Due to the limited scenes that synthetic aperture radar(SAR)satellites can detect,the full-track utilization rate is not high.Because of the computing and storage limitation of one satellite,it is difficult to process large amounts of data of spaceborne synthetic aperture radars.It is proposed to use a new method of networked satellite data processing for improving the efficiency of data processing.A multi-satellite distributed SAR real-time processing method based on Chirp Scaling(CS)imaging algorithm is studied in this paper,and a distributed data processing system is built with field programmable gate array(FPGA)chips as the kernel.Different from the traditional CS algorithm processing,the system divides data processing into three stages.The computing tasks are reasonably allocated to different data processing units(i.e.,satellites)in each stage.The method effectively saves computing and storage resources of satellites,improves the utilization rate of a single satellite,and shortens the data processing time.Gaofen-3(GF-3)satellite SAR raw data is processed by the system,with the performance of the method verified. 展开更多

With the reform of rural network enterprise system,the speed of transfer property rights in rural power enterprises is accelerated.The evaluation of the operation and development status of rural power enterprises is directly related to the future development and investment direction of rural power enterprises.At present,the evaluation of the production and operation of rural network enterprises and the development status of power network only relies on the experience of the evaluation personnel,sets the reference index,and forms the evaluation results through artificial scoring.Due to the strong subjective consciousness of the evaluation results,the practical guiding significance is weak.Therefore,distributed data mining method in rural power enterprises status evaluation was proposed which had been applied in many fields,such as food science,economy or chemical industry.The distributed mathematical model was established by using principal component analysis(PCA)and regression analysis.By screening various technical indicators and determining their relevance,the reference value of evaluation results was improved.Combined with statistical program for social sciences(SPSS)data analysis software,the operation status of rural network enterprises was evaluated,and the rationality,effectiveness and economy of the evaluation was verified through comparison with current evaluation results and calculation examples of actual grid operation data. 展开更多

This study presents a machine learning-based method for predicting fragment velocity distribution in warhead fragmentation under explosive loading condition.The fragment resultant velocities are correlated with key design parameters including casing dimensions and detonation positions.The paper details the finite element analysis for fragmentation,the characterizations of the dynamic hardening and fracture models,the generation of comprehensive datasets,and the training of the ANN model.The results show the influence of casing dimensions on fragment velocity distributions,with the tendencies indicating increased resultant velocity with reduced thickness,increased length and diameter.The model's predictive capability is demonstrated through the accurate predictions for both training and testing datasets,showing its potential for the real-time prediction of fragmentation performance. 展开更多

Scheduling transactions in mobile distributed real-time database systems 被引量:1

A DMVOCC-MVDA (distributed multiversion optimistic concurrency control with multiversion dynamic adjustment) protocol was presented to process mobile distributed real-time transaction in mobile broadcast environments. At the mobile hosts, all transactions perform local pre-validation. The local pre-validation process is carried out against the committed transactions at the server in the last broadcast cycle. Transactions that survive in local pre-validation must be submitted to the server for local final validation. The new protocol eliminates conflicts between mobile read-only and mobile update transactions, and resolves data conflicts flexibly by using multiversion dynamic adjustment of serialization order to avoid unnecessary restarts of transactions. Mobile read-only transactions can be committed with no-blocking, and respond time of mobile read-only transactions is greatly shortened. The tolerance of mobile transactions of disconnections from the broadcast channel is increased. In global validation mobile distributed transactions have to do check to ensure distributed serializability in all participants. The simulation results show that the new concurrency control protocol proposed offers better performance than other protocols in terms of miss rate, restart rate, commit rate. Under high work load (think time is ls) the miss rate of DMVOCC-MVDA is only 14.6%, is significantly lower than that of other protocols. The restart rate of DMVOCC-MVDA is only 32.3%, showing that DMVOCC-MVDA can effectively reduce the restart rate of mobile transactions. And the commit rate of DMVOCC-MVDA is up to 61.2%, which is obviously higher than that of other protocols. 展开更多

Their research area s in... Product data management (PDM) has been accepted as an important tool for the manufacturing industries. In recent years, more and mor e researches have been conducted in the development of PDM. Their research area s include system design, integration of object-oriented technology, data distri bution, collaborative and distributed manufacturing working environment, secur ity, and web-based integration. However, there are limitations on their rese arches. In particular, they cannot cater for PDM in distributed manufacturing e nvironment. This is especially true in South China, where many Hong Kong (HK) ma nufacturers have moved their production plants to different locations in Pearl R iver Delta for cost reduction. However, they retain their main offices in HK. Development of PDM system is inherently complex. Product related data cover prod uct name, product part number (product identification), drawings, material speci fications, dimension requirement, quality specification, test result, log size, production schedules, product data version and date of release, special tooling (e.g. jig and fixture), mould design, project engineering in charge, cost spread sheets, while process data includes engineering release, engineering change info rmation management, and other workflow related to the process information. Accor ding to Cornelissen et al., the contemporary PDM system should contains manageme nt functions in structure, retrieval, release, change, and workflow. In system design, development and implementation, a formal specification is nece ssary. However, there is no formal representation model for PDM system. Theref ore a graphical representation model is constructed to express the various scena rios of interactions between users and the PDM system. Statechart is then used to model the operations of PDM system, Fig.1. Statechart model bridges the curr ent gap between requirements, scenarios, and the initial design specifications o f PDM system. After properly analyzing the PDM system, a new distributed PDM (DPDM) system is proposed. Both graphical representation and statechart models are constructed f or the new DPDM system, Fig.2. New product data of DPDM and new system function s are then investigated to support product information flow in the new distribut ed environment. It is found that statecharts allow formal representations to capture the informa tion and control flows of both PDM and DPDM. In particular, statechart offers a dditional expressive power, when compared to conventional state transition diagr am, in terms of hierarchy, concurrency, history, and timing for DPDM behavioral modeling. 展开更多

A new chance of developing traditional manufacturing industry comes forth with the development of network technology. Application technology oriented rapid response manufacturing in the distributed network environments, that is, how to take advantage of the Intranet and Internet, combine the numerous manufacturing resources spread around the region, the country and even the globe is the key to the agile design, manufacturing and the buildup of comprehensively competitive power, at the same time, is also an important research direction in the field of advanced manufacturing technology. Rapid response manufacturing in the distributed network environment is a newly manufactory pattern that can be used to implement the conception of agile design and manufacturing, but there are some new problems coming with it, which will directly influence the enterprise’s ability of rapid response in the distributed network manufacturing pattern and lead to the failure of the league and the lost of the given orders. In this paper, we establish some approaches to solve these problems in product development process. The paper then presents the research on key application technologies and solutions includes: network safety strategy which guarantees data transferring among the leaguer members, production data management based on Web/DOT (Distributed Object Technology) and XML criteria which guarantees data exchange in structure-variance characteristic environments, the network platform which provides the conversion service of different types of CAD files each other. All of these solutions are aim for technology problems existing in the distributed network environments and among the league members. Finally, the paper takes one project, that is, the establishment of the online application service system for Shanghai Advance Manufacturing Technology Research Center as a good instance. 展开更多

Online residual useful life prediction of large-size slewing bearings A data fusion method 被引量:2

To decrease breakdown time and improve machine operation reliability,accurate residual useful life(RUL) prediction has been playing a critical role in condition based monitoring.A data fusion method was proposed to achieve online RUL prediction of slewing bearings,which consisted of a reliability based RUL prediction model and a data driven failure rate(FR) estimation model.Firstly,an RUL prediction model was developed based on modified Weibull distribution to build the relationship between RUL and FR.Secondly,principal component analysis(PCA) was introduced to process multi-dimensional life-cycle vibration signals,and continuous squared prediction error(CSPE) and its time-domain features were employed as equipment performance degradation features.Afterwards,an FR estimation model was established on basis of the degradation features and relevant FRs using simplified fuzzy adaptive resonance theory map(SFAM) neural network.Consequently,real-time FR of equipment can be obtained through FR estimation model,and then accurate RUL can be calculated through the RUL prediction model.Results of a slewing bearing life test show that CSPE is an effective indicator of performance degradation process of slewing bearings,and that by combining actual load condition and real-time monitored data,the calculation time is reduced by 87.3%and the accuracy is increased by 0.11%,which provides a potential for online RUL prediction of slewing bearings and other various machineries. 展开更多

Due to the increasing number of cloud applications,the amount of data in the cloud shows signs of growing faster than ever before.The nature of cloud computing requires cloud data processing systems that can handle huge volumes of data and have high performance.However,most cloud storage systems currently adopt a hash-like approach to retrieving data that only supports simple keyword-based enquiries,but lacks various forms of information search.Therefore,a scalable and efficient indexing scheme is clearly required.In this paper,we present a skip list-based cloud index,called SLC-index,which is a novel,scalable skip list-based indexing for cloud data processing.The SLC-index offers a two-layered architecture for extending indexing scope and facilitating better throughput.Dynamic load-balancing for the SLC-index is achieved by online migration of index nodes between servers.Furthermore,it is a flexible system due to its dynamic addition and removal of servers.The SLC-index is efficient for both point and range queries.Experimental results show the efficiency of the SLC-index and its usefulness as an alternative approach for cloud-suitable data structures. 展开更多

气象格点数据通常以文件形式存储在分布式文件库中,业务系统在使用过程中需要将文件下载到本地,对文件解析后再进行分析计算。这种方式导致数据检索困难、响应时间长、无法满足业务在线计算及交互式应用需求。为此,2022年底国家气象信... 气象格点数据通常以文件形式存储在分布式文件库中,业务系统在使用过程中需要将文件下载到本地,对文件解析后再进行分析计算。这种方式导致数据检索困难、响应时间长、无法满足业务在线计算及交互式应用需求。为此,2022年底国家气象信息中心基于天擎空间分析库研发完成了分布式环境下气象格点数据与计算集成的数算一体数据库——Post Grid,该数据库包含数据层和算子层。数据层将气象格点数据在要素、起报、预报、空间、层次、样本等维度上的拆分后统一规范化存储,提高数据库的数据读取和分析效率。算子层通过数据库中的SQL函数实现,支持在数据库内部对格点数据进行各种操作,且算子支持分布式并行计算。性能测试和业务应用结果表明:Post Grid数据库能将传统的聚合计算服务时效由分钟级提升至毫秒级,极大提高了气象格点数据服务的性能、灵活性和数算一体能力,具有广泛应用价值。 展开更多

在大数据时代,样本规模以及维数的动态更新和变化极大地增加了计算负担,在这些动态数据中,大多的数据样本并不以单一的数据取值形式存在,而是同时包含符号型数据和数值型数据的混合型数据.为此,学者们提出了许多关于混合数据的特征选择... 在大数据时代,样本规模以及维数的动态更新和变化极大地增加了计算负担,在这些动态数据中,大多的数据样本并不以单一的数据取值形式存在,而是同时包含符号型数据和数值型数据的混合型数据.为此,学者们提出了许多关于混合数据的特征选择算法,但现有的算法大多只适用静态数据或者小规模的增量数据,无法处理大规模动态变化的数据,尤其是数据分布不断变化的大规模增量数据集.针对这一局限性,通过分析动态数据中粒空间以及粒结构的变化和更新,基于信息融合机制,提出了一种面向动态混合数据的多粒度增量特征选择算法.该算法重点讨论了动态混合数据中的粒空间构建机制、多数据粒结构的动态更新机制以及面向数据分布变化信息融合机制.最后,通过与其他算法在UCI数据集上的实验结果进行对比,进一步验证了所提算法的可行性和高效性. 展开更多

实际工程中的量测可能存在异常数据干扰,增加保护误动的风险。为此,基于模型匹配的思想,提出一种免疫异常数据的直流配电线路状态估计保护方法。考虑金属回流双极直流线路的极间耦合,建立线路的精细化等值模型。据此得到系统的量测方程... 实际工程中的量测可能存在异常数据干扰,增加保护误动的风险。为此,基于模型匹配的思想,提出一种免疫异常数据的直流配电线路状态估计保护方法。考虑金属回流双极直流线路的极间耦合,建立线路的精细化等值模型。据此得到系统的量测方程,并根据二次积分法将其离散化以便于求解。对于可能存在的异常数据问题,提出基于窗口图傅里叶变换对数据进行预处理,将数据视为图信号并赋予“频率”的概念,通过提取低频信号达到剔除随机脉冲等高频异常数据的目的。基于递推最小二乘算法对预处理后的状态估计模型进行求解,根据估计模型和实测模型的匹配度构建保护判据,实现区内和区外故障的识别。仿真结果表明,该方法可快速、准确识别区内故障,并有效避免异常数据干扰,同时具有较强的耐高阻、抗通信延时等性能。 展开更多

森林火灾不仅会直接破坏森林生态系统,还会造成水土流失、气候变暖等危害。研究森林火灾时空分布规律有助于林火的预测,同时为森林火灾的预防扑救工作提供技术支撑。根据中国统计年鉴2010-2022年我国森林火灾的历史数据,利用Excel、SPSS... 森林火灾不仅会直接破坏森林生态系统,还会造成水土流失、气候变暖等危害。研究森林火灾时空分布规律有助于林火的预测,同时为森林火灾的预防扑救工作提供技术支撑。根据中国统计年鉴2010-2022年我国森林火灾的历史数据,利用Excel、SPSSPRO、ArcGIS等工具,采用描述性数据分析法、探索性空间数据分析法分析我国森林火灾发生的规律。结果表明:2010-2022年,我国森林火灾的年际变化呈现波动下降趋势,森林火灾发生次数、火场总面积、受灾森林面积等指标,从2010年的峰值降至2021年的谷值,即森林火灾发生次数由7723起降至616起,火场总面积从116243 hm^(2)降至14124 hm^(2),受灾森林面积从45761 hm^(2)降至4457 hm^(2),但2017年与2022年出现反弹现象;2010-2022年,我国森林火灾空间分布总体呈现聚集态,多数省区市表现为“高高聚集、低低聚集”,即林火高发区域在空间上多毗邻,林火低发区域之间趋于相邻。 展开更多

随着现代信息技术的快速发展与应用,时空数据的规模迅速增长。这些数据呈现出海量聚集、高维异构以及动态复杂等特点。近年来,以时空数据为背景的时空查询技术得到广泛的研究和应用,如何有效地存储、管理和查询这些数据成为了研究的重... 随着现代信息技术的快速发展与应用,时空数据的规模迅速增长。这些数据呈现出海量聚集、高维异构以及动态复杂等特点。近年来,以时空数据为背景的时空查询技术得到广泛的研究和应用,如何有效地存储、管理和查询这些数据成为了研究的重点。对时空数据的相关查询技术进行综述,从时空数据相关基本概念入手,系统阐述了当前主流的时空查询处理模式,涵盖了范围查询、K近邻查询、反K近邻查询等多种类型;介绍了不同的时空索引技术,包括基于轨迹的索引结构、基于抽样的索引以及其他创新的索引方法;分析了结合其他技术的查询方法,主要包括时空-文本查询、语义近似轨迹查询、并行和分布式查询等,这些技术不仅提升了时空查询的多样性和准确性,还能有效地处理大规模时空数据。展望了时空查询技术的未来发展方向,包括查询结果的可视化展示、隐私保护以及结合机器学习的新型索引结构,为时空数据的高效利用提供了新的思路和挑战。 展开更多

陕西省农业人口格网分布特征及其时空演变 被引量:1

利用第五至七次人口普查数据,探索基于土地利用类型的农业人口格网化方法,获得陕西省1.5 km农业人口格网密度数据,揭示农业人口分布的特征和时空演变过程。研究发现,2020年陕西省农业人口在关中平原和汉中盆地分布密集,陕北高原和秦巴... 利用第五至七次人口普查数据,探索基于土地利用类型的农业人口格网化方法,获得陕西省1.5 km农业人口格网密度数据,揭示农业人口分布的特征和时空演变过程。研究发现,2020年陕西省农业人口在关中平原和汉中盆地分布密集,陕北高原和秦巴山地相对稀疏;在河谷地带分布相对密集,而在城市核心区、难利用土地以及生态保护和水源涵养区密度极低。2000—2020年,陕西省农业人口密度全域普遍下降,但各地降幅存在差异,致使空间不均匀性加剧,其原因可能在于土地利用类型转变和农业人口规模下降速度不同。精度验证发现,农业人口格网数据与人口普查数据具有良好的一致性,农业人口格网数据集的拟合精度较高。研究减轻了可塑性面积单元问题,充分捕捉了农业人口分布的细节信息,对加快塑造分布合理的农业现代化人力资源、实现乡村全面振兴具有政策参考价值。 展开更多
