comprehensive analysis of the specific process of the damage assessment process of anti-missile against ships, a synthetic damage effectiveness assessment process is proposed based on the double hierarchy linguistic term set and the evidence theory. In order to improve the accuracy of the expert ’s assessment information, double hierarchy linguistic terms are used to describe the assessment opinions of experts. In order to avoid the loss of experts ’ original information caused by information fusion rules, the evidence theory is used to fuse the assessment information of various experts on each case. Good stability of the assessment process can be reflected through sensitivity analysis, and the fluctuation of a certain parameter does not have an excessive influence on the assessment results. The assessment process is accurate enough to be reflected through comparative analysis and it has a good advantage in damage effectiveness assessment.展开更多

Considering the possible operation modes of the system, a waved operation mode and a continuous operation mode are put forward at first. At the same time, some relative formulas are modified. In examples, the influential factors and operation modes are analyzed based on the system effectiveness. From simulation results, some design and operation strategies of the system for destroying time sensitive targets are concluded, which benefit to the improvement of the system effectiveness.

文摘The experimental values of the enthalpy of formation of two isomeric 3,4-and 3,5-dinitro-1-(trinitromethyl)-1H-pyrazoles have been obtained(261.5±5.0and 246.4±6.7kJ/mol for crystalline 3,4-and 3,5-dinitro-1-(trinitromethyl)-1H-pyrazoles,respectively).The ballistic effectiveness of these potential oxidizers in composite solid propellants was studied. It is shown that these two oxidizers may be successfully applied in metal-free compositions or with a small content of metal. For the bottom stage 3,4-dinitro-1-(trinitromethyl)-1H-pyrazole is a bit better than 3,5-dinitro-1-(trinitromethyl)-1H-pyrazole,for the upper stage the both oxidizers show the equal ballistic parameters. These oxidizers allow to create metal-free solid composite propellants with the binder percentage not lower than 19%(volume fraction),with I3spequal to 256.5-257.0sat density equal to 1.72-1.74g/cm^3.
文摘Corrosion test data were measured using non-destructive electrochemical techniques and analysed for studying inhibition effectiveness by different concentrations of NazCr207 on the corrosion of concrete steel-rehar in NaC1 and in H2SO4 media. These bear implications for addressing conflicting test data in the study of effective inhibitors for mitigating steel-rebar corrosion in aggressive environments.

文摘This paper reports an alternative approach to the evaluation of infrared camouflage effectiveness via a multi-fractal method. This approach can expand the application of multi-fractal theory in infrared camouflage technology, which should be useful for the research of infrared camouflage materials, the design of camouflage patterns as well as the deployment of military equipment in battlefield.
文摘With the development of anti-radiation weapons, the effectiveness evaluation of anti-radiation weapons has been turned from the simple accuracy index to the integrated countermeasure capability. The research priority is how to access the combat effectiveness of anti-radiation weapons in a complex countermeasure environment. For the present situation of range test of anti-radiation weapons,a combat effectiveness assessment model based on non-linear index aggregation is proposed for anti-radiation weapons. And the corresponding index system model, index aggregation methods, index marking method and index weight determination are given. Finally, the simulation results verify the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed method.

文摘The revolution of information technology within the p ast twenty years has dramatically changed the picture of our economy. Furthermore, a unified modelling language in order to allow a prototypic implementation of the analysis tool and to make the work with other project participants and external participants easier is decided upon wit hin this project.
文摘The research on the damage effectiveness assessment of anti-ship missiles involves system science and weapon science, and has essential strategic research significance. The assessment process is accurate enough to be reflected through comparative analysis and it has a good advantage in damage effectiveness assessment.
