Firstly, the aerodynamic acceleration acting on the target is analyzed to reveal the essence of the target’s motion.Then three coupled structures for modeling aerodynamic parameters are developed by different ideas: the spiral model with a harmonic oscillator, the bank model with trigonometric functions of the bank angle and the guide model with the changing rule of guidance variables. Meanwhile, the comparison discussion is concluded to show the novelty and advantage of these models.Finally, a performance assessment in different simulation cases is presented and detailed analysis is revealed. The results show that the proposed models perform excellent properties. Moreover, the guide model produces the best tracking performance and the bank model shows the second; however, the spiral model does not outperform the maneuvering reentry vehicle(MaRV) model markedly.展开更多

In order to realize the combination control of body turning and slider adjustment, the dynamic behaviors of sliders were also investigated. As a result, a systematic and complete dynamic model for the welding mobile robot was constructed. In order to verify the effectiveness of the above model, a sliding mode tracking control method was proposed and simulated, the lateral error stabilizes between -0.2 mm and +0.2 mm, and the total distance of travel for the slider is consistently within 4-2 ram. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the established dynamic model and also show that the seam tracking controller based on the dynamic model has excellent performance in terms of stability and robustness. Furthermore, the model is found to be very suitable for practical applications of the welding mobile robot.展开更多
Luffing mechanism is a key component of the construction machinery.This paper proposes a two degree of freedom(2-DOF)luffing mechanism,which has one more pair of driving cylinders than the single DOF luffing mechanism...Luffing mechanism is a key component of the construction machinery.This paper proposes a two degree of freedom(2-DOF)luffing mechanism,which has one more pair of driving cylinders than the single DOF luffing mechanism,to improve the performance of the machinery.To establish the dynamic model of the 2-DOF luffing mechanism,firstly,we develop a hierarchical method to deduce the Jacobian matrix and Hessian matrix for obtaining the kinematics equations.Subsequently,we divide the luffing mechanism into six bodies considering actuators,and deduce the kinetic equations of each body by the Newton-Euler method.Based on the dynamic model,we simulate the luffing process.Finally,a prototype is built on a pile driver to validate the model.Simulations and experiments show that the dynamic model can reflect the dynamic properties of the proposed luffing mechanism.And the control strategy that the front cylinders retract first shows better mechanical behavior than the other two control strategies.This research provides a reference for the design and application of 2-DOF luffing mechanism on construction machinery.The modeling approach can also be applied to similar mechanism with serial closed kinematic chains,which allows to calculate the dynamic parameters easily and exactly.展开更多

However, computing the dynamic programming treatment needs six nested loops and this will be burdensome for real-world problems. To break through the calculation limit, the properties of value function were analyzed and the overbooking protection level was proposed to reduce the calculating quantity. The simulation experiments show that the overbooking protection level for the lower-fare class is higher than that for the higher-fare class, so the overbooking strategy is nested by fare class. Besides, by analyzing the influence on the overbooking strategy of freight arrival probability and cancellation probability, the proposed approach is efficient and also has a good application prospect in reality. Also, compared with the existing reservation(FCFS), the overbooking strategy performs better in the fields of vacancy reduction and revenue improvement.展开更多

Due to the lack of sufficient experience in commercial plant operation, HAT cycle has a great demand for modeling and simulation of the system and its components, especially the saturator, to provide reference for system design and optimization. The conventional saturator models are usually based on the theory of heat and mass transfer, which need two accurate coefficients to ensure convincing results. This work proposes a global heat and mass transfer coefficient based on cooling tower technology to model the saturator in small-scale HAT cycle. Compared with the experimental data, the simulation results show that the proposed model well predicts the dynamic humidity and temperature distribution characteristics of saturator at low air pressure and temperature.展开更多

Vibrations of a rotor-bearing system(RBS)can be affected by the frictional forces between the components of the inherent bearings.Thus,an in-depth investigation of the influences of the frictional moments of the beari...Vibrations of a rotor-bearing system(RBS)can be affected by the frictional forces between the components of the inherent bearings.Thus,an in-depth investigation of the influences of the frictional moments of the bearings on the vibrations of the RBS can be helpful for understanding the vibration mechanisms in the rotating machinery.In this study,an improved dynamic model of a RBS considering different frictional force models is presented.A comparative investigation on the influences of the empirical and analytical frictional force models on the vibration characteristics of the RBS is proposed.The empirical frictional force models include Palmgren’s and SKF’s models.The analytical frictional force model considers the rolling friction caused by the radial elastic material hysteresis,slipping friction between the ball and races,viscosity friction caused by the lubricating oil,and contact friction between the ball and cage.The influences of the external load and rotational speed on the vibrations of the RBS are analyzed.The comparative results show that the analytical frictional force model can give a more reasonable method for formulating the effects of the friction forces in the bearings on the vibrations of the RBS.The results also demonstrate that the friction forces in the bearings can significantly affect the vibrations of the RBSs.展开更多

In this work, an optimal prediction model, construct...The major challenge in printable electronics fabrication is to effectively and accurately control a drop-on-demand(Do D) inkjet printhead for high printing quality. In this work, an optimal prediction model, constructed with the lumped element modeling(LEM) and the artificial bee colony(ABC) algorithm, was proposed to efficiently predict the combination of waveform parameters for obtaining the desired droplet properties. For acquiring higher simulation accuracy, a modified dynamic lumped element model(DLEM) was proposed with time-varying equivalent circuits, which can characterize the nonlinear behaviors of piezoelectric printhead. The proposed method was then applied to investigate the influences of various waveform parameters on droplet volume and velocity of nano-silver ink, and to predict the printing quality using nano-silver ink. Experimental results show that, compared with two-dimension manual search, the proposed optimal prediction model perform efficiently and accurately in searching the appropriate combination of waveform parameters for printable electronics fabrication.展开更多

A flexible drive unit(FDU) is developed, whose features are guided by steel rope, increasing force by the movable pulley group, modular, convenient and flexible. Dynamics model for controller is deduced based on the constitutive equation of viscoelasticity. Controller is designed for position control and is based on the viscoelasticity dynamics model compensation control strategy proposed. The control system is based on the TURBO PMAC multi-axis motion control card.Prototype loading experiments and velocity experiments results show that the FDU can reach 2 Hz with no load and the max speed of 30(°)/s. The FDU has the capability of the load torque 11.2 N·m and the speed of 24(°)/s simultaneously, and the frequency response is 1.3 Hz. The FDU can be used to be the pitch joint of hip for biped robot whose walking speed is 0.144 km/h theoretically.展开更多
A vibration energy harvester can harvest vibration energy in the environment and convert it into electrical energy to power the sensors in the Internet of Things.Human walking contains high-quality vibration energy,wh...A vibration energy harvester can harvest vibration energy in the environment and convert it into electrical energy to power the sensors in the Internet of Things.Human walking contains high-quality vibration energy,which serves as the energy source for vibration energy harvesters due to its abundant availability,high energy conversion efficiency,and environmental friendliness.It is difficult to harvest human walking vibration due to its low frequency.Converting the low-frequency vibration of human walking into high-frequency vibration has attracted attention.In previous studies,vibration energy harvesters typically increase frequency by raising excitation frequency or inducing free vibration.When walking frequency changes,the up-frequency method of raising the excitation frequency changes the voltage frequency,resulting in the best load resistance change and reducing the output power.The up-frequency method of inducing free vibration does not increase the external excitation frequency,which has relatively low output power.This paper designs a magnetostrictive vibration energy harvester with a rotating up-frequency structure.It consists of a rotating up-frequency structure,a magnetostrictive structure,coils,and bias magnets.The main body of the rotating up-frequency structure comprises a torsion bar and a flywheel with a dumbbell-shaped hole.The magnetostrictive structure includes four magnetostrictive metal sheets spliced by Galfenol and steel sheets.The torsion bar and flywheel interact to convert low-frequency linear vibration into rotating high-frequency excitation vibration of the flywheel.The flywheel plucks the magnetostrictive metal sheet with a high excitation frequency to generate free vibration.The vibration energy harvester increases the excitation frequency while inducing free vibration,which can effectively improve the output power.To characterize the excitation vibration and free vibration,based on the theory of Euler-Bernoulli beam theory,the vibration equation of the magnetostrictive metal sheet after being excited is given.According to the classical machine-magnetic coupling model and the Jiles-Atherton physical model,the relationship between stress and magnetization strength is derived.Combined with Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction,the distributed dynamic output voltage model is established.This model can predict the output voltage at different excitation frequencies.Based on this model,the mechanical-magnetic structural parameter optimization design is carried out.The parameters of the magnetostrictive metal sheet,the bias magnet,and the rotating up-frequency structure are determined.A comprehensive experimental system is established to test the device.The peak-to-peak voltage and output voltage signal by the proposed model are compared.The average relative deviation of the peak-to-peak voltage and the output voltage signal is 4.9%and 8.2%,respectively.The experimental results show that the output power is proportional to the excitation frequency.The optimum load resistance is always 800Ωas the excitation frequency changes,simplifying the impedance-matching process.The maximum peak-to-peak voltage of the device is 58.60 V,the maximum root mean square(RMS)voltage is 9.53 V,and the maximum RMS power is 56.20 mW.The magnetostrictive vibration energy harvester with a rotating up-frequency structure solves the problem of impedance matching,which improves the output power.The proposed distributed dynamic output voltage model can effectively predict the output characteristics.This study can provide structural and theoretical guidance for up-frequency structure vibration energy harvesters for human walking vibration.展开更多

Block piezoelectric ceramics(PZTs)are often used in impact igniters to provide activation energy for electric initiators.Under the action of strong impact stress,PZTs release electric energy accompanied by crack initi...Block piezoelectric ceramics(PZTs)are often used in impact igniters to provide activation energy for electric initiators.Under the action of strong impact stress,PZTs release electric energy accompanied by crack initiation,propagation and crushing.At present,the electrical output performance of PZTs in projectile is usually calculated by quasi-static piezoelectric equation without considering the dynamic effect caused by strong impact and the influence of crack propagation on material properties.So the ignition parameters are always not accurately predicted.To tackle this,a PZT dynamic damage constitutive model considering crack propagation is established based on the dynamic impact test and the crack propagation theory of brittle materials.The model is then embedded into the ABAQUS subroutine and used to simulate the electromechanical response of the impact igniter during the impact of a small caliber projectile on the target.Meanwhile,the experiments of projectile with impact igniter impact on the target are carried out.The comparison between experimental and numerical simulation results show that the established dynamic damage model can effectively predict the dynamic electromechanical response of PZTs in the missile service environment.展开更多

Three different types of strain curves were obtained at different stress levels. Based on creep characteristics of the granite residual soil under different stress levels, a creep model of the granite residual soil was established by rheological theory, and related parameters of the model were determined according to the experimental data at the same time. Further on, based on the established creep model, a theoretical model of dynamic stress accumulation in the granite residual soil under cyclic loading was deduced. It is found that there is a threshold of dynamic stress accumulation in this theoretical model. The dynamic stress accumulation laws of the granite residual soil are different under different cyclic loading stress. Finally, with the dynamic stress accumulation laws in the small-size samples of granite residual soil under different cycle loading studied and the experimental results comparing with the theoretical results, it verifies the validity of the theoretical model.展开更多

Some improvements are carried out for Grigorian model with focuses on th...It is important to investigate the dynamic behaviors of deep rocks near explosion cavity to reveal the mechanisms of deformations and fractures. Some improvements are carried out for Grigorian model with focuses on the dilation effects and the relaxation effects of deep rocks, and the high pressure equations of states with Mie-Grüneisen form are also established. Numerical calculations of free field parameters for deep underground explosions are carried out based on the user subroutines which are compiled by means of the secondary development functions of LS-DYNA9703 D software. The histories of radial stress, radial velocity and radial displacement of rock particles are obtained, and the calculation results are compared with those of U.S. Hardhat nuclear test. It is indicated that the dynamic responses of free field for deep underground explosions are well simulated based on improved Grigorian model, and the calculation results are in good agreement with the data of U.S. Hardhat nuclear test. The peak values of particle velocities are consistent with those of test, but the waveform widths and the rising times are obviously greater than those without dilation effects. The attenuation rates of particle velocities are greater than the calculation results with classic plastic model, and they are consistent with the results of Hardhat nuclear test. The attenuation behaviors and the rising times of stress waves are well shown by introducing dilation effects and relaxation effects into the calculation model. Therefore, the defects of Grigorian model are avoided. It is also indicated that the initial stress has obvious influences on the waveforms of radial stress and the radial displacements of rock particles.展开更多

To break through the calculation limit, the properties of value function were analyzed and the overbooking protection level was proposed to reduce the calculating quantity. The simulation experiments show that the overbooking protection level for the lower-fare class is higher than that for the higher-fare class, so the overbooking strategy is nested by fare class. Besides, by analyzing the influence on the overbooking strategy of freight arrival probability and cancellation probability, the proposed approach is efficient and also has a good application prospect in reality. Also, compared with the existing reservation(FCFS), the overbooking strategy performs better in the fields of vacancy reduction and revenue improvement.

文摘Saturator is one of the core components of humid air turbine (HAT) and is the main feature of HAT making it different from other gas turbine cycles. Due to the lack of sufficient experience in commercial plant operation, HAT cycle has a great demand for modeling and simulation of the system and its components, especially the saturator, to provide reference for system design and optimization. The conventional saturator models are usually based on the theory of heat and mass transfer, which need two accurate coefficients to ensure convincing results. This work proposes a global heat and mass transfer coefficient based on cooling tower technology to model the saturator in small-scale HAT cycle. Compared with the experimental data, the simulation results show that the proposed model well predicts the dynamic humidity and temperature distribution characteristics of saturator at low air pressure and temperature.

文摘Technology management is recognized as a key for organizations to achieve competitiveness. How to promote an organization’s technology management capability is of great significance in creating efficiencies and achieving a competitive edge. The knowledge essence of technology management capability is introduced and then the correlation between knowledge diffusion and the development of technology management capability is discussed. Further, the basic and extended dynamic models of the development of technology management capability are constructed, and is applied into an enterprise. The results show that the dynamic models can well explain how the knowledge improves the development of technology management capability, and they can be used as an useful tool by an enterprise to promote technology management capability. Finally, the managerial implications of the models are discussed.
文摘Focused on the dynamics problems of a lunar lander during landing process, the whole process was analysed in detail, and the linear elastic model of the moon soil was established by means of experiments-analogic method. Combining the way of elastic impact with the way of velocity replacement, the dynamics model of damping free vibration dynamics model with 3-degree of freedom(DOF) for lunar lander is obtained according to the vibration mechanics elementary theory. Based on Lagrange equations and the energy principle, the damping free vibration differential equations for the lunar lander with 3-DOF are derived and the equations are solved in simulation ways by means of ADAMS software. The conclusions obtained can be used for the design and manufacture of lunar lander.

文摘Reusable and flexible capturing of space debris is highly required in future aerospace technologies.A tendon-actuated flexible robotic arm is therefore proposed for capturing floating targets in this paper.Firstly,an accurate dynamic model of the flexible robotic arm is established by using the absolute nodal coordinate formulation(ANCF)in the framework of the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE)description and the natural coordinate formulation(NCF).The contact and self-contact dynamics of the flexible robotic arm when bending and grasping an object are considered via a fast contact detection approach.Then,the dynamic simulations of the flexible robotic arm for capturing floating targets are carried out to study the influence of the position,size,and mass of the target object on the grasping performance.Finally,a principle prototype of the tendon-actuated flexible robotic arm is manufactured to validate the dynamic model.The corresponding grasping experiments for objects of various shapes are also conducted to illustrate the excellent performance of the flexible robotic arm.

文摘Passive bionic feet,known for their human-like compliance,have garnered attention for their potential to achieve notable environmental adaptability.In this paper,a method was proposed to unifying passive bionic feet static supporting stability and dynamic terrain adaptability through the utilization of the Rigid-Elastic Hybrid(REH)dynamics model.First,a bionic foot model,named the Hinge Tension Elastic Complex(HTEC)model,was developed by extracting key features from human feet.Furthermore,the kinematics and REH dynamics of the HTEC model were established.Based on the foot dynamics,a nonlinear optimization method for stiffness matching(NOSM)was designed.Finally,the HTEC-based foot was constructed and applied onto BHR-B2 humanoid robot.The foot static stability is achieved.The enhanced adaptability is observed as the robot traverses square steel,lawn,and cobblestone terrains.Through proposed design method and structure,the mobility of the humanoid robot is improved.

文摘A dynamic model of a helical gear rotor system is proposed.Firstly,a generally distributed dynamic model of a helical gear pair with tooth profile errors is developed.The gear mesh is represented by a pair of cylinders connected by a series of springs and the stiffness of each spring is equal to the effective mesh stiffness.Combining the gear dynamic model with the rotor-bearing system model,the gear-rotor-bearing dynamic model is developed.Then three cases are presented to analyze the dynamic responses of gear systems.The results reveal that the gear dynamic model is effective and advanced for general gear systems,narrow-faced gear,wide-faced gear and gear with tooth profile errors.Finally,the responses of an example helical gear system are also studied to demonstrate the influence of the lead crown reliefs and misalignments.The results show that both of the lead crown relief and misalignment soften the gear mesh stiffness and the responses of the gear system increase with the increasing lead crown reliefs and misalignments.

文摘Vibrations of a rotor-bearing system(RBS)can be affected by the frictional forces between the components of the inherent bearings.Thus,an in-depth investigation of the influences of the frictional moments of the bearings on the vibrations of the RBS can be helpful for understanding the vibration mechanisms in the rotating machinery.In this study,an improved dynamic model of a RBS considering different frictional force models is presented.A comparative investigation on the influences of the empirical and analytical frictional force models on the vibration characteristics of the RBS is proposed.The empirical frictional force models include Palmgren’s and SKF’s models.The analytical frictional force model considers the rolling friction caused by the radial elastic material hysteresis,slipping friction between the ball and races,viscosity friction caused by the lubricating oil,and contact friction between the ball and cage.The influences of the external load and rotational speed on the vibrations of the RBS are analyzed.The comparative results show that the analytical frictional force model can give a more reasonable method for formulating the effects of the friction forces in the bearings on the vibrations of the RBS.The results also demonstrate that the friction forces in the bearings can significantly affect the vibrations of the RBSs.

文摘The major challenge in printable electronics fabrication is to effectively and accurately control a drop-on-demand(Do D) inkjet printhead for high printing quality. In this work, an optimal prediction model, constructed with the lumped element modeling(LEM) and the artificial bee colony(ABC) algorithm, was proposed to efficiently predict the combination of waveform parameters for obtaining the desired droplet properties. For acquiring higher simulation accuracy, a modified dynamic lumped element model(DLEM) was proposed with time-varying equivalent circuits, which can characterize the nonlinear behaviors of piezoelectric printhead. The proposed method was then applied to investigate the influences of various waveform parameters on droplet volume and velocity of nano-silver ink, and to predict the printing quality using nano-silver ink. Experimental results show that, compared with two-dimension manual search, the proposed optimal prediction model perform efficiently and accurately in searching the appropriate combination of waveform parameters for printable electronics fabrication.

文摘In order to ensure that the system has the advantage of light weight and vibration absorption, the steel rope is used as a flexible transmission part. A flexible drive unit(FDU) is developed, whose features are guided by steel rope, increasing force by the movable pulley group, modular, convenient and flexible. Dynamics model for controller is deduced based on the constitutive equation of viscoelasticity. Controller is designed for position control and is based on the viscoelasticity dynamics model compensation control strategy proposed. The control system is based on the TURBO PMAC multi-axis motion control card.Prototype loading experiments and velocity experiments results show that the FDU can reach 2 Hz with no load and the max speed of 30(°)/s. The FDU has the capability of the load torque 11.2 N·m and the speed of 24(°)/s simultaneously, and the frequency response is 1.3 Hz. The FDU can be used to be the pitch joint of hip for biped robot whose walking speed is 0.144 km/h theoretically.

文摘A vibration energy harvester can harvest vibration energy in the environment and convert it into electrical energy to power the sensors in the Internet of Things.Human walking contains high-quality vibration energy,which serves as the energy source for vibration energy harvesters due to its abundant availability,high energy conversion efficiency,and environmental friendliness.It is difficult to harvest human walking vibration due to its low frequency.Converting the low-frequency vibration of human walking into high-frequency vibration has attracted attention.In previous studies,vibration energy harvesters typically increase frequency by raising excitation frequency or inducing free vibration.When walking frequency changes,the up-frequency method of raising the excitation frequency changes the voltage frequency,resulting in the best load resistance change and reducing the output power.The up-frequency method of inducing free vibration does not increase the external excitation frequency,which has relatively low output power.This paper designs a magnetostrictive vibration energy harvester with a rotating up-frequency structure.It consists of a rotating up-frequency structure,a magnetostrictive structure,coils,and bias magnets.The main body of the rotating up-frequency structure comprises a torsion bar and a flywheel with a dumbbell-shaped hole.The magnetostrictive structure includes four magnetostrictive metal sheets spliced by Galfenol and steel sheets.The torsion bar and flywheel interact to convert low-frequency linear vibration into rotating high-frequency excitation vibration of the flywheel.The flywheel plucks the magnetostrictive metal sheet with a high excitation frequency to generate free vibration.The vibration energy harvester increases the excitation frequency while inducing free vibration,which can effectively improve the output power.To characterize the excitation vibration and free vibration,based on the theory of Euler-Bernoulli beam theory,the vibration equation of the magnetostrictive metal sheet after being excited is given.According to the classical machine-magnetic coupling model and the Jiles-Atherton physical model,the relationship between stress and magnetization strength is derived.Combined with Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction,the distributed dynamic output voltage model is established.This model can predict the output voltage at different excitation frequencies.Based on this model,the mechanical-magnetic structural parameter optimization design is carried out.The parameters of the magnetostrictive metal sheet,the bias magnet,and the rotating up-frequency structure are determined.A comprehensive experimental system is established to test the device.The peak-to-peak voltage and output voltage signal by the proposed model are compared.The average relative deviation of the peak-to-peak voltage and the output voltage signal is 4.9%and 8.2%,respectively.The experimental results show that the output power is proportional to the excitation frequency.The optimum load resistance is always 800Ωas the excitation frequency changes,simplifying the impedance-matching process.The maximum peak-to-peak voltage of the device is 58.60 V,the maximum root mean square(RMS)voltage is 9.53 V,and the maximum RMS power is 56.20 mW.The magnetostrictive vibration energy harvester with a rotating up-frequency structure solves the problem of impedance matching,which improves the output power.The proposed distributed dynamic output voltage model can effectively predict the output characteristics.This study can provide structural and theoretical guidance for up-frequency structure vibration energy harvesters for human walking vibration.
文摘Two dynamic grey models DGM (1, 1) for the verification cycle and the lifecycle of measuring instrument based on time sequence and frequency sequence were set up, according to the statistical feature of examination data and weighting method. By a specific case, i.e. vernier caliper, it is proved that the fit precision and forecast precision of the models are much higher, the cycles are obviously different under different working conditions, and the forecast result of the frequency sequence model is better than that of the time sequence model. Combining dynamic grey model and auto-manufacturing case the controlling and information subsystems of verification cycle and the lifecycle based on information integration, multi-sensor controlling and management controlling were given. The models can be used in production process to help enterprise reduce error, cost and flaw.

文摘Block piezoelectric ceramics(PZTs)are often used in impact igniters to provide activation energy for electric initiators.Under the action of strong impact stress,PZTs release electric energy accompanied by crack initiation,propagation and crushing.At present,the electrical output performance of PZTs in projectile is usually calculated by quasi-static piezoelectric equation without considering the dynamic effect caused by strong impact and the influence of crack propagation on material properties.So the ignition parameters are always not accurately predicted.To tackle this,a PZT dynamic damage constitutive model considering crack propagation is established based on the dynamic impact test and the crack propagation theory of brittle materials.The model is then embedded into the ABAQUS subroutine and used to simulate the electromechanical response of the impact igniter during the impact of a small caliber projectile on the target.Meanwhile,the experiments of projectile with impact igniter impact on the target are carried out.The comparison between experimental and numerical simulation results show that the established dynamic damage model can effectively predict the dynamic electromechanical response of PZTs in the missile service environment.

文摘The creep behaviors of granite residual soil with pre-stress of 100 kPa was investigated by a series of small size creep tests. Three different types of strain curves were obtained at different stress levels. Based on creep characteristics of the granite residual soil under different stress levels, a creep model of the granite residual soil was established by rheological theory, and related parameters of the model were determined according to the experimental data at the same time. Further on, based on the established creep model, a theoretical model of dynamic stress accumulation in the granite residual soil under cyclic loading was deduced. It is found that there is a threshold of dynamic stress accumulation in this theoretical model. The dynamic stress accumulation laws of the granite residual soil are different under different cyclic loading stress. Finally, with the dynamic stress accumulation laws in the small-size samples of granite residual soil under different cycle loading studied and the experimental results comparing with the theoretical results, it verifies the validity of the theoretical model.

文摘It is important to investigate the dynamic behaviors of deep rocks near explosion cavity to reveal the mechanisms of deformations and fractures. Some improvements are carried out for Grigorian model with focuses on the dilation effects and the relaxation effects of deep rocks, and the high pressure equations of states with Mie-Grüneisen form are also established. Numerical calculations of free field parameters for deep underground explosions are carried out based on the user subroutines which are compiled by means of the secondary development functions of LS-DYNA9703 D software. The histories of radial stress, radial velocity and radial displacement of rock particles are obtained, and the calculation results are compared with those of U.S. Hardhat nuclear test. It is indicated that the dynamic responses of free field for deep underground explosions are well simulated based on improved Grigorian model, and the calculation results are in good agreement with the data of U.S. Hardhat nuclear test. The peak values of particle velocities are consistent with those of test, but the waveform widths and the rising times are obviously greater than those without dilation effects. The attenuation rates of particle velocities are greater than the calculation results with classic plastic model, and they are consistent with the results of Hardhat nuclear test. The attenuation behaviors and the rising times of stress waves are well shown by introducing dilation effects and relaxation effects into the calculation model. Therefore, the defects of Grigorian model are avoided. It is also indicated that the initial stress has obvious influences on the waveforms of radial stress and the radial displacements of rock particles.
